The hotel is great, unfortunately the furniture is getting very old, we had an issue with the toilet but it was corrected almost immediately the only problem was that it happen at three in the morning, beyond that this is a good place to stay

The gentleman checking in was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The walls were thin and I could hear the rooms next door. The restaurant was not in the hotel but at the casino next door about a 10 minute walk.

All Conversations and noise. The walk over to the casino was a little too much, if it could be connected somehow in the future that would be better. For that reason I didn’t stay too late in the casino.

Cool location at the horse racetrack/casino. Clean but the ac is loud, there were other creaking and heater type noises all night, water dripping from shower (also ppl having sex next to us and casino noises ofc but a given in places like this lol) it’s ok for a quick night stop.

There was no one at the reception desk when we arrived. Had to wait for him. As he was checking us in, he was rattling off "his usual comments" when I asked him to repeat himself. He took a deep sigh, turned to face me and slowly went through his discourse. He was annoyed. Oh well, customer service takes patience!!

Cleanest hotel ever. Lovely staff. No breakfast, but there are great options on the way back to the interstate. Waking up to horses training at sunup, the mountains in the background… coolest view ever. It’s on my fave list now.

Check in was very quick and easy. Front desk employee was very nice and helpful. Deck chair was not good. looks like it was selected for looks and not for function. Back leans far back and not usable for sitting at desk. Called front desk and they couldn't find any that were any different. The other chair same thing, back at a big angle and very low. Looks nice but not comfoRTAble.

Room had a foul/sewer smell. This had our stomach turning where it smelt soo bad. Told the front desk and also asked if they had a spray. Mentioned that they did, but never left it for us. Brought it to their attention again this morning when checking out. It was not a stay that we expected

When we first checked in, the gentleman that helped us, was excellent. The room was decent, however, there were blood stains on the pillowcases, and on the towels. The bathroom smelled like sewer, the shower head was coming apart. Room service went into clean, but it was still a mess in the bathroom, they didn’t pick up any thing that was on the floor as far as trash.. for as much as we pay, you would think they’d have at least a continental breakfast with a coffee they serve. The manager in the morning, a female, wasn’t nice.

We arrived late at night due to multiple delays in our airline travels. Our car rental did not happen as expected so we had to catch a Lyft to the hotel at 1am. Our room was nice and the beds were comfortable though we did have to jump up into them as they were quite high. There was coffee in the lobby which was nice but would have been great if there were hot water also available to make tea or hot cocoa. We ordered an Uber to pick up our rental car the next day and after waiting a good 15 minutes inquired with the lady at the front desk who explained that Uber is not able to pick up in New Mexico. Both Uber and Lyft can drop off at the hotel but only Lyft can pick up there and it took quite some time to get a driver to accept our ride to the airport. While this is not a problem with the hotel, it did take away from the overall experience of staying at this location.

Hotel is clean with a beautiful view of the mountains and racetrack. Booked two queen beds with racetrack view. Parking is safe. Hotel has a gym. There is a restaurant next door at the casino. 3-5 minute drive to restaurants and bars. Across the street from several marijuana dispensaries. Front desk is not too friendly. Overall it’s a nice clean quiet hotel. I will stay here every time I visit El Paso for work.

The hotel was very clean. Great customer service. We had a small issue with the shower door. The shower door did not close right because it did not sealed and water was leaking on the floor. I brought it up to front desk and they immediately placed us in another room. Thank you.

The air conditioner was very loud, and sounded like it was about to die. The fire alarm blinked like a strobe light. The clock's green light was extremely bright and illuminated the whole room. The shelf in the shower was tiny and inaccessible without physically stepping into the shower. I requested no housekeeping, but our room was cleaned and the beds were made anyway. Postives: the bed was comfortable.

Two different rooms and both their showers were leaking drip drip drip all I heard all night as a schizophrenic. It was really bothersome. I do think Victor, though he did a good job of giving me a different room, but I don’t know if it’s the way they pipes are they just need to remodel, but it seems like those shower faucets are real drip are really leaky

Location is fine if you like gaming. Outside of property looks good. Lobby area for check in is usually unattended. The rooms need maintenance, dirty carpets, squeaking bed ,and barn doors to restroom don’t shut all the way for privacy. TV had to be programmed by myself to get it working.

It was great compared to some other hotels in El Paso, and especially those on Sunland Park, but compared to typical hotels in other cities it was just OK. The beds were comfortable, but very high off the ground. There were no drawers nor luggage stands. The design of the bathroom was terrible. Not enough hooks, you have to physically step into the shower to reach items on the very-tiny shower shelf, and the shower door did not close, so water got everywhere. There was a barn door which served as the door to either the bathroom or closet, so the bathroom door was never truly closed for privacy. It was quiet, even next to the elevators, and the coffee was good in the morning, but they stack the cups rim-side down on the counter. The rug was too thin and seemed dirty. Nice to have free parking and wifi. Almost good, but ultimately just OK. Reasonably priced though!

Reasonable accommodations. The casino was a casino. The restaurant was ok - i would have rather just driven a few minutes and had better choices.

It looked like a fairly new hotel and it was very nice and the price was too.

We drove in a bit late so we checked in at 6pm. Walked to the desk & our room key was ready for us. The Lobby was so nice, clean & the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was GREAT! The bed was firm like we like it, not hard. The room was very spacious. This visit left nothing to complain about. Highly recommend this place.

I liked it so much I came back. This is my second stay at the hotel and a cross country road trip. It is a wonderful hotel, especially for the price.

Super convenient hotel by the casino, it’s nice and clean. The only issue is that the walls are super thin and you can hear your upstairs neighbors and beside you. You can hear everything they’re literally doing. Got woken up by it.

Nice hotel. The area is away from the busy city. It was nice and quiet. I could hear a little bit of the TV from the next room but it wasn't too bad. The ice machine is only in one area on the main floor but it wasn't too much of a hassle to go down and get the ice. Had a nice stay and I would stay here again.

Stay was good but we were disappointed that it didn’t have a pool. In the pictures online it says pool.

The walls were thin, and noise traveled through. The sliding bathroom door squeaked. There were no towel racks, so wet towels had to be left on the counter. The desk chair was slanted so much that I had to practically lay down to use it.

This property was clean and quiet during our stay. The casino is within walking distance and so is the amusement park across the way. The room was clean and the AC worked excellent especially during our visit, the weather was in the 100s. The only thing that was understandable but also concerning was the cold water was not avaliable in the bathroom sink or while taking a shower. When questioning the staff, they stated due to high temperatures the boilers are not getting a chance to cool down so it's having a hard time producing cold water. I could see truth to that since the property sits byself and the surrounding area is pavement, it's attracting more heat. Towards the evening, the cold water was coming out but for several seconds before turning hot again. We only stayed for one night so I'm unsure if the cold water issue improved for other guests or not. Other than that, our stay was great! We will definitely stay again.
