Liked all of it. Got a great night's rest. Very comfy. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Just with the rooms had a small keurig. We love to have our coffee in the room. Lol But, over all everything was great. I would stay here again. Thanks Extended America... keep up the great work. The only thing I could say is that I would have loved that the rooms be supplied with a small Keurig thats all other than that everything was great. We enjoyed our stay.

The location, its close to all eateries, groceries and to UTEP. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, big and safe.

Not a negative but air condition or the device is next to bed a little bit to close. Staff was really helpful and assisted us with fast service even before checking in time. Very grateful since we drove out of town for BTS CONCERT for 12 hours and we're not charging 1000s per night as other places.

Positive : checked us in on the phone because we wouldn’t make it to the hotel until after the BTS concert, was there with key when we got there at 1:30. Room comfortable. The hotel honored our reservation while many other hotels in EP cancelled on people the day of the concert because they could increase cost. Thank you for that. Good people

The room has dirty counters… trash bins were full…only two small plastic cups for room… no linens for sofa bed… brown water for coffee and only couple of packets of instant oatmeal for breakfast… not to mention roaches in entryway.

Building was old, had a funky smell but the staff was super friendly .. will not stay again there ..

I’d stay clear of this hotel. The manager, David, not only charged me for my service dogs, but refused refund when I told him I’d just go somewhere else. Worst service ever

This is my go to hotel in El Paso. I always feel so at home with the kitchen and the large rooms. I love it here. Great area too.

I couldn’t enjoy sitting out in the evening because the sidewalks and common sitting area has a bad infestation with cockroaches and huge ones too!

My husband and I have stayed multiple days on two different occasions. We have been pleased with the cleanliness, the helpful, friendly staff and the convenience of the kitchen. Both times, we stayed here because our daughter was in the hospital. The hotel having everything so convenient is a blessing when we were worried about a loved one! PS parking was very easy!

There were no utensils or drinking glasses. The shower wasnt the cleanest. There was only about six inches between the wall a/c and the bed. The other side was okay. Located near train tracks. Ibdrove nearly ten hours the day I stayed. Was worn out. The train whistling woke me up at least twice. For an extended stay hotel, I wasnt overly please.to be clear, the staff was great. The room and location? Not so much. Would I stay sgain? No.

Unfortunately the staff there blamed me booking it on Hotels.com because you sell them they say to like Expedia or somebody else and there’s no guarantees I have never had problems booking through you guys. I checked in about four 430 so I don’t understand how they had no more rooms with two queen beds. I am so frustrated with them.

I liked the location. Our bedsheets were stained and had a smell like cigarette, so we had to wash them. The front lobby guy told us they do housekeeping every two weeks.

I arrived at 1am so tired and I have to wait like am hour because they system didnt work, and employee said that it happens every day, ... The room was not clean and In The check out I forgot a blanket , 3 hrs later i came back for it, and a new women employee told me that she cannot helped with a all lyes, housekeeping took the keys, and then she didnt know where the forgotten things were, then The room of that things was close, i insisted and i found it, mean , obvious she wanted to kept it.. The employees always with a Bad humor

Nothing at all The manager and staff seemed to go out of the way to insult me and basically fact check my mother and didn’t possibly possess the proper training and and at 730 am I was awoken to a phone call he made to me only to mock me and antagonize me by repeating himself with the question if my name was my mothers , “ IS YOUR NAME EMERALD !?”a female‘s name over and over again as he yelled at me for misunderstanding how our system are booking shows me as a guest in a room, and I simply asked to be provided a key with my notification which I know was expired. However, he proceeded to race his voice at 7:30 in the morning over the phone, embarrassing me after I spent the majority of my visit sitting in my car rather than one cozy room I was not in the mood to be working like that I have a spinal fusion and my lower lumbar and the cold weather pains me to sit in a car . All I did was ask for a replacement key. I am a guest listed under the booking and also made that very clear. AT check-in not only did I pay for the room myself, but I was standing right before representative who explained to me that all I needed was to show my ID to obtain a new room key if necessary.

The room was not comfortable. There were young men hanging out in the parking lot. I was worried about my belongings and safety. I expressed my concern with the manager of the hotel. He called the police, but the young men continued to remain in the parking lot. It was difficult to sleep during the night due the young kids making loud noises and banging sounds. We didn't get any breakfast. There was a big group of people that came down together and it was all gone before we could even get any. But we had coffee.

I spent a terrible night, couldnt sleep at all they have 2 generatos turned on and off every 10 min making a lot of noise and also the walls and the bed were vibrating so hard will never stay again, also the breakfast is only oat meal, coffe, and granola bars

The kitchen was sticky, the furniture in the bathroom was falling apart, mint botle of shampoo was insufficient for the 4 of us, we were not able to use one of the chairs because it was real dirty. Fire alarm waked us up at 4:00 AM, it lasted around one minute, but that was enough to take the sleep away from us for that night. Breakfast was a Joke, refrigerated muffins, oatmeal bags, grain bars and coffee. I will not return to this place.

I don’t know what happened to this place last time my daughter and I stayed. It was great that was two years ago. This time nobody did any type of towel exchange betting service no housekeeping whatsoever the towel bar was broken. The bathtub would not drain the hallway where we were at smelled like dirty wet trash was all in all horrible experience. The room was hot. The AC barely did anything to cool the room. I’m just glad I was on my own. when I asked the staff, I got conflicting reports as far as who’s responsible for throwing trash when they throw the trash and housekeeping as far as changing linens and towels got two different stories basically the same. We are responsible for our own stuff yet the laundry room was by credit card only and you had to download an app. It was far from convenient.

We arrived a little early but our room was ready and allowed to check in which was nice. The property was dated and was a very cramped layout. The shower curtain was too short for the tub so couldn’t should. The tub wouldn’t drain very well either.

We didn’t even take a shower afraid of the drain situation

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because our room did include a stove and full sized fridge for anyone who has a long stay.

so I was suprised to see visible stains on carpet and a semi clean bathrooom but I think the absoulte worst part, was that there was a medical wrap, like from a blood donation in the sheets that we did not discover until the next morning. Absolutely gross and unnerving.

My room had bugs (I am pretty sure they were bed bugs) and smelt like cigarette smoke every day when I got back from my outing. SO much smoke smell it made it hard to breathe and sleep. My room was filthy overall, and when they came in to clean it, they only replaced the complimentary toiletries and emptied the trash- no new towels or sheets. The pool was bricked in, so don't expect to swim. The location was very noisy, especially at night. I will not be back. I will have to find alternate travel arrangements for the next time I am in El Paso.

Heard train throughout the night. We had two rooms and they both smelled like dirty feet and one like stale cigarettes even though they were none smoking. The sheets on one bed had gross stains and should not have even been put back on a bed. I do not recommend this place. I NEVER took my shoes off except when I laid on the bed with socks, fully clothed. Showered at friends place because i did not want to use towels

The room did not look clean. No housekeeping during stay. Loud screaming from other room. The stove didn't work no dishes in room. Had to ask for more clean towels. My daughter got sick with the smell of rhe carpet and air conditioner smelled musky. Elevator was very hot and would feel like it has not been maintained for awhile. We borrowed a broom to clean the room while we stayed there and no vacuum to clean the room.

Sketchy hotel walked into a Lobby no one at the desk and a random man sleeping on the coach on the way to the lobby and elevator, room had a pull out coach and no sheets blanket pillows when asked to provide staff said none are available…. What? This was ridiculous

I loved this stay. It was comfortable and quiet which was perfect after a long drive. It also had plenty of room, a working space, and a whole kitchen area. So nice!

It was very comfortable and they have very big rooms. There was a kitchen and a huge closet to hang your things. The bathroom was a little small. Only thing that was disappointing was that online it said there was breakfast so we came in expecting a lot of food. The breakfast was more a breakfast bar rather than a continental breakfast and the food and coffee was always almost empty. There was only granola bars, a couple muffins and some oatmeal packets. Other than that, it was comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Traveling cross country and this is the best motel experience so far out of eight stays. It was a nice suite at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this motel and would stay there again.

Nice room but the staff was not interested in my stay. TV did not work. Internet was too slow to watch a movie unless you paid extra for faster internet. For breakfast at 9:30 am there was no coffee left.

Toilets do not flush. Asked for a plunger, and they never brought when I mentioned it at checkout it. It’s almost as if they know that this is a common problem that exists.

We were traveling West through El Paso, and this location was great to hit the road in the morning without traffic. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was just a prepackaged pastry, so we had to stop off at a coffee shop before hitting the road. If you want a place to stay a bit longer, the room size is good, and the kitchen is decent.

Everything that I read on the reviews was a lie. It was dirty not good customer service. They treating me like a criminal. I want it to check out at 4am and I left at 4am but the front desk didn't even open the door he just told me yea u will get n email, haven't received the email. He didn't even asked for my room number. I didn't feel save my two night was there. No breakfast that was a lie too on the website. I won't never recommend that hotel.

Easy freeway access

When I checked in there was no water in the whole hotel took hours to be fixed. Should have been notifed there was a water issue. Bathroom waa dirty.

Room wasn’t cleaned all the way. Older building. For the price and only one night it’s a solid 6 out of 10 not horrible but does the job for one night to stay and head out the next morning

Horrible, the first room they asides us was not ready for us so we went back to the front desk and told the gentleman so he call the housekeeper and ask her if some rooms where clean and unfortunately they where not clean so put in in another room… the room had a smell of cigarettes the tv remote didn’t work correctly the tables and counters where not correctly clean the shower had hairs the towels where nasty… I will not be staying there again and I do come to El Paso a lot…

Estuve dos noches ahí, fue muy tranquilo el ambiente, la habitación sencilla pero limpia. el precio muy económico. la atención del recepcionista muy bueno. el desayuno demasiado simple, solo ofrece café con avena de sabores, muy escaso e incómodo pues no hay ni mesas ni sillas. Todo lo demás ¡muy bien! Si voy a regresar si el precio continua barato👍👏

front lobby and hallways smelled weird, like smoke and old mop water. called the front desk for the kitchen set of dishes and pans but never received them. drain in tub was broken and would not stay open when showering so tub would fill. beds very comfortable and the room was clean and the room did not smell.

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the TV cable wasn't working properly. I called the front desk and the best they could do was try to replace the batteries on the Cable remote. Even that didn't happen. I ended unplugging the TV and then plugging again. That reset the the cable programming and then it worked after that. Had I not tried that it would have been tough going to sleep without a working TV.

Clean and great value. Good location

Beds were comfortable and room large. Lots of road noise, room key was problematic. Grab n go breakfast was lame.

If you are planning to arrive late 11pm do not book here they will cancel your reservation and still charge your card. I called to notify them i would be arriving late and they said the system will automatically cancel my booking. I asked if i could pay over the phone so they would not canceled my reservation he said no. He also said i would not be charged if they did cancel my room that was a lie i was charged anyway. I ended up staying there because my friend had an extra room. The room had a bad odor the carpets were dirty. The whole place is just awful. I do not recommend this place to no one.

Unfortunately our car was broken into in the morning. They don't have any security cameras on the side of the building.

The continental breakfast wasn't good. Few options.

We arrived to check in. And we were advised that our reservation was cancelled. We booked online ahead of time and spoke to a representative directly from the hotel who advised us the check in was anytime after 3. The person at the front didn’t care at all or try to apologize that we didn’t have a reservation after driving for over 4 hours. I have my children under 5 in the car. And struggled to find a room. We ended up having to drive around two looking for a place with our kids at night in a city we did not know.

There were long dark hairs in the sink and tub. Beds were comfortable.

The property is located just off the interstate with plenty of dining options.
