The location was great: close to restaurants, Walmart, convenience store.

Room was smelled like cigarrete i never asked for smoking room. Tv did nkt work they switxhd me room . The other room they gave me light switches not working lobby not clean at all very unorganized tjey all vaaxums and machines the hotel needa lots of work and remodeling its falling apart

Had to find another hotel on a holiday weekend was not easy. Don't kknow how to go abiut getting a refund on my money. This place need to be checked out and closed. All the booken down vehicles been worked on by the back entrance are a hazard. Was told t heir maintenance man fix car there.

This hotel is very unclean. The outside is dirty with trash cans overflowing with liquor bottles. The room was also dirty. The bathroom sink had old toothpaste in it and the bathtub looked dirty. There was also a large hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. The floor in the room was sticky and turned the bottom of my white socks black. Also the ice machine was broken so I had to buy my own ice. The breakfast was pathetic. A waffle machine a few boiled eggs, a few containers of cereal, and a few slices of bread.

So many things- run down, dirty, lots of repairs needed. Curtains in our room literally falling down. One floor lamp in room. No overhead light, no bedside lights. Just 1 floor lamp. No smoke alarm in our room. The list could go on.

Room were dirty, bathroom shower rail was broken as well of the lamp in the bathroom. Hallway's carpet was dirty and celling pieces were missing. No ice machine. It lloked like an old abandoned place. Worst place I have ever been. I booked because it had good reviews and pictures were good.

This property is in a deal location. Great staff. But at 6 AM breakfast wasn’t ready. The rooms look like they got a landlord special. Some of the furniture was falling apart. That hotel needs a serious renovation and upgrade.

While the staff was nice and the price is cheap, the entire property smells very bad and the furniture and fixtures are broken all over the place. The smoke smell was so bad, we didn’t sleep and left after the first night.

I would strongly recommend that no member of the Expedia family stay at this hotel. The furniture is outdated, and the walls desperately need a fresh coat of paint. There's only one lamp in the entire room, likely to keep you from noticing the condition of the walls. The freezer is encased in two inches of ice, and the hallways are dirty and have an unpleasant odor. Overall, this is not a pleasant place to stay.

Rooms were nasty. The curtains, chairs, and walls had burns. There were very sketchy people walking and standing outside of hotel at all hours of the day/night. Shower barely worked, and they didn't provide blankets. There were only sheets. The only good thing about this hotel were the staff. They were very friendly. I will never book here again.

The room was really not clean, the bathroom is dirty, the faucet doesn’t work well they only had one towel and there was a pieces of dog food in the bathroom floor, the lower corner of the bathtub wall has a hole. The light lap is falling apart, and it smelled bad. I just laid down on the bed and started to itch only stayed for 10 minutes and asked for a refund and got a different hotel. To be honest that place needs major renovations and repairs before the place starts falling down.

I had a guest next to me that was making noise on the walls had the music very loud i tried using the telephone to let front desk know and the phone wasn't even working i wish i could have refund but i know next time not to get that type of place

There were holes in the sheets and washcloths. A big gap around the door and the staff started at 6am in the morning pushing there noisy carts up and down the hallway and slamming doors that woke everyone up! The whole building is very old and dilapidated!!!

Horrible, DO Not get fooled by pictures online. The rooms are nasty and nothing like what is being advertised. False advertising and trying to get my money back. way over priced, motel 6 would have been better. not sure how they are getting away with false advertising but I notified Expedia.

The area had a lot of people loitering around, digging in dumpsters nearby. My room was in the back, which had a couple of people just hanging out, outside the door, which made me feel uncomfortable. The room was supposedly non-smoking, but smelled like smoke and B.O. Lots of damage to the room, uncovered electrical plugs. Air unit was old and didn't work very well. No bar soap in the bathroom to wash my hands. Someone kept walking in and out of the back entrance all night long, very noisy. I got up to leave in the morning and the back door was locked with a padlock so I had to walk all the way to the front and all the way around the building to get back to my car, which I was hoping didn't have busted windows or slashed tires. My car was fine, but I will not stay there again, nor would I recommend it.

Was dirty no hairdryer no coffee machine . Tiles coming up in bathroom curtains were torn and dirty . No phone nothing that it says on the ad that says it has period . I’ll never stay there again. Noise from people living there in and out all night.people selling drugs probably all night in and out meeting different people outside . No breakfast or coffee when went to front . I will never stay at an Econo Lodge again. The exterior door that did not open to the check-in desk was supposed to have a card swipe to restrict access to lodgers, but the locking mechanism was gone and the door was standing wide open with no way to secure it. In the room, the safety lock that allows for opening a few inches (similar to a chain lock) was missing the attachment to the door (broken off) that prevents the door from opening fully.

The hotel conditions are deplorable.

This is not a hotel. It is a low rent apartment building. There were people fighting. The cops were knocking on doors. It was gross.

Well Because I was itching all Over my body. When we woke up Because my sons were with me I noticed a bug on the pillow. It was a bed bug! Right there and then w roaches up and checked out. I let the receptionist know why we were leaving. Do not recommend, hallways were extremely dirty. I will be requesting a refund.

Front desk didn’t seem to care when brought up

We got our money back and went to motel 6. The first room 116 had a ton of mold in the shower. It wasn't new. It was a huge spot around the shower head and ceiling. We were moved to another room where the wallpaper was coming off the wall, gang tagging on the wall, holes in the carpet, sticky stuff around the sink, hygiene stuff left in the shower. I will never stay at another one of their hotels.

The room I was staying in needs new mattresses needs new toilet seat the shells are coming off the wall. The floors have not been swept No one showed up to make up my room I had to go ask them needed towels. They need to hire more housekeepers places of mess.

They are putting a real ongoing effort of remodeling the hotel.

I was told that check in was at 2:00pm, we arrived at 2:45pm and was told that the system was down and would be up in an hour! We didn’t check in until 4:00 pm! The clerk didn’t know how to use the computer software so we didn’t get the key to our room until 4:30!!!

It was fine for a very basic hotel. But my room number was a piece of paper taped tot he door which was sketchy.

This hotel is right off of the interstate, and there’s all kinds of shopping and dining options surrounding it. Additionally, it’s really close to the New Mexico-Texas border.

Bed sheets had holes in them, like from a cigarette and the room was very very hot. Took forever for the room to get cold.

It was the worst I wast there a total of two hours and I went down to ask for another room a clean one. And the front desk lady kicked me out because I wanted a nice and clean room I called the police because they would not allow me in my room to get the remaining property I had in there

This place was disgusting. I paid for 2 nights and ended up leaving after the first night because it was dirty. There were people smoking in the hallways. Trash in the stairwell. Kids stickers on the headboards. No outlet covers on the outlets. Chairs were torn. It had basically sheets for blankets instead of a comforter. They wouldn’t even give me a refund on the second night I paid there. The woman up front was rude and wouldn’t even listen to me.

When i ask for breakfast the resposne was we run out of it, bad attiud from the people in front desk, except for one, one night at 1 am mean a while i was sleeping with my kids some people try to get in to the room because they sent them...

1. They did not have a room with a couch as requested. I even received an email confirmation that they would have one for us. 2. Each room is supposed to have a microwave and fridge in it. Ours did not so we asked to be moved. 3. Our new room seemed to have been remodeled at some point. Walls were painted and floor was wood-looking linoleum instead of carpet. 4. We didn’t notice until after we moved all our luggage to the new room that the bathroom was a disaster. The walls and ceiling around/above the shower were destroyed. They had severe water damage and were coming apart. There weren’t any other rooms so we couldn’t move again, and because I had booked on this app I couldn’t get us a refund and book somewhere else completely. We were stuck. The ceiling had plaster hanging, which I accidentally hit with a towel after a shower and plaster bits sprayed everywhere. 5. We had to constantly go up to the front desk for towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping was not consistent at all in refilling these items, nor did they ever change the sheets or make the beds. 6. All the light sockets were loose. I had to use the bottom of the 2 plugs because the top one was literally coming out of the wall. 7. We killed 3 bugs crawling on the walls in the bathroom, all of which I believe were small roaches. I would not say the hotel was clean. 8. They are not serving their continental breakfast in the lobby due to Covid, but other hotels are. Not that I felt it was clean enough to eat there.

Was not pleased with them. Building smelt horrible like cigarette smoke even in non smoking rooms. When I got to my room, door wasn’t fully closed so that was strike one for me. When inside the room I noticed the dresser was broken and floors were stained throughout the whole room. Very uncomfortable experience. Needless to say I did not stay there and still haven’t seen a refund.

This was my third hotel along my journey across the U.S. from Florida to California. Easy access from the freeway. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. A lot of trash on backside of the building. Back door does not close properly so anyone can get in. Appeared to be homeless person hanging around the inside lobby (not a threat, but still). Bed was comfortable along with a pullout sofa. One of the only hotels that had somewhat of a breakfast. It was suppose to be open at 6am but wasn't available until 6:40am. Walmart located across the street.

oh my gosh. sometimes you can get a good deal and sometimes you get exactly what you pay for. Free is not cheap enough to stay here. This hotel is so disgusting and sketchy. I am traveling across the US and found this hotel to be the cheapest in the area so I booked it. The kind of people that stay here are not the kind of people you would like to have as neighbors or talk to. there are beer cans all through the halls. half the carpets on the stairs are missing. I got there around 10 PM and I was so disturbed that I was considering just taking a shower and sleeping in my truck in a church parking lot but I just stayed the night instead. I should’ve known when I was checking in the lady said that my room had a door knob that didn’t work so when I left the room I would have to contact a manager for them to open it back up for me every time but she did me a courtesy and swapped rooms for me . I did learn a valuable lesson know which is always check out the hotel in person when possible and maybe do a Google Street view to see what kind of area it is. Please please please pay an additional $25-$30 to stay in another place.

The rooms AC needed servicing. We had to ask for a refund as the room was not cooling and this was in early July when it’s pretty hot in general.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed. Thank god it was only one night. The bed was uncomfortable, the whole place looks old and poorly maintained.

Do NOT stay here. It smelled like cigarettes everywhere. Our non smoking room had an ashtray. The first room we were in had a broken a/c. The next room was dirty and had hairs in the beds. Disgusting! We decided to get out as fast as possible that same night and are trying to get our money back.

After 5 minutes of negotiation she gave me 2 rooms with king size bed. When we took them they were dirtier than the one before There was coffee stains everywhere, hair on the sheets, a really bad smell So we went back and talked to her but she said these are the only rooms we had so we left the terribly, smelly hotel with the rudest staff ever

We arrived late-10:30 p.m. On a Saturday night. We had reserved the king - stated as "Best Available". They had our reservations no problem there. We got all our luggage went to the room and saw that the room was for handicapped individuals. It did have a king bed but only had a small single stand alone sink - large area for wheelchairs but no counters at all in the bathroom. No place to put your toothbrush, hairbrush, makeup, nothing! We weren't asked if a room for the handicapped would be ok.

Will never go back there, room was not ready when we got there, they tried to charge again, terrible service.

Frig didn't work. The guy at the desk had to come and fix it. I felt it could have been cleaner. There where some black things on the sheet had to wipe it off the sheets. Room had a funny odor to it.

Just stayed overnight on my way through El Paso. I liked how it's just off the I-10 yet not in that crowded of an area. It was a good value for what I needed but price was my primary concern so it's best to shop around.

This hotel was in a convenient location for our purposes. It is very near lots of good restaurants and was easy to access from the Interstate and Mesa Ave. Breakfast was just so so. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very quiet.
