Great stay! Very comfortable for my family of 5. Will definitely stay here again

Electricity went out for about 6 hours down (out of their control). Elevator didn't work had to use stairs with a double stroller with 5 kids so that wasn't great. House cleaners took remote for what ever reason. I go downstairs and let them know and they laugh at each other as if me asking for another remote was just the funniest thing ever. Then they said all the remotes are for their own tv so they couldn't help me. Being frustrated I walked away go back to room and go back down 5 minutes later stating they will probably get a lot of reports because my son has ADHD and autism and he needs TV for regulation if he doesn't he will start screaming. I asked them to give me a new room(I bought a suite and it's my last night) the lady says oh my gosh I didn't realize we had 3 remotes. When 5 minutes prior her and the guy just said they couldn't help me cause each remote is for its own room. I wouldn't come here ever again they were unprofessional and not helpful in anything. Not to mention I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk cause they were in the back sitting there.

We flew in to attend an event near the AT&T Stadium, so this property was ideally situated between DFW airport and the Stadium. The hotel was excellently maintained, while the staff, especially Elizaveth and Ruben, were especially friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The beds were so comfortable and the area was so nice and clean. Indoor pool was clean and good temp. Also has a shuttle to the airport which is easy to use and sign up for although it is a quick 10 min drive and $2 to go to the airport on your own

Room was clean, staff was sweet and helpful, breakfast was good and air conditioning was amazing.

Nice, and the partition for the pull out couch was especially nice touch for a family staying in the room while passing through.

It’s a solid option for a quick overnight stay, especially with plenty of fast food options nearby. Breakfast was decent for something on the go—not a full buffet, but convenient if you’re heading out early. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. 👍

This hotel was very convenient and the rooms were spacious. The airport shuttle to DFW runs 24/7 and every half hour.

Great stay overall and had good breakfast. Very modern and new looking with good staffing. Only thing that stood out as a negative was that the air conditioner is on the wall next to the bed. Room was so incredibly hot, but when you turn on the air it’s loud and the air hits your face constantly. We tried to cover it or modify it to see, but we just ended up staying hot as the air coming out cold would flow intensely. After our first night we would try and make the room colder while we were away so by the time we got back it was a better temperature to fall asleep too. I’d still recommend this hotel to others and stay again due to all the other positives.

Everyone was super nice ! Checked in around 4/5pm and guy in reception was super informative and amazing . The morning crew the next day was really nice as well . Roy , the one that drove us to our interview was excellent. Definitely , a great staff and great stay .

Beyond my expectations. The hotel has plenty of free parking. Breakfast was great. So many restaurants within walking distance perfect for kids or any time of day. INDOOR WARM WATER POOL OPEN YEAR ROUND. KIDS Loved POOL we took advantage of pool and gym. overall the staff

Our flight was canceled and we snagged two rooms last minute. Everything was wonderful. Airport shuttle was so quick and convenient. Staff was so kind to provide a few toiletries to get us by till our next flight. Very nice accommodations. Clean and comfortable! Will definitely look for these hotels in the future. Impressed!

Perfect location for a layover stay. The shuttle to/from the airport was good (only 10 mins travel). The room was nicer than I expected and very clean. Only basic toiletries were provided with the room. No shower cap or vanity kit.

Didn’t take the shuttle but breakfast was good and my room was absolutely amazing as well as the hotel and staff!

When I followed up, Supervisor Jessica claimed the hotel was “fully booked” and refused a room change or discount, saying I booked through a third party. She was dismissive and unhelpful, even refusing to send housekeeping until I insisted. When housekeepers arrived, they initially said they were only delivering towels. Afterward, Jessica entered my room with them and accused me of slamming the door on the housekeeper (who I found out was her aunt due to her calling her “Tia” while speaking in Spanish in my presence.) When I disputed this, the housekeeper (her aunt) called me a liar, and Jessica did nothing to de-escalate. I felt racially targeted and disrespected as staff spoke about me in Spanish during the confrontation. Police were called; I cooperated and agreed to leave voluntarily. Expedia also confirmed she was also rude and uncooperative with them. Records also show the hotel was not fully booked, contradicting her claim. This experience was distressing, discriminatory, and far below Marriott standards. I recommend no one support this hotel due to bugs,unsanitary conditions and racism

This hotel was A+, All the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was a great way to start your day. The housekeeping was A+ in keeping our room clean. The hotel was located near the interstate hwy, made it convenient to go places.

The room was huge, clean and so great! Loved this hotel room. Bathroom was large and updated. Would absolutely stay again. Loved that the airport shuttle was at all hours as we landed at 12:30 in the morning but still got to our hotel quickly.

Very nice place. Clean, good location, nice parking lot. Breakfast was decent. The only problem is the walls are super thin, we could hear people talking in the room next to ours until 2AM. Which is a pretty big design flaw for such a nice place.

Shuttle never arrived then I was taken to the wrong hotel . Apparently there are 2 hotels with the same name in each side of DFW airport. So I lost an entire night trying to find the place . Was charged for 2 different taxis . Then when I arrived to the hotel, I was faced with a lot of other issues with checking in due to their system being down.

My family really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. Location was great, close to all the attractions we had planned. Rooms were clean and spacious. The included breakfast was a huge plus also! Thank you.

We arrived late and were greeted nicely by the front desk staff. It was super quiet, there were a bunch of quick dining options right next door and a short walk away, and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was excellent! So many options, healthy fresh fruit too! Super-family friendly (traveled with our 12 year old and infant). Would absolutely stay again!

We were actually on the hunt for a double bed room but they were sold out. We got a king bed and sofa bed that worked out amazing the sofa actually could become a trundle bed option

Pros-Super comfy beds, spacious shower, light options for bathroom so you aren't blinded, large closet, lots of storage, work desk, separate seating area, tv pivots on wall so you can watch from seating area or bed, wonderful use of space, lots of plugs for charging, hotel shuttle with super friendly driver, breakfast had many healthy options, convenient to airport. Friendly staff and easy check out and check in process, little shopping area for drinks or forgotten supplies. Cons-healthy breakfast options lol-I love a good healthy breakfast, but wouldn't mind a full fat pork sausage instead of turkey sausage or some white bread instead of whole grain. (Personal preference) The front desk staff was wonderful but need to work on how they answer the phone. Our flight got in just before midnight so I called for airport shuttle and then had to call again to make sure I was at the right spot and see how long they would be, both times the phone was answered with just a "Yeah" or "Hello". My first thought was I had the wrong number and was calling and waking some stranger up. When I asked if it was the SpringHill Suites I was told "yeah" Just unnecessary confusion I didn't include photos of the bed area because my children are in them and forgot pics of the bath

Super comfortable room that was a great retreat from the busyness of our lives. Definitely booking again!

A/C units would not keep the room cool. The shower faucet was either cold or extremely hot and the knob just continued turn. There was no stopping point. The hotel clerk was friendly and always had a smile. Overall a good experience.

Only thing is housekeeping kept my James Avery ring that I had left in the bathroom counter. I had called and they said it wasn’t turned in and would call back the next day which I never got a call back.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Its wonderful. Great location close to the airport and easy access to the stadiums. Lots of food options nearby and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is easy better than I've seen anywhere else. Hotel is quite and in good area, parking lot is well lit and safe. I will definitly stay here again in the future.

Made reservations weeks before for a double queen room, got there after concert and they didn’t have any available. They made us (4) stay in a king with an uncomfortable pullout. Didn’t offer discount or anything.

We recently stayed in this hotel while we were in town for the Dodger/Rangers series and it was such a pleasant stay. We were able to check in a few hours early and the staff was so pleasant and helpful. The property itself is nice, clean and our room was very accommodating to our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The location was great as well as it was easy access to freeways, stores and restaurants and only a 12 min drive to the stadium and Six Flags. Breakfast was the typical hotel complimentary breakfast options.

I had never stayed at a Springhill Suites and was wary, but I booked because it was close to Globe Field and had excellent reviews. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The included breakfast had something for everyone! Hot buffet, waffle station, fresh fruit and oatmeal with more topping choices than I have ever seen! Our kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. I would definitely stay here again!
