I love how unique the hotel is set up The rooms are incredibly spacious and the amenities in the room were great. The staff was so kind and courteous, even chatting as we walked down the hallway. Great stay, great people, great location. We will definitely use this hotel and location again.

I booked a 3-week stay for my family and 2 pets. When we went to check in they didn’t have the room I booked and said we could have a different much smaller room for the first night. Since I prepaid through a 3rd party site, they said they didn’t have a way to change what I already paid. The next day we waited 2 hours past the standard 3:00 check-in time to finally get into the room I had booked. We found several bugs during our stay, both dead and alive. After a week we requested room cleaning and fresh towels and sheets. We got fresh towels and sheets but only cursory sweeping and vacuuming. The bathroom was not cleaned. After 2 weeks we asked for a full cleaning and still didn’t get much more than the first. At least we got more toilet paper but not anything else was ever replenished. We had our own paper towels and dishwasher soap and hand soap. One more thing, the free breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very little fresh fruit was offered and once it ran out you got none. The powdered eggs were not appetizing. We only ate the breakfast a few times and otherwise had our own foods. On a positive note, we had our pets with us which is limited to 2. All in all a very mediocre stay.

The room needed some more wiping down in many places. The shower had almost no flow. After two days it was replaced and things were much better. Thanks.

Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working. Elevator was not in service for longer than 24 hours. Multiple trips up/down the stairs with luggage were difficult for me having had a recent knee replacement and both me and my Husband's ages over 65. No other elevators or accommodations were made avaliable. Communication about when the elevator would be fixed were poor.

The location was near plenty of restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken for the entirety of the visit and we received no credit for the inconvenience. Two small children and lots of bags, it was miserable. Then the pancake machine was broken too, another miserable experience for my children. There was also leftover liquor bottles in the room from previous stays. The doors do not shut all the way without you pulling it closed and locking it. Just choose Marriott.

The hotel is nice, fairly quiet and comfortable. Great location for shopping and eating. Several shopping centers etc. Every staff member I came in contact with were also nice and always greeted. My complaint was only the cleanliness. My room I could immediately tell hadn’t been cleaned or at least cleaned throughly. On the floor in kitchenette area and bathroom I could clearly see multiple long strands of hair like floor hadn’t been swept. Shower wall also had some strands on soap holder, walls and floor. Bathroom mirror had multiple stains. Microwave and refrigerator both had leftover dried food not major but visible. There was a dried coffee ring on counter top. Most of these things I killed myself with my own Clorox wipes and I used the large bathroom towels to cover the floor. I was way too tired when I arrived on Friday to care to make a big deal about it. So that would be my only thing is make sure rooms are properly cleaned before checking in guest. But overall I enjoyed and would stay again.

The room was clean and in good condition. We had problems with the television not working correctly. My husband had to rewire it to get it right. We had a call in to maintenance twice and they never came to assist with that. They were supposed to clean our room after the second day but they never showed. Even with us communicating with them they just couldn't get it right. We had to empty our own trash and get our own towels. We like this hotel, but it has changed in the last couple of months, we were there in January and then again in March.

Wish there was a shuttle to the airport that would be great but otherwise our stay was great. Staff was so helpful and amazing, room was clean and having a mini kitchen was top notch!

The only things I didn’t like were the parking charges and the breakfast, which was the same every single day. Since I stayed for 11 nights, it would have been nice to have more breakfast variety. Because of these two issues, I am giving 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Other than that, everything was great.

Location Because it's right next to the freeway, our room heard all the road noises. No free breakfast. The large art picture fell off the wall at 4am... I wish I took pictures. One elevator was out of service.

It looked fairly new They didn’t have my room available when I arrived and claimed that they were overbooked. When I ask why I was told that other customers had requested to stay longer and caused my booking to cancel. My family and I had to drive all around the area looking for a room and that’s totally unacceptable

Yes our room was very nice. When we arrived Benjamin went above and beyond to accommodate my mother since she’s elderly and has a hard time walking by offering to push her to the room in a wheelchair. Great customer service! We will be staying again!

The bathroom in my room was stopped up all weekend. The staff did not suggest to move us to a better room nor offered a discount for dealing with it and on top of that at one point we were handded a plunger and we had to plunge the toilet ourselves. I just would really like some of my money back for a disgusting room.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for a night, but the staff was very friendly. Wish the pool had been open and heated, but everything else was good.

Hours that breakfast last should be the same each day or you should inform guest that it ends at 9:00 a.m. on week days. Woman in charge of breakfast was rude and kept raising her voice that it is POSTED, IT IS POSTED, but it was not posted anywhere. As expensive as your rooms are the quality of service in general is below par. We found these issues out when our guest told us about these issues. The couch in the room was extremely uncomfortable and in terrible condition. I picked up extra linens from the front desk, and there was a used Band-Aid inside it, very disgusting actually. i took a picture and can send to you if you needed

Very clean and quiet! The only thing that we had issues with were the elevators were extremely slow and the air on each floor, outside the rooms, was hot. I would definitely come back, though.

My.room had broken bathtub spout and shower. It sprayed in floor and made very wet.

There was a problem with the elevators on and off during the week of our stay.

The AC made a loud ticking noise every 10–15 minutes throughout the night, which made it extremely difficult to rest. I reported the issue to the front desk on the third day of my stay, and while I was told maintenance would take care of it, no one ever came, and the problem persisted for the remainder of my stay. Because I needed to wake up at 4 a.m. for my flight training over the last three days, the constant noise severely affected my sleep quality and overall stay experience. This was very disappointing, as I was hoping for a comfortable environment during such an important trip.

We always have a great stay here. Good service, clean, good breakfast...especially the coffee bar. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Otherwise, no issues.

Everything was great! We have enjoyed our stay many times.

The staff was amazing! Our flight was delayed and they held the room for us, gave us a late check in and gave us extra pillows after a LONG 19 hour day of traveling. Room darkening blinds and cold A/C made for a pleasant nights sleep!

Amazing hotel and clean. We enjoyed the included breakfast which had a big variety to choose from. Staff was alway friendly and especially morning staff that prepared the food. Two bedroom studio was extremely spacious with a large fridge. The only reason I did not rate this a five star was the carpet. Please please shampoo the carpet. I wore socks and it left my socks black after just one night, it felt almost sticky. They need to be cleaned badly. But overall, great hotel and located near lots of retail and restaurants.

I liked everything. The room was clean and there's so much stuff like shopping and dining around the area! If I'm around the area next time, definitely will be reserving this hotel!

Our room was extremely humid. The lobby, commons area and hallways were appropriate temperatures with low humidity. Our room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We stayed as a family with one puppy. Our puppy found a pill on the floor in our room. It remains unknown what the medicine was for but it could have been fatal if ingested.

We have stayed here a couple of times when in town visiting family. It's a great location, very clean and large rooms.

Me and my family loved the hotel easy to get too, located closed to interstate access, friendly staff, big room, amenities was great. Definitely would recommend and book a again.

Terrible internet connection and service. I was not able to watch TV shows due to service kept stalling due to connection. Was not able to use computer. The same issue. I asked for a room with a tub but none was available. I literally had to wait over an hour to check after the room was paid for because I didn’t have money for accident fee, when most hotel keep your card on file, which has never been an issue. So I was not able to enjoy my room, although it was paid for until I had to get someone to wire me the money….

This was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. The layout and amenities were awesome even the small things were just better... From the kitchenette, to the full refrigerator, to the closet, and the desk set up. All great!

Liked that it met expecgaion of clean, quiet, check in young lady on Friday was professionally and warm. Hated , surprised and totally unexpe ted was checkout today. Sunday, April 28, 2024. The lady was dark skin, long, past shoulder black hair and no nametag. She had a rude tone of voice, demanded which hotel was I staying at. I didn't realize that there were 2 names and my son made the reservation so it was of no importance to me. She took great pleasure in humiliating me and belaboring the point in a very loud voice. I asked her, is it on my room key card?, knowing that it was not. She sad most people know what hotel that they are in, inferring thst i was an idiot. I told her thst if it made her feel better to humiliate the customer, then she was meeting thst goal. She loudly, sarcatically, and empowered said fir me to have a great day. She should not have a hospitality industry job. My son was going to the desk, she saw us talking and she left the desk vacant and went away becsuse she did not want to hear a scolding from him .i don't spend my money to be treated badly and verbally abused. The other issue was that the shampoo dispenser fell off of the wall onto my foot which was painful. I would never stay there again. Super disappointed in my experience.

I was very upset to learn the hotel was charging us for parking. We paid for our stay in full. We were told at check in about the parking cost. I was very upset about this charge. I am a Hilton member and took this a being ambushed. May never stay at Hilton again!!!!!!!!!

Hotel located near business area, even walking distance to restaurants. The pillows and bed are comfortable. The best thing they have spacious lobby and a billiard table that my family and friends got to enjoy.

The room in general had cosmetic repairs throughout the room. We were not able to enjoy the breakfast since is starts at 7am and we had to check out before then due to an event. The front desk area was not clean. It could of been a little more clean but other than that it was a nice stay.

I was charged a deposit and did not incur any incidental charges but I did not receive a full refund of my deposit!

Did not like that we were there 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. We did receive clean towels once.

The room was great & was easy getting there, plenty of parking, and places to eat around & our kids enjoyed getting a hot chocolate since it was chilly outside. Overall stay was good. It was great. The location is fantastic. Easy access to anywhere you want to go. Cowboys' stadium, Ranger's stadium, Car racetrack, DFW airport, Movie theaters, etc; all of them within a couple of minutes drive. I am not kidding about these conviniences. Restaurants all kind within walking distance. Very safe area. The front desk in the afternoon was super, especially STAR! She was super helpful, nice and very professional. THANK YOU STAR!

There was dried dog food stuck to the carpet, mildew in the shower floor corners, no dish towels and half a bag of ice in the freezer that was left there by previous guest(s). I will not stay there ever again

We have stayed here before, as well as a few other places nearby. We visit often and have lots of family in this area, including 2 small grandchildren! We were in town for our grandson’s birthday. We will not stay here again, due to the fact the pool area and outside gathering area are not really available use due to the fact that employees hang out in both areas. We stayed 2 nights and had 2 rooms, and every single time we went by there, there were multiple employees taking breaks, smoking and talking on their phones and hanging out. It wasn’t comfortable at all and didn’t really feel safe to try and enjoy theses areas! The first afternoon I arrived I parked in back, where these areas were and unloaded my bags, and the gate it wouldn’t let me in with my card, so I walked to the other end while employees were sitting, I tried to get their attention to open the gate but they ignored, so to say I wasn’t allowed to pass through or go in! It was 104 degrees that day, no exaggeration! Not fun to carry bags and roll suitcases in! Very very poor customer service! There’s absolutely no way management isn’t aware of this because it literally was every single time we passed by, in or out! The rooms are spacious and nice hotel and convention area!

The staff were amazing. When our senior fur baby was scared and barking they called to alert us so we could come to the rescue.

The hotel was great. Really loved that our room had a fridge and micro. The breakfast was awesome with so much variety. The staff was so very friendly. The location was perfect with restaurants, walmart and our venue being close by ( AT&T stadium). I felt very safe with the bright lights in the parking lot and the neighborhood around. We'll definitely look to stay here again if in the Dallas area

It was nice and clean, my car was safe

The lobby was very clean and welcoming. The check in was easy and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The beds were soft. The supplies were sufficient. The ease of getting snacks was great. The location to food and shopping was perfect.

When we first got there to check in we had to wait for over an hour because they were behind on cleaning rooms. When we finally got our key the room was DIRTY!! If it will allow me to put in pictures I sure will. The assistant mama her wasn’t all that friendly but the front desk workers were amazing! They sent someone back to our room to clean and they did not do a good job at all!!! It’s very frustrating knowing you had to wait over an hour for them to clean and when you get to your room it is not clean at all. Then the assistant manager said to feel free to rate us on Expedia. Will NOT be going back. Location is great and the hotel lobby and fitness center was nice. We were not a fan of the breakfast so we went to IHOP that was walking distance.
