pool was not heated as advertised, air conditioner was not cooling too well and the bathroom had small insects in it.

It was very comfortable and the location is not bad. Staff very friendly. The only problem the air conditioner is so loud. How loud the air conditioner was. Breakfast should have donuts.

Location, nice clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was a bit meager. A few more choices (maybe some yogurt?) would have been nice.

The next morning our shower didn’t have pressure, so the front desk quickly opened the room next to us so we could shower. It was wonderful and soft water. The breakfast bar was nice with bagels, cereal and drinks. I love this much better than watery eggs at other places. Thank you Spark!

No microwave, no coffee machine, no drawers or closets, and the breakfast was bare minimum… That was my last time with Spark hotels!

Swimming pool was 50 degrees or lower we were not able to swim at all I asked for housekeeping and the room didn’t get cleaned due to short staff that was the Unser from the front desk.

Room was clean but the outlet next to the sink didn’t work. They also did not leave extra toilet paper in the room. The toilet paper left was halfway gone. Lastly the bottom of the shower had some black on it like it wasn’t properly cleaned.

Pool water was not clear and temperature was 75 degrees. Shower leaked badly. General cleanliness and condition is poor. Ran out of coffee, milk and several breakfast items periodically during breakfast. One person watching the desk and maintaining breakfast.
