    The hotel was being renovated and perhaps that should have been included. It only included specific floors so it was not very visible unless one took the stairway or walked around the back.

    The breakfast was great! Place looked like some parts were under construction so some debris in areas from that. I wish they would have come and cleaned the rooms while we were there, instead of just before and after. Overall pretty good though! I loved the room itself very pretty and clean.

    When we arrived at the hotel they told us they didn't have a room for us because they were under construction and the type of room (a two bedroom suite) we booked wasn't available. Something that probably should have been communicated before our arrival. After pushing the front desk clerk to do something since we did have a reservation she offered to put us into two rooms which was not ideal as it either meant our teenage kids would be in a room alone, or my husband and I would be split up with the kids, not really ideal for a family vacation. We had been driving 15 hours and were exhausted so we accepted, but there was no apology for this confusion. The hotel was nice but the lack of customer service and proper communication about the construction was really disappointing.

    breakfast was not offered and there was nothing I liked from this hotel it was very worn down, two different rooms and same issues... worn out sofa with many stains and worn. Furniture was missing laminate on both desks. elevators were small and also not what you'd expect from a Hilton. paint stains, rips in the floor. Door to room was scratched up as if a crow bar was used to open the door.

    The bed was comfy! The employees were nice. The pool was not working, I would like to have been notified before we arrived so we could have made other arrangements. We had our 5 grandkids who were all excited to swim, so they were disappointed. The air conditioning was not working in my son’s room, they were given another room, but they had to repack everything. Which was a lot due to 5 kids. So that was a let down. The cart we got for our luggage was broken, that was a struggle getting it up and down in the elevator, there were none left to exchange. It was very hot in the hallway.

    The hotel was easy enough to find. We stayed in the handicap room which definitely needs an upgrade as the area around the toilet, was nasty and the shower definitely needed work. The sink faucets needed tightened in the kitchenette area, and there was a suction handicap bar as a handle on the freezer of the refrigerator. The wallpaper in the hallways was peeling off. The carpet needs to be replaced as it was loose.And there was a rug placed over an area which I tripped on. The breakfast was okay. The parking lot was safe and well lit. The beds were comfortable.

    The hotel is old and needs remodeling. There was a water leak in our room and they sent maintenance to fix it. They painted over the ceiling but the leak was still there all three days we stayed. Branded as Hilton but bought out and doesn’t qualify imo.

    The breakfast and the customer service. I especially liked their text service asking what your needs are. The smell/scent of the room and the hallways likely due to the old carpet. The overall design of the kitchen was not spatial and it had insufficient cook utensils. Lastly, the ceiling fan was so loose that it looked like it would fly off if we kept it on.

    I really liked the spacious rooms. My family of 6 stayed for one night and it was plenty of room for everyone. I really appreciated the two bathrooms. The breakfast was decent. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool. The check-in staff was nice. That was the only interaction I really had with the staff. I would recommend this hotel for future travels.

    Most of the furniture in the room was dirty or ripped or didn’t work. When we opened the curtain to the window by the beds. The clear stick was just laying there, and not sure what it was suppose to go to bc there were no blinds. The shower curtain in the bathroom didn’t cover the tub so water went all over the floor and I had to place a towel and my clothes to catch it. Didn’t have any body wash. The room didn’t feel clean or welcoming.

Our biggest issues were the frequency of housekeeping, we were there for 4 days and housekeeping never once came by. Also we had to wait almost 30 minutes past check-in time before we even got to check in to our room because it wasn't ready.

    Breakfast was good with different options each day. But other than that nothing else was good. The room we were put in smelled and the toilet was broke. Was given a new room. Room smelled clean. Couch had rips in it, bed was hard and so were the pillows, half of the light fixtures did not work or was broken. All of the equipment in the fitness room was broken. The back patio door was broke and you had to pull hard to get it open. Our stay was not relaxing in the slightest for the amount that we paid for the room. Definitely not booking a Homewood Suites again.

    Our first room thr couch bed did not work and the light over the stove top. Then we were moved and the wall had water damage, the vent did not really work when i was cooking burgers smoked up the room and then had to open the door to the hallway so the room and halway smelled like burgers for the rest of our stay. The breakfast downstairs was not bad. The pool was rough and cut up the kids feet and gave them blisters.

    Overall a good experience. Hotel is dated and in need if some basic repairs and updates. We had no room service for basic cleaning or towel replacement….nor were informed that this would the case. Breakfast offerings were good and presented well. Coffee was outstanding I would have to say.

    The suit was quiet and well cleaned. I wish the AC was little bit powerful on the cold side. While it was set at 68, it did not feel like it at all.

    Property need major remodeling. Unbelievable that this hotel is on your site. Expedia need a sercet representative to go stay at the hotel and rate them accordingly to they conditions. I had to stay the first night to keep from losing money. I had to pay $222.00 to stay in that place . Shower conditions was Unbelievable heater didn't work. We nearly froze that night. I wish would refund me my $222.00 back. I tried to call and chat nothing works. The chat person told me to wait and never came back. AI is garbage. Can someone please help me with this matter.

    First time staying here and was surprised by how pleasant my stay was. Checking in and checking out was pretty easy. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very nice. The breakfast was surprisingly good. They had a large variety of breakfast items (waffles, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, fruits, yogurts, pastries, oatmeal’s and more) my family and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be booking this hotel again.

    When we checked in the didn't give us the double queen room & said our reservation was for a king bed & when we went to show the reservation was for 2 beds they did quickly change us to the proper room.The property & rooms are dated. Some of the drawers wouldn't stay in on the credenza in the living room. The couch was old & not very comfortable. Looked like they had sprayed the tub white but it wasn't a real good job. The shower head however had a great flow. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast - the waffle maker wasn't working or they didn't have product which was sad because that is what we really wanted. The eggs were watery. They did however keep up the food so there was plenty. I wish they would have had the option for bacon since I don't eat sausage. They had toast & bagels, the juice machine had plenty of options,milk & oatmeal with plenty of fixins to add to it. Overall I would give it a 2.5 or 3 stars.

    A soon as we walked in, it had a grungy wet smell. The televisions, both of them never worked. The body soap was expired in 2022. I always stay at Hiltons and I’ve never stayed at one this bad.

    A lot of the hotel needed renovations. The button on the elevator on the inside did not work. A lot of the doors were banged up and looked like they had been broken into and we did not have any hot water due to the boiler being out the phones did not work at the front desk

    My room the bed was dirty with urine ,no bed sheets I ask to be changed from that room and they did was so much clean the room but to much noise there was screaming from a baby because they were screaming at him to shut up poor baby we call to report this incident after that we don’t know what happen

    Our room was quiet and nice. We were the very last room room on the 7th floor so walked a pretty long hallway to get there, but it's ok. An elevator at other side of building would have been good.

    Why would you put the handicapped rooms the farthest from the elevator? Very bad design. My husband had to stop and rest on the way to the room. They said ice maker in the refrigerator there was not, ice on one floor only and they do not have ice bucket to get ice in. First time I’ve been disappointed in Homewood suites.

    The hotel is in need of repair. Visual water damage through the common areas (hallsways) and the room. The dining area furniture was faded with tears and wear spot clearly visible. The wall paper is missing and the repairs are poor. The bed sheets were not changed. There was different color hair and lengths not associated with me.
