Cons-Both treadmills were not working, large roach heading toward the dining area (to be fair, he could have come through the sliding front door but I made sure he didn't go further)

The Hotel was very close to everything we wanted to do.

Great place. Right by the stage that we were performing at. P, entry of shopping areas near by. Having to pay to park. I was not aware of this prior. And there were buses and trucks with trailers taking up multiple parking spaces making it hard/impossible to park where I had to pay to park. There's no other parking available so it was very confusing having to pay to park at all.

Our 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn was average. The hotel was clean and looked fairly new and well-kept. The front desk staff were not the most helpful or friendly. We aren’t hard to please but they were far from what you expect. We asked about an exit at the rear of the hotel and not much information was given. No mention of “breakfast begins at 6, your room number is 500, etc etc” the breakfast was mediocre and we aren’t food snobs. No soap in the shower and limited number of towels. Hopefully, our next visit will be better.

The facility was very nice, clean and fresh. The continental breakfast was a little on the low selection side but otherwise the place was very nice.

At checkin the receptionist was unengaged, borderline rude. Regarding the property, seems ridiculous they charge an extra parking fee, I have never stayed at a hotel that charges extra for guests to use their parking lot.

The room needed some maintenance. We asked for a working alarm clock but never received.

We had a great overnight stay, room was clean, employees pleasant and helpful with a good breakfast. Parking was a little odd as it was mainly behind building with a long walk to elevator but other than that great layout.

We stay here monthly, visiting family and we have never been disappointed by staff, breakfast or amenities. Hampton makes traveling easy.

The location Room not being cleaned, there was hair all over the room from the previous person. Breakfast was area was very dirty. The waffle machines had caked on grease from who knows how long ,, and front desk person was very rude during check-in.

The breakfast was ok, eggs were not very hot and the coffee did not taste the same on the second day. I can understand not fully cleaning the room two days in a row but there shunould have been hand soap in the room and towels should have been replenished on a daily basis. We like staying at Hampton Inns when we travel but this one needs more attention to detail.

Great hotel, staff and amenities. The hotel rooms are modern and super clean. Ample and safe parking. There is a $4.00 parking fee which wasn't disclosed in my reservation.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times but this was the first time we were charged for parking. Parking fee is unadvertised on website. It’s not until you check in that you’re notified.

Nice size clean pool, has an accessible lift. Workout room had standard fare, was well maintained.

Pool was shut down. Treadmill nonfunctional and coffee was cold in the plastic urns. The room was clean and spacious.. parking charge $4/day is unreasonable and the $25 deposit is refundable if no damage. We had none so hope it is returned within 24 hrs.

1. Expedia said the price quoted was all inclusive, but I was additionally charged for parking. 2. On Expedia’s website, I made a request that I would be a late arrival and would like late check out. Obviously this request didn’t make it to hotel, and they said they couldn’t because we’re swamped and that booked thru 3rd party.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was great and clean! Beds are so comfortable and we had a great stay!

The hotel looked nice enough, but there was only one elevator working, the pool was overly chlorinated and looked dirty, breakfast was not served due to an issue they had causing all of us to delay our trip and find food elsewhere, and staff were not able to do much about any of the issues.

The room was fine. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

Clean room, professional staff, everything was just as we expected with only one annoying issue… The fitted sheet kept coming off of the mattress. It was bothersome and made sleeping a little more difficult. Other than that, our visit was great.

Staff Hotel was not up to the standard of a medium priced hotel . Hotel was very out dated the carpet in the hallway was coming up in various spots and I tripped twice while go to the room. Wallpaper in my room was coming off the wall and furniture was soiled.

Erick at front desk is awesome! No excuse for the Elevator to be broken and out of service for the 4 different times I’ve stayed there. Carpet is terrible thru out with large ruts. Difficult to pull the suitcases. Fix it!

We had to say hello as we walked by to get anyone to look up OR on most occasions the front desk person was sequestered in the back room and wasn’t even present to greet. Our third visit and no acknowledgement of repeat visit. We learned only after we came back late from a long work day to a dirty room and no fresh towels, nor replenished coffee or amenities etc that the hotel policy is to clean only every second day. I asked for at least some clean towels and was told I’d need to come to front desk to pick them up as there was only one person on staff.

Not fair to pay to parking.

The only issue I had was someone charged $15 worth of "treats" from the convenience area to my room. It was no one from my room and I didn't receive a copy of the hotel bill. I didn't know about the charge until the payment cleared by bank account. Unfortunately, apparently there is no way to dispute this charge. Perhaps if something is to be charged to a room there is some form of verification to be presented.

The room was clean and the staff was fine except for the fact that no one told us we would be charged for parking. This is wrong! When we called we were told that we should have read it on your website. Very underhanded!

Feels like a 2nd home as much as we travel to the metroplex. It's close to our son's home. Convenient. Comfortable and peaceful environment. Great coffee. Good breakfast options. Indoor pool that has towels in the pool area. Secure and safe neighborhood.

Lobby renovations made it a bit noisy during the day. One way road access and surrounding fence make driving and calling rides a hassle. The staff is great though.

It was alittle weird by each door on our floor the carpet was messed up and looked like black and moldy , then we had a team mates room who was covered in black mold, they had to change rooms. So I’m sure y’all are working on getting that fixed. Other than that making us alittle concerned, for sure. We were pleased :)

The property was ok.. The lobby was getting fixed. The only had one elevator working. The floor was not not even. So anyone can trip. I don’t think I would come back.

Everything about the people running the hotel was excellent! The building itself was a little run-down with 1 out of two elevators broken for our entire 5 week stay. The other elevator was inoperative several times, and our room was on the 5th floor. The indoor pool is 3 feet deep and greenish... I wouldn't let my children in it. Other than those two items, I would give 5 stars.

Only 1 Elevator functions…..pray you don’t get a room on the 5th floor…it’s a 5-10 minute wait…. waste of time, just use the stairs. Carpet near the pool hallway is a trip hazard, needs to be replaced. Nice area, but hotel needs attention. Not clean or user friendly.

The floor was so slick with either humidity or wax, that if you dared walked barefoot, it felt disgusting. I would not recommend not wearing slippers or flipflops. The ac really didn't adjust well. Either too cold or too warm.

Just wanted to say that the woman who checked me in was extremely nice and professional. Really a good representative for your organization. The only downside was all of the treadmills were inoperative in the exercise room.

This is a typical airport hotel, located close to Grapevine. It was very quiet - a plus when staying near the airport.

the Pool was out of service, the free breakfast was mid, my AC buttons were not working so it stayed on and i was freezing all night, the tiles in the bathroom was loose... just over all needs updates asap

No one was at the desk when we got there. Had to call them. Breakfast was not hot. Cold eggs and sausage. Love the location and haven’t had any problems before. Have stayed there numerous times.

No complaints abt this property. Clean & modern hotel that was in the most convenient location. The breakfast each morning was great with a variety of foods to choose from. I had an issue with our bathroom/closet door-maintenance immediately came up and fixed it. Myesha (front desk attendant) stood out- she was friendly, helpful, & professional at all times.

The pools was not working and I pick that place for the inside pool.

It was a beautiful hotel, a great breakfast, friendly staff and very clean. Only complaint was that the beds were hard as a rock. If you like a firm bed this is the hotel for you! Bathroom was spacious, water pressure was great. Literally no complaints besides the bed.

It smelled like mildew in the lobby and hallways.

First the people at desk were very unfriendly and not at all helpful. We were informed upon check in that there would be no maid service due to the July 4th holiday. If we wanted dowels we had to go to front desk-then that acted like it was an imposition to get them. The bathroom was in need of floor repair with loose tiles everywhere. The bed was great and the air conditioner was great too. Then the last day we went to breakfast and came back to room and they had locked us out. I asked a maid, but she couldn’t speak English. Went back down to front desk and they escorted me back to room. I will not stay at that location again.

The room was very large and clean. The hotel was close to the venue we came to town for. The only problem was the slower water would drain in to the lavatory area. Also the lavatory sink was slow to drain. Informed the front desk of the two problems when I was checking.out.

The hotel is well kept, has nice amenities, and has easy access to the highway system. My room was clean, modern, and convenient.

Front desk did not have reservation because of hotels.com mistake. I had to pay for an extra night which cost a lot more. I was not refunded the full amount of my original purchase. Online help was difficult to get help.

A/C didn't work in the 4th floor hallway, Ice machine didn't work of 4th floor. Carpet was causing a fall risk on the 1st floor hallway.

The employees kept the guest’s information very secure and followed procedures to the T. I feel very safe staying here.

The front desk clerk wasn’t very “receptive.” She never looked up from the computer and interrupted me when I was giving her my info. Maybe she was having a tough evening, but it just wasn’t the welcome I’m used to from Hampton Inn staff. And, While the room appeared clean and comfortable, there was a slight “BO” odor that had me wishing for a non-eco friendly cleaner to eradicate the smell. Breakfast was good and dining area was very clean. I’d stay again, but I’ll bring Febreeze!

The check in was unimpressive. The carpet through out the building smelled and had massive wrinkled loose spots that could cause a trip and fall. Also, the pool had missing concrete on the bottom was stained and the workout room had an elliptical and treadmill out of service. The maid staff impressed me because it was hard to read what our room number was, and she directed us to the correct room.

I had two exhausted kids that needed a bed. She said it was an overbooking issue and the hotel come at first serve. I PAID for this reservation. I can absolutely be patient. But the attitude was unnecessary. I have seen other reviews regarding the staff and honestly I am not surprised. I will never come back to this hotel again.

Well I stayed in a room that smelled like humidity. As for the shower there was a used soap which was used by a family member thinking one of us had opened it. When checking out I told the lady at the front desk about the room her respose was my bad and I will let the manager know. I also took a picture but it wont let me post it! That was it!!!!!

Can hear the traffic noise constantly. Noise from room next door. They had small kids who yelled screamed loudly. They made so much noise that I had to call the front desk to report it. This has been going on since I checked in to the room. It’s 10:36 pm and I think they are quiet now but people in the room above us is making noise now. Walking hard in the floor. If it wasn’t for the other guests this stay would be perfect.

They charged my cardbthen canceled it. Made me pay again a higher rate fornmy 6hr stay. The manager (Myisha) on property has no clue how to perform job. Said there was no way to honor rate or my reservation that i had and payed for. I would never stay at this property because they clearly have no ideah how to run a business!

The breakfast was good, but we don't like the disposable waste from plates, cups and cutlery. This is not very eco friendly. The are ruffles in the carpet in the walkways. On a good note, location is excellent, with nearby shopping, restaurants and easy access to DFW airport.

My only concern is that although the property seems safe and with in a gate, the only parking is located in the rear of the property, and I don’t seen any cameras monitoring the property or parking lot.. come on people it’s 2025, everyone has cameras, you should too!!!!!

Our day was fine. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The gym was closed, unfortunately due to a leak I believe. The pool was open, but there were no towels for my daughter in the pool area. It looked like someone needed to Get it tidied up a little bit also the plug on the side table between the beds and our room did not work. breakfast was wonderful – everything stayed very well stocked and the girl working there did a great job.

I had an unpleasant experience at check-in. The front desk staff greeted me with a cold demeanor—no smile or friendly greeting. While I was waiting, I noticed she interacted differently with another customer, who happened to be white, treating them warmly with smiles and kindness. This made me feel as though I was not treated equally, possibly because of my race. This experience was disappointing and left a negative first impression.

I got swarmed by bed bugs sleeping here. There was a blood stain on the duvet.

Close to DFW airport, but never noticed any noise from airplanes. Overall, it's a nice hotel, and it was close to the people we were visiting. Easy in and out. Unique "barn door" that slides to cover the bathroom and closet openings. It only covers one or the other, so accessing the closet closes the bathroom and vice-versa. Not a fan of that arrangement, no matter how clever the design.

Would definitely stay here again. Loved Chicken and Pickle across the street. Very convenient.

Room was narrow to move around. And we had a person knock on our door repeatedly the first morning, apparently drunk. Otherwise room was clean and bed comfortable. And continental breakfast was nice.

The room was modern and very clean but the hallway carpets are a wreck. Stained and wrinkled. Also the tv sits at a right angle to the bed We weren’t impressed with this feature at all.

Love everything about your property. Great room, decor, shower, comfortable bed, desk and mirror, microwave, all of it. Fresh, perfect condition, easy check in and check out. Heat or AC worked instantly and hot shower instant, very happy overall. This is my third stay here over the last 4 years, I live in OR. Cons were cold swimming pool and no airport shuttle. I did not use the free breakfast so can’t rate that.

Microwave down at my knees ,no place to set my clothes in on a two day with family

The walls were so thin, I think there was a door that I shared with the room next to me and I could hear everything like people snoring next to me. Very uncomfortable. At least if you have rooms like that why don't you keep one room empty? Breakfast was way below average as well
