The stay was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were located close to restaurants and shopping I cant think of anything that I didnt like.

It was run down and dirty , the room had a terrible smell to it , the bathroom outlets did not work so we had no way to get ready for going out and I called about it and the hotel manager did nothing and then when I asked about compensation I got no answer.

This property is in a central location, but very dirty and unkept. Which is surprising for this brand and location Dirty bathrooms, rooms smelled, facility looked out dated.

This place is so dirty, this is a motel cheap one not hotel, looks good in paper, I book for two nights I spend 35 minutes and leave, I prefer to loose my money before spend the night here, the smell was terrible even the tolls, toilet seat broken

The room was clean enough for a quick stay but stained (but washed) sheets and moldy shower curtain should be expected. Toilet seat was broken on one side. You get what you pay for. I realized that when I booked it.

There were numerous places that needed small repairs or where repairs were poorly done. Water pressure was almost non existent.

The fact that our dog could come without a fee. She goes where we go and that made a huge difference. The coffee could be better. It’s a bit like drinking coffee flavored water.

Oh, the breakfast was not the best. The items to me was the poorest. The food was cold. It seems as though the warmers was not working. The parking was good. pieces of the floor in the room was coming up. I don’t know if it was real wood or plywood.

I loved the location, pet friendly, customer service was nice, clean, beds are super comfy. The price, we arrived super late and we still got charged the same price. We stayed half the time because of traffic.

Property was easy to get to. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and had working utilities. Good breakfast as well. This was a great budget friendly hotel!

My only complaint is that breakfast the 1st morning was ate up by 8am nothing but 2 danish and dry cereals. They had crews of tree trimmers rhat between 6-8 cleaned it out and it was not replenished even though breakfast was supposed to go to 9am. I mentioned it t the manager and he acted like he didn't know it was empty & did offer to get someone to make something. We didn’t bother to go out today to even try.

The beds were comfortable. The parking was ample. The breakfast was good, waffles, eggs and sausage. We stayed 2 nights. Room was cleaned daily. Allowed my dog so a big plus.

The room was clean. The Staff were helpful. Plenty of hot water for the shower. T.V remote was tricky to figure out but worked. Parking lot was busy with lots of crews & work trucks coming in after 5. It was quiet during the night & check-out was easy.

My wife and I had to wait ten plus minutes as two clerks assisted one customer. When we were given our room, we found it was a room with two queens, we had reserved a room with a king. Contacted the clerk and told him that we had reserved a room with a king bed. He advised that he could give us a room with a king. We were told that our room was upstairs and we would have to go outside and climb up a flight of stairs on the side of the building to the second floor to get to our room. I asked if there were any elevators and I was told no, that we would have to use the stairs. I'm 74 and my wife is 72 years old. We had to carry our luggage to a flight of stairs and again back down the next morning. Once in our room we found a badly patched hole in the wall behind a door. There was no coffee maker, and the shower curtain rod was bend in a "U" shape which made the curtain slide to the middle of the rod. Each end of the curtain rod had been pulled away from the wall and were not holding on by much. We told the clerk, same person we talked to last night about the problem. He seemed confused and I told him to just check out the bathroom; it was clear to see.

Breakfast, other then not having fresh fruits, was fine. Room lighting was only provided by in ceiling fixtures which seemed to be rather harsh. Would have liked to have had bed side lamps and a lamp on the desk.

The first morning was as great my husband and our son loved the breakfast. Not much I didn't like the ran out of hot chocolate the second morning but I got coffee we were a little late coming in for breakfast but it was perfect

Needed a dog friendly hotel for a night while in between houses. This fit the bill nicely. Its not luxurious by any means, but the room was clean, the shower water was hot, and the dogs and i had a place for the night.

BEDBUGS! We were booked to stay 4 nights, but we only were in the hotel for a total of 20 MINUTES. I get it that it was nonrefundable, however BEDBUGS (and not to mention a filthy atmosphere) should be the exception to the rule. We didn't even get an apology!!!

It is very peaceful here. I don't like not having an option to have a smoking room. I don't smoke cigarettes but I do vape and vaping should at least be allowed!!!!!!!

The rooms were clean. I had a large room, which was great for my toddler to run around in. The bathroom was huge and well lit. There were a lot of lights in the room itself. N/A

We did go buy 2 candles at bath and body to burn so we could sleep without breathing in the pee smell. We booked through Travelocity so since it was late and we paid through a 3rd party we dealt with it. We won’t be back to this pet friendly motel.

Then… it sounded like there were critters in the walls all night, people in rooms on both sides were so loud it was like they were in the room with us. Then we went down for breakfast. Many reviews saying breakfast was good, they are deceiving, breakfast was awful. We got down at 8am, the only thing down there was eggs, they were awful. Machine for juice had water in it. Coffee was just brown water. Front desk did not seem led phased we were very disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for. My suggestion is pay the extra $50 and get a room at one of the neighboring motels.

I asked if I could get a refund if I left the property a day early and was told I would need to check with the manager the next day because I booked through Orbitz. I did check the next day and was told I could. (Unfortunately, I didn’t get the Manager’s name.) Orbitz was told I was not eligible for a refund. Now I have to call them when I return home to try and get a refund.

The heat was not working in the room on an extremely cold night. I informed the front desk clerk who displayed no empathy, but just gave me a key to another room. My 6 year old son and I walked into the room only to find multiple roaches!!!! I WILL NEVER stay here again.

Non refundable. 1st room literally had floor lifting and musty smell triggered asthma. 2nd room still had musty smell, we left and went to another hotel. I would have been sick if i stayed.

The room was semi clean, whoever painted the room, missed areas, got paint on places that shouldnt have paint on them. The stove knov was broken, the chair in the room was scratched up and coming apart. Painters tape was left all over the room and the sockets didnt have plates on them. The floor wasnt really clean. Very outdated, it doesn’t even have an elevator. They do have rooms on the bottom floor for people with disabilities, but the only way to the second or third floor are up the stairs. They did serve breakfast in the morning, but there was no way we were going to eat there. The place is just very junkie.

The interior hotel needs some remodeling, expecially needs some proffesional painting and drywall repair, there is some spots in rooms that you can see the ugly white round spots of just plaster without paint. Hallway Smells Bad! The AC filter needs some cleaning, Bad smell!! , we woked up with a sore throat and runny nose also the bathtub and sink was clogged, The room service needs to put more attention in what they are touching when cleaning room, my mom towel was gone she reported to front desk and they couldnt find it, front desk just desided to replace with a used ugly towel.

There is no elevator in this building that has got to be a safety code some kind of way..idk but the walls were dirty and peeling. The ice maching was nasty i had to ask fot the sheets and bedspread to be changed but we still ended going to buy some.

Smooth stay, quick check in, clean and parking wasn’t full.

Older building in need of updating and repair. Breakfast was stocked, sheets and towels were clean and bed was comfy. They also accommodated my pregnant daughter needing extra pillows.

Called before booking to make sure beds were queen sized they said they were also asked about breakfast was listed off items that were served daily. When we arrived the bed was a full size they made us pay extra for a King (they didnt even have Queen size at all so that was a lie) we specifically asked if they had eggs for breakfast and were told they did but come breakfast time there were no eggs just microwaved sausage and different packaged muffins and bread, i asked about the eggs they said they never serve it so that was another lie. When we were originally given the 1st room with full sized beds we were going to try and make it work but we co-sleep with our son so after we laid down realized it wasn't going to work so we went and paid to "upgrade" to a king size, the next morning we realized we couldn't find our keys so we asked if we could look in the original room they said it wasn't there they had already cleaned we insisted on looking when we looked we found the keys they had been made into the bed our family had tried to sleep in the previous night, which showed they made the bed without changing the sheets after we had laid in it the night before.

Manager wrote an apology letter and provided some gift cards for the inconvince. We would not stay there again.

Good place & price if traveling with pets. Bldg & Rooms a bit run down, but not too terrible. Can walk across parking lot(s) to numerous restaurants.

Even the cleaning staff was very friendly! There was a good selection of food to choose from at breakfast.

People smoking weed, thin walls, breakfast was OK

Basic hotel, very clean with excellent showers and good towels and sheets. But if you're bothered by paint chipping, worn flooring, etc. this isn't the place for you. I requested a room with a king bed and kitchenette. Kitchenette had a small sink and 2-burner stove but no pots/utensils/glasses/dishware and many cabinets didn't even open.

We had a great stay. We stayed here for a week while we were in town visiting friends & family. Affordable, friendly staff & clean accomodations. We would stay here again.

Great place for a quick stay

It seemed to be well maintained.

Everything was fine. I needed to away for a night . It worked out fine.

My stay was decent. It could have risen to the level of excellent of there had been an elevator, and if the age of the hotel and the rooms had not been quite so apparent.

I hardly ever post bad reviews. I reserved 2 rooms because we had a surgery scheduled at the local hospital this next morning. But this stay was one of the most disappointing. They were unable to find my reservation even with my confirmation. They did have 2 rooms available and I received at the confirmed price. The hallway to our rooms had the most awful smell, rooms need makeovers (scratches/marks on walls, doors that need replaced, moldy shower curtain, zero water pressure, EXTREMELY thin walls that you could hear everything beside you and above you including dogs barking). Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. Should have left and got something else.

Great room great experience

I had high hopes when we walked in the lobby but was quickly disappointed as we walked down the hallway that smelled like mildewy urine and flood damage. The room smelled a bit better but bring your own pillows because theirs are like bricks. Overall, not a terrible stay for the money but there are better options in that area.

Day 1 - No bread for toast at breakfast - "waiting on truck", very few pastries, no juice, omelets very dried out. Breakfast counter had many spills, butter containers were covered with oily substance, creamer containers had sugar spilled on them. Very bad smell coming from the open door in laundry area. Someone was sleeping at one of the tables in the lobby/breakfast area when we went out. Was still there hours later when we returned. Day 2 - Added bread and juice. Scrambled eggs dried out. Breakfast counter needed attention. No regular coffee! NONE! "only have decaf".....No explanation or apology. Small boy came from office, running around in pjs. Frequent very loud conversation in foreign language among staff in hallway and dining area. Also on phone with speaker on. One cleaning staff member was singing very loud in foreign language in hallway. Very annoying. At checkout,  I told desk manager we were terribly dissatisfied and disappointed with our stay

Red Roof Inn Plus in Burleson, TX is definitely a "no frills" property, but it cost about half of what surrounding hotels did on the date that we were staying. On a positive note, the room was clean, which is our main consideration when booking a budget hotel. There were only a couple of things that could have been improved upon. There were no lamps in the room, which was unpleasantly lit only by recessed ceiling lights in various locations, making for a less than relaxing environment. Also, the thermostat did not seem to work properly as it failed to kick on by itself as it should. Overall, though, our stay was acceptable, and we would probably do so again if price was a consideration.

The room was decently clean and didn't have the funky smell that was in the hallway. One thing that did inpress me was that the sitting chair in the room wasn't dirty.

Did not like the stay due to dirty sheets and such, overall hotel and hotel room did not feel clean.

Breakfast missing a lot of items, no butter, water down juices, limited items. Floor tiles coming off, tv remote not working. Customer satisfaction was not top priority to hotel owners. Rudeness to the max!!

The staff were so so nice and helpful!!! It’s not the most up to date but it’s nice and definitely clean.

I took one look at the hotel and immediately went found another. Nothing wrong with it, it’s just not a hotel for leisure trips.

This property is a good alternative to the higher priced hotels nearby. Breakfast included more options than I expected, staff was friendly, room was clean.

Fair price and a good place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. Bedding appeared fresh and clean. The rest of the room was not. Walls, floors, countertops all needed a good scrubbing.
