Location was okay. Close to the highway Cat urine smell in the lobby, the vomit smell in the elevator. Sheets had not been changed. The room was clean though

Location. They dont change tge sheets and no shampoo They use the same sheets from the previous guests. I found stains and pubic hairs. Grose. Had to ask for clean sheets 2x. And not 9nly that, infested with little german cockroaches.

This hotel was all around horrible and I thought the staff would be understanding since I was understanding about them not doing things like cleaning and how bad the second floor smelled after I was moved from my room in the first floor they couldn’t get hot water in the shower. When I complained I was told I could leave. When I asked to be reimbursed for cleaning supplies I had to buy because they’re cleaning lady that the staff said is a crackhead didn’t do a job. The picture here is nowhere near what the place looks like. Moldy walls, there was blood in the bed, 3rd floor stinks. I booked two room and both were just in horrible conditions. The guy at the front was very disrespectful.

The bedding had stains on it, and was dirty, the bathroom needed sweeping and the tiles were falling off the wall. The ceiling was coming down. The stay was unpleasant that night because of all the noises you could hear. The reviews I read said nothing of this. The pictures I seen were of nice rooms in a nice place. All I can say is that its out of date.

The lobby was ok but the walk to the room was very dirty. The carpart looked like it had never been vacuummed. The room was disgusting. Everything looked like it had never been wiped down. The piece of furniture that was considered the night stand looks like it had stayed under water for days. The towels had holes in them. And to top it off, there were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. I did not stay. The front desk staff was pleasant and gave a discount. But I will never be back.

READ REVIEWS!! I didn’t and I regret it!! The room was filthy, I went and requested a broom and dustpan so that I could sweep the floor. 2 towels for 2 adults and 3 kids to use. The walls are so nasty. Our blanket and sheet had a cigarette burn in it. Elevator is broke but there are stairs. There was no breakfast, but I wouldn’t have eaten it anyway because the place is so filthy.

There was a bag of chips left in the microwave from the last person who stayed in the room. It was loud in the hallway every night. There's just too much to type.

The room was horrible. You could tell that the floors had not been swept or mopped or even vacuumed. The tub had a ring around it of dirt and I literally had to take a shower with my shoes on. The beds were made but there was hair in both beds that clearly did not belong to us. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone!

Absolutely nothing. I left quick. This is one of the nastiest, filthiest rooms I’ve ever been in.If you want to play Fear Factor with roaches and spiders and heaven forbid you put a bare foot on the floor because my socks had to be thrown away. I know that room hadn’t been cleaned in a long, long time. If they aren’t cleansing floors, let’s guess what’s growing in the bathroom and bedspread for the roaches to have foliage for there playground. The front desk person said “ yes, yes we have roaches. So??” Yep. Bye Senior Roach breeder. Got my money back.

We asked to change rooms 3 times and each room was filthy and the doors never felt like they locked securely. We asked for a refund since we immediately needed to leave and the r staff said to contact Expedia but then would not speak with Expedia regarding our experience and approve a refund. I called myself and was told I would be put on hold for a manager and was hung up on instead. We will continue to escalate this issue to work for our refund so these scammers do not succeed in stealing from us. Horrible place. Terrible people.

It didn’t look anything like the photos, it smelled like cigarettes, and I was with my baby, and there were cockroaches in the room.

Location Dirty room, moved me to another room that was dirtier. Both rooms had never been cleaned. Drug transaction went on as I passed by in the hallway. Very shady clientele, would never recommend to my worst enemy.

The location As soon as you walk into the lobby the smell is horrible. The room looks as if it is under construction. The bathroom is not very hygienic and the toilet was stained brown from never being cleaned properly and the water flow was virtually non existent, I had to flush several times and it always came close to overflowing. I had to get someone to come and unclog the toilet. The light in the bathroom is very dim to the point when you close the shower curtain its very dark. The room smelled of cigarette smoke as did the bed sheets.

When I got to the room I should have known this was going to be a bad experience, the door had a piece of wood on the door frame??I was so tired , I just ignored it and went in. I tossed my luggage on the bed and jumped in the shower. When I exited the shower I was surpised by a Roach crawling on the toilet and another on the wall. I then went to brush my teeth and see debris in the sink, so I skipped brushing and I hurried out of the bathroom to the bed and then realized They gave me the wrong room. Staff was fine, i waited 20 minutes before someone came from upstairs to check me in. The outside door is broke so you have to come inside to get to your room and the plug-in are not scure to the wall. Only reason i stayed was it had a bed, hot water, ac and close to the apartment i was moving into.

The hotel staff were decent. The propery was filthy. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The dust was so thick on the bedside table (if you can call it that) that you could play tic-tac-toe. The pillows wefe dirty, heck everything was dirty and moldy.

I go to my room which was left open, the latch is what was keeping it open. I walk in the bed is not made like there are no sheets on the bed. There are two pillows in a corner chair with no pillowcases and a blanket, no comforter. The trash still had trash in it and in the bathroom there was a used balled up washcloth, and no towel. I didn't have time to go complain to the front desk as I had an event that I needed to get ready and go to. I get back from my event around midnight and get ready for bed. Laying in bed a roach crawled on me. I go to the front desk because at this point I need a refund and he told me that he cannot give me a refund and that that is up to the manager who will be there at 8. :00 a.m. I have yet to receive a phone call from said manager but I did tell the man that I was checking out. I could not sleep there because that's completely disgusting. The room was left a mess and on top of that they have roaches.

Cockroaches. Urine on my toilet. Unclean floors and sheets. Smells bad. I had already switched 1 room due to it severely smelling like smoke, in a non smoking room. I arrived extremely late and left really early, and didn't have energy to get a third new room. When I talked to the staff they didn't care that my room was dirty, just had me "write down" my problems and said they would call me back. I never received any refunds, apologies, or anything. Stay away from this gross, terrible motel. You will be more comfy in your car.

The hotel smelled heavily of Marijuana. The room was filthy. The bed had hairs on it. Roaches in the bathroom. Burn hole in the sheets. And the room I paid for i didn't get and they charged me more for a room i didnt want.

Doors didn't shut completely, anyone was able to come in without chipped card. Able to see into the room through cracks in the door, while door was supposed to be closed and secured.

Property was ok. Nothing fancy. Rooms were fairly clean.....there were some bugs.....service was kinda hard to get a hold of. But I guess it went along with the price.

I had to move rooms 3 times! The first room had a connecting room to it (which was not listed on the booking) and the deadbolt was broke . So the only thing keeping it “safe” was a latch. The second room the front door mechanism was exposed to where you can see the AA batteries. The 3rd room was ok at first. I called Hotels.com to complain and the hotel staff stated they could check me out but hotels.com stated that there’s a possibility they could say no. I had nowhere else to go because to was 10-11pm. The hallways smell like urine, dogs, and smoke just horrible. You hear loud tvs and dogs barking. You see people hanging out the hotel windows or a box fan in the window. They park (the staff) directly in the front of the building so you can’t pull in the “turnabout” if you handicap (which my partner was on crutches). We went to the front desk and explained this and the front desk personnel just stared at us and stated they have pest control come out every month. Long-term 'residents' had screaming arguments in the hallway every day/night, and multiple rooms had multiple dogs that barked and howled nonstop at all times of the day and night for the entire five days we were there. In a word, terrible.

Most awful Motel 6 stay ever. When we arrived, the heavy smell of incense assaulted our nostrils. We were on the 3rd floor and sometimes the elevator worked sometimes it didn't. The safety latch in our room was gone. The fridge didn't work properly nor did the tv. No towels in the room and no phone to call front desk. Vacuum was left in hallway over night. Bathroom was semi clean, but bathtub was very slippery when taking a shower. Asked the clerk when we checked in to split the bill, he did not. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Only good thing it was close to my son's apartment

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it clearly smelled like smoke in there. The AC unit was not all the way onto the wall. There were cracks around it and you could see outside of the hotel through the cracks. There was water and stains all over the floor. I slipped. I went downstairs and told the staff that I was uncomfortable to stay inside the room for the two nights and wanted a refund. They told me I had to contact hotels.com. Unfortunately hotels.com was unable to give me a refund because they could not reach contact with this location. This was a big inconvenience for me. I had to find a whole another hotel that was nearly $200 a night. I had to cut my trip short and leave the following day. This hotel needs to be taken off of this site. They are false advertising and not refunding people's money. This is an unsafe and unhealthy environment. IT NEEDS TO BE DEMOLISHED! I don't think that I will ever book a hotel through hotels.com. I did not feel taken care of because of this issue. It makes me not even want to go to this city ever again.

This hotel is literally a last resort hotel. There’s no breakfast bc the space for it is full of dirty kitchen appliances. The room was dirty and I only felt comfortable sleeping on top of towels on top of the sheets. I wouldn’t stay here again and I only stayed bc my Expedia points covered the night.

Multiple dogs barking on the same floor, bathroom was filthy. I could go on and on. My son and I were in the room for not even 5 minutes before I demanded a refund and found another hotel to stay.

I understand that in a low budget hotel you get what you pay for, but there has to be a minimum amount of… I don’t know… honesty, perhaps. Just don’t lie about your facilities using old photos only to make people like me fall for it.

The room smelt of dirty dog the entire time. When we used the A/C it made a strange noise so we’d just leave it off. The doors looked they they had tons of repairs done on them. When we got there we were just too tired to try to find a new room or go somewhere else. 10/10 will not stay here again.

The floor in the room seemed to never been mopped, the microwave was rusty, the fridge was dirty. The bed sheets had stains but not terrible I guess, I had to ask a few times for new towels.

The staff are friendly and work hard. However, they are no match for the condition of the hotel. The door to the room I was in had been forced open at some point, so a 12" strip of wood had been added to hold the door in place; the sheets were clean but had old stains and cigarette holes; the room had a powerful sour smell that we figured might be the residue of someone smoking marijuana in the room. We bought air freshener and a lilac candle; it helped but didn't cure the problem. The hotel was minutes from our cousin's place, so it served its purpose, but we won't stay again in a Motel 6.

The price was fair but you get what you pay for. We had to take our own sheets and towels down to reception to get clean ones. We had to take our own trash down to the dumpster. Water was hot in the shower. Bathroom needs some fixtures fixed. Bedside shelf/table was coming off the wall. The AC wasn't blowing cold but they did fix it in a timely manner. More of a long term stay facility than a nightly motel. Saw the same people on a daily basis. Elevator worked which was great as we were on the 3rd floor.

Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to. Extremely dirty on the inside. My room had a chunk of hair in the tub, brown stuff all over the shower curtain, Walmart bag over the smoke detector, dead crickets all over the floor, nasty microwave and the sheets on the bed were still wet!! Absolutely filthy. Stay somewhere else!! Your own cat would be better.

The worst place I have ever stayed. Thank goodness it was only 1 night and I left at sunrise. Mattresses stacked in the 'dinning room", carpet in hallway looks like it has never been vacuumed, and room smelled awful. I didn't even use the pillows or undo the covers to the bed I laid on top of the comforter and used my suitcase as a pillow.

The air conditioning unit leaked water the whole time so we feared slipping and falling. The bed was super hard and the towels were ‘crunchy’.the smell in the elevator nauseous and made for an unpleasant stay. The patched hole in the floor didn’t seem secure. No unloading area as the drop off area was blocked by employees vehicles.

First room that was given was not clean. Microwave was filthy, food was smeared all over and mini fridge had mold looking stuff inside with a dirty tag still inside it. Room was not clean and had bad odor. Was given second room and restroom looked liked nobody cleans them. Never saw a cleaning crew on premises. Only stayed because it was non-refundable and had a pet traveling with us. Never again though!

My only complaint was the strong lingering smell of marijuana in the hallways of the motel.

The interior is fresh painted and bed comfortable, however bed looked likel someone just slept in it. Refrigerator absolutely filthy. Looked like someones science project was out of control 😳

If I could of left and got a refund, I would of. This place was NOT worth the stay and the WORST Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. I'll be calling and asking for a refund from corporate. Holes in the floors, table and walls, a noisey and squeaky ac unit that kept us up all night, dirty tub and wash rag under the sink, dirty fridge that froze everything, dogs barking in the halls all the time, no regular TV so you HAD to log into subscription based platform to even use the TV (I went ahead and did my disney then reset the TV after logging out). I felt itchy every time I laid in the bed. I'll never stay at this one again.

Bed was clean. Nice tv. Room itself not the nicest..missing cover for smoke detector..tub stained. If you just need a place to sleep for cheap this is the place.

There was one container of coffee in the morning for all guests with no sugar and the coffee container pump was partially broken. The hall carpet was very dingy and nasty looking.

I called hotels.com asking for a refund and was told I would get a call back but no call. I didn't end up staying I left after 30 min of checking in.
