We stayed here due to canceled flight. Clean hotel, new. Good size room and bathroom. There is parking onsite. Breakfast included. 15 min to the airport

The hotel itself was fine. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. The pancake maker was finicky and worked when it wanted to. The only horrible thing I will mention was that we were on the 3rd floor and the hallway was extremely humid. It actually felt like they were blowing hot air which made the room extremely humid even though the air conditioning was working in the room. I informed them at the front desk and the said their maintenance staff tried to work on it but they could not fix it so they had to call the outside A/C company. We stayed for 3 days and the problem still existed. Personally, for this reason, I would not stay again because Texas is hot enough and you would expect it to be cool inside the entire hotel.

Probably wouldn’t stay again. With it being a new property it seems it has been a little bit unkempt and not as clean as it should be . Also kind of ridiculous there is a parking fee.

The arrival had an oder at the entrance.The front desk representative was nice.The room was clean the bedding was uneven. The shampoo on the 2nd day had a strong chemical smell and made my head itch.The front patio couches had black mold or something on the cushions. I paid $5 for a 20oz Dr.Pepper. One lady didn't speak English.

Property was very clean and our room was as well. It worked well for a short stay. We arrived on Friday and checked out on Monday, but we never had any one come in to clean from housekeeping at all during our stay, which I would think it would have been cleaned once, at least, during the stay.

The staff were the sweetest. I had a layover at DFW (cancelled flight) and check in was so easy after all the stress I went through. I can’t remember the staff member that was there that night but she was AMAZING!

Room never got cleaned or towels replaced during my entire stay. They claimed I told them not to clean and I would never say that. Who wants to stay in a room with no towels and bins full of trash also the elevator didn’t work and everyone had to use the stairs .. breakfast was also horrible. Never again

Worst experience ever. All the elevators were out during our stay and we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. For a 65 yr old women 4 flights of stairs was a lot. Once in my room I felt like I was held captive be because the stairs were too much physical activity. No apology, no compensation nothing was offered for our inconvenience. Never again.

I didn’t get my room cleaned for two days. Was told I got asked at check in if I wanted service and they stated I said I didn’t. No one ever asked and didn’t make it clear at time of check In that I must ask for service. Elevators didn’t work for two days had to use stairs, which is okay but not good for those guest that had many bags to carry

Breakfast was fairly good for this type of hotel. The room was clean. The room was not overly spacious, but it was fine for our purposes (we just slept there). The bathroom was very large. Both nights there was quite a lot of noise in our hallway in the middle of the night (2:00 a.m./4:00 a.m.). The front desk staff was efficient but didn't get points for friendliness (not a big deal for us but may be for some people).

The room was clean and has a nice shower. The heater worked well during the cold. I did not get to partake in the morning breakfast, but IHOP is right next door. Overall i would stay again.

There was a charge por parking and it was not fair since I did not park a car so don’t understand the charge I stay two nights so I got charge twice. If you stay look and review you bill before you leave

Shower door doesn’t close. No fresh towels for our second night. Orange juice was watered down. No donuts.

Our expectations for a Hilton property were not met. The rooms were poorly furnished, the TV didn't offer but 4 channels, the refrigerator froze everything we stored in it, no drawers to put our clothes in. Very, very poorly furnished.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay, that’s affordable, clean safe and good energy. This is where you want to be. I will solo traveling and I felt so comfortable and the staff were super nice. I’d like to thank the girl at the front desk to let me check in early!!

One of our better hotel stays! Room was fairly clean with lots of storage and hooks, a smart tv and plenty of towels. The free breakfast was probably one of the best we've had at a hotel! The pool area and multiple outdoor seating areas were a huge bonus! They even have a pool table and mini put! Small concession with snacks and beer but close to lots of options for food and shopping. Also only about a 10 min drive to the airport. The staff were friendly and very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out too! We will definitely be staying again if in the area!

The cleaning service needs to make sure that they pay attention to the floor. There were crumbs left on the floor from the previous person that rented the room. Also, they need to make sure that the baseboard where the mattress and the sheets that they dust their area there were crumbs as well. Overall, the room stay was great.

Water pressure in the shower was not very good. Pool could of been cleaner. Could have mentioned there was a grill on the property so people could plan better if they want to use them to cook a meal

The location is great. They offer breakfast, which is always nice. There were plenty of luggage carts available! THE PRICE!!! What we paid for 1 night is ridiculous! The hallways were stifling! Incredibly hot. It almost felt cooler outside, and for August in Texas, that says a lot. Also, the rooms seemed cramped. Barely any room to move. The bed frames stuck out around the mattresses so far, we constantly hit our knees. I recommend bringing knee pads. The hairdryer was very disgusting. I doubt it had been cleaned.... ever. And the lady at the front desk didn't seem very friendly. She seemed a bit bothered by her guests. It was pretty off-putting. We wont be back. Definitely not worth it.

The trip on the way was indeed a long drive....but once we crashed in for our first "night" at 12am, it helped us settle in, shower, and enjoy their complimentary breakfast by 7am.

So the property is beautiful and is in a great area. The only thing that was not good was the sleeping. The beds are super stiff and we tossed and turned all night. The hotel is beautiful but, they need to invest in some better mattresses. For that I gave 3 stars.

The stay was great we were there only one night..we went to a concert nearby..room was clean I guess they were short staffed because room wasn't quite ready but cleaning person finished quickly to get us in..

The hotel was very nice though. I did have an accident with the lounge chair. I was moving it, and it was very heavy and it and it took my hand and pulled off my thumb nail. The front desk was very friendly and helped us find an urgent care.

The room had a translucent pull down shade that did not make the room dark to sleep at all. Our room overlooked the highway and parking lot therefore we had large lights shining in. Please invest in some blackout shades or at least have drapes that covers the windows. Do not recommend if you like to sleep in the dark vs under spotlight.

Hotel is nice with a great workout facility. The only thing that really bothered me was you have to pay for parking which is pretty crazy given the location and the amount of parking that is available. It is nominal but irritating.

The bathroom was dirty we were put in a room close to an exit even with a child.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Very close to food and shopping. Only let down was that there was no hot water and the elevators broke down. Otherwise great stay!

Room was supposed to have a king bed but gave me a double bed because they said Expedia overbooked. Room next to mine was playing loud music, slamming doors and having verbal arguments inside the room and in the hallway.

When they did clean they left all dirt and makeup as is on the floor and counter.

We stayed for 2 days. The staff checking in were very friendly and the location was great. Close to stores and some restaurants. Minutes from AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, and Deep Ellum.I will for sure be staying there on my next trip to dallas.

I used the laundry room for before my flight, the room was really nice and clean. Loved the pool. I left early before breakfast but they still have a few to go breakfast if you leave at 5am.

The girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. I was placed in a handicapped room and I am not handicap. Everything is low to the ground which has caused my back to hurt. I was told I’m not able to switch rooms because Expedia chose this room. Not happy at all and will not book anymore through expedia

We arrived around 8pm Stay was one night Not the best place! TV sound didn’t work, light next to Bed was burned out, phone didn’t work to call the front desk to let them know so had to go downstairs to the lobby to let them know. On the outside of shower base was black hair, and no coffee pot in the room! But Breakfast was ok for fake eggs. Will not stay at these hotels again.

This is a clean and fun hotel with a pool table and pool is open late. The sweet lady cleaning up breakfast went above and beyond to help us even though we came late. The only issue we had was the humidity in the 3rd floor rooms was awful. It smelled musty when we checked in and we soon found out why. There was a lot of condensation the next morning after running the air conditioner. They need to use some dehydrators to help with the situation.

I have a severely injured back and the bed made it worse. Both my husband and I are in our early seventies and the bed just added to our own pains.

Our room was not turned down as we were told at check-in. There was a spill of some sort in the entry of the hotel, and it stayed there for two days. It was not cleaned up.

Not so good. Upon entering room after check in we found women’s underwear sitting on the window sill in plain view. The front desk attendants seemed indifferent and ambivalent. We were moved to a new room but were never comfortable after our initial impression. First time staying at Tru. Don’t think I will gain.
