    NO housekeeping. Deadbolt did not work. No phone. No microwave. Hookers being dropped off to rooms nearby. Old pizza crust under bed. Have pictures of bed bug bites, and kept bug I caught. Worst place I have ever stayed. Deserved NEGATIVE numbers in rating.

    What I didn't like at all was the fact that these forenors are greedy and could care less about being hospitable when it comes to me as their customer for 5-8 days. I was on time when it came to paying for the room immediately, and when I needed the room for two more days in the middle of of my stay their management greedily took my money, without even saying what We Americans say, "Thank You, Welcome". So my last day comes up, I'm awaiting on some earned funds from my employer to come to me, definitely going to be this particular morning, Before Checkout; I kept the front desk manager aware that I'd bring enough to the desk within at least an hour, my funds are really on the way. The next thing I know is there's a hired bouncer kind of custodian banging on the door demanding that I put everything that I own, out of the room, move it on the side or anywhere for all that they mattered. I absolutely did as told, within another 45 minutes to an hour my funds arrived, Felt kind of violated although the room didn't belong to me, so they were within their rights. But I'm simply writing this for other future guest to be aware of this companies Smiling at the Beginning tactics, They could give a damn about you, obviously just Your Money 😏

    Not what I was expecting. No phone, broken dresser, no amenities, 2 pillows for a king bed, torn curtians, broken painted on lamps, stained sheets and bedding, ac did not work. However, check in was fast friendly, the staff was kind, definitely pet friendly which was the biggest plus for us!!

    The AC worked good but the unit itself was broken and filthy. The comforters were tattered and torn. Drug paraphernalia were strone out on the sidewalks and stairs. There was a homeless man that was evidently passed out on the stairs. The floors looked as though they hadn't been mopped in months. Also, there was a major fire or chemical burn on the floor which had not been fixed. The refrigerator was disgusting and didn't work at all. The fire alarm was missing and the wires were exposed and hanging from of the ceiling. The ice bucket was dirty and cracked so when the ice melted it drained onto the counter everywhere. The pictures on their website does not depict an accurate description of the Red Roof Inn West, Fort Worth, Hwy 30 & Las Vegas Trail. A strange man knocked on our door asking to come in our room so we could look at what he had and use the phone. I called the manager and he told me he was looking at the camera and nothing to worry about. He didn't believe me and told me to shut up. Then hung up on me when I tried to tell him that there was a man disturbing his tenants. Oh the door was extremely damaged from a forceful entry at some point and did not shut properly (flush). We had to forcefully push it shut to lock it with the top metal flapper lock. The bottom of the door stuck out about an 11/2 inches from the door frame. The only good about this hotel was the check out.

There’s a for sale sign on the property, which is an indication to me that they checked out a long time ago. I’m gonna share with the meaning of hospitality is since they forgot. Hospitality encompasses the relationship between a host and guest, characterized by generous and friendly treatment, often involving the reception and entertainment of guests in a comfortable and welcoming environment. I attempted to check in at 3:15. I was told that I had to wait till 4 PM. I thought maybe it’s because my room wasn’t ready when I checked into my room I realize there were dead insects in my sink and my bathtub which indicates to me that I wasn’t waiting for the room to be cleaned. I was just waiting because someone wants to make people wait for no reason. Two other guests tried to check in around the same time and since the lobby was locked, they had to wait outside in 100° heat shame on you. What a pathetic excuse for a hotel owner I’ve stayed at many red roof ends in my life. I would’ve never considered it to be a bargain basement chain until the stay at this property. I cannot believe that it’s allowed to be called the Red Roof Inn. The door to the room has been bent. You can see part of the outside of the door on the inside. They gave us new rooms, one of which was far from clean and the other was overheated to the point of the fridge welding itself shut and there were burn holes in the sheets. Absolutely terrible, glad I got a refund.

Overall, it’s okay for our 1 night stay to unwind after a long drive. Mcdonald’s is at a walking distance which was convenient. We will only stay here again if there was better choice.

    The room is NOT like the photos! Room smelled like marijuana, comforters were old, dingy and had burn holes all over them, no towels had to go back to office because they don’t answer their phone, to request better linens and towels. I’m disabled and they didn’t have the requested 1st floor available so had to do stairs and a long walkway to get to room. Didn’t go out at dark it’s unsafe!

    The convenience of wash n dry room, ice machine, pet friendly to some extent, and McDonalds near by. The staff is rude, wouldn’t get me refrigerator for 5days of paying, clogged toilet for two days, when in crisis they impounded my dogs n lost my expensive property which they better find! Then someone stole my tools!

    Nice location. Family owned and operated and they cater to many of your needs. They were very polite and respectful and made me feel like I was at home. This is probably the safest spot in the area and the rooms are cleaned and appear to be newly remodeled. Never seen a bug like surrounding hotels. Customer service was top notch and anytime I am in this area this will be my home no questions asked

    Not clean, it's summertime the pool was unavailable, found drug parafanaila in one of da drawers. I also booked it four people and it only had 1 set of towels. Overall i didn't like it.

    The stay was terrible there were roaches in the rooms. Even when I was transferred out of a terrible room they had roaches in another. Burned holes in the sheets from smoking. My baby also had bites from the infestation all over him. It was just not the best stay for me and my family for the amount payed.

    Did not get the room that I reserved got a two twin beds instead of a queen bed. I'm pretty sure I got screwed on the price . crickets crawling under the door cuz of a big ass Gap and crackheads all hours of the night just walking by your door and staring at you every time you come and go. One of the beds smell like urine. Ended up buying my own towels because their towels felt like sandpaper.
