This is definitely our go to hotel when flying out of DFW! The staff is beyond awesome!! We LOVE them, they treat us so special!! Great location! N/A

Clean and not far from the attractions we wanted to attend. If you like Pho go to the one across the street. It was the best I have ever had.

This facility is run by an outstanding team who truly go above and beyond. I stayed here for my wife’s graduation at AA, and despite a hectic schedule from Sunday through Tuesday... going back and forth to the airport, the transportation staff and front desk were incredibly accommodating. Their support made everything so much easier. What really stood out was how genuinely attentive everyone was. One gentleman, who I believe worked in facilities, even noticed how exhausted I was and kindly helped when I got off on the wrong floor. The entire staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Shout out to Miss (I cant spell it and do not want to butcher it, so if you're reading you know who you are! lol), to Becca, Markob and the homie at night. I will forever remember you all and will choose this location over and over again so long as you guys are there.

Room fixtures need a little TLC. Shower wall panel broken and curtain rod loose. Kitchen peninsula wobbly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have do sized refrigerator and kitchen necessities.

The room was amazing. But as a traveler, when I visit other cities or countries, I would like the staff to be able to recommend places. (Ex:restaurants or attraction sites). I can easily Google restaurants near me. But I always like to ask the hotel staff/receptionist what place they recommend or any Mexican, Chinese or Bbq place is good. I would like for them to recommend. Not just tell me “I don’t know”. As a receptionist of a hotel you should do your research so when a guest asks you will be able to recommend. The receptionist there did not know anything.

Close to where my interview was and closer to several restaurants. Also free shuttle service. The staff at the front desk and shelter drivers were so helpful and kind and really helped me out with my job interview with American. They deserve kudos!

Our room was next to the laundry. It was loud! No hot water for shower on either morning. Staff needed to “check boiler”. It was clean. Ok for very short stay.

I had a terrible stay as when I went to my room there were large crickets in the bedroom and in the kitchen. It was nerve wrecking and very uncomfortable. I tried to get the front desk to help me but all they could do is tell me the exterminator would be there in the morning to spray. I tried sleeping but was up and down through the night. They came to spray the next morning. I went out to my conference and came back that afternoon. Then went back for the evening service. I came back to my room that night only to find large crickets in there. Near the bathroom, bedroom and living room on the curtain. Called front desk and was told i could move to another room on the 2nd floor and they would call me back. Waited for about an hour and no call back. Called the front desk again and now there is a new person there as the other guy got off at 11pm and the new guy would not allow me to move to another room and told me I could look for another hotel to stay at. Late that night I had no choice as large crickets were crawling around the room. It was after midnight close to 1am when I found another room. I was very emotional and heartbroken being so far away from home.

Every Thing! The front desk staff are always friendly and informative. They have always accommodated me if I had any questions or concerns. Only thing I didn’t like was that the pull out couch bed had dried up old food stuck on the mattress covering which was old,tore and holy.

The young man that checked me in is always nice and accommodating. That there were dead bugs inside the couch bed.

Clean and quiet atmosphere

Everyone was nice, and the room was clean. Transportation to and from the airport made everything ALOT easier. And the drivers were very helpful with the luggage. Of course having coffee available is always a BIG plus, too. I wished I had known I needed to request a room opposite the street, as it was very noisy. Also, a few more choices for the snacks & food would be helpful. We arrived late with no dinner, as everything was closed, so snacks weren't really substantial enough for a meal.

The location is good for me, several restaurants and convenience stores around. Some shady walking areas. Full size fridge and kitchen sink is so nice. Room smelled a little funky, maybe needs new carpet or should clean carpet more often.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are large with a kitchenette in them which is great if you are there for more than a few days. We didn't use anything other than the large fridge. The recliner is a nice touch as well. Fantastic location with loads of food choices and convivence stores just outside. The shower/tub combo is a bit outdated, a nice shower would have been perfect. The bed was a queen size, not sure I was given an option when booking the room, but would have certainly preferred a king sized bed.

Small room, but it was fine for one night. The top door lock wasn’t very secure but with deadbolt it wasn’t too big of a deal. It was clean and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. I would stay here again.

The A/C is in the living area not in the bedroom. There is a fan mounted in the wall that is supposed to blow air into the bedroom but i couldn’t feel any air and it was too loud to sleep. If you were in the sofa bed you would be freezing will the person in the bed would be hot. No king beds so this is really best for single people or some couples. I guess because of the eclipse they decided to just about double their prices.

Great and comfy hotel! Room was big with separate bedroom. Stayed there for a Cowboys game. About a ten minute drive to AT&T stadium. It was perfect! Will definitely stay there again.

Of all the hotels i have stayed at in Dallas this is my favorite. The one bedroom suite was like a i bedroom apartment. It was clean, modern and every staff member was friendly. Anytime we visit in Dallas i will be staying there.

I was very surprised by the cleanliness of the room, everything was in order. Showers were great, I loved the dove soaps in the bathroom. I do wish that there were more television options, perhaps regular cable or something.

The room was clean . I wasn’t aware it was a business hotel. Also the next day the house keeper walked in on me at 11:34 a.m. after I said that check out was 12 pm on that day and I wasn’t dressed. Then when I told a manager she acted as if she didn’t believe me.

Overall the stay was ok. When we arrived in our room housekeeping didn’t remove all the dirty towels and cabinets in the restroom was cracking. When I woke up on Saturday morning to use the restroom I turned the light on and the restroom floor was full of ants. I spoke with the front desk worker and we was moved to another room

Nice newer hotel. Located near a great restaurant. Clean and friendly staff. We were there two nights but hardly in our rooms. Business and meetings all day and most of the evening. Room are clean and the layouts large with nice amenities. I would def stay here again.

Candleowod Suites was beautiful and clean. My room was an actual suite with kitchenette, Living room area and a bedroom with a door to close. It was so much more than expected. I was only staying over one night but if I had a longer trip it would be wonderful to stay there. Many eating opportunities with in walking distance. The shuttle ride was a nice touch.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was excellent, with great amenities and a free airport shuttle, and it was close enough to my convention. My room was great; the only knock on my stay was the bathroom floor tiles moved or weren't set. The bed was amazing though!

Stayed here before we flew out the next morning. Hotel was very clean and updated. Used the free shuttle both too and from the airport. The hotel allows free parking and that makes this place worth staying if only for that.

Like the kitchenette area in the room. Plenty of restaurants around. If you like Burgers the "Simply Burgers" was good, close and privately owned.....Disliked the room location, bright parking lot light shone through window, and significant gaps around door let light in that didn't let room get dark as preferred. Room above Easily let walking be heard in our room at all hours. Turning on shower had leak at shower head squirting water on ceiling and out of the shower area. Turned shower head and was able to make it squirt in the shower area at least. No ability to print boarding passes, have to walk to neighboring hotel to do so....

Some of the staff were not friendly. I had no wash cloths upon checking in my room. The tub didn’t look fully clean. Staff member got rude when i asked if i could get wash cloths. Also said in his years of working he’s never seen anyone not check to see if they had everything/a clean tub as if i were lying about not having wash cloths ect. Also the toilet handle was broke that left the toilet running all night. I wont be staying there again.

The only thing I would request is to add USB charging ports in the room. I asked the front desk guy where the closest store was to get a charger box and he graciously gave me his to use for the evening.

The havac in our room did not work at all. The papal on the wall would not turn it off or adjust it and you couldn’t adjust it from the actual unit either. So we froze all night with the school not shutting off and in 20 degree weather outside

There were sugar ants crawling over the desk. Someone had drawn on the door that linked to the adjacent room... WTH? I was there two nights an no one bothered to clean my room after the first night. I asked to check in early and before they could give a response "check in is at 3pm, but I won't have anything till after 4pm" she decided first to sneer at me, roll her eyes and sigh before even checking...oh and she was a manager. Bathroom shower head and faucet wobbled around where they attached to the wall so was worried to move them for fear they would fall out. Air conditioner rattled so loud I had to get up and put my heavy purse over it so I could sleep...which since I knew there were bugs crawling around didn't happen anyway. Stayed here while we checked out Texas Live and went to a Rangers game. I looked at other hotels that were both cheaper AND closer to the venues but they all had terrible reviews. Roach problems, dirty rooms, poor customer service. Since it was only my husband and I this trip we honestly just needed a place to sleep for the night. But after seeing those (VERY recent) reviews of other places, I’m so happy we decided to go out just a LITTLE bit further and pay like $10-15 more to guarantee ourselves a nicer and more enjoyable stay. There’s plenty of places to eat around here and grounds are well kept. Took us maybe 10-15 mins tops to get to GLP. Very satisfied and thanks for such a nice stay!

Forgot my 4:45 am wake up call. It’s one of the basics! I was not affected, because I prepared, but certainly could have been.

Just wasn't worth the money considering I've paid the same amt or less for nicer places.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The rate was great. We attended a convention that was hosted in another hotel and were unable to get a room in the host hotel since it was full. This was a great option. Check in and check out was smooth!

The beds were horrible. Very uncomfortable. Did not get a good nights rest at all!

From the moment we arrived, until the time of our check out, the staff at the desk as well as housekeeping was "Top Notch". They all were very professional, courteous, and very helpful. As my wife is allergic to "down", feathers, that are used in pillows, bedding, etc., the staff immediately removed the bedding that existed, and replaced it with those items that would insure her of no allergic reaction. What a blessing to be able to get a "good nights sleep".

I won't rate more than 1 star Mattress is hard. We stayed for two nights they won't clean the room

This room was an Excellent price and close to AT&T stadium.I WUD stay there again.

No problems with check- in, the room was nice, clean and all in working order. I would stay here again.
