Room was clean and staff was helpful

Everything was perfect but it stayed 67° in my room. I couldn’t change it in the wall. Lowered the temp twice on the unit. Managed to get it to 69° when I woke up the next morning. I like it cold but whewww!

Our stay was very good. However, the air conditioner was extremely loud. When our room was cleaned, some dirty towels were left & coffee, creamers were not refilled in the room. Also, lotion was empty. Overall, the hotel was nice & we would stay there again.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful throughout my visit.

Front desk employees were great. Michelle in the dining room is fantastic....you need to keep her around as long as possible! Matress and pillows were a little bit uncomfortable. We come every couple of months and you always take good care of us.

Top notch hotel, you probably can stay elsewhere for more $$$, but you definitely won't stay better! Right on the river, valet exceptional, room service quick and prompt, breakfast good. Smooth chk in/out. Located close to Ft. Worth and San Antonio right down the road.

They were so kind to let us check in two hours early so we could get ready for an early afternoon wedding. The room was spacious and everything was ready to go for us!

The front desk representative Sonya was amazing. She welcomed me when I walked in. My room was ready. She showed me where all the amenities were, and gave me information on breakfast and surrounding area.

We mentioned a wake up call but never gave the front desk the time and after we got settled in our room, they called just to make sure and I thought that was very nice. I made other arrangements for a wake up. Call in the meantime. Just an adult touch that was nice.

My stay was on a week day so not sure if it gets crazy on a weekend but it was peaceful How ever id like for them to offer coffee 24hrs not just 5am for the people that work earlier then others Overall id bring the family for a stay 💯

Bed was very comfortable room was clean, plenty of towels but the soap dispensers in the shower were all empty and the towels were like cardboard. The TV remote was a bit confusing to figure out.

Room was comfortable and Hotel is in very good condition. You need to be aware of the $75 fee for a dog! (it is posted on the hotel detail information but I didn't see it and it was a big disappointment). We got a room in front of the elevators, which is not great when you have a dog.

Pet friendly and good grassy areas for dog breaks. 2 poop can stations. The baggies needed to be refilled the 3 days I was there.- I suggest. You bring your own baggies for pet litter.

That alone made my stay uncomfortable. The cleaning crew was done for the day so we cleaned it. They didnt have another room with 2 beds so we had no choice.

My first night was awful, I had to file a complaint with front desk the room above mine sound like they were running and stomping all night The second night the clerk at the front desk was so ugly. I needed a handicap spot to park and get my son out of the vehicle with his wheelchairs she told me to park on the backside in VIP I asked how will I get him up the side walk on the back side of the building which is very dangerous. My experience here was awful. I was never compensated for my inconvenience. I will be calling corporate to take this further

I had booked a room with two queen size beds through Expedia. When I get to the hotel I checked in, no one said anything to me or asked me what kind of room I booked for and quite frankly since I booked through the app to make it easier I didn’t know I had to double check(which now I know). I get to the room and it was one king size bed. The reason I was so upset and frustrated was because we came with our two little girls. If it would had been my husband and I without the kids I wouldn’t have had a problem if it was one king size bed. But because we had our two babies there was no way 4 of us were going to fit in one bed. Not just that, why not mention it when I checked in that they over booked and they only had rooms with one king size bed. Then, when we go to complain, that’s when we were informed that they had “over booked”. To compensate they could give me a “crib”, I said ok. I was given a playpen, I’m sorry but It is not the same thing, my kid will not go to sleep in that. Trust me I’ve tried. Looks like I will not be booking through Expedia anymore.

The staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and whenever supplies needed to be restocked, they were right there to give you more. Centrally located for easy access to where we needed to go. Restaurants very close by.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facility. It's a Hampton, and one of the better ones.

The first room I received seemed as if it had not been cleaned. Several very long hairs were in the bathtub area. Smaller hairs were also near the toilet, sink, and I found a couple in the bed. The desk had visible rings from the previous guests’ drinks. Then, I noticed a very large dead bug between the beds, so the floors were never vacuumed. And, I was disturbed at the size of the dead bug which was huge. I asked for another room. The second room was better, but I was never comfortable in this hotel after how dirty the first room was. It was an inconvenience to switch rooms at 10:30 at night with 3 young children. Although I had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room, the man at the front desk was nice when I told him my concerns and he gave me a new room.

The bed was atrocious, hard with no support at the same time. The wife and I both woke up sore beyond belief. Seriously ruining my day. I hope it better in the morning having a stabbing pain between the shoulder blades when I look down or breathe in all the way isn't how I plan to spend Christmas.

I had to wait for my room not a long one but still I feel as though when I walked in which was after check in my room should’ve been ready. Also, as a single female, the room that was given to me was a conjoined room I did not like that.

Staff was nice and friendly. Jana the new manager made it her business to introduce herself to several of the guest, welcome them to the hotel, and informed them to have staff to call her with any concerns.

The mattress was horrible. Very poor quality. I had a handicap room, but the shower was a tub that you had to climb in with no accessories.

Couldn’t use wifi. Sheets didn’t fit the bed. Light leaks around the door. Noisy

The hotel was very nice, and the staff were accessible. I was just shocked that I was charged for bottled water that was in a bag for Hilton rewards members. I am a Hilton rewards member, and I gave them my number to verify such.

Hotel was very nice but the sheets did not smell good. Reminded me of hospital linen smell which is not pleasant. The service was great and breakfast options were too!

The front desk staff was so nice. They chatted with me and got me checked in quickly. The hotel was clean and felt really safe. My room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. In the workout room, all the equipment looked new and was working. And, the free breakfast was great. Egg white frittata's? Yummy. Really, who does that? I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Sheet was wrong size too small and kept coming off bed

The staff we encountered were super courteous. The young man behind the counter went above and beyond! That is so hard to find especially in young people now a days. Thanks for helping and making our night at the airport a little better when we got to your facility.
