Very friendly and helpful staff. My flight was delayed/cancelled so it was a last minute booking and I didn’t have any toiletries and they were so nice about the disaster of a situation.

It was an adequate stay for what was needed.

Driver to the airport was GREAT! He gave us some good travel tips.

Breakfast was good. Not clear about not having a "voucher" for the meal. Location was further from airport than expected but the shuttle was efficient. The Room #301 was a long way down the hall-like, the every end! The bathroom and bedroom doors were self closing, thus, I had to prop open to not feel closed in.

The Breakfast Buffet went far and above our expectations! While we were encouraged to help ourselves to the buffet, our beverage orders were served to us at our table. A very relaxing atmosphere, where Carmen served us and attended to our every need. What a relaxing end to our visit. Thank you Carmen & Holiday Inn DFW South by IHG for an exceptional stay!

Close to airport Sent us to a dirty room first. Took over an hour for airport shuttle to pick us up upon return. And parts were stolen from our truck with it on the front row. When we asked for security footage, we were told to file a police report.

I initially booked this hotel because they advertised a shuttle. I was surprised to learn that the shuttle does not make runs to special events in town, we were there for the Shakira concert. The hotel did provide information for a 3rd party offering a shuttle but that shuttle didn’t run either (not the hotels fault). We ended up paying for an Uber. On our way back from the concert we took an Uber. It was late and my phone died but luckily the Uber allowed me to use his phone to call the hotel and confirm the address, I was told by a clerk that I didn’t have a reservation there even though I had checked in earlier that evening. I found the address on my GPS and headed back to the hotel where I did in fact have a room. Not sure if the clerk overlooked it but he didn’t even try and ask the spelling of my name to investigate further.

The stay wasn't so bad, but it's been almost three months and I haven't received my deposit refund. They promised to resolve the confusion, but they haven't. I'm disappointed. Location was good for my purposes. The property is dated and needs to be refreshed. Refrigeration system was down during my stay causing very limited menu in the bar/restaurant. Staff seemed preoccupied with her cell phones rather than service.

Room was clean, one elevator was out of order and the one that did work seemed like it was going to break down at any moment. Staff was courteous but when I checked out I asked for a receipt and they didn’t have paper in the printer, they asked for an email and they would email me a copy of my receipt and that never happened.

Front desk African American lady named Nicole was so rude at check in. Not only to me but to everyone else I seen approach her. I will never ever stay at another holiday inn after today. Everywhere else we’ve stayed at has always allowed a 1 hr early check in. Here they make you wait until 3:00 on the dot. Not a second earlier. When checking out, same front desk lady named Nicole didn’t even acknowledge us when we were sliding the room key in the return key slot. Very unpleasant staff working there.

The hotel posted a shuttle service on their lobby desk upon check-in. We opted to use the service and pay extra. Unfortunately, we paid for a service that didn't pick us up. We expressed our grievances with the hotel and they explained that it wasn't their fault, even though they clearly displayed the shuttle service option on their desk. We were never issued a refund and were given multiple different reasons that were just simply not true. Whatever you do, DON'T TAKE THE SHUTTLE! We were forced to pay for alternate transportation after paying for a round trip fair. SCAM!

Staff was excellent,. Property is not new, but well kept. Bed was fabulous. What is the mattress manufacturer? Breakfast was limited and a bit pricey for limited fare, but well prepared and presented.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was so friendly. Very attentive and polite. Fitness center was nicely equipped and clean as well. Pool was relaxing. Hotel was in walking distance for food. At were we shuttled to and from the airport. I will definitely use this hotel again.

It is just a holiday Inn and should have breakfast included. The restaurant in the motel was charging $16 a plate for the same food you get for free with your stay at any other motel.

This stay was prey good. It defunded could have been cleaned better and there was a slight smell in the room. Did not eat at the restaurant but it looked really good. The beds were amazing one of the most comfortable ones that I have slept on in a hotel.

Nice property and friendly staff. The only thing that I didn’t particularly like is that they don’t offer a free breakfast like many other hotels do and the breakfast buffet was somewhat expensive at $16 and some change per adult. Other than that, it is a nice little hotel.

Would be nice if the hotel offered some sort of transport to the game. Even if we had to pay.

We were going to Rangers game & hotel was perfect location. Welcome gift was nice when we checked in, rooms very clean & nice beds. Staff was very nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly. No free breakfast but the onsite restaurant has a breakfast buffet that is delicious for about the same price you'd spend eating out so it's worth it.

Property was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of food options near. Check in was quick. Check out was easy. Plenty of parking.

Holiday Inn is always my first option! never Dissapoints and surely did not disappoint ! Special shout-out to the guy at the counter who worked this morning who was so kind to pay for my drinks for me the night before and also kindly checked me out this morning ! He’s an amazing employee !

Well in first place. They got my booking all messed up. Them the toilet was cloged all the time we were there. The ac we couldnt really adjust the temperature. Also they tried to clean our room and we hadnt even checked out. They tried opening our door. While we were still sleeping..

Great place and area. I trust Hampton Inn, they are always nice and clean. My mother just retired from Hampton Inn after about 30 years in Rochester, MN...she loved her job and the people.

The floor tiles were separating a little but it was because the water would come out of the shower onto the floor. And the elevator was making noise the first day. But it didn’t interfere with my stay. One of my best hotel stay experiences for everything else and I would stay there again.

Great place to stay when you have early morning flight from DFW. It’s clean and quiet, easy to check in with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had to drop off our rental car and hotel provided free shuttle service which was very helpful. We also used their free shuttle to go to the airport. They pick up customers every 30 mins. I would stay at the same hotel just because of that service. Room was clean but we could smell slight old carpet scent. Hallway in the hotel had very pleasant citrusy scent. Everything was great. It was a good experience.

Beds comfortable, staff friendly. Only bad part is web page says "breakfast" but they make you play $18.99 for breakfast, no free options. Did not know that before booked the room.

The people at the desk was very helpful in all aspects of my trip I came for a job interview. The driver knew where to exactly take me and drop me off and offer to assist.

Room was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and nice, from the front desk to the restaurant/bar area. The only negative was the musky odor from the bathroom. There's no ventilation fan, so moisture and odors are trapped. We had to prop the door open with a trash can and spray with cologne to help make tolerable.

It was a fairly good experience overall, except the fact when we first used the toilet, it would not flush. I went down to the front desk and the lady told me they didnt have maintenance there and we would have to use the lobby bathrooms. When i got back up to my room, the toilet had flooded the bathroom into the main room. I went back to tell the front desk and i told the guy this time and he said they did have maintenance, he didnt know why the lady would have told me that. We had to pack up and move rooms.

Was emailed 45min after check in that my host extended the stay of his previous guest. No call no heads up left me and my family stranded. Horrible, no place to go had sit in car and find housing was 102 degrees outside.
