My stay at the Comfort Hotel was not a pleasant experience. Other than the first clerk that helped me check in, the staff were unpleasant and rude. The hotel was dark, gloomy and it smelled. The hotel advertised that they offered a laundry room, which was dirty and unkept. The hotel did not offer any detergent or was equipped to guide me to a store to purchase such items to wash clothes. The day that I arrived at the hotel, one of the two elevators was operating but up to the second floor only (the hotel has 3 floors). By the time I left, both elevators were out. The room smelled, the shower had hair, the hair dryer was full of dust and dirty. I had no trash pick up at my room for 4 days. The shower dispensers were almost empty and I had to purchase Clorox wipes to clean the room from dust and clean the toilet seat. On my way out I noticed the front desk of my experience and all I was told was that they apologized. I do not recommend anyone staying. I paid too much for a room and service that was not what was advertised.

Elevator was out and the guy checking in guests took forever to help the line of people. Meanwhile he was having a conversation with the guest in front of me who was checking in and said the F word about 75 times in 5 minutes very loudly. He was complaining because it was memorial day weekend and the owners wouldn't fix the elevator because they were too cheap to pay time and a half. I booked this hotel over another nearby because it stated that they had 24 hour airport transpo. Once I checked in they told me it wasn't 24 hours and started at 7am. My flight was leaving at 5:45 so I had to pay for an Uber. The Hotel was beautiful and well maintained though.

I appreciated the space for the cost effectiveness. Also the location was great. I would say since breakfast is a topic in the review I did not care for it. I did eat the oatmeal and bagel. The eggs and sausage were questionable… lol. Just me being picky but for the price I appreciated the stay and the staff. Me and my son used the fitness center, it was small but had what we needed. Thank you

Staff was amazing. They held my door dashed food when I was getting home late. Only downside was the internet one the tv didn’t work so I had to use and hot spot and the water wasn’t that hot.

The room was old, the shower got water all over the bathroom and TV channels weren't enough. Thete was no outside security or cameras and the elevator wasn't working.

The general manager falsely accused us of missing bed items and charged us a hefty amount. One of the maids had taken all the items to laundry. They never removed the charges. That is fraud.

Bathroom floor was dirty, someone else’s hair in the bathtub gross. Same hot breakfast served everyday ( eggs, potatoes & sausage) I stayed 6 days. Ran out of fruit, yogurt & bagels after the first day. Phone in room not working. Staff very friendly.

The food(continental breakfast)was fresh and hot everyday. The staff was very professional and polite, especially the lady in charge of the kitchen and Martha the hotel manager. The area where the hotel is located at is very convenient, you have access to restaurants, businesses and commercial centers near by. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Paso, Texas.

Limited items, food was too salty

No Keys were available, so had to wait for someone to walk me to my room every time. I was not told until after I was charged. Breakfast was horrible, juice machine broken. No manage on site, no offer of a discount or any compensation. Nobody at the front desk when I was wanting to check out, waited 5 min then left being I was on a schedule. I’d really like at least half my money back for their half attempt at delivering what they advertised.

One of my favorite hotels to stay in when I visit El Paso, TX. Clean rooms, good prices.

The first night was terrible. The room stunk horribly. There was spilled cereal in the air conditioner. The whole room smelled like spoiled milk. We complained to the front desk the first day and they told us “we know.” Gave us some room spray and sent us on our way. I spoke to the manager the next day, and we were changed rooms, right next door. Then they just “cleaned the same room and re-rented it to someone else!!! Supposedly “sound proof rooms” could hear the people across the hall with their tv and dogs, someone walking hard above us… it is close to shopping and restaurants, but that’s the only good thing about this hotel.

Staff very nice. Room needs a little renovation (carpet and chipped paint on the wall). Overall clean. Nice breakfast area and breakfast had sausage, eggs, and potatoes, fruits, waffles, cereals, bagels, coffee and tea, yogurts and other things. Very sufficient. Too bad that the cutlery and plates are in plastic, but imagine that this is for cost efficiency. Enjoyed my stay there.

We loved that the room was clean, no mold or bugs, bed was very comfortable, A/C worked good, price very affordable, location was convenient, quiet, and pet friendly. Had sidewalks to walk dog around. Close to food options. Nothing, our stay was very positive!

It was okay. I have stayed here a couple of times before and have never had an issue until this stay. I booked the room for 2 nights and had requested housekeeping. I was told by the front desk lady that they cannot do housekeeping because it’s only done after 3 nights and that’s there’s policy. I mentioned to her that saw there policy in my room details and it shows that we can request it if we want more frequent service. All she told me was that she was going to jot it down and it is not guaranteed because it is not their policy. I was in a rush to leave so I didn’t want to argue with her and I did not request to speak to Management. However ,I did ask if we can at least have some fresh towels and toilet paper. When I returned, obviously they did not clean my room and there were no towels nor toilet paper. I had to ask the housekeeper lady that was cleaning the room next to us for some. She was nice enough to give to provide us with it. Also, another thing I noticed for the two nights that I stayed every day I had a do not disturb sign on my door that I never hung there. So I don’t know if that’s the way that they let the housekeeper know not to clean those rooms. I never put that on my door.

When I booked i booked with a kitchenette and was not given that. But thet did send us to a different hotel with a kitchenette and it was soo trashy so we went back so we could find one for ourselves.

Stairs to upper floors are convenient. Lack of maintenance and trash receptacles overflowing. Charged 50$ for one pet.

When we checked in, the front desk lady was a little rude, told us the pet fee was $50 and when we showed her what it was on line through Hotels.com, she didn’t care cause it wasn’t their fault.

We initially booked a two queen room, however they called and said they over booked and asked if we could be switched to a king, which was perfectly fine. However we then found out it must of been the loudest, thinnest walled room in the hotel. We had a 12 hour drive we wanted to sleep from and we were put into a room where employees are banging on the walls around us moving things around. It was very disappointing.

He put me in 118 which was right by the main hallway and lobby. I should've gone back to get another room but I was tired and didn't want to go through the check in process again. I could hear lobby noise all evening. I had to turn on the room fan and run it all night to sleep. Hotel was fine, nothing great but not the worst.

We were in room 120. The mattress needs replacement. Its sinking. Its very bad and my husband and I did not get a good sleep. Breakfast was bad. There was no juice. Not worth the price we paid, $122 for a night.

The location was very convenient, and the breakfast was prepared very well, and the food choices was very good also, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. We liked everything about your hotel, and plan on returning to your hotel in four months and planning to buy stock if possible in your hotel.

It is a very good hotel for the price, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom has been renewed. The breakfast is very good, tasty and with options. On the downside, the deposit fee is not good and the carpet can have some cleanup.

Gentleman, talked over me and made it about himself, explaining that what he was doing was first. I had just come in from a 5-hour drive and was looking forward to settling in to rest up before a scheduled business meeting. If it wasn't for this experience my rating would be "great' across the board.

We liked everything about the property except for our check-in. The clerk at the front desk did not seem to know what he was doing.

The front desk guy who reciveived us, very kind and helpful. What we didn’t like was we could heard the noises of the top of the other room and the schudule hour for breakfast.

Good option for one day or short stays. Well located close to the airport, clean rooms, relatively new installations, bathroom with hidromassage shower, free parking. Breakfast is good with cold and hot options (egg, bacon).

Specifically filtered for a crib, called ahead and they stated they had a crib, but less then 24 hours later they did not. Not that they were in use, but all of them were turned in for upgrades, waiting for new ones.

Parking is not good too many 18-wheelers parked very limited.

Parking is terrible, working on the front entrance hard to get around. But loved the place coming back in June will certainly stay here

Bathroom had no shower curtain...no toilet paper.

The room only had blinds which did not block any light in the room, no curtains very hard to sleep with the very bright parking lot lights, which are great for security, but not for sleeping. Our room was like daylight the entire time. No sleep was able to be had.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. It was fine for a one night stay. My biggest complaint is that the blinds in my room were broken and street light right outside the window lit up the room all night.

Old rooms

We had our toilet water leaking the whole stay. Holes in our walls and the door plate when you walk in was loose with no screws. They were also doing construction down stairs the whole stay.

Clean comfortable and friendly otherwise.

Service desk just handed the key, didn't provide other info like no breakfast/coffee available on the weekend. Between the blinds and bright digital electronics, the room was completely lit up all night. Shower hadn't been cleaned.

No curtains on the windows and bright parking lot lights make it impossible to sleep if you are light sensitive. No coffee in the lobby. Coffee pots but empty. No once but multiple times. 3rd floor breakfast room. Very inconvenient. Breakfast however was good.

My Room was Great only Down fall i was right next to Housekeepers storage room so i heard them at 8:30 every morning..

The hotel was ok. There was a lot of little things that needed to be fixed in the room in terms of shower fixture etc. More importantly the breakfast area was closed all weekend Saturday and Sunday sign said for renovations so Saturday was a brown bag with a school lunch frozen burrrito and a box juice. No Clue what Sunday was but it was in a brown bag at the front desk. One of the reasons I booked was because of the breakfast.There were commercials for comfort Inn and Suites showing a full breakfast these were commercials I saw during my stay at Comfort Inn and Suites I was dissapointed. . I paid $ 114.00 per night for a gas station breakfast. I could have stayed at Motel 6 for $65.00 per night with no breakfast. I will not stay there again. My son is stationed at Fort Bliss I will frequent El Paso frequently. Steer clear of the location on Gateway Blvd.

This property was under construction. The bathroom had no ventilation and the shower head didn’t work well.

I can tell they are remodeling this property and the decor is looking very modern and well appointed. On the downside, the rooms have white plastic blinds and no curtains. The sun comes right through them, and even worse, the bright freeway lights and billboard lights shine in all night! That along with the toilet that kept making a wheezy sound every 3 minutes made for very little sleep.
