It was great. The pool could have used some cleaning as the water was very cloudy. Otherwise it was a great experience

I used to think this was one of the best hotels in El Paso areas. Unfortunately I can't say that anymore. We booked this hotel on our way and back from a recent trip and both times our room was not very clean, not very well mantained, air conditioner made a weird noise waking us a few times during the night (it sounded like it needed maintence) breakfast wasn't ready on time. There's a reason we got it for a cheaper deal.

The kitchenette works well for traveling people who don’t want to eat out. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. We will stay here again when we are in el paso

It was definitely somewhere where you can sleep. The paint was chipping in the bathroom. The carpet throughout the 1st floor was torn and lifted. Lots of trip hazards. I would not stay at this location in the future. No USB or USBC chargers, this was an older hotel.

Big room! Plenty of space! Double bathrooms! 1. Cockaroach on the blackberrys at breakfast. 2. They had the maintenance guy cutting palm trees around the pool area from 4pm till 7pm Saturday night. 3. Multiple kids got glass in there feet around pool area.

Our floor was not clean, phone not working and a hat from a previous guest was in the room. I brought this to their attention and we were immediately moved to an upgraded room which clearly costs more but at no additional cost and a better view. This was greatly appreciated! We will definitely consider staying here again because of the kind customer service.

The room was clean and the kitchenettes were very nice to have. Breakfast was always busy and there is shopping very close by. The staff was helpful, my only thing was the pool was closed due to bees, but the staff was very helpful about making sure the area was safe.

There was an issue with a beehive near the pool, but Staff and supervisors took immediate action. We were unable to use the pool for the rest of our stay due to safety concerns which they addressed.

Room was clean, but kitchen had cockroaches. Not able to use the silverware or anything in the kitchen for that reason. Parking ok, plenty space. Breakfast good, not a lot of things but everything is delicious. We could not use the pool due to bees in the area.

Ok hotel, not terrible but for the price there is better options on my opinion.

Overall this was a clean hotel. Even though it was close to the highway, it was still pretty quiet. My only criticism is the breakfast which was only average. The oatmeal looked like it was not cooked all the way and the pastries did not look fresh.

Had spots on the carpet (red) which was iffy and then the shuttle had limited hours so that was partially why I booked the hotel.

Room was dirty, hair, sunflower seeds (which I’m highly allergic to) was laying around in the bathroom, tub filthy, toilet dirty and seat broke sliding everywhere, dishes dirty, breakfast is piss poor. Only thing hot was eggs which were extremely overcooked, chicken sausage not cooked throughly, oatmeal half cooked, waffle machine extremely filthy, juice watered down, taters cold as they were sitting in an open bowl on the counter. No burner. Staff were friendly but the building is horrible. One elevator has carpet from the 1900s, the other has wood floor, both squeak extremely bad, trash doesn’t get taken out unless you call, never seen housekeeping so idk what house they were keeping clean if they only come upon call.

The staff were exceptional.

I had made two separate reservations for this hotel for May 1 and May 2. I got a call from the reservation counter, April 30 letting me know that the Friday reservation had been canceled. On Friday I got a call from hotels.com that the Saturday May 2 reservation had been canceled. Hotels.com helped me find a different hotel for May 2 that was more expensive than my original reservation. Low and behold I saw an illegal charge on my credit card from Staybridge suites on Sunday. When I spoke to them they told me that I was a no show for May 2. The original reservation was $261 or so and somehow Staybridge charged my card $430. I told the manager that I had received a notice from hotels.com and that I had personally spoken to a staff member from their hotel on Friday who confirmed that it was cancelled. The manager refused to give me a refund saying it was never cancelled and that the hotel staff never said it was cancelled. I told her I had the voicemails from hotels.com and that they had helped me find a new hotel after the canceled reservation. She continue to say it was not canceled. She was rude, and very unhelpful. I then reached out to hotels.com to fix it and they contacted the hotel and the hotel told them the cancelation was for May 3. We never made a reservation on May 3. The staff at this hotel are liars. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

This hotel should not be charging the amounts it does per night for the dire co diction that it’s in. Check in staff, have had better interactions at a gas station. Place starting to smell old. Light fixtures are of all different colors. Worn out carpets and broken tiles. Rooms definitely need updating. Good location to stay at and if u don’t mind paying higher end hotel prices for a mid experience than this will do just fine

Property was easy to find. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Clean. Our room was on the first floor next to the dog walk. The furniture was dated, but I slept good. Breakfast was top notch! Shower is tops! The location right off the interstate. Lots of hard hat/ construction workers, but that can’t be helped. It was just in a busy location.

The rooms were clean and the location was very convenient for our needs. The breakfast and business food choices were pretty slim and not very good at all. Definitely not up to the standard of other locations. Otherwise, it was very pleasant and the staff was helpful.

We were able to walk the mall, eat dinner at Toro Burger Bar, and go to a park all within a 15 mile radius of the hotel. The room was clean, but the only thing is one of the toilets was not flushed properly but we could tell it was clean. Overall it was a good stay.

The room and the hotel were in the worst condition of any IHG hotel I’ve stayed at. Night and day from the Staybridge I just stayed at in Houston. The doors to the outside also didn’t lock properly, so anyone could walk in at night, they ran out of coffee cups at breakfast, they didn’t have luggage carts, etc.

The breakfast: they didn't have any food ready the worker was behind on everything. Had to come back down to get food.

Long checkin time, dirty room, non functional doors and drawers, foundational cracks amd openings in the wall. Stains in carpet, trash behind nightstands. House keeper hairs everywhere.

We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel on trips because it was so convenient to the freeway and restaurants and it was clean and comfortable. Lately, I have been disappointed in the condition of the rooms. Hotel needs a refresh, for sure.

Room was clean, but even though we were there for three nights, housekeeping did not once come through. Had to call out to front desk to pick up more toilet paper. There were no towels in the pool area any of the days we were there. Staff could not keep up with demand for breakfast items even though hotel was not sold out that weekend.

At first we had been assigned a room with a regular shower and I had requested a walk in one because of a disability. We went back down to the lobby to see if that couldn't be changed and the man at the desk was very agreeable to do so. We will remember this place to recommend to others.

We got in at 3am and had called to make sure they wouldn’t give away our room. The gentleman working overnight was super friendly and helpful… he actually upgraded us to a two bedroom suite. Sadly we were only there overnight, but we definitely appreciated it! The breakfast there is also one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. 10/10 recommend!

Nothing Every thing they even charge $10 for parking so be careful. There is a lot I mean a lot of military staying in this hotel not sure why? But I guess if there was some sort of robbery they would take care of it quickly.

After that it took him I've 30 min to get us checked in. Our room was already booked and paid for. They needed a card on file for incidentals. No problem. They ran both of my debit cards and said neither work and to cal my bank. My bank said that it they were processing the charge and the hotels system was declining it. It took 40 min to get in our room mind you my 7 month old was screaming and my 3 other kids were exhausted as we just drove in 8 hours from Texas. I reserved a room for 6. There were on 2 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The pull out couch was horrible. There were no sheets açaí for this rock of a bed. We had to go get them from the front desk. Super disappointed and dissatisfied.

I had a King bed and they gave me a handicap room with 2 beds because they ran out of room, which means they gave my room up to someone else when i had an RSVP. The breakfast was says till 930 and they where putting everything up by 9 am. The breakfast was not good at all and as well cold.

The stay was great! The only thing that bothered us the tub/shower! it didn’t have a floor mat and when it was wet, it was slippery! This can cause a bad problem for some people!

We stayed on the first floor in a king suite. It was nice and clean, but not frivolous. Just a standard decent hotel room. The breakfast each morning was good, not a huge variety, but what you'd expect for it to be included with your stay. Being on the first floor was convenient as we had our dog with us, but there's not a ton of area outside to walk them. There are however some nice parks with 10mins or so of the hotel and plenty of places to eat that are close as well

We rented a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout for 5 people, one of them was my grandma who uses a stroller. I had called the hotel to let them know we'd be there late, about my grandma's needs and to make sure there was a pullout because we would be using it. They assured us all the rooms were very spacious. My parents got there before me, so I wasn't there to make sure all the notes I called about were fulfilled. Turns out the hotel gave us the very last room, furthest away from the elevators. That was already bad because my 85-yo grandma had to walk down maybe 20-25 rooms down to the end of the hall and around, but when I finally got there about an hour later, there was no linen for the pullout. I called down for the linen and they said we had to come get it. The didn't have pillows, and said we had to use the ones on the formal beds. The attendant did go hunting for one and gave me one, but I had to wait longer. All I got was fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a thin blanket, then the one pillow. When when we pulled out the pullout, the mattress was stained with something that looked like dried blood. It was close to midnight and I didn't feel like fighting, plus everyone else was already settled in and in pjs, and with knowing there were no more rooms, what was the point if they wouldn't even have anything available to move us to? I got comfy and tried to make myself some tea to relax, only to find out the coffee maker was dirty, with old coffee grinds. Not top notch.

So I accidentally booked a king bedroom and needed two queens, manager was quick to help me change it and get it fixed I appreciated that so much because they didn’t charge me for it either but overall the hotel is old and it smells like moth balls on the 4th floor. Breakfast was fabulous tho lots of fruit and a verity of food.

Paid $200 for a room. With no air conditioner. Would not refund my money only thing was offering me a smaller room for the same price

My stay was awesome and the staff did everything in their power to ensure my stay was pleasant... Breakfast was great the laundry room was complimentary and the room was clean and comfy... Will definitely return...

Room was big and spacious. Had a full kitchen which was nice for a family trip. Furniture could use a little upgrade, but overall it was a nice stay.

Property was quiet and clean. Staff was nice. We came to El Paso for shopping so we liked that it was close to the Cielo Vista Mall. Walmart and several other stores and restaurants were close by as well. We had a double bed suite and the room was a good size for 5 of us. Breakfast was great with several options including scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon or sausage, diced potatoes, fesh fruit and yogurt, cereals and bagels. The outdoor pool and spa were clean and there is a spacious seating area outside with grills. The only three minor downsides were the TV signal was spotty so we couldn't really watch TV, the wifi is slow, and the AC thermostat in our room didn’t seem to work properly so the room would either get too cold or too hot unless you manually adjusted the temp. Those were minor inconveniences though. Otherwise our stay was great.

Overall stay wasnt that great. For being a suite I would expected more. Rooms only haf two shower towels. I found a pair of dirty underwears under one of the beds. The worse part was the staff. Everyone was not friendly at all.

I would expect that a property for a business stay has at least a basic food service for lunch/dinner. This was not the case and therefore I can't choose it again for my next stay.

At breakfast they had a quite a spread for us vegan travellers....the only part i did not like is housekeeping just came and opened the door at 10:45am even before the standard 11am checkout and in our case we had requested for 12pm checkout...i was naked as i was dressed and this was very embarrassing

Great service, nice room, comfy bed! We appreciated the hot dinner and breakfast was good too! It’s an older hotel so the carpet is worn out etc.

Every single employee at this location is amazing from the front to the back of the staff. I’m so glad I became a member.

The room was not clean I booked for four people and they onley had two towels in the bathroom and the bathtub was dirty as well.

There was no house keeping service. When I mentioned that my beds had not been changed or new towels exchanged, the front desk told me that because I was staying less than 6 days, this service was not provided. They didn't even empty my trash in the room.

Checked in. Was told breakfast till 10:30. Showed up at 10:15. There was no food. No cofee. Nothing. And staff picking up everything as fast as they could. Would be happy with just a cup of coffee

The access to the property was super easy, as well as everything around it is so clean and so tidy. The staff to check the same we’re super nice and very helpful. Hands down I would stay here again.

This is the first time I’ve actually written a review but after paying almost $300 for a night, I felt I must! The hotel was dated with a badly stained carpet, refrigerator that neither the refrigerator or freezer worked, extremely uncomfortable heater/ AC system that was extremely noisy. I had called ahead to make reservations to find out if any pet fee & was told no. After I was walking away from desk after checking in, the clerk shouted “I forgot, I have to charge you a $75 pet fee”. Needless to say I was not happy but it was late & we were very tired & of course had already checked in.

Waited to pick up my bag that was at the front desk because nobody was there. At 3 PM

I chose this hotel because I had my dogs with me. I was nervous about even letting the dogs walk on that nasty carpet and covered down the sofa with one of the bedspreads. They charge too much for it to be that gross. Nice kitchen though.

My mother, daughter and I planned a girl's weekend at this hotel. It was going great until my mother fell in the shower. There are no shower mats, gripping or anything of the sort within the shower. When I called to tell them, they said they only provided floor mats for outside the shower which I thought was weird cause every hotel I've ever been in had some sort of gripping either built into the tub or put on it.

Convenient to airport. Surrounding area a little bleak and lacking walkable restaurants but no big deal for us.

Staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the free dinner with complimentary fountain drinks and beer on tap, and we also enjoyed the free, jot breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable and we will stay again!

We have stayed here before and always liked it. This time the keys systems were not working properly.

Second time staying in this hotel. Convenient location close to freeway and food options. Plumbing in bathrooms need some work.

Numerous items were not working or broken in the room, the hotel in general was not clean.

We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly when traveling because it has nice size rooms with small kitchenettes, very convenient to restaurants, and accessible from the freeway.

After traveling for 16 hours with a toddler I came to this hotel to find a non working air conditioning unit. I was forced to sleep in 80 degree room and a sweating toddler who couldn’t sleep. Called front and they just said they could send maintenance to my room at 8am. Couldn’t change rooms and they didn’t have a fan to lend me. Awful experience.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillow cushions were cut exposing inside material. We were traveling with 4 people (one not exactly family) and had to share bed with that person.

not like that windows are not sound proof the hotel is close to the highway and we couldn't sleep because of the noise

Our A/C never cooled the room and i was blown off by the morning clerk when i mentioned it. I'll be spending my money elsewhere next time

Suite was pretty much as expected except a wall repair had been done in the bathroom and it was unpainted. There was also mold in the tile grout around tub as well as an ugly stain in bottom of tub. Hotel suites need updating with fresh upholstery, etc.

This property was exceptionally clean.

I was hoping to have a better breakfast selection but I understand that due to the pandemic, there was only a selection of foods. The coffee was very strong to our taste and was not able to drink it; instead, we drank coffee in our room which had a much better taste. Overall, our staying was great and I will choose Staybridge Suites again. The staff was courteous and the place was very clean. The room was beyond my expectations and well maintained.

Overnight trip, very friendly staff, clean hotel but awkward room set up. We had a conference table on our room.
