Customer service was terrible. The hotel took money off my card stating I didn’t check in on a certain day which I did, it was an error on their end but still charged my card for. I will never stay there again. Also the lady at the from desk were very mean. She has No interpersonal skills.

Elevator was trash, homeless people everywhere soliciting you overtime you walk out. Pot smoking throughout hotel.

It’s a very nice suite, spacious, good size kitchen. Safe location. The pillows could be new, they were too flat. Couches were outdated and didn’t feel too comfortable or clean. Restroom was quite small and not the cleanest, wish we received a bathtub because I had kids with me and it was just a shower. Pillows had a weird smell on them. You can hear people walking around if you’re on one of the bottom floors making noise, and slamming doors.

flying in for a graduation weekend, the location was good, being right off the freeway. We enjoyed having the bedroom separate from the living room. Kitchen was spotless.

Brother said he would come get me since it was 15 minutes away. I stepped what I could in my backpack and headed downstairs. Get down there and there’s a truck pulling in head towards the doors that open and close. The lobby glass windows were facing the west where the storms were coming from. The TV in the lobby was on showing the radar and where it was at. The sirens started going off.(meanwhile there was no one at the front desk.) my brother called saying it was hitting, I started going up and down halls for a room w/o windows call 9186477527

When I arrived on Friday evening I was exhausted. I felt like the woman who checked me in was rude but honestly I was probably not a pleasure to deal with. I was already upset because a room that I had previously paid $130 a night for was now over $300 a night with the pet fee. Even on its best day that room is not a $300 a night room. My wife and I have been staying there exclusively though every time we come to fort Worth since 2024 so I paid it. When I got in the room I had a text waiting asking about the condition of it. I hadn't even set my bags down yet. I just replied the room is fine. I should have looked around more because that was not the case. The room had missing and burnt out light bulbs, something nasty on the wall under the bathroom counter, rusted and dirty air vents, and damaged cabinetry in the kitchen. When we tried to use the TV in the bedroom after a while it made a crackling noise which made it impossible to watch. Had it been any other time I probably wouldn't have even bothered mentioning anything. But for $300 a night I felt like that was unacceptable. So at around 5:45 a.m. and then again that evening I messaged the hotel about my issues. I never heard back. I was told the next day when I checked out that a manager would be reaching out to me. I never heard back from anyone. I never even heard back from Expedia when I followed up with them because I wasn't hearing back from the hoteI. I'm thoroughly disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia.

Staff is exceptional, but the rooms, especially AC units, are very old and didn’t function well for us. Still, the location is perfect.

It’s been quite a few times I’ve stayed here. I can not complain. It’s always a pleasure to stay at this location. Breakfast ready at 6 am sharp. lol .property is clean and well maintained. Nice quiet environment.

Our suite was spotless and had everything there that we could possibly need. We appreciated the peace and quiet at night, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our Staybridge Suites was in a great location as well. We would stay there again!

The property was pretty and clean. The rooms were accommodating. Staff was decently pleasant and efficient. They spoke every time that I came in and out. Great business model. It says no smoking but I smelled smoke in the hallway and they let guest smoke directly in-front of the main entrance, which is disgusting, and forced you to inhale it while you check in. When the sliding door opens the smell fills the inside. I wish they made an area or gazebo across the lot or around the building and MANDATE that they please only smoke there. That is why I gave them an 8.

The room smelled like dirty dogs. I had to keep fixing the toilet to get it to flush, and certain bulbs were out in some of the lamps. When I shared with them how my stay was going, they were nice but didn’t offer to switch me rooms. They only told me that they would be happy to get me some bulbs. They were very nice though.

It was quiet, very clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Loved the shower! Breakfast the usual cereals and breads, however they did have assorted cut fruit to go with bulk plain yogurt. Eggs and potatoes were above the average standard motel breakfast fare. Suite had full refrigerator and a 12 cup Mr. coffee. Located near Walmart, Albertsons, QT, Dunkin, and close to Starbucks.

Our room was so nice and big! Very clean. Good breakfast. Places to gather with friends. They stop restocking the breakfast well before it closes so go early!

Hotel was great, we stayed 2 nights without any issues, staff is friendly, breakfast was good, some guests were a little greedy when it came to what they took as they did not leave much for others, but other than that would absolutely stay again.

The only issue we had with the room was the ice maker did not work in the freezer, but the front desk staff was very helpful and was able to provide us with ice. The only other issue we had was that other guests allowed their children to carry the juice glasses from breakfast area to their rooms and was many spills in the elevator which made for tricky walking espicially for my husband who is handicapped was afraid he would fall, notified the front desk and they had it cleaned as best as they could during this time. We will stay again next time we are in Fort Worth.

The room was great. However, the elevator was not working and we were stuck on the 3rd floor as that's the only available rooms. Not easy to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs when you have bad knees and a bad back. :( Other than the elevator not functioning, the stay was great.

The Elevator was broken for 2 days. They placed an out of order sign that stated it would be down for 1-2 hours.

The staff was friendly and professional. However for a $144/night stay, the room was not ready by check-in time, an unexpected $30 charged for a room fee was added, and the shower drain did not drain properly and filled up quickly, making it unsanitary. I only stayed for a night and did not report it, as I was in a hurry and it was a quick trip. All else was fine.

The lady working the front desk was maybe having a bad day… she definitely could have been nicer. The AC did not cool very well. We did not report these things it was late when we checked in & we checked out early the next day. Bed was comfortable shower had plenty of pressure & hot water.

Stayed at this location for our daughter’s parents weekend at TCU. Highway access was so easy with arrival to campus within 12-15 minutes.

Had everything we needed. The AC system didn't feel the same all around. One of the bedrooms felt colder than the other.

Breakfast staff was not very friendly and breakfast did not have many options. On the top of that, when we arrived an hour before the breakfast end time, everything from toast to egg was not available. Even medium roast coffee was run out and the other dark roast coffee was cold. Other than that stay was good and other staff was friendly.

Oh and I loved that there is sitting available out front entryway at that location. I've recommended this property/chain to my friend and will definitely book Staybridge again.

Check in was great although upon checking in, we didn’t have a crib set up as promised and we had to got to the front desk for extra sheets for the sofa bed. Good place to stay for the areas we visited. On average 10 to 30 minutes from most Fort Worth tourist attractions. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was better than most. Cook top inside the suite did not work, and pool area was subpar, but otherwise, A nice hotel

The price was outrageous and when asked why it was so high i received a shrug and then ignored. The couch and curtains had a very foul odor and the tub had mildew. We stayed 2 nights with 4 adults and only given 3 towels our whole stay. The door handles to the bedroom were hanging off. Once the pull out couch was extended it would not go back into the couch. The room was advertised as 2 queen beds but the ones received we're maybe full size and very uncomfortable and not able to fit 2 people. There was also no room to walk and get on the bed from the side that was against the wall so you had to crawl from the end of the bed. The elevator was unsafe and had no sensor to stop the doors once they were closing. My arm was smashed once I was trying to get in the elevator. There was absolutely no parking to accommodate the units you rent out. Several times I had to park far down your entrance road and walk a long distance back to the hotel entrance. At breakfast the first morning the toaster caught on fire and when addressed the attendant just stated that she had a sign on it and it was still left out on the counter. The room was very hot and it took hours to cool down. We had to set it lower but had to leave our room to give it time to cool down which was over 4 hrs.

The atmosphere, the employees, the room were amazing. Along with many other things. With this trip being my first stay, I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be recommending to others and visiting again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was a perfect hotel for a long stay. The kitchen was exactly what I was looking for to store our snacks and drinks in the fridge. The king bed was comfortable and the separate living room was perfect for privacy when I needed to work away from vacation. My family and I weren’t happy with the key card issue as we couldn’t use any outside door with our key card to get in. The bathroom also needs some deep cleaning in the toilet and shower area. I think they were renovating the room above us so it was quite disturbing in the early morning hours as well as the loud family across the hallway. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

My family and I weren’t happy with the key card issue as we couldn’t use any outside door with our key card to get in. The bathroom also needs some deep cleaning in the toilet and shower area. I think they were renovating the room above us so it was quite disturbing in the early morning hours as well as the loud family across the hallway. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Check in was easy. Everyone nice. Stay was pleasant and rooms were clean. Loved having a living room and bedroom separate with a kitchen.

We sty here every year , this year was not the hotels best . the house keeping was poor we stayed 8 days ,never was the coffee tea ect. every filled ,we has to ask every day at front desk 1 day out of the 8 nothing was done garbage ,towels ect.. i asked at check in and was told soft cleaning every day towels, garbage ,refilling, bed making .On day 7 full cleaning (floors ,charge sheets .restocking ). But that was never done. they were also remodeling but never said anything about that on arrival. there must have been a leak in the room above us the water mark was badly covered up and was flacking off. i also had to use the haircap pool lift ,but that was not in working order .( the help/employees were very helpful trying to get it to work and very apologetic ) Front desk was very pleasant , food help was on top of everything. Even with all I will be back favorite hotel .

It was pretty decent hotel our room was remodeled they where doing a remodel so I understand why it was kinda loud but overall our room was very nice

The bathrooms are quite aged and are not well-maintained. The sofa is in very bad condition and extremely uncomfortable, you can feel every single spiral.

Room smelled musty and some items through out need to be updated due to rust. Dishwasher leaked onto kitchen floor.

It was a great stay. The beds slept wonderful the room temperature remained consistent. The front desk and housekeeper were extremely friendly and welcoming.

A lot of bandaid fixes rusty bathroom shelf and to holder. Poor caulking job instead in shower surround. Toilet paper plugging a hole in wall Etc etc. at first glance the place seems ok. But further observation shows lots of maintenance flaws. Obviously an old less unkept building on inside

Quick stop as we were passing through and it was a great choice. We hit some bad weather and checked in late. The front desk clerk David offered us a late check in and was super nice! Room was set up nice and everything was clean! Would definitely stay again

Apparently, if the key card gets anywhere near a cell phone, it wipes it out. This must happen a lot and I think they need to update this situation.

Barking dogs in nearby rooms made the stay less enjoyable..seems logical to designate certain parts of the hotel for pets and don’t put guests without pets in proximity to those rooms with pets…

Toilet seat was up, debris on the floor in front of the air conditioner, room in the far back corner by construction that was going on.

This hotel is very easy to get on and off from the highway. Nice free breakfast. The room was big and comfortable. It was clean and no funny smells. The free parking and the use of free washer and dryer were a bonus.

Convenient location. A bit old but well maintained. Clean room and friendly stuff.

It was good for exactly what we needed. Nothing crazy or fancy. We’ll stay again for the convenience.

Amazing value! Flew in from California and had a great, relaxing time. Friendly and helpful staff, surprisingly good breakfast, very comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

No issues with cleanliness. Concern about cross contamination. Wonder if a new box of tissue was placed in between guest. In light of COVID and other respiratory infections, I do not want to use tissue that others have handled. Both landline telephones in room were out of service. This is a safety issue. Front desk clerk ins le to resolve e issue.

I liked the area and all the eateries around. Bath towel holder needed reattachment to wall.

Room floor was stained with a whole in the carpet and bathroom shower was dirty.

We went to use the pull out sofa and there was period blood stains, hair clip and food crumbs. Non of which was ours. My granddaughters ended up sleeping with me for the evening.

The Breakfast was very good. Comfortable Bed.

This is a nice property and option. The beds are very comfortable. The front desk lady initially told me they were sold out the second night of my stay and that I would have to switch rooms or might not have a room night 2, but nothing happened. Pool area is decent but door is broken and no pool towels. AC stopped working 2nd day so we had to change rooms at 9pm. First room smelled like cat pee but the second one was wonderful!

Very nice room; clean, spacious, plenty of outlets and USB charging, and excellent HVAC. Especially nice to have a walk in shower.

love this hotel 2nd time staying ,beds are comfortable ,breakfast is a full breakfast, also have a social hour with food ,wine ,and beer. pool area is wonderful ,close to highway, grocery stores.10-13 mins from downtown, stockyards ,race track, zoo, botanical gardens, Dickie arena.

The rooms were spacious and perfect for a long stay where we would store or heat up food, do laundry, meet with our group in the lobby seating area or in our rooms.

The stay was amazing and the front desk lady Ms. Tammy was so kind and sweet. The breakfast and MTW happy hour was awesome.

Location was perfect for our needs but the furniture and room needs to be updated. Rooms and facilities were clean.

The bad- Room was clean, but smelt bad. Last morning of stay there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Nice area of town, easy to get around. Hotel was good, but cleanliness could be better. Hair in the shower, mold in the coffee maker, worn areas in carpet and walls, trash under couch. The locked side door of hotel did not close completely. No maid service, had to request trash pick up. Staff was friendly and common areas clean. The kids would not eat the breakfast, said unappetizing.
