    This place was awful and disgusting. The room was not clean at all and there was sticky stuff all over the floor as if it wasn’t mopped. The bathroom door didn’t fit the frame and you could not shut it. The room smelled like cigarettes and the blankets were stained.

    The staff was nice and accommodating Pretty much everything in the room xD fridge barely worked. Beds were dirty as crap electrical outlets hanging out the wall. Lamps exposed spiced to a plug mold panted over in the bathrooms. There’s lot more but I just got in and it’s 4 am and I’m going to bed 2/10

    The manager is rude. The ace is trashed thr rooms weren't clean. Ghere was water dripping from the ceiling. The breakfast was horrible. Not cooked all the way. And to top ot off the manager was rushing us out at check out.

    The manager came to our room on the second night or day we were there and said we had to put up a one hundred dollar deposit but he couldn't tell us why and why on the s3cond day we were here. Then he said we had to get out of the room and couldn't have time to pack our belongings. He saud he had someone to rent the room but it hadnt even been cleaned yet ..we said were packing as fast as we can he then said its not about trying t9 you have to vacate the room now.he was very mean and rude for no apparent reason. He talked to m6 friend like she was a dog.she him we will be out as soon as we get our things and 8f he didn't like i5 he could shove it.i would never stay here again for a m8llion dollars. I've never been treated like that b6 any buisness.im 70 years old and ver6 ki d to everyone.he should not be in that manager position because hes a jerk. Dont spend your money at this hotel its not a good place.and make them explain everything up front all costs so your not surprised like we were. Buyer beware.

    Left before breakfast was served. It was pet frieldly, comfortable bed, air condition, and had an grassy area for the dogs. Had a musty smell when first entering. Went away after turning on the air conditioner. Other then that I would stay there again.

    The location: I was looking at something close to the airport, and this hotel is <15’ away. The room was dirty. Very much so: there was a live cockroach in the bathtub, the A/C unit was covered in dust, there was disgusting hair in the shower drain and the sink did not drain at all.

    There was blood on the sheets when I turned down the bed the tub was filthy the countertop was gross there was something white under the vanity I didn’t bother to see what it was exactly. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel in my life the lock on the door was broke just a mess. I cleaned the room because I had no choice. I asked to be comped for the one day but no body has contacted me. After that I didn’t trust going to breakfast I went next door. I’ll never stay in that place again. If I could I’d give them a -20 Nothing

    Room was fine, but door didn't open & close properly. Had difficulty getting into the room more than once. Had the room key reprogrammed once, but that wasn't the problem. The door itself was faulty. Inside the room, no printed guide for the TV, so it was hard to find anything to watch without going channel by channel. Also no alarm clock in the room, so I just used my phone. Meager accommodations, but priced accordingly, so it was fine. Mainly stay here cause they have a free shuttle to/from the airport. People who work there are nice.

    N.A. When we arrived to check in, there were two groups ahead of us in line. Both parties canceled their stays after seeing their rooms, even though the bookings were non-refundable. After seeing our room, we decided to do the same. The entire room was dusty, there were sticky residues in the bathroom, and there were strange stains on the walls. We also could not find a smoke detector in the room. When we asked the receptionist about it, she told us there wasn’t one. We also walked by the pool area, which was very unpleasant. The pool was green with algae, and the area felt unsafe and poorly maintained. In the end, we had to find another place to stay. The 7/10 rating on Booking.com is very misleading. There are many better options available in the same price range.

    Location The first room we had had water leaking from the walls in the bathroom floor was completely wet, so went upfront. They gave us another room that room had no hot water in the shower. We took old showers for three nights and it sucked.

    Checked in to this place. The room I booked wasn't the room I received. Went to front desk to complain about it. I was asked for my confirmation number and they didn't even type anything in the computer. Just told me that was the room I booked. Trash and drug addicts roaming around. Couldn't even smoke a cigarette outside without being asked for 1. Room was dirty and the ac made a load noise when turned on. Asked front desk for soap and was told there was some in the room. There wasn't any. Had to go to a store and buy my own. Bathroom toilet seat was lose. Girlfriend could sit on it because it would slide around when she did. They said someone would come fix it but nobody ever showed up. They did offer a shuttle from the airport which was the guy at the front desk who drove like a maniac from the airport. We o opted to take a Uber to the airport when after check out. In the morning they were doing a roof repair making it impossible to sleep in the morning.

    The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was soapy, slimy water left sitting in the soap tray in the bathtub/shower, and while the floors looked like they may have been mopped, they clearly had not been swept first because there were dirty tracks all over the floor. There was old coffee splattered and dripping down the wall that had never been cleaned, and we even found a bug on the bed. The room itself felt very run down. The doors looked like they had been kicked in at some point and would not close or lock properly. There was a huge gap under the door where sunlight came through, which also made it seem like insects or other critters could easily come inside. The mattress was old and worn out, sinking badly in the middle and making it uncomfortable to sleep. The continental breakfast was probably the most decent part of the stay, but even that was concerning because food was left uncovered with flies around it. Overall, I felt very misled by the reviews and would not stay here again. Cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below what I expected.

    As far as the amenities such as a gym or the swimming pool, they are quite substandard. The pool is 0% usefulness, but if the pool gets cleaned in the near future then maybe it'd be a good summer time stop. The gym is at 40% usefulness. The purpose of our stay was to sleep, and therefore it worked very nicely to that end.

Rohit Patel lying to my face like I'm an idiot multiple times: First lied to me about their cleaning of the PTAC units in a feeble attempt to make an excuse for the filthy dirty hairy condition the unit and filter was in. Failed to tell me a check in that the hotel had no hot water. Continually lied to me about when the hot water would be on. Hot water never came on during my entire stay. Then I asked for a refund so I could go to a hotel with hot water he refused again lying to me claiming that because I had booked my room online even though he charged me at the counter he couldn't give me a refund? This guy is lying scum. I will be making a complaint to the state's attorney general's office consumer affairs division about this intentionally deceptive marketing of rooms that are dirty and don't have hot water. If you want to rent rooms like that go back to the third world where you came from. Scum-like you came to my country for a better life. Part of a better life is we have the American standard way of living and traveling. We don't just rent whatever to the public. And stay in business? Get out of here! The grounds are filthy litter everywhere. The housekeeping staff doesn't clean. Every room I saw had dirt on the window sills dead insects hair on the floor. The maintenance staff is lazy and clueless. The p-trap on my room sink is obviously never been cleaned. It's just a basin that fills up with water and won't drain. I've made a complaint to booking.com as well as Wyndham about this horrible deceptive treatment and third world style accommodations in America.

    It was very sad to see hotels gouge their prices like this one. To make it worse, the room was very dirty. How hard it is to use a cleaning rag to remove some of the grime? I’ve never encountered a hotel requiring a $100 CASH deposit. Oh and I forgot to mention the roach.

I didn’t know until I was rushing out the door. The airport shuttle was pretty convenient! Wasn’t able to use it for picking us up from the airport since the front desk got slammed due to the BTS concert attendees. The pool seemed to be closed since it had the cleaning hose the entirety of our stay.

    The check in process was smooth, the fact that they have a restaurant in the parking lot and the bed was soft. The room I stayed in 214 the door seemed to have been forced open at some other time and not properly fixed leaving the door latch exposed. I understand it’s magnetic but didn’t give a whole lot of comfort in being secure.

    Fast forward. Get to the airport and call the hotel for the “shuttle”. After waiting 45 mins and calling back I got a there is a lot of traffic excuse. Well the shuttle was an old van without a logo so I didn’t know to get in the van till front desk called me to tell me to get in. Middle seats were broken so you had to squeeze your body and bag into about a 10” space. I saw no traffic on the way back so they either didn’t send the van or they just didn’t care too. I get to the hotel and all of a sudden without warning I was suppose to have a cash deposit for the room. I didn’t have a debit card or that much cash to do so. The room was dirty. Blankets, floors bathroom with mold on the ceiling and the bathroom was pieced together and barely functional. Best of all there was a photo on the wall to cover what I believe to be a hole. We went to a near by store and bought pillow cases, blankets, and cleaning supplies. Didn’t use the pool as we didn’t have time. Breakfast was good.

    The check-in was a smooth process until I was told there was a $100 cash deposit. I was never notified that I would need to put that amount down as a deposit but after checkout, I did get the money back. It was just a bit inconvenient since I didn’t have cash on me. The room itself was OK. The bed cover had holes from what looked like cigarette burns. There were some stains on the ceiling & the wall. The leg of the table looked like it was about to break, the fan exhaust in the bathroom did not work, the walls are super thin, and you can hear the conversation next-door and lastly, the shower only lasted a few minutes of hot water before it went to cold water.

    You definitely get what you pay for at $50 a night, the biggest disappointment and frustration was the lack of consistent hot water. I could overlook the trash everywhere outside, the stench of the room, and the cigarette burns on the terrible bedding, that all makes sense for $50 a night, but the lack of hot water was very annoying.

    The lampshades were covered in heavy dirt and dark stains that honestly looked like blood. The walls had multiple holes that looked like bullet damage, making the environment feel unsafe and disturbing. The sheets were completely unacceptable full of holes and stained. There’s no way anyone should be expected to sleep in those conditions. It honestly felt more like walking into a crime scene than a hotel room. Because of how unsanitary and uncomfortable it was, we didn’t even stay. When we asked for a refund, the staff gave us a hard time instead of taking responsibility for the condition of the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

    My flight had to leave before breakfast so I thought I wouldn't be able to check out properly.     If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay a few nights, it has the basics. In my case, the bed in room 218 was super uncomfortable and the mattress had a nasty stain. They don’t clean the room during your stay—you have to go ask for fresh sheets and towels yourself. There was also water leaking onto the floor next to the bed, near the bathroom. Honestly, I think I like Motel 6 better.

    There was a weird smell when we walked into the room, so we had to open the door to try to get rid of it. The room is dirty, with dust in every corner of the room and walls covered with plaster of god knows what. My kids were walking barefoot in the room, and it left their feet black. The refrigerator was not working ( I didn't care since we had nothing to put in it). The pool was dirty, so we didn't use it (cloudy water).

    Rooms where half done. Tile grout in shower was done halfway and not done correctly. Numbers sequence was off, all over the place going from 178 to 198 and back to 180.     Room was dirty there was pills or vitamins on the floor in plain site room had a smell of funk and cigarettes the shower look dirty there was worms behind the bathroom door. If it wasent for me being exhausted and needing to sleep I would have left. Only good part was the bed was clean and we checked it sheet by sheet and mattress all looked clean and no sign of roaches so those are positive. The people that hang out and around are sketchy so 2nd amendment highly encouraged !!

    Noisy at night. People slamming doors and up to 1AM, playing music, talking on balcony. Wanted to book a bigger room for next night to move to quieter section and they told us we would need to check out at 11 AM and check back in at 2:30 PM! I travel for work, been in 1000s of hotels--never been asked to check out for several hours if I booked back to back nights at a hotel! Staff incredibly hostile. Has ICE injected so much tension into this community? I believe so. This used to be such a friendly town.

    Whole experience was horrible, it did not have a Bolt Lock, the tiny coffee pot did NOT work, the bathtub was Filthy, only ONE Ice Machine all the way across the courtyard by the pool was working! Felt unsafe with people hanging out in the parking lot smoking suspecious substances (smells like skunk) and does not have an elevator anywhere for the second floor rooms! Worst experience EVER!!!

    This place is severely understaffed. It advertises as having a free airport shuttle but the fact is you can’t pre book this, and need to sit in a telephone line for like 15 minutes until you even get transferred to the front desk. Eventually we took an uber instead. When we arrived there were 7 people in line trying to check in or book a room with one person behind the front desk to help, answer the phone, and potentially close the reception to go and pick up people at the airport. The room was ok once we got it though bedding could have been nicer, the blanket was threadbare.

    The staff at the front desk were rude. I couldn't understand his english I don't have a problem with different cultures but over the phone I couldn't make out what he was saying. My wife pulled up and DID NOT like the look of the place. So, I had to rebook at SPARKS Hilton down the St. I looked at the reviews online and they were horrible ALL 1 & 2 stars, nax 3 stars. And the fact that they asked for a $100 CASH deposit was off putting. My wife traveling alone with our babies could not stay there. I had to rebook at another hotel (I have proof, for same day and time, stamped). Called for a refund and was given a hard time about that...Yes I found a great deal! but, BIG, BIG mistake. Had I would have been present there with her MAYBE this location would have been fine. This LOCATION was SKETCHY for a woman traveling alone. I am requesting a FULL REFUND! On top of ALL this we had a medical emergency that your STAFF cared nothing about. You guys need customer service training, speech and phone etiquette training and a make over of clean dishes, sheets and fresh paint along with a bombing roaches have been reported. .

    The toilet was broken; when I flushed, the water wouldn't stop unless I closed the lid with my hand. The shower head was also unadjustable and broken. Finally, the coffee maker was dirty, with coffee grounds from the previous day stuck in the water, making it unappealing. Finally, the entrance door was difficult to lock, and there was one time when my card wouldn't accept my card and I couldn't get into my room. It's a very old hotel, so I think that's understandable. If asked if I would stay again, I would definitely say yes. Despite the hotel's age, I think the pricing was reasonable.

    Hotel demasiado sucio en los espacios publicos. Puede ser hotel viejo pero lo viejo no debe estar peleado con la limpieza. La primer habitacion que nos dieron olia super mal y afortunadamente en recepcion nos cambiaron a otra habitacion en la que se encargaron de aromatizarla antes de darnosla. Igual tambien en las habitaciones se ve que falta limpieza. El desayuno regular pero igualmente limpieza no es su carta fuerte. Se ve que les falta personal.

    Room would have been considered ‘tired’ 12 years ago. Just no care to keeping the room maintained & clean. Filthy mirror, lamp base caked in a sticky film of dust, brown perma-ring in the toilet. Door literally seemed ready to fall off its hinges, and just for reassurance, safety latch had been removed. Place could really benefit from a maintenance sweep, and a deep clean. Or maybe just some Windex.

    We didn’t end up staying at all. I was toId I would have parking for my moving truck. I specifically asked ahead of time due to moving my parents from Texas to California.     The bathtub backed up, I received a text message when I checked in to respond to the text with any issues or concerns. I did text a reply notifying the hotel that the tub in my room was backing up. No answer or reply and the issue was never resolved. When I went to the front desk to notify them in person there was a hand written note letting guests know that there would not be anyone at the front for 30 minutes. I was there from Tuesday-Saturday and the room was never checked on or cleaned once. On New Years there was no one to refill the breakfast station so once it was gone no one else got to have breakfast.

    Place needs some serious remodeling. The air conditioner/heater runs constantly. Not even sure it can be changed. I don't even know how this is possible but the Television channels aren't in order. And the guide when you do find it on the tv doesn't match up to any of the numbers. Breakfast was decent though. Eggs and sausage, cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, and a waffle maker. The waffles are shaped like Texas so I thought that was kinda cool.

    Arrived a little after midnight, showered and we undid the blankets to go to bed. The sheets were filthy, crumbs and small pieces of what looked like Doritos and dirt. Sheets were wrinkly and looked like they had not been changed. Husband went to ask for clean sheets but clerk said they didn’t leave her any. I have pictures in case I need to send.

    Terrible!! We have a reservation 10 days ahead and when we reach the property, they told us they are fully booked and would refund the reservation fee… Imagine dealing situation like this when you’re tired of your trip driving 600 miles. Front desk never give any solution to help or call any nearby hotel that would accommodate us. Definitely will never ever recommend this hotel…

    Horrible stay don’t recommend. If I could give zero stars this hotel would get one. Had three rooms for our family and everyone had a bad experience in each room. From the water not working, toilets not working properly, showers not working, beds were not changed blood stains on comforters room floors not clean properly. Manager on duty didn’t want to change any of the rooms or clean them properly gave us all an attitude about doing HIS JOB. Again DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!!

    Doors have been busted in we could barely lock our door we entered our room they did not dump trash or clean anything bathroom had dead bugs as well and a dirty towel on the floor I asked for 3 towels cause I had 3 people they denied me and threatened to kick me out for asking for a towel for each person didn’t have breakfast as well as no tv or power outlets working absolutely worst hotel in El Paso even though it’s cheap terrible service and keep up on room and grounds

    The room was run-down, not properly cleaned, and everything felt outdated and dirty. Employees clearly need better training to clean thoroughly and keep the hotel at a basic standard. The pools and patio area were extremely dirty, and the hallways throughout the hotel were also dirty and poorly maintained. The parking area is outdated, dirty, and feels unsafe at night. The breakfast was okay poor quality, but enough to get by for the stay. Honestly, if you don’t mind spending an extra $50 or so, I’d recommend booking a better hotel. This place has potential, but it needs major updates and real attention to cleanliness before it can offer a comfortable experience.

    Room sink had sewage back up so if you turned on sink whole room stank like it. Itching after waking up for hours. Homeless people everywhere in the courtyard and the shower turn on had to be spun over and over to turn on and off.

    Shuttle from airport is a plus. The breakfast is good. I request a room in the lower level but was not granted even-though the hotel looked semi empty. That was a problem for me because my knee is in post surgery recover. There is no staff to help with luggage for this situations.

    No hot water, was told at check in around 2ish there was no water, i came to hotel around 6pm to give them time because i have 1 toddler and 1 infant. Well around 10 pm i wanted to shower there was no water coming from shower head , and then i tried switching the shower to a bath and there was a bunch of dirt coming out of piping. Also when i went to brush teeth the water smelled so bad, ... so not only did i get to shower me and my kids but the microwave wasnt even connected and didnt work . I have videos of everything , this place is horrible , called management and the manager is yet to call me back

    Stayed two consecutive nights, Monday & Tuesday. Actually stayed in the same room each night, which was crazy, since I booked each night separately. Door wouldn't close properly, so had to engage the deadbolt and door lock to get the door to stay shut! Was disappointed the second night when this was still a problem, since I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out after my first stay. Still, the room was fine and the price was good, considering both night's stays were last minute decisions.

    Room did not just feel neglected, it was evident that the room was neglected. I even have a video of the roach and dirtiness of the bed and the linen on it. Tried talking to the hard to understand manager only to be mistreated and turned away. We were optomistic about the situation and when we booked another stay in the following days, the middle eastern hard to understand manager retaliated with a 100 dollar deposit which had ever been the case before this roach and neglected rooms became an issue. Not only is that not cool, its definitely not cool. This property and the managment team deserve a -5

    The room was in horrible sanitary condition. When I opened the door and turned on the light there was a roach on one of the beds and it walked down in to the bottom of the mattress. As if that wasn’t enough … there was a huge unalived roach at the bathroom entrance. I had to walk right back out and pay 206.00 to stay somewhere else. Not cool.

    The room and property were as expected, not great but acceptable for a quick overnight stop for my roadtrip. My main issue is with the staff. At checkout, the man attending the front desk asked to see my email for the booking, thinking he needed to see my itinerary number or something I handed it over. He then tried to leave a review himself. This was very invasive and freaked me out. I’m not sure if this is a common occurrence at this location or something this specific person does, however, that was unacceptable and weird.

    This is an old property. You can see the doors have lots of holes where oie licks were mounted. Had lots of problems with the electronic licks not working. Actually had to have manager open it one time. But he's were ok as was the shower. But you can definitely tell the rooms are getting up there in years. Price was good.

    The place was very dirty. We felt very unsafe people lurking around walking around looking like they were possibly selling drugs. The hotel was dirty There was mold on the walls, and I could hear my neighbors snoring through the wall or the door that canjoined them and then when I got there, I was locked out of the room they had to come and reset the keys took him 25 minutes to get there…. NEVER ever again!!!!!

    People drunk and arguing outside of my room, woke me up at 0400. Beer bottles under my truck tires this morning. Outside door is warped with duct tape on it,deadbolt doesn't work either, hell if you fell onto door from outside youd be inside. Not secure at all. Remote was broken too

    Hotel manager, that was the only room they had left on the first floor and I’m disabled so I was not a bolt to go in any other Upstairs location. Also, the smell of the room was a color of cat urine and there’s a huge hairball in the back of the door. The bathroom there was bubblegum on the headboard. It was pretty horrible. I called to talk to them about it and nobody called me back.

    I had the worst experience at this hotel, my flight got delayed and finally canceled. My brother was also traveling with his family. His flight also got delayed, but he was able to leave that night so I told him I already booked a hotel just go ahead and stay there. I gave him the reservation number and all the information. They arrived at two in the morning with three kids, and the gentleman at their reception told him there was no way he was letting them stay there. My brother showed them the reservation, the room was booked and paid for and he said he didn’t care that he was not allowing him to stay there. I just cannot believe that somebody cannot have any common sense. We have the same last name he had my reservation and confirmation number. I will never stay in that hotel again.

    I have absolutely no complaints about this place at all. I stayed only two nights to attend a concert. That being said, I am very picky and you get what you pay for. If you’re anything like me, bring your own towel, bed sheets/pillowcase, disposable bed sheets and cleaning supplies. The place is fine but it’s old so don’t expect nothing fancy nor perfect. The breakfast is good with lots of variety and healthy choices. I would stay again and recommend.

    One of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in. Everything from the walls to the floors were dirty. Smudges everywhere. You can tell they make the bed and clean up superficially. Bathroom smelled bad. I tried not to even use the toilet. Glad it was just one night.

    Floor was dirty with used condom wrapper; dried vomit on the bed skirt; housekeeping barged into my room when I had another 24 hours on my reservation and argued with me claiming that I am supposed to check out, front desk said the info regarding my reservation being for an additional 24 hours was correct and housekeeping should have known that it wasn’t due for checkout.

    There is a shuttle to El Paso Airport. The pool is Awesome and clean. It’s family friendly and safe. Free parking . Located in between Village Inn and Tony Lamas. There is a Large mall across the street.

    Stayed for a week, room was never cleaned , had to get our own towels, trash nevered emptied, shower curtain wouldnt stay closed, door to room didnt shut without the door latch shut at the top. Looked like the door had been kicked in.

    This was the wirst experience ever. Bad neighborhood, noisy guests, felt unsafe, dirty room, terrible mattress. Sleeping in my car in a parking lot would have been better. Don’t stay here!

    Pictures on Expedia need to be updated. The whole hot situation was a mess. The property was in very bad condition. The room was dirty looked like the bedding was the only thing that was changed. This was a negative experience and I will not stay in this hotel again.

    Worst hotel ever 😪 i dont feel good on my health there was hair all other bath tub and needs to remodeled it was nasty in the room unsanitary too. I complained so they can clean the room and said they only clean when they we check out and told them it was not clean at all and seem to make excuses about it.

    Nasty and mouse hole in the wall I covered with duct tape we were too tired to leave and try to find something else that night that is the only reason we stayed that night and no refunds for the three days I paid for because I did it online with Expedia.

    I understand as someone who does housekeeping how you have to turn over the place fast... But, only having the house keepers do the bed, the toliet, and the onside the of sink... And that is it... Is disgusting.. I know those floors and that tub wasn't skipped over just one time.. The floors shouldn't be black when you wipe it with a wet cloth. I felt so gross staying there. It felt like a place a drug addict would go.

    If I could rate this place zero stars, that's exactly what i would give it. This is the worst hotel ever. I do not recommend this even to my enemies. The room was very dirty, the bathroom was worse with mold on the wall and roaches literally roaming the bedroom to the bathroom. I made several complaints to the front desk and nothing was done about it. They certainly do not care about the cleanliness of the rooms nor the needs of the customers. Stay far away from this place and do not stay at this place if you value your health and comfort.
