I honestly would NOT refer this Hotel to anyone at all. It was such a disappointment. I do have pictures of our room. Never will I ever book with them again. Breakfast was hideous Mini muffins, raisin bran cereal and a waffle maker. The juice was still in the gallon container. I did say to the front desk guy that the whole room need to be shut down and not sold to any one. Even tho the hotel was under construction..it was so sad. Oh yes do not let me forget someone put poop on a bag outside of the Hotel on the ground so it was smelling crazy.

The tub filled up while taking a shower. Toilet over filled. Rug was very dirty. Air conditioner didn't work very well. Felt pretty nasty but I had already reserved the room so couldn't do anything about it. I'll look better next time.

Staff was nice but being memorial weekend you’d expect an up and ready hotel with all amenities in full force….pool in good working condition, room numbers with correct placards. Remotes without tape, plugged in tv with tv channels available with English channels. Functioning door handles and locks that make you feel secure were under expectations. Subpar breakfast choices and the halls smelled like drowning effects of cologne that makes me want to vomit. Do better la Quinta, your hotels are always my number 1 choice anywhere

While not the fault of the hotel, the proximity to Texas Roadhouse lead to a lot of noise coming into our room from parties and sports fans.

They are in the middle of updating hotel. The pool was not working and room smells like paint. Also I had to ask for the towels. We were three persons and had one large towel. The staff was nice and provided towels. Refrigerator had food from last guest. The hotel was convenient, but definitely could be better for the amount I was charged.

The room was disgusting scratches all over the walls the carpet was so badly stained and smelled like urine. The smell coming from the AC unit almost gaged me the boarder around the floor was pealing. We stay at La Quinta's across the country we have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Unfortunately we had no other options as there was some concert in town and rooms were $2000 a night and up

The location I booked in booking TWO king suites but at the time for check in the employee told me there were no rooms of those available anymore and that I would have to contact booking. But I don’t thnink it was a mistake from Booking, because the man didn’t even bothered to look for another room, he told me all rooms were sold. BUT the same thing happened with the people behind me, the booked a type of room and the man told them there was a mistake, which I don’t think so since when I entered the lobby the man was talking to the phone and he was checking the Booking reservation the person at the phone made that exact moment. Even though the staff was nice and the breakfast food, wouldn’t come back Some things were missing in one of the rooms I booked: room number and a TV.

I had to keep calling the front desk to get them to do something, because it was horrible having to deal with that smell—along with the shouting, coughing, and noise—right next to my room. And I wasn't the only person complaining. I wasn't able to switch rooms. Everything just went on as usual. There was trash under my bed, and the TV didn't work. The toilet was leaking, and the bathtub drain was clogged—the water wouldn't go down.

Rooms are falling apart (literally) Actual filth including trash and wads of hair are present in the elevator and inside the building. Several items were broken. No hangers. Holes in the wall in my room.

Not fresh breakfast and no one was cleaning anything up, asked for new sheets because there was food crumbs when we first got into our room and trash on the floor and was told there aren't any clean sheets available. You would think the next day they'd figure that out and try to fix the issue but no one even checked or came by

Was given a room with water all over the restroom floor and on top of the toilet. Hole on the ceiling. Front desk gave me a second room which had very dirty carpets and an electrical high pitched noise. Will not be staying at any La Quinta properties anymore.

When I arrived for checkin, i was notified that they could not provide the Amenities listed on their webpage or their listing on Expedia where I booked. The Wifi was down No Internet, No Pool or Hot Tub it was Drained Empty, Lobby smelled stagnant and appeared unclean. The crazy thing was that I had called 1.5Hr before actually booking, was put on hold telling me there was another guest there he was helping and never came back on the phone after 17 Minutes ! I decided to book. When i arrived i asked if he remembered putting me on hold and not returning. Had i been able to ask the necessary questions i waited for, i would have found out they could not accommodate what we wanted and would have Never Booked here. I cancelled at office amd we left. I will never reserve here again.

There was no Wi-Fi. The tv had no decent channels, the pool was not in order. I saw roach in my room. The staff was nice.

Based on the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. I had no interest in consuming any food on site. The front desk guy that was working the night shift on the day of my check out was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was back in the hotel around 130am I inquired on options for late check out he said he didn’t know. I ask if he could find out he responded with no. I ask for his manager, he said he’s the only one there. I asked for his name and he declined to provide it. I also had a malfunction with the room door. I missed a family dinner trying to get the door open to get access to my stuff. Carpets in room need a deep clean.

The staff was extremely unhelpful and condescending to me. They treated me as if I was some rift raft trailer trash trying to mooch a room.

The attendant waiting until I paid before telling me that there is no TV or Wifi. It was not because the service was temporarily out, it was not connected at all. No refund allowed.

Construction is going on the building who knows for how long. WiFi and tv Cabel do not work. Parking lot is full of debris. Pool is not filled due to the construction.

The building needs lots and lots of work! The shower hardly worked, and needs to be repaired. The smoke detector would have beeped all night, but I took the battery out until I checked out. This place needs the owner's attention very badly! And that is why it was so cheap, I learned a lesson, check the reviews First!

I spent 70 bucks and they had no wi-fi no telephone service no cable the TV didn't work the air condition was very noisy but that was about the only noisy thing in the room because we can watch TV there was no cable and the TV was not working I asked about late check out and they wouldn't even give me until noon There was no internet no cable no phone I'm not sure if they just didn't pay the bill or what but all amenities and services were off however I paid full price and checked in at midnight just about so for not even 12 hours and when reporting these things to booking.com they only gave me $10 of my stay back and I really was disappointed because I deserve more it was absolutely ridiculous

Most horrible hotel I've seen in this country. Filthy stained rug floor. Filthy broken walls and doors. Bathtub stained and dirty. Mirrors stained and dirty. Shower curtain ripped. No soap whatsoever. No washcloths. Lamps not properly fastened to wall. Slanted. Sheets ripped. No blankets horrible pillows. Worn out mattress. Expedia should never post this place.

Black mold in the bathroom , paint peeling and hanging off the walls in the bathroom. Half of the lights above the bathroom sink were out. AC wasn’t working when we arrived and they did get that working but completely ignored the requests to switch rooms due to mold. Breakfast was included? All I saw was crusty bagels and cereal.

The condition of the room was not acceptable. There were holes in the furniture, stains all over the floor and the furniture. It was white substance. I don’t know what the stains were from. Some of them looked crusty others looks like maybe it was some type of construction material, the ceiling was falling The bathrooms were not clean when I brought it up to the front desk. They didn’t seem to care and just said so do you want to cancel your stay then didn’t try to rectify anything and when I requested a refund because of the condition of the room, she proceeded to tell me that she did not know how to do refunds and then I would have to wait for her manager to come in the next day manager never called me. I left my name my number why I left and canceled my reservations and I also left a note stating that I would like a refund called two days later because I did not get a phone call back from the supervising manager and I was told that they had already left for the day at 10 o’clock in the morning and would have to wait until Monday to be able to speak with a supervising manager. That’ll be five days after I’ve canceled the reservation. so my issues still have not been resolved and I have pictures to prove the condition of the room, but La Quinta does not seem to care my first sign of their lack of care for their property should’ve been when I saw there was a trashcan at the entrance and it was overfilled and overflowing. I would appreciate my money back.

THE place is a WRECK. ROOMS completely not vacuumed Carpet stains Everywhere Door lock BROKEN sheets have HOLES NO lights OUTSIDE due to construction everything dark NOT safe. ROOM had the EXTREME SMOKERS PACKAGE!! Terrible place BREAKFAST was a BOWL of FROOTLOOPS they ran out of MILK NOTHING ELSE this place should be closed down for another $30-40 go Elsewhere

While the front desk was courteous, it seems that no one checks the special instructions with a reservation. Traveled with an elderly person that can't do a lot of walking. Room was changed to be one that was dingy and smelled of years of smoke and disrepair. Refrigerator was missing parts and unplugged in the corner. Toilet would not shut off without manual assist. Lighting was arduously dark. Plug in's that would not work. Should have called for an health inspection. On the do not return list.

The room and the building looks like it needs a deep cleaning and updating. The roof in the hallways and the room were stained and some were missing. The hallway floor and room were dirty. It felt gross to take off our shoes. There were crumbs of food and dirt on the floors. There was no smoke detector in the room. It looked like someone took it off. The room also smelled like smoke with feet. The bathtub was moldy and rusty. We did not shower there. The blankets and pillows smelled old. Luckly we brought our own pillows. The fridge did not work. I also thought it was odd that they did not ask me for my ID or signature when I checked in and out. I would not recommend this place!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked this room for my son and his wife to have a spot to rest after driving for 13 hours, the key to the 1st room they were given didn’t work so they were given a different room, that room was occupied, so they gave them a 3rd room and that room was full of bugs, an excessive amount of bugs, so they left and slept in their car. The hotel told them that they would need to call Travelocity for a refund. I called and was told the property wasn’t answering so they would need to look into it further.

I was there for 5 days. There was NO television service at all. The breakfast area & coffee ran out of foods continuously.

One lamp wasn't working at all. As well as the TV Just 2 big towels but plenty of smallers. (Was party of three). Stains in carpet. Fortunately fridge was working preety good. Check in & check out was easy on the web.

We have the worst experience ever, my husband and I came tired and late on Saturday but our key didn’t work, so we went down to see the girl front desk, she wasn’t there for more than an hour, 3 ladies were there waiting for their reservation to be ready but nobody help us. An hour later the cleaning guy came and saw us and, the 3 ladies and 2 other guys waiting to be attended. The hotel is super dirty and all they said is that they worked too many house cause they have no help. The day before a guy came across us on the elevator and told us that some rooms do t even have door handles, we felt so insecure on Friday but we said let’s give it a chance, no chance at all cause that did the waiting for them the next day., Saturday. I didn’t want to do the review but we felt bad for the front desk girl that she said she hasn’t sleep at all. Owners please pay attention to your business, that carpet is the one smelling so bad.

Tv didn’t work. No staff available for 45mins even after I informed them that I would be checking out early in the morning. It didn’t help that I was half asleep and locked myself out of room. Window room didn’t secure. Next room could easily get in my room. UNSAFE. Freezer had a bag frozen solid in it. Hotel is in major need of upgrades. I was alone so I stuck it out and slept maybe 4 hrs. I ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag.I do not recommend this place for stay…

Building is literally falling apart. Front desk teller seems bothered when checking in, the. Hits us with btw tv and refrigerator doesn’t work. Get on the elevator it smelled strong chlorine stench. Hall way was very dirty and all windows were open. Our room: bathroom was disgusting. Tub had a ring around it, the drain was black. Toilet was loose. When we turned the water on BLACK water came out. Towels were not white. They had black dirty spots. Bed: had a dead bug on the comforter. The pillows looks like they were for a baby, tiny! Ac did not work so the room smelled and it was very hot. Pool was green! A literal pond. This place needs to be shutdown

It’s evident they don’t clean,

The most decrepit hotel I’ve ever stepped foot into. I booked this pre-paid reservation and when I arrived the reception acted shocked when I said I had a booking and told me they didn’t have rooms and could not honor my booking NOR OFFER ANY HELP WHILE ALSO BEING SO RUDE. She could not have appeared less uninterested to be there and refused to help me get a refund. The place was also leaking from 3 spots in the lobby and the outside overhang was literally falling apart—exposed wires and construction items showing. It took me 3 hours between getting help from Expedia and getting a new place to stay. DO NOT STAY AT THIS SHADY SHACK OF AN INN.

First night we got the executive suite the room was dirty, the sofa bed cushions were dirty the floor was dirty the room smelled bad next day we went to another room the room sink was clogged, move to a third room underneath the beds was dirty chips all over bathrooms were dirty four was dirty no tissue paper looked like the towels weren't really washed well cleanliness of the hotel overall was terrible walking in smelt horrible. There was a gentleman there was very helpful he was kind and was apologetic was told there would be breakfast first day there was no breakfast the manager forgot to order food. The only thing that was there this second and third day was just pancake batter the coffee was terrible I would not recommend staying there the cleanliness of the lobby the rooms the hallway the elevator was terrible and no breakfast.

Property is in dire need of repairs and remodeling, in my opinion not up to La Quinta brand standards. Room was ok at best, every fixture in the room was poorly attached to walls. Bathrooms were old and lacking. Faucets leaked or constantly ran, door did not have security latch and keys kept erasing. Furniture was dirty and stained, roof was poorly patched and still needed repairs. Towels were old and could barely be considered towels, good thing i bring my own. Will not, and would never recommend this location to anyone. If a refund were possible id ask for one, almost canceled reservation as soon as i entered room. All I can say is, LaQuinta this place needs help!!!

The room was dirty, bathroom had a non working toilet, carpet in the room had visible stains. Hotel shows signs that there is no responsible managment to take care of the hotel. It promotes that breakfast is included but there is no breakfast at all.

Just didn't feel clean for the price. There were items in the refrigerator from previous guest which tells me they didn't pay attention to great when cleaning. No towels. Did latch was broken but sure if for ever locked. Didn't even end up staying the whole night felt itchy. It's alright I'm picky especially for 93$ I was not comfortable enough to even shower.

Parking wasn't available front of the room. Mostly parking occupied by truck and small macanical trailers. Elevator was so dirty. Floors was so dirty. Room was very dirty bathroom also. Choosing this place was my worst decision I have made in recent months. I wanted to call the police because the clerk didn't look like he worked there and more like a low life perhaps robbing the place and pretending to work there. Didn't ask for my ID just said sign here. Gave us a key and room number on a torn piece of paper. TV wasn't working and the same clerk said he didn't know how they even work or if they had a remote. Ialso asked were the laundry was at and he went silent and then came back with that it was not offered. I found it the next day on the 4th floor before leaving. I asked him if he even knew what the wifi password was but to my surprise he knew it but didn't know why he didn't give it to me earlier. The following morning at 7:15 AM there was no breakfast, cereal in dispensers that didn't. No utensils for the bread or bakery items, no waffle mix or eggs and small cups for coffee. No staff at the front desk or in dinning room.

I've stayed in many Wyndham properties over the years and have never stayed in one so run down and unclean as this hotel. The only saving grace in this stay was the courteous staff.

The cold water was hot no matter how much cold you had it on the air conditioner seem to not want to cool the room, But the gentleman at the front was very professional.

It was a terrible experience. The hotel and the hotel staff were disgusting. I asked for a room change and/or a refund, but I got nothing. I'm demanding my refund from Expedia. It's not possible they would promote that hotel on their platform and then claim it wasn't cheap. Disgusting

Sabes que no es un hotel de calidad por el precio, pero la limpieza dejó mucho que desear, estuvimos 2 días así que deberían de habernos hecho limpieza un día, no lo hicieron y se les pidió y fueron a dejar toallas y sábanas solo las aventaron ahí, la verdad muy mala experiencia, no recomiendo

In overall all is good

First off ..the guy came to counter and was 9n phone. Took swveral mins to acknowlwdge us. Checked in room was dirty, brpken furniture, ripped desk chair, previous guest toothbrush, had not been dusted and thick dirt on windowsill. Complained and got another room. Alittle cleaner but would not ztay again.

Booked for my partner, she said property was dirty and run down, with freeway construction several people in the hotel and parking lot drunk and rude, room was dirty.

Dirty towels, hair in bed, holes in the wall, leaky faucet, and shower didn’t drain well so, you were standing in water.

The hotel was disgusting. The room had blood on the bathroom walls, I found hair and nails under the sink, bodily fluids on the sheets, and it smelled bad. It was the most horrifying experience I’ve ever had.

I had never stayed at a worse hotel, the carpet was gross, the mattress was 20 years old at least, nothing like the pictures, if I would have had the option to cancel and go somewhere else I totally would have, mold in the shower curtain, the shower did not drain, absolutely horrible place, see photos

Poor housekeeping and lack of proper supervision as evident from the two rooms we saw --- first room was dirty and tv remote not working and next room we transferred is a little bit cleaner but only one toilet paper almost empty and no tissue provided --- this is why we conclude this motel lacks proper housekeeping supervision.

Hotel look rundown looks a lot better from the outside in the inside we got their toilet didn’t work. Bedsheets were dirty floor is disgusting. They didn’t have another double bedroom to give us these switches to a one bedroom TV in that room kept going off. It didn’t work Lady offered us a refund, but couldn’t give us a refund if we had to go through the Hotels.com Contact hotel.com and I’m still trying to get my refund.

They were nice via text, our bed only had 2 sheets on it ,no blanket or Bedspread then when I went to get covers they had to check if the had one and then gave me a torn quilt type cover. Front doors to hotel were open most of the night with kids and other random people going in and out. Did not feel safe or Comfortable at this Hotel would not recommend to anyone.

The bed sheets were dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush microwave had error message the surprising thing was that the window was open we could hear all the road noise. I tried closing the window and it wouldn’t close. We didn’t even try to turn on ac we left before we got to that point. The rug was disgustingly dirty would definitely not recommend staying here. Went to go tell the guy at front desk about all issues he didn’t care he just said ok no sorry no nothing, he didn’t offer to change rooms or anything. I told him I was checking out and not staying there because of how nasty it was. So I had to get another hotel very inconvenient.

Hotel hallways were filthy and needed to be vacuumed and the trash receptacles were overflowing with trash on Sunday when I checked in, and they were still the same yesterday when I checked out. The elevator was filthy. The Wi-Fi didn't work on the 4th floor, when I reported it to the clerk on Monday, she shrugged her shoulders and said yeah, I know. No attempt to have it checked or fixed. I was told to take it up with PK at check out. Best yet two nights in a row, pounding on the doors between 1 & 3 in the morning. First night someone have a domestic dispute. Second night the El Paso police pounding on the damn door coming to arrest someone. SMH I will never stay here again.

I have stayed at a few La Quinta Hotels in the past and they were always clean. Not this one, filthy. The place looks like they are coming in next week to tear it down.

The room was poorly taken care of. The hotel was not wait it was advertised as. It was a Poor selection of breakfast.

Me and my parents switched rooms twice because their first room was filthy mine and my kids room was filthy from top to bottom and one bed was broken the staff did get us to okay rooms they still werent what was pictured when choosing this motel but we were only there for 1 night so we made it work.. also if you stay here you may want to bring your own blanket because the staff claimed they didnt have enough blankets!! If i could get my money back i would😆😆

The deluxe king room was awful. The desk chair was busted and had the foam coming out if the seat, there was a blue cough drop on the floor covered in dust, scratches all over the door from what appeared to be a large dog broken lampshade, nasty mini fridge with a freezer that was frosted over and yellow, and the toilet screeched for a full 45 seconds when it was flushed. The stairwell was full of peoples belongings mostvof which was there for multiple days and the trashcans were overflowing. I went down for breakfast and it was not as advertised. Literally only waffles, syrup and apple juice were available. No forks. I ate my waffle with a spoon. The breakfast attendant said they were out of everything else because some people staying in the hotel would take any singke serving items they put out. There are many people LIVING in the hotel and hang around asking for money. I was approached and asked for money at breakfast, in the parking lot and while using my key to unlock my room. As a woman that frequently travels alone for business I will not be trusting La Quinta to be a safe and clean stay.

Not the cleanest or most updated place, but the staff is friendly and it’s better than some around the same area. The beds were clean. The bathroom was clean. The pool was out of service, unfortunately but it was a very convenient location for all the places that we needed to go in El Paso. We will be staying there again because of the price and location near the hospital where my husband is currently.

When I got the room, it was dirty, many spots on the carpet, the air conditioning was very noise and outside of the register zone there was a gay making food on a grill. I could not stay there so I went to another La Quinta Inn at Remcon Circle which was very good.

Really run down. Need to be remodeled completely. The bathtub was painted half way and was peeling off. The entrance ceiling was falling apart. Price was good but boy was it a dump.

Sadly this is my first bad rate and I should’ve read the reviews before getting the room but it was a lil too late and they would’ve not Gaven my money back but the place is old and nasty! The hotel was really dirty, the water was dripping all day from the shower, the beds look so disguting that we dont even cover ourselves, some room numbers were written with a sheet outside the room, everyday we stayed we had to ask to program our key, the carpets were so dirty and in general the hotel doesnt look like the photos, it needs a lot of maintenance to make you feel clean and comfortable

The water leave very slow when you take a shower, the wash bowl was also leaving really slow. Then the window didn’t close properly. The light would not turn off you had to play with the light switch just to try to turn it off

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last decade. This visit was horrible. I had 3 people registered to stay in the room and upon checking in, we saw one towel in the bathroom, the sheets on the bed were threadbare and almost see through. The most towels were 3, since the housekeeper said that was literally all she had. The room was very clean, and you can tell the housekeeping staff works hard and are good at their job, but the hotel really just feels like the owners no longer want to invest in the property and are letting it crumble. We stayed for 3 nights and the full hotel was on fire watch the entire time )not the most comforting feeling when staying with kids on the 3rd floor)

Don’t go here unless you are looking only for a bed to rest in. Super dirty, bedding wasn’t clean AT ALL! Most of it was stained, took about THREE ROOMS to find a room in the hotel that didn’t already have someone else’s hair in the bathroom or bedding. Even then, the carpet on the floor was super stained. Just don’t do it unless you’re super tight in money.
