The check-in process was satisfactory, although the representative lacked politeness and a welcoming demeanor. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the room was clean, though the carpet appeared not entirely clean. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was dusty, which exacerbated my children’s allergies. Overall, the experience was positive.

Rooms are good size but bathroom felt congested. Ac sound is pretty bad and the hotel staff already knew this but set only one pair of ear plugs in the room for a family. Breakfast was awesome. Parking is bad and far. Mini kitchen is helpful.

Exceptional

Very clean and secure, staff was friendly. Part of why I chose this was proximity to the metro, but there is construction making the walk to the metro SIGNIFICANTLY longer.

Wonderful place, location and plenty of great places to eat around.

Just a note, the entire block is under construction, so the nearest Metro stop is currently a 15 minute walk one-way.

Clean and comfortable I couldnt find the location easily. Perhaps because of construction going on around the location. I had to go around the block a couple of times to figure out the entrance to the building. And also there wasnt enough to park the car temporarily to go to the reception and check in. There could be better directions given to the guests ahead of time to avoid this confusion. The from entrance can also be made more visible with some sign boards which wil make it easier to identify the place.

It was exactly what I expected. Property is very new It was hard to find the parking and main entrance. Seems like they are trying g to balance fitting in within a newer mix residential project but the lack of any indication where the entrance and parking in located made it a bit stressful.

Superb

This place was clean, comfortable. My only complaint is the room walls are quite thin, so you can hear everyone around you and in the halls, and apparently the floors considering you can hear people walking above you.

Great hotel, awesome stay. You have to park in a parking garage which is not ideal for a family to load and unload luggage and other items, especially in the rain. Lots of construction in the area, so it makes for a longer walk to the Metro. Once the construction is done it will be a closer walk. Breakfast was great and staff was excellent. Would go back, but the parking garage and family with kids and lots of stuff is something to think about. But I would go back again.

The location is excellent. Falls Church, and the surrounding area is very nice, and the hotel is only a few blocks from a Metro station.

Room was very clean and had amenities that were very useful. We thought this was an excellent place to stay.

We did not enjoy our stay as much as we have at other Home2Suites. It was set up very odd & needs to be in the description of the hotel. You have to park around the back of the building in a parking structure that you must pay for and walk around to the front of the building to go inside. Not relayed in the details and not great for someone with ADA parking. Then the hotel lobby was on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was not up to the standards of other Home2Suites either. Staff was friendly and room was very clean.

excellent, only thing i would add is it would be nice to have yogurt normal brands / low fat and cookies available

Water speed of shower was very low

I like the fact is is a new hotel. so its clean and looks good. only one elevator was working so it was slow going in and out of the building
