    The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was one stray hair (that was not mine) on the bathroom floor and apparently, dried chocolate syrup on the table. It was a bit noisy, though I was 2 rooms away from the ice machine. It was a nice stay overall. Though, I've had much better stays at other Westin properties.

    I contacted Metropolis regarding the parking fees, and they informed me that the hotel does not offer unlimited in-and-out parking privileges unless a specific parking pass has been purchased. This policy was never explained to me during my stay, nor was it clearly communicated when I parked my vehicle. Additionally, the hotel's website displayed photos of a swimming pool, but upon arrival I discovered that there was no pool on the property. This was disappointing and felt like misleading information. As a Marriott Bonvoy member for several years, I expected greater transparency and accuracy regarding both parking policies and property amenities. These situations were frustrating and unfair, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having the same experience.

    The person/company behind putting sliding glass barn doors on the bathroom to completely negate any privacy, along with not having exhaust fans in the bathroom are idiots. The electrical sockets do kit hold plugs well either.

    They try to update the hotel but you still feel its old. Also no free parking you will have to pay 15$ extra per night. We had to park across the street. Be aware of small details in your reservation.

    The staff are very dry just welcome no conversation and when you walk pass you have to speak first they won’t acknowledge you , then you have to pay to park on the property $15 per day . I’ve stayed at several Westin hotels but this was by far was the worse . Definitely needs better customer service

    The Lobby was well kept and clean - having a Starbucks vendor with backed goods was nice too! Bed was SUPER comfy and we slept late with the blackout curtains. The room was very well kept and clean. If I had to complain about something, paying for parking ($15 a day I believe) feels kind of silly, but in that area it seemed pretty common, and there is a notification on their page about it. They use an app to pay for it and it makes it easy.

    Upon reviewing the value proposition against the room's amenities and services, I find a discrepancy. I was required to contact housekeeping on more than three occasions to request room servicing. Furthermore, the lighting fixtures above the wardrobe were non-functional. Additionally, the daily parking rate applied exceeded the standard charge.

    Rooms are terrible. Needs maintenance and renovations. Not a hotel you’ll feel comfortable in. Toilets stopped flushing middle of the night. Had to fix myself. Not a good experience. First time had a bad experience, gave it another try. Second time even worse experience. Done with the Westin, will be looking at other properties for my stay going forward.

    Room was decent . I didn’t like when I arrived at the hotel there were no concierge service and no one helped me with my luggage!! and I had a difficult time taking the luggage out of the car to the front desk and to my room, I did all of that alone without no help, even though the staff were there!!

    We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were my favorite. The staff was helpful. We had trouble with our refrigerator when we arrived and the staff were able to resolve quickly. We will definitely come back.

    The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained, which made a good first impression. However, I was shocked by how long it took for the hot water to come out. Both the sink and shower had freezing cold water for an extended period before warming up, which was very inconvenient. The hotel lobby has snacks to purchase but no drinks like soda or juice. Only 1 vending machine in the whole hotel and most of the drinks were sold out my entire stay

    THE ROOM: Hot water was an issue, had to let the water run for 5+ mins before it would get warm to wash hands or take a shower. The handheld filter had visible black mold on it. The power for the headboard only worked on one side and they here-rigged an extension cord out the headboard to make the outlets work. The water had a smell to it. The TV was fine but connectivity to Netflix was extremely laggy. Several buffering moments, and button presses on the remote wouldn’t respond for approx 5-10 seconds.

    Firstly the door lock on my room was broken. It could not lock until you held the door from the inside a certain way. No one came to fix it. At times I would have to leave the room door opens which was worrisome that someone could come in and take my things. The restaurant in the hotel was not a great experience. We stood there for 9 minutes waiting for help, while an employee sat at a table talking on the phone. I assumed she was on break, and when I asked her if she was she told the person to hold on and no she wasn’t. Then said the person that works the front isn’t there. Ok we see that. Is the restaurant closed? She said no and proceeded to talk on the phone. I was livid. I went to the front desk to complain and the manager on duty gave me a $10 drink card, as if that helped the experience. I left the property to have dinner off site with my room door unlocked. I will never frequent this place again. I do. It recommend.

    Personnel was fine, just the heater in the room didn’t get to raise the temperature. It was a cold night out, yes, but we only saw the room reach from 68 to 71 after several hours of machine causing wind in the room. Our target was 73. The shower also took some time to provide hot water.

    Staff was fine. The room needs attention. An old pilled blanket on the bed needs to be replaced, the handheld shower wand spewed water from the hose connection, the refrigerator did not work, and there was not a hair dryer in the room. I'm the middle of a Netflix show or stopped working and wouldn't reload. Multiple error messages continued to appear. The Westin needs to do better. I brought these issues to the staff on departure in person and in writing and have heard nothing from the Westin. At the very least, I should get a free stay.

    This was such a beautiful well cared for hotel. Staff delivered outstanding professionalism, kindness, very friendly. The atmosphere was so relaxing, food and service. I can’t thank the staff enough for a very nice little getaway. I will be recommending this hotel to my family members, and colleagues at Work. Five star rating!!!!!

    Rooms were nice and clean. Lobby was clean as well. However, the smell of cannabis filled up our room at night and when we called front desk they sent someone who couldn’t not understand or speak English at all. We had a baby with us and that was an inconvenience. The rooms also don’t have microwaves and we had to go downstairs to the lobby anytime we needed to heat up our food or food for the bay. Otherwise, our stay was good overall.

    Had many problems at this hotel for some odd reason. After reserving and paying through Expedia, my card was authorized for a very large amount and nobody wanted to adjust it to a reasonable number - even after one manager agreed to. I was told that my parking would be taken care of for my week stay, but I paid twice in one night just to set myself free. The surrounding area is not pleasing at all... Ive never in my life had an experience like this one at ANY hotel and I will not be back

    We arrive the hotel at 1:20 AM he checked us in at 3:30AM, at where in this world could such a thing happened. It’s the worst experience we ever had. Rooms where v dirty, stains everywhere in carpet, pills next to furniture, burned sheets & mattress, dust and dirt all the floor and lamps , spider webs in the top and next to the bed, weed smell on non smoking room , it was mess everywhere.

    The bathroom in the hotel room wasn’t completely or properly cleaned. There was a dirt ring around the tub, hair and overgrown mold coming through the caulking. Lastly, the light in the shower was blown. All of which was disappointing because I’ve stayed here 3x in the last two months

    Staff are always excellent at any Marriott/westin hotel. The beds are a little firm for our liking and no ventilation in the restrooms. It’s good they have a Starbucks and restaurant in the hotel, there’s no real walking distance places around. Mall is close by and their transportation services are great to get to the mall nearby. Overall would stay again.

    I arrived exhausted after a long trip, only to be told my Hotels.com booking hadn't come through. The front desk gave me two options: pay $150 plus deposit to check in, or wait an hour for confirmation. When I asked for a supervisor, she repeated the same thing with zero empathy or accountability. I've traveled to many countries and never experienced such careless service.     This was my third time staying here and I love it. I come here for my quiet getaway weekends alone. This hotel is always really quiet and clean. The beds are amazing. There isn’t really much going on in the hotel, there is a bar and Starbucks in the lobby area. There is a gym, I haven’t used it yet. As a female traveling alone, it’s pretty safe. Parking is convenient and just $10 a day compared to other hotels in Virginia charging $30 and up to park. I just wish there was a pool.

    The vents were dirty causing me to sneeze a lot. This could also be because they allow pets. Also, the surfaces in the room, such as the table and night stands were not very clean. There were old spots on the surfaces from oil and drinks. The bathtub still had shower gel/shampoo left in a huge glob. The bathroom mirror was not very clean. I was a bit disappointed red as I’ve stayed here before and this is my first time having any complaints. We stayed 1 night so I decided kit to make a big deal out of it and disinfected the surfaces myself with my travel Clorox wipes. The team at the front desk were very professional and nice. However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was definitely questionable.

    They immediately handed our children little welcome bags, which they were incredibly happy about. It really made our kids night with cute little snacks and their own little bag. My wife is also currently pregnant, and they catered to her by asking her if she would like a drink of water and gave her a complimentary muffin. It was SO refreshing to feel like a hotel really cares about their guests. This place is definitely does. The human experience and hospitality was worth it all on its own. From beginning to end, it was an excellent experience. The room was very clean, and very quiet. The hotel is very nice inside and welcoming to guests. I would not ever hesitate to stay here again if I’m nearby. This will be our go-to hotel in the area! I don’t often write reviews unless a hotel blows me away (or quite the opposite) but this location was incredible. The room and the staff could not have been any better. 10/10. Thank you for the excellent stay. We will be back!

    I was there for 5 days. During that time, I didn’t have any hot water and the AC would fluctuate up to 78 degrees. This was my first time staying at the Westin and will be my last. Their staff is nice and friendly and the bed was amazing but if you can’t shower and stay cool, it makes for a miserable stay.
