The electricity went out twice. I was greatly inconvenienced. I was offered no updates nor support. No apology or offer of accomodation. Terrible experience.

Nice hotel, desk personnel not very friendly. I will not book again. My stay in Dallas was mandated by my employer who does not reimburse. $162.00 is very high, it looks like it was price gouging for Memorial Day.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good, available from 6-10, friendly staff. Also had charging stations for my EV, very handy.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It had good access to everything we needed.

The breakfast was awful though. Ran out of everything early and the powdered eggs and frozen omelets were not good. Has to wait about 20 minutes for refills on everything. At least there were many restaurants across the parking lot in walking distance. Would stay again if needing a convenient place for the airport, stadiums or six flags- all 10-15 minute drive.

The room is nice and clean. The bathroom has some unique features like the sink faucet. Breakfast was better than other hotels we stayed before.

I love how close it is to so many restaurants and stores. The staff is amazing, the rooms are so clean and comfortable. Best parts are the breakfast and available shuttle from airport.

I am in a wheelchair, my left leg was amputated. I checked in and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Not a problem since they had elevators. Later, my husband, who recently had back surgery, and I were going out to eat and the elevators weren't working. My poor husband managed, barely, to get me down the stairs but when we returned the elevators still were not working. We had heck trying to get up all those stairs. We finally made it. Next morning we both were in so much pain. Tried to get some kind of compensation but had no luck. I paid almost $300 between the room and the non refundable pet deposit and to have this kind of service was a nightmare.

Staff was really nice, if you make changes to your stay, be sure to call the hotel to make sure that they were notified of the changes.

Very friendly and helpful check in agent. The room was clean and bathrooms have been refreshed. Some of the carpeting was showing its age but overall a comfortable stay convenient to the airport.

Good location for airport. Bathroom shower makes a popping noise when showering and after you shower. In the bathroom you could hear the neighbors talking. Bathroom shower gel was empty. Also door to room squeaks when opening and closing.

I had a quick overnight stay at the hotel but it was exceptional because the staff were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Everything was good no issues or complaints

We were very happy with the helpfulness of the staff, the proximity to great restaurants, and their quality breakfast. As an added bonus, the airport shuttle worked seamlessly.

Breakfast was excellent! Clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff was friendly. Only slight annoyance was how loud the ac was coming on and off, and The sliding bathroom door was also a little awkward. There was a pretty big gap so you could see into the bathroom even when closed, no sound proofing for using the bathroom. But the room was nice!

Information on shuttle service was unclear as we flew into Love Field and didn’t realize that the shuttle did come to that airport. Had to get an Uber.

I liked the location, it was walking distance to a lot of other places. The staff is not educated on the difference between pets, and service dogs that help with real conditions and has been trained to know how to act wherever they are.

To start the staff was amazing. As a solo traveler they made me feel safe and cared for. Location was easy to get to from the airport. Area was safe and had great food options close. Breakfast was great, good options and fresh.

The location was great! We stayed here since we attended the cowboys game and it was a great choice! The stadium was only about a 10 minute drive and the ride on the way back after the game wasn’t bad either considering the crowds and traffic. The hotel has PLENTY of food choices around it which is a major plus. Definitely would book again! No complaints

The room was clean. They say they're pet friendly. But they charge $75 a night for a pet (and my pet is all of 4 pounds and does not shed!). I could board my pet for $40 a night. And that means I do not have to care for the pet. I don't think that kind of charge is pet "friendly". Pet rip off would be more accurate.

Convenience to airport with shuttle service was a great option. The staff were very courteous and the room was as described, basic but very clean and tidy. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

Spacious room close to DFQ Airport. Hampton inn standard so it is quite satisfying and you know what to expect. Everything was ok, no major concerns. A bit noisy with the flight taking off.

Everyone was so friendly and the room was very clean and had everything I needed. It’s walking distance to over 15 restaurants ranging from Starbucks, chipotle to sit down restaurants. There is an airport shuttle! I called to ask and Roy came right away to pick me up, such a great guy and so helpful!

Our tv was old and the room smelled like mold. When googling the property the pictures they used must have been when it was first built. The property was much older in person. The restroom door was hung backwards.

After a 22 hours journey from Africa to Dallas with a large family of six including 2 hyper active grand children, this facility welcomed us as if it was home! The Staff are wonderful, caring and hospitable. My wife dropped a wallet containing more than 1000$ by the hotel, another permanent guest of the hotel picked it and handed to the front desk. They handed it to us in tact. Never seen such a hotel where both the staff and customers are this nice. Thanks Not sure

The staff was great and the shuttle service was very responsive. Very convenient option for quick airport access. The doors are very loud when they open and shut so I did wake up a few times overnight when other people on my hall returned to / left their rooms.

The facility was beyond clean from the lobby to the room. My mother was thoroughly impressed with the handicap amenities, and it was nice and quiet. It was affordable and minutes away from the destinations we were in town for. I will be returning for another stay whenever I return back to the DFW area.

I do not have any complaints about the hotel or their staff. It was clean and well kept and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the security feature of the door lock. Every day i had issues getting into.my room. But a great, quiet stay otherwise.

This place was awesome I would have given them excellent but our key card to our room never worked. We had to get the from office staff to let us in the room every time we left. It was very annoying.

This is my 3rd time staying here and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The manager Pamela allowed me a late check out to accommodate my later flight and with the shuttle available from & to the airport makes my stay so much easier. Will definitely be returning.

The property itself was nice and the room was very spacious but the shower was broken making bath time tougher. The door to the bathroom was very heavy and kept getting stuck at the halfway point. Other than that it was a good stay would stay again in a different room with a working shower.

The check in clerk was so nice and everything was just perfecf!

The AC went out in pur room in the middle of the night and we moved rooms the next day. Each room had things that needed to be repaired and the shower pressure was not great. The staff was helpful and polite.

There’s not much in walking distance, and there was construction around the hotel, bad roads. We did go to this one bar and grill down the street though that was quaint. I cant remember the name of it at the moment though.

Walkable distance to many dining options . Easy access to highway . Clean property clean hotel rooms are average for a hotel . Breakfast was average , enough to get u through the morning . I would stay here again .

Great place to stay, this was our 6th time staying here and it's always excellent. The only thing I saw that wasn't good is the Hampton Inn neon signs on the building had lots of letters burned out. This doesn't affect the interior of the hotel though so all good. The shuttle service is nice.

When ariving we were double charged for room and after getting to room we found that the sheets had hairs attached to them so sheets were not clean. We were transfered to another room and fridge didnt work enough to get drinks cold and when you set on the end of bed it made a noise as if the bed frame was falling apart.

We were in town for a Dallas Cowboys’ game. The location is perfect and convenient to shopping and dining. Highly recommend. This is my place to stay in DFW.

Wonderful check in service. Great breakfast offerings with 24/7 coffee and water bar. Staff was patient with all of my questions. Old signage promoting a discount on late check out fees was not honored despite being prominently displayed. Close to the airport.

Second time to stay there. Close to ATT Stadium and lots more! Central to most attractions tons of food options!

The only problem we encountered was when we used the blow dryer, we lost power, but fixed right away.

I woke up to bugs crawling on my water bottle on the nightstand. It was quite traumatizing. I informed the front desk the next morning and they were very nonchalant about it. They didn’t apologize or offer anything to make up for the experience. Needless to say I could not sleep after knowing bugs were crawling around in my room.

Thank you to the team members that mad my stay memorable, especially the shuttle drivers Lona, and the Gentleman who drove the morning/afternoon of November 12th. :)
