The room was nice, but the doors close really loud, so I had a hard time going to sleep as doors were constantly closing all up and down the hall late into the night. There isn't much sound barrier inside the room.

We were in town for a graduation. The hotel worked good for us.

Somewhat updated nice lobby. Right off highway and was SO noisy all night. Plus the ac was ridiculously loud when it clicked on. It was so loud it drowned out the highway noise. Terrible nights sleep.

Clean, comfortable room. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is the property is very close to the interstate, so it was a bit noisy at night in my room due to the traffic.

Yes the room was very clean and soon as the tv would not work I reached out to the office and he came on down when saw he could not fix he asked would I mine changing rooms I said no problem he than went to get another room and bought the card backs and helped me move my things to the next room great customer service

The walls are paper thin and there was constant noise all night long, the bar and bistro are open, but you have to wait 5 to 15 minutes for anyone to show up and take your order. The scent machines they had going smelled nice but the scent was so strong it was awful. The halls smelt as though someone was hiding a lot of really good Marijuana.

Our room didn’t have enough towels and when we asked for them the hotel was out. We also requested daily housekeeping and never received it. The room was extra noisy with the highway.

For this being a Marriott, there was no complimentary breakfast and that's one reason I choose this hotel over others.

Place was very dirty. Hotel room was falling apart not worth $94 a night. Wish i could add photos.

Con’s - A) The hotel hallways and room were hot and humid as Heck. Realistically the hallways had to be about 85+ degrees and the doorways to the stairwells were left open I’m sure to try and ease some of it, but that just meant lots of bugs like mosquitos. B) My room was very warm and no amount of cranking down the a/c or upping the fan to high helped. My clothes kept sticking to me and the sofa and bed felt damp from the humidity. It was genuinely cooler sitting outside in the 75+ degree weather. C) Spiders! I actually recorded multiple spiders all in the bathroom, running at my feet while I tried to use the potty. I took two outside but after that I stopped trying. d) idk if I just came at an off time but the parking lot was so full of trash. I get that’s more an entitled persons and littering on guests than it is the hotel but clearly no one had cleaned up the parking lot in a bit.

Met my needs. My only suggestion with the type of shower glass would be to have a hand held shower head. I can’t imagine how the cleaning staff cleans the showers without getting soaked

The only real issues that would cause me to not revisit were the PlayStation 5 couldn’t connect to the internet which caused me to use me hotspot the TV has the least interesting channels I’ve ever seen I was able to connect to my Netflix easy which helped. But I was more upset

The rooms are very clean, established, friendly, and very attentive to all our needs. They informed us on different places we could go visit while we were in Fort Worth. I would recommend the Marriott courtyard to anyone traveling to Fort Fort Worth..

Very clean. Girl at front desk wasn’t very nice, but didn’t let that ruin my time there.

The bistro for bfast said Open until 10am, and it was 9:50 am and they said the kitchen closed. The second day i order EGGs how you like and they were not cooked by my request. The lady was seemed very unhappy with her life.

San Pedro was great during check-in. Place is undergoing remodel but we weren’t inconvenienced or bothered at all. Lobby very nice

Convenient for local hospital. A little more run down looking than pictures. Staff on arrival friendly n helpful. When we walked out early for appointment we said have a good day n desk person didn't even look up from her phone. Not a big deal still enjoyed the stay.

Very clean , well kept hotel room was spacious, and staff was friendly and accommodating, however the beds were extremely uncomfortable very hard both me and my husband back hurt pretty bad in the morning, I ended up sleeping part of the night on the couch but other then that ..they need to update the beds … everything else was fine and would have left a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the beds being uncomfortable

First night was good, second night door lock wouldn’t work after a hour or better door was finally opened. Manager claimed he was going to comp the night due to problem, have yet to see that show up. Rooms weren’t cleaned second day and apparently house keeping never informed anyone door wouldn’t open. Other than second day hotel was clean and accommodations were fine. As long as your door lock works all will be fine.

This hotel faces I-30 and rooms facing the highway are subject to traffic noise which borders on torture. We've never had such a noisy room or endured such a night of torment. Either get a room on the far side of the hotel or look elsewhere if you want a peaceful night. Otherwise, it's actually a nice place

The customer service was good. The facility itself needs some serious upgrades/improvements. The shower did not work correctly and the water temperature was barely warm. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Our reservation included breakfast. The options are limited but still good. I did notice we booked $129 a night but the hotel changed my rate for Fri and Sat to $149. I did not catch this until after I was already gone.

The Assistant Manager was absolutely horrible! You cannot imagine how I was treated! I am single and handicapped. Then my daughter went to talk to him and he was just terrible to her.

Horrible customer service! My family and I were there for four days and only saw maid service once. On the other days when we called asking for them we were told they already left for the day and we could take our garbage to the dumpster out back. The handle on the toilet kept coming off and had to ask repeatedly to have someone fix it. We did not feel like guests, we felt like a bother. Worst experience!!!

Horrible service. The front desk lady at night was rude, not friendly, and unwilling to help. Our room smelled lile mildew and Marijuana. It was an uncomfortable stay, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. Horrible experience for my wife and, especially dince we have a 6 month old baby. I hope this hotel can do better, and compensate us for our wasted money and time spent at a place where we felt unwelcomed.

We were very pleased with this location. It was close to the area we needed to be. It was very clean and the agents onsite were very helpful .

Employees go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. They treated you like they were glad to see you, not just another person checking in. Very clean and rooms clean and quiet.

The pillows on the bed are small and lightweight. My preference is the opposite. It's a nice little happy hour bar and a great morning Starbucks barista

The stay was horrible! Hotel very noisy. Bed uncomfortable and squeaky. Toliet wouldn't flush good. Shower didn’t flow good. People up all night slamming doors and talking in hallway until 3am. Not pleased at all.

This is an upscale hotel and the photos are true as designed and indicated. Here for medical purposes and the rate is very resonable.

When we first arrived, we had no issues. The gentleman that checked us in was nice and friendly. However once we got on the elevator we could smell the odor of marijuana. Then we got off onto our floor and the scent was even stronger. We got to our room, and we were exhausted so we laid down to take a nap. When we woke up from about a 30 minute nap- the scent was so strong it made me sick. My husband went down to the front desk to see if we could change rooms but we were given a spray bottle of air freshener because the hotel was booked.

Good location, spent the evening in the Stockyards, Lyft picked us up, no issues. Room is on the smaller side but it was perfect for the 2 of us. Later at night, we could hear the drag racing cars out on the freeway, but not enough to keep us awake. Will stay at hotel again... Just wished they had a complimentary breakfast, but we ended up going to a Waffle House that was less than 10 min away.

They gave me a great room but my shampoo bottle was not dispensing shampoo. Check in rep was super nice and quick to get me checked in. Great location right off the freeway.

Not noisy, pretty clean. Has a bistro included until 9pm, which also has a starbucks. Unfortunately, when we came back from our outing, our restroom’s floor had a huge puddle of water on the floor. We looked up towards the ceiling it was all plastered in what seems like caulk and water was seeping through and forming bubbles in the walls and falling towards the floor. Unfortunately, when we went to let staff know, all they told us was their rooms were full and staff could fix it in the morning and gave us a handful of towels to soak up the water and no one came to fix it or see it.

Staff were great . I loved Andy hospitality, and the assistant manager (Armandh). They are truly great folks.. I was disappointed in the smell in the rooms, loud mildew smell upon entrance, rooms are outdated. Double bed rooms are full size beds, they seem more like twin size beds, I asked for a transfer to a king bed which they did no problem , only to get into the room, and ac stop working, so I was transferred to a third room

Call multiple times at front desk to have the room to be clean and take out my trash, They never comes. Shower have an issue with no cold water only Hot water. Maintenance guy came and try to fix it but was only get it to warm water and not cold. We stay for 3 days and have to stick with the same towels to use for showering. There’s a paper hand on the towels holder say please hang towels for reuse. What’s the point of paying and can’t get to stay comtable and have nice clean towels daily!

I booked this room because there was a couch sofa. I pulled it out and there were no sheets on it. Figured there might be some in the room. There wasn’t. Tried calling down to the front desk. After waiting for over 30 min, I just gave up and ended up squishing together on the 1 bed.

The property was very clean with easy access. The only downside was road noise. We were on the front of the hotel that faced the highway, We heard road noise all night long. If returning to the hotel, I would definitely ask for a room as far from the highway as possible. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

So much to unpack here. Looks like the property hasn’t been updated since it opened. Our room smelled like moldy grossness. The staff were mostly unfriendly & unhelpful. The cleaning service (& it’s ridiculous schedule—we were there for 8 nights & only had the room cleaned once) is awful. Everyone is understaffed but this was the worst. Bistro was closed in the evenings most nights & the morning service could definitely improve. Would never recommend this property

Close to some good food.

First room had red dye all over floor, runny toilet, and a door coder that was not fully attached. Went to management tomm and they immediately switched me rooms. Point for service. Second room looked ok until I got back late and tried to turn on a light switch and it flickered and wouldn’t stay on. Had to flip up fast to keep it on so maybe a short. Paint was also on the light plates showing lack of detail. I was too tired to ask to be switched rooms again. I like comfort suites but this one I would not recommend.

Don’t be fooled. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a rundown old POS place. Dirty everywhere. Roaches in lobby. Filthy floors.

Quick trip to see the Best Maid Pickle Emporium and checkout FT. Worth. Nice hotel, room was clean and comfortable. Only issue is no complementary breakfast or coffee in the lounge which was nice. Room Coffee is never as good. Would stay again.

Mattresses get old, everything else exceptional

When the north wind is blowing above 25 mph, it might be a good idea to lock the north door to incoming traffic. The wind blew that door into me and knocked me to the floor in the back lobby area. I have a bruise on my right cheekbone where I hit the floor, as well as a bruise on my left knee. I'm not blaming anyone - just making an observation.
