Bathroom door jammed pretty bad. Told front desk but no action. Thankfully we are strong so could handle it - no worries. Otherwise, everything was awesome!!!

It was fine for a small town hotel. The breakfast was okay. You could hear the highway, and there were about 10-15 tree trimming trucks staying in hotel across the street … they started moving very early in the morning, and you heard every “beep, beep, beep” from our room for an extended time - obviously at no fault of the hotel, but a consideration of noise you hear in the room.

It’s a convenient location There was old toilet paper left in the restroom. They didn’t even try to clean up the restroom. It look like. They were old towels hanging over the shower. The two girls at the front desk were rude and acted like we were bothering them. When I went to pay for the room at the beginning, the girl took the card reader off the desk and put her hand out and said give me your card. I thought it was a little rude, but I figured maybe the machine was funny because that happened sometimes. Then she said you’ll just need to sign here and I said well wait don’t I get to know how much it was ( I know how much it was. I wanted to know what the service charge was which it was $60) she told me and then she asked me if I wanted maid service. I asked her if that meant like where the hotel service came in and cleaned my room and she said yes, but she said it attitude. I thought it was a weird question and I asked her if it was an extra charge for that to happen or if it came with me just being in the hotel and she said if you want it, don’t leave the sign on your door or if you don’t want it, leave the sign on your door. I just said OK. But it felt very weird and the girl next to her was rolling her eyes at my daughter who is a teenager and my daughter wasn’t even looking at her. She was on her phone. I’m not sure what was wrong, but we just went upstairs to our room. It was just a very bad experience. It was overpriced.

It was convenient and located near other things in walking distance. Shower was really nice. Once I got settled in the room I started to smell sewage smell but there wasn’t any plumbing issues in the room so I left early and didn’t stay in the room so I was there maybe 3 hrs

Check in was seamless - front desk staff was very accomodating and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Only issue which was not a big deal was the water temp in our shower/sink would keep changing hot - cold. Which made showering interesting - room 402 in case this is a maintenance issue. Perfect location close to everything we were doing for the weekend. We would stay here again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Fairfield Inn and both times. I had a very great experience. I stayed at the Hampton in the area, but really enjoyed my stay at Fairfield.

This was a very nice clean hotel. The staff was amazing. My mother has memory issues and got lost. We were staying on the second floor and my mom wound up on the third floor. The maid on our floor seen the panic on my face and asked what was wrong. When I told her my mom was missing she asked what she was wearing and then informed me she was on the 3rd floor. I went up there to find my mom waiting with the maid on the 3rd floor safe and sound. I would stay here again just because of that. The beds were a little hard but I can deal with that since they have such amazing caring staff.

We let them know at check-in. Later that evening we returned and I checked the bulb to make sure it was screwed in all the way. So then I popped it out and it was burned out. So I brought it to the front desk and asked again for them to replace it. It was not fixed during our stay. We had to get ready in dim bathroom light. The breakfast and dining areas was wonderful as always. It was clean and the food was well prepared. The staff is always friendly. I will try this location again in the future because there are so many good things to say. However, I see a decline in the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel. I hope this does not continue.

Overall a good experience. More than anything, the size of the room itself was a huge plus. We had a long suit with a fold out couch. Will stay here again next time we go visit family!

This location is awesome for our other family. There are a bunch of cool shops and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for hanging out and enjoying good food together. I booked a room through Booking.com, but the Fairfield Inn couldn't find our reservation, even with the confirmation number. They told us they were sold out. After over 20 minutes of discussion, we left.

Many major restaurants are within easy walking distance of the Fairfield. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Super nice, clean hotel stay. Comfortable bed, updated spacious rooms. My only complaint is the shower water temperature was all over the place. You would put it on hot and it would suddenly be ice cold and then scalding minutes later. Breakfast was alright, not the best.

My only complaint is my room was right next to the kitchen or somewhere where staff did things and there was loud clanking during certain times of the day. But not a big deal really.

I went down stairs told them and even showed them the picture of it. They switched us rooms pretty quick. That room was a lot better. Breakfast was nice, the staff was excellent and the area my family felt safe.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were kind and helpful. My only concern was a rock was continuously left to prop an emergency door open by the west staircase on the bottom floor. I reported it to the hotel staff, but the rock was there the entire stay. I was a bit concerned for safety as the rock was keeping a locked door unlocked for the three days I stayed there.

The location was great and central to everything. The low stars is because we killed roaches in our room and the water pressure in the shower was low. The temperature of the water in our shower would go from hot to cold in seconds and would never stay consistent. We took cold showers.

The only “issue” was the shower temperature couldn’t be controlled (room 216). It was very hot then cold. It could scald a child and it needs to be fixed. Oh and elevators smelled sooo bad! Maybe mold

Cons: no wifi. Unhappy about communication- I messages requesting info about wifi and got no response back. Can be inconvenient if you have school assignments or work to do. Bus takes about 30 min to get into town. About 1 hour 15 min to get to airport (1 bus change in Glasgow city), because it’s out of Glasgow city in Motherwell. Near impossible to get Uber to come to you. Can get Uber from the city to Motherwell. Our Uber from airport to apartment was about 38-45 British pounds. Suggestions for apartment: more hangers please! WiFi, wifi m, wifi. Things appreciated: cleanliness, easy check in, fridge, hair dryer, iron, quiet environment. Thank you so much!

Newer hotel, our room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was decent, some days better than others (they had a good breakfast sandwich one day). They continually had an egg dish, cereals, yogurt, juices, fruit and various breads for toast. Snacks and microwave meals available for purchase in the lobby.

"Breakfast" was horrible!!!! Eggs tasted lile powder, bacon looked more like a thin jerky, potato's were bland. Bed was comfortable Had to ask for fresh towels & to have the trash emptied.

We always stay here anytime we have a business trip in burleson and we love it every time! Breakfast is great and customer service is good. Beds are always comfortable which is a huge plus. We love that it's close to restaurants. Hopefullylly it will always be this great because we love it here!

Only thing that wasn’t great was the hot water in the shower. It was hard to regulate. It was either hot or cold.

The bathtub area had a large crack in the shower wall that needs to be fixed. Other than that the room was very nice and comfortable.

This is our go-to hotel every time we stay in Fort Worth. The staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and cozy and the breakfast is delicious!

The property was nice and clean and the staff was very hospitable, but the noise from the freeway was horrible. The trucks speeding down the freeway all night was extremely annoying.

We had an issue with the TV in the first room. Staff made arrangments and upgraded us to another room. Staff as always were friendly and accommodating.
