    Great place. Right by the stage that we were performing at. P, entry of shopping areas near by. Having to pay to park. I was not aware of this prior. And there were buses and trucks with trailers taking up multiple parking spaces making it hard/impossible to park where I had to pay to park. There's no other parking available so it was very confusing having to pay to park at all.

    Our 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn was average. The hotel was clean and looked fairly new and well-kept. The front desk staff were not the most helpful or friendly. We aren’t hard to please but they were far from what you expect. We asked about an exit at the rear of the hotel and not much information was given. No mention of “breakfast begins at 6, your room number is 500, etc etc” the breakfast was mediocre and we aren’t food snobs. No soap in the shower and limited number of towels. Hopefully, our next visit will be better.

    At checkin the receptionist was unengaged, borderline rude. Regarding the property, seems ridiculous they charge an extra parking fee, I have never stayed at a hotel that charges extra for guests to use their parking lot.

    The breakfast was ok, eggs were not very hot and the coffee did not taste the same on the second day. I can understand not fully cleaning the room two days in a row but there shunould have been hand soap in the room and towels should have been replenished on a daily basis. We like staying at Hampton Inns when we travel but this one needs more attention to detail.

    Pool was shut down. Treadmill nonfunctional and coffee was cold in the plastic urns. The room was clean and spacious.. parking charge $4/day is unreasonable and the $25 deposit is refundable if no damage. We had none so hope it is returned within 24 hrs.

    Location and general comfort of room, buffet breakfast A welcoming smile from anyone at the front desk would have been appreciated. We had to say hello as we walked by to get anyone to look up OR on most occasions the front desk person was sequestered in the back room and wasn’t even present to greet. Our third visit and no acknowledgement of repeat visit. We learned only after we came back late from a long work day to a dirty room and no fresh towels, nor replenished coffee or amenities etc that the hotel policy is to clean only every second day. I asked for at least some clean towels and was told I’d need to come to front desk to pick them up as there was only one person on staff.

    The only issue I had was someone charged $15 worth of "treats" from the convenience area to my room. It was no one from my room and I didn't receive a copy of the hotel bill. I didn't know about the charge until the payment cleared by bank account. Unfortunately, apparently there is no way to dispute this charge. Perhaps if something is to be charged to a room there is some form of verification to be presented.

    It was alittle weird by each door on our floor the carpet was messed up and looked like black and moldy , then we had a team mates room who was covered in black mold, they had to change rooms. So I’m sure y’all are working on getting that fixed. Other than that making us alittle concerned, for sure. We were pleased :)

    Everything about the people running the hotel was excellent! The building itself was a little run-down with 1 out of two elevators broken for our entire 5 week stay. The other elevator was inoperative several times, and our room was on the 5th floor. The indoor pool is 3 feet deep and greenish... I wouldn't let my children in it. Other than those two items, I would give 5 stars.

    No complaints abt this property. Clean & modern hotel that was in the most convenient location. The breakfast each morning was great with a variety of foods to choose from.     First the people at desk were very unfriendly and not at all helpful. We were informed upon check in that there would be no maid service due to the July 4th holiday. If we wanted dowels we had to go to front desk-then that acted like it was an imposition to get them. The bathroom was in need of floor repair with loose tiles everywhere. The bed was great and the air conditioner was great too. Then the last day we went to breakfast and came back to room and they had locked us out. I asked a maid, but she couldn’t speak English. Went back down to front desk and they escorted me back to room. I will not stay at that location again.

    The room was very large and clean. The hotel was close to the venue we came to town for. The only problem was the slower water would drain in to the lavatory area. Also the lavatory sink was slow to drain. Informed the front desk of the two problems when I was checking.out.

    The front desk clerk wasn’t very “receptive.” She never looked up from the computer and interrupted me when I was giving her my info. Maybe she was having a tough evening, but it just wasn’t the welcome I’m used to from Hampton Inn staff. And, While the room appeared clean and comfortable, there was a slight “BO” odor that had me wishing for a non-eco friendly cleaner to eradicate the smell. Breakfast was good and dining area was very clean. I’d stay again, but I’ll bring Febreeze!

    The check in was unimpressive. The carpet through out the building smelled and had massive wrinkled loose spots that could cause a trip and fall. Also, the pool had missing concrete on the bottom was stained and the workout room had an elliptical and treadmill out of service. The maid staff impressed me because it was hard to read what our room number was, and she directed us to the correct room.

    I had two exhausted kids that needed a bed. She said it was an overbooking issue and the hotel come at first serve. I PAID for this reservation. I can absolutely be patient. But the attitude was unnecessary. I have seen other reviews regarding the staff and honestly I am not surprised. I will never come back to this hotel again.

    Well I stayed in a room that smelled like humidity. As for the shower there was a used soap which was used by a family member thinking one of us had opened it. When checking out I told the lady at the front desk about the room her respose was my bad and I will let the manager know. I also took a picture but it wont let me post it! That was it!!!!!

    Can hear the traffic noise constantly. Noise from room next door. They had small kids who yelled screamed loudly. They made so much noise that I had to call the front desk to report it. This has been going on since I checked in to the room. It’s 10:36 pm and I think they are quiet now but people in the room above us is making noise now. Walking hard in the floor. If it wasn’t for the other guests this stay would be perfect.

    The breakfast was good, but we don't like the disposable waste from plates, cups and cutlery. This is not very eco friendly. The are ruffles in the carpet in the walkways. On a good note, location is excellent, with nearby shopping, restaurants and easy access to DFW airport.

    Our day was fine. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The gym was closed, unfortunately due to a leak I believe. The pool was open, but there were no towels for my daughter in the pool area. It looked like someone needed to Get it tidied up a little bit also the plug on the side table between the beds and our room did not work. breakfast was wonderful – everything stayed very well stocked and the girl working there did a great job.

    I had an unpleasant experience at check-in. The front desk staff greeted me with a cold demeanor—no smile or friendly greeting. While I was waiting, I noticed she interacted differently with another customer, who happened to be white, treating them warmly with smiles and kindness. This made me feel as though I was not treated equally, possibly because of my race. This experience was disappointing and left a negative first impression.

    Close to DFW airport, but never noticed any noise from airplanes. Overall, it's a nice hotel, and it was close to the people we were visiting. Easy in and out. Unique "barn door" that slides to cover the bathroom and closet openings. It only covers one or the other, so accessing the closet closes the bathroom and vice-versa. Not a fan of that arrangement, no matter how clever the design.

    Love everything about your property. Great room, decor, shower, comfortable bed, desk and mirror, microwave, all of it. Fresh, perfect condition, easy check in and check out. Heat or AC worked instantly and hot shower instant, very happy overall. This is my third stay here over the last 4 years, I live in OR. Cons were cold swimming pool and no airport shuttle. I did not use the free breakfast so can’t rate that.

    The walls were so thin, I think there was a door that I shared with the room next to me and I could hear everything like people snoring next to me. Very uncomfortable. At least if you have rooms like that why don't you keep one room empty? Breakfast was way below average as well
