Best Western Fort Worth Inn & Suites

Great staff, clean rooms, workout room with at least 3 different workout machines, provided a good variety of breakfast options & is centrally located to the different areas we were visiting during our trip. There are several nearby restaurants, fast food places, gas stations & CVS Pharmacy. Gentleman at front desk was very helpful when we asked about the stockyard, restaurants, & Sundance areas. Highly recommend this Best Western Hotel. .

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is an older property, but it is still very nice. The room was clean and cozy. This hotel is only 2 stories and was not terribly busy. Breakfast was traditional hotel food. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a nice area and I was not worried about my vehicle or belongings. There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk or drive. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Place had bed bugs in it. Change your bed sheets daily to stop this from happening.

WiFi worked good. They have a breakfast but it was not very good. Pool was clean but it said there was a hot tub also, which there is not. Wasn’t a huge deal, we had a big one in the room which is why I booked here. Be careful though it’s very slippery getting in and out. We didn’t want to be disturbed so it worked out but staff wasn’t very accessible

We stay here often. It is older but clean. House keeping cleans and restocks your room daily. Very nice staff. Breakfast is good. Iit has been a quiet place to stay so far. Easy access to freeway. I would recommend it. It’s time to change the mattress but I still had a good night sleep.

Really run down. Did not enjoy the stay.

The hotel was very clean, from top to bottom. The breakfast area was small, but well kept and well stocked. A Nescafé instant brew station was a treat. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. My room was on the backside, and had zero noise from outside. I struggle to find a hotel mattress that is firm and supportive, so many are downright soft and after a couple nights, my lower back hurts all day. The Best Western mattress was better (for me) than most others at a similar rate. It’s a convenient location, whether passing through or staying awhile. Having a Waffle House right next door isn’t a bad thing either.

Breakfast was poor quality. The rooms were not clean. The washing machine did not work properly. I have never stayed in hotel that counts your towels before giving you clean ones. They were not helpful when a special need occurred. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff at then hotel was unhelpful. They didn’t have the linen for the pull-out bed, and offered no other linen as an accommodation. There were no washcloths, and the property is in need of an upgrade. Also, the hotel charged my card for the room even though I paid for the room on hotels.com. I wouldn’t stay here again ever!

Hotel was great. Only issue was a very slippery bathtub. Gentleman at the front desk that checked us in was very pleasant (checkin 2/11/26, 3 pm). Didn’t get a name. unfortunately.

Reception was so friendly! He made us feel so welcome! The rooms were clean and just roomy enough. One concern was the bathtub was slippery. Use caution! Breakfast was one of the best selections we've ever seen at a hotel! Overall a wonderful stay! We will most certainly be back!

Housekeeping was just enough to get by. During our stay stains on the bed covers, towels that were used left on daily cleaning, sinks not cleaned daily. Breakfast had same hot items daily and they were not great.

Room was very clean. There was a minor problem with the tub drain and the bath fan. I reported these to the front desk and they promptly took care of them. Very friendly staff.

Our room smelled like a mix of cigarette smoke, Mr Clean, and perfume. It was overwhelming and gave us headaches.

Breakfast was subpar. Bed was soft and lumpy. tub/shower had mold.

My room smelled musty and I had allergies the whole time. There were stains on my couch and my mom’s room had a roach. The breakfast was great but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel was very quiet, staff were friendly. There were a few issues in the room with the cleanliness. I feel it could have been a little cleaner than how we found it. The room was nice for what we paid. My main complaint is that the bed was a little hard. By day 3 we both were having back pains because we are used to a softer bed.

Overall, the stay was great! Rooms were clean, nice smelling, spacious and quiet. A/c wasn't noisy either. The only thing that I didn't care for was the breakfast. Choices weren't plentiful and I did not like the scrambled eggs or sausage patties (too salty and not tasty). Waffles were good though and you can get cereal or yogurt as well.

Overall great place to stay. Front desk staff were Super nice and friendly. I have enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed at this location several times and have always had a nice visit. The price is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. Additionally, the staff consistently provide exceptional customer service.

Traveled with small children. Clean and safe for a traveling family for a few days. Kids loved the pool.

It was a decent hotel . Only thing I would say is when using a cleaner it should be something less overpowering . The room smelled like straight up lemon cleaner . I would prefer something more neutral smelling . Our tv and WiFi weren’t working and when we called someone into the room all he told us was that our room was a dead spot and it won’t work . I feel we should have been moved or something else should have been figured out since I paid to use the amenities as well as the room .

Room was nice, slept great all week in comfortable bed. The property clean and well maintained. Hotel in close proximity to restaurants and Walmart close by if you've forgotten to pack something. Free breakfast offers a little bit of everything for everyone. My only criticism was lack of variety of fresh fruits and breakfast meats but then there's a Waffle House next door. Will definitely return.

Had the in-room jacuzzi tub. It was wonderful. Clear view to the smart tv and was able to sign in and watch movies/ sports while chillin in the jacuzzi. Definitely gonna stay here again.

Our room keys would not work when we would leave the room and return. We would have to go to the front desk to have it fixed everytime. Besides the key issue, it was comfy, convenient, and quiet, even with it being close to roads.

The room was very outdated but clean. The creepy housekeepers were walking in the room unannounced early in the morning, that was so strange. On check out day the creepy housekeepers were literally standing outside the door waiting for us to leave well before check out time. So strange.

Staff were excellent. Room was clean. No loud noises. Mattress was a little hard but had plenty of soft pillows. Would stay there again. Oh, the eggs on the free breakfast bar were really good.

Hotel appeared to be somewhat new. There is a closed down and sketch gas station out front that gives the hotel a bad look, but the hotel smells and looks new. Service was great. Breakfast was fresh for a hotel breakfast. Everything is clean and taken care of. Lots of staff walking around with a smile.

Needed a weekend getaway with my husband. We booked a Jacuzzi king suite. Check in was easy, the guy spoke really fast so I had to piece together what he said. Love the convenience of paying the deposit in cash. Room was clean, smelled really nice. The whole facility seemed really clean. Quiet so the getaway was really good. Only bad thing, there was a life size and I mean the size of a grown man fist, cockroach, water bug whatever you call it in the bathroom at 6am in the morning. Had to wake my husband up to kill it. It’s a Texas thing, I know but also upon leaving, it’s a trash can near the side door and there was roaches there as well, on the outside. As a person who hates bugs, it was noticeable. Overall though, great stay, I would stay again!

The hotel was nicer than expected, they offered breakfast, but I would recommend breakfast lasting until 10am or 10:30. 9am is just too early to end breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful.

As white all Best Westerns, the room was clean and comfortable and st this location-modern. Breakfast was great with real breakfast food and thoughtful service. Everyone had a smile. I believe this one may be family owned. Highly recommend.

It was an amazing birthday surprise. Jacuzzi was on point. Breakfast was on point. I will return. I was close to an exit and front door to get to my car if need to. In a perfect spot to get food,gas or get on Highway. Thank you for your curiosity for the even shift gentlemen. I didn’t catch his name but he’s older and he have great communication vibes. I hope to see him again on our next visit

I have stayed at this property before the hotel. Staff is amazing! Very friendly, very polite. The hotel could use some minor upgrades specifically the bathroom however I will definitely be staying there again.

Room s bit musty smelling

I had a noisy room on the second floor back. When near by rooms ran there water it was extremely loud. I had to get up in the night and unplug the refrigerator, because it was making a strange noise.

There were two dead grasshoppers in my room that I had in the second floor. On the fridge there were strands on purple hair hanging in the inside and the lighting was bad.

Breakfast was good with 24 hour tea/ coffee available. The gym has only 3 machines with no weights at all ? Very hot inside the gym ? Pool doesn’t open till 1100 am which is a bit late considering Texas temperatures 🔥

Great space, pool was good and so was the breakfast! Waffle House and Burger King are in the same parking lot so you have a few food choices. Plenty of places around as well!

Excellent service. Breakfast was delicious. Several dining choices within easy walking distance. Walmart is only a few blocks away.

This location was convenient for us. However, every light bulb in the room was low-wattage, making it very difficult to see if the room was clean. I presume it was, but it was very dark in the room and challenging to put on makeup. The bathtub surfacing around the drain was not good, and the tub needs to be replaced. For the rate we paid it was not that great. Also, the layout for breakfast was challenging. After a short time we figured it out.

I had a 2 day meeting next door at the Staybridge hotel. It was walking distance from the Best Western to the Staybridge. But there needed to be a sidewalk between the two hotels. Our room at the Best Western was very nice, quiet, clean, breakfast was good. This was a very good hotel. We will stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

When checking in the guy at the office was just looking out through the window to see what we were doing and how many people were going to be in the room. Then the next morning my son went to get breakfast at the cafeteria and he was asked to brig my daughter some thing to eat because she had a headache and one of the workers stopped him and was being rude to my son telling him he couldn’t take food to the room and that made me mad! The day off checking out exactly at 11am they desactívated the key to our room while we were take out our luggage. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel!

The continental breakfast was a joke and once I had booked the room for 4 nights, I couldn't cancel it. The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice. You could hear anything going on in the hallway though. Turning on the fan helped. Some of the staff was awesome and some it seemed like a chore.

I need a room for my son and his family, so we booked him a room for almost a week. He was greatful for cleanliness and quietness. Loved his stay.

Pool was closed it would of been nice for them to state that when booking. Other hotels around had their pool open and they were also outdoors, didn't understand why they didn't have theirs open. I stayed with 4 children and managed to keep noise level low, while others were extra loud. Room had a weird smell

Everything about the property was great other than the shower. The facet didn’t fully close to allow the water to come out of the shower head. Very noisy. Also had neighbors upstairs stomping their feet the whole night. But that’s not the hotels fault.
