The whole experience with my stay was exceptional. The room was very clean & smelt nice, great customer service, breakfast in the mornings was excellent, check in/ out was very simple

It was clean and comfortable. The employees were very helpful and professional. The Friday breakfast was low on food. Only cereal and eggs and some bread. There was still over 30 minutes left to eat. I had to eat at a relatives’ house. Very irritating if I paid for it and chose the hotel to save time & money.

Kayla was amazing, she was the most kind soul and beyond helpful, I especially appreciate this coming off such a long flight and just making it so easy for me to get in my room and rest. Thank you sm !

Will give you the run-around just to leave you in an empty room covered in paint dust with just a queen bed in the center - oops sorry they called that the “King Suite”. Absolutely atrocious. We were disappointed the hot tub was not available and we weren't told in advance. The breakfast was okay, just not many options. We were disappointed that they were spray painting doors one morning and we will up to the fumes.

We stayed there twice. The first time our room was too close to the freeway and the car noise detracted from our sleep. The second time we were away from the noise and it was much better. Nothing other than the freeway noise the first stay.

The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle. Upon calling to request the shuttle after our flight landed at 9:30 pm, we were told that shuttle service stops at 9 pm. As an "Airport" hotel offering a free shuttle, we were not expecting such limited shuttle hours!

Everything awesome except that it seems the walls need more insulation. Was kept awake by noisy night owls in the room next to me.

A lot of road noise all night.

So just a quick suggestion, since we’re kind of a protein family, it would be nice to have another option for the meat maybe bacon also the pancake maker sometimes worked sometimes didn’t but overall the staff was great for breakfast and it was a nice free breakfast. Thank you.

The staff is outstanding and always responsive and helpful especially Giovani! The property is clean and well kept, close to shopping such as the Cielo Vista mall and other shopping plazas, easy to access to the highway, and has a nice view of Juárez, Mexico.

First of all El Paso what a ugly city(We''l stick to New Mexico Land of Enchantment) Too much traffic/polution. Too much construction not even worked on. Rude people on the road. Bad location (too much traffic, noisy) No internet. Bad pillows. Sad TV line-up. Rude staff.

Charged my credit card for incidental and an additional charge. Had to report it and waiting to see if charge drops off.

My mom and I were in an accessible room. The walking shower floods. It is helpful to use towel on the floor. Staff always gave me plenty. The toiletries are not easy accessible for a handicapped person. Beds too high. The room was specious.

Good experience, the receptionist was very nice and friendly. It was clean. My only downside is that its close to the freeway so the cars are loud but I also loved the area it was close to everything we needed.

I can really say I had a really good experience with the staff and in the cleanness of the rooms and the hotel. Even the front desk manager went out of her way to get the first aid kit for my mom.

It was fine for the purpose of my stay. It was a little dated, but for the price it was good. The facility was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed the lovely woman in charge of the breakfast lounge. She was kind soul.

We stayed at the hotel on the last night of our vacation. When we checked in the person at the front desk only provided one room key and didn’t ask if we wanted more. There we as a water puddle between the water supply line to the toilet and the base of the tub. While not a major problem it was off-putting. Overall the hotel seemed older and in worse condition than other similar properties we stayed at on this trip. A couple positives: the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The breakfast had some hot items (eggs, sausage, pancakes), cereals, and yogurt. It was okay. Verdict: somewhat disappointing but passable accommodations.

We had a 2 bed roll in shower accessible room, that is becoming difficult to find in El Paso hotels . Helpful staff. I have to request to have my room service every day. I would have prefer if they did it automatically. It was quiet, easy access to the highway and airport.

This hotel was fine. Close to the airport and I 10. The charge for parking was a big turnoff (yes I know it was only $10 plus tax, plus a service fee). I think it’s nothing but corporate greed.

We have stayed at several and this is the first we would not return to. The service was OK. Check in was smooth. Also, having to pay to park in the parking lot was unique. This is not a downtown or parking garage area - just an interstate hotel with a regular parking lot.

We love staying at Holiday Inn but this locations rooms need to be renovated and they charge $10 parking fee. While the other Holiday Inn also on Gateway don’t charge for parking and hotels appear to be newer or remodeled

We had a pleasant stay, room carpet was a bit dingy and stained. Bathtub shower was very powerful and hard to leave because it felt so good!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Greeted everyone as they walked by. Hotel grounds were clean. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Only small complain would be breakfast options. Not much to choose from. Juice machine was out of service and I don’t believe the pancake machine was working either. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

They charge for parking !!!!! 11.99 per night where there is a loooot of available parking spots. I’ve never experienced paying for parking in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in my whole life. Everything was amazing except for the fact that after a couple of nights staying there, I ended up paying more than $50 for parking :(

When I reserve a double queen, I dont expect to show up and have to put 2 adults and 3 kids in one king size bed and be told my room was given away.

Bathroom had alot of water damage on the walls and some mold, booked a room with 2 queen beds but beds were full size at best and mattress very hard. Breakfast was not what it used to be only eggs sausage biscuits and coffee was cold n extremly bitter first day there was yogurts but the second and third day no yogurt and no breads either. Safe to say we will not be staying there again

Then, we stayed three nights before our room was cleaned. Third, the night entrance was not working. We reported it the first time that we had to walk around to the front entrance, but for the duration of our stay, it remained out of order. The staff seemed both unfriendly and uncaring about the problem. We will not patronize this establishment in the future.

Went into the bathroom where the floor had water-unknown where it was coming from. Took more than 30 mins.to get help since the front desk clerk was away and no one answered the phone. Eventually was moved to another room. Hotel was very full so absolutely no place to sit for breakfast.

Jorge made check in a breeze. Beds were very comfy, room was nice but could use a bigger tv. Staff was great checking in, during the stay and check out.

You need to update your description on your information page. This place does NOT have a restaurant nor is there one within walking distance. I needed an airport shuttle but it was not available. The van was sitting outside but no one to drive it! I ended up having to download UBER and reserve thru them to get to the airport.

The door was not hung correctly and was difficult to open and close, the bathroom door did not lock and the toilet did not flush properly. We switched rooms. The dead bolt did not lock, the paint in the bathroom ceiling we peeling in large chunks, the sink dripped, and the paint job was incomplete. At this point we decided to not switch rooms again for fear it would be worse. The rooms were nothing like the pictures online. This was not what we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointing!

when we arrived to the hotel to check in at 00:30 there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to check us in. We waited about an hour to see if someone would show up but no one did. This cause me to load up my family again and go to a different hotel.
