The clean room is excelent. The checking es quickly.

The room smelled bad, was ugly and old, the reception was rude, there was no ice and the refrigeration didn't work.

The room was clean. Could have used more towels and shampoo/conditioner.

The walls , and tub were very dirty. The pillows were flat and the mattress you can feel the springs.

The floor was in need of moping. I wore my sandals inside all the time because you could see dirt stuck on the floor. Other than that it was ok.

Overall, our stay was great! The staff was very accommodating, and the location was convenient—close to Walmart and several fast-food restaurants. The shower water pressure is very strong, and it is difficult to maintain a comfortable warm water temperature.

I reserved through Expedia months before my stay which was for a big BTS concert. I called a week before my stay and spoke with Aldo. He told me he was not able to confirm my reservation because it was BTS weekend, however, I had made reservations a day before the venue I could be okay but, not sure I would get a room. I reiterated that I had my reservations months prior. I arrived at Ted Roof Inn West and spoke with Aldo. He asked me to come back at 3 pm, however he could still not guarantee me a room, even though, I had reserved months prior. Two women arrived and Aldo held their bags until their room was available. I was there and asked Aldo, I can leave my bags here till check-in??? He stated no, but had done so for those two women as a courtesy but, did not recommend for me because my luggage would not be secured. Again, he led me to believe my reservation booked in advance was not a sure thing. I felt he used these scare tactics to have me offer him money. He kept saying, you booked through Expedia??? Did you pay??? Why did it have to be so complicated. When 3 pm arose, other workers came in to fill the reservations and Aldo crept into the background. The other workers took care of business and I got my reserved room. Before that, Aldo acted as if I was at his mercy for a room. I was so disgusted with him and I will never travel to El Paso again or book with Red Roof again!!!!

Easy to get to coming into the city & after our event. Cleanliness in the rooms could be improved.

The property was clearly not ready for all of the people. We were originally given a room that was clearly under renovation or construction. There were thick layers of dust and debris all over and no bedding. Our new room was much better but still had dirt and dust in every corner of the room along with lots of dog hair on the furniture. The extra bedding we received had varying sizes of burn holes. Thankful we didn’t see any bugs because we fully expected to.

There is little to no water pressure and the beds are awful. That being said, the staff is amazingly accommodating and kind. I was originally put in a room that wreaked of smoke. The staff member moved me immediately without hesitation to an upgraded room. I would stay here again for the staff alone.

It has the basic necessities but room needs a phone, more than 1 towel. Staff was very welcoming and they did help us get extra towels and toilet paper. We did find food in the mini fridge. Other than that, room smelled clean. Thank you.

Great location, plenty of parking however the floor room was very dusty. The room had a bad smell like if there were alone for years. The tv was old also, not smart tv, not able to connect to Netflix.

Our room was not cleaned well prior to checking in, when we first got into our room there was hair in the shower and on the floor. We asked one of the employees to clean it for us and she did very quickly. But the rest was okay, the room smelled clean and nice.

Outdated facility needs a lot of repairs and very little maintenance has been done to the rooms. Beds are super hard and very uncomfortable. Water pressure in faucet and shower really lowThoroughly inspect room if you happen to stay there. Will not be staying there again.

The beds where small and hard. Only one elevator that was small and took a long time. No breakfast. For the amount paid it was not worth it

We were given a room with dirty sheets, trash in the trash cans and no working phone. We had to walk back down without belongings. We informed the person that checks us in and his response was as if he didn’t care, no apology at all! We informed him that we had pictures and he didn’t want to see them. We were given another room and it also felt dirty so we asked to cancel the booking. Now we need to wait to see when we get our money back. What a disappointment!

I paid for an reserved a.room with a king bed. They accepted my reservation, but they didnt give me a king room. Said they had none available when I checked in, even though I paid for and reserved off the booking.com site. I got ripped off. Not happy.

Checked in, walked in to the room, there was no bar soap to wash my hands, called front desk to request a soap. Bad mattress , and uncomfortable pillows, they were very firm, felt like a rock!!! I didn’t sleep good through the night. Need to upgrade!

I liked the location and the pleasant nature of the staff at the front desk. There was no breakfast. The coffee service was very inadequate. There was no hot water in the room. At best the water was tepid.

Personally, the cleaning lady did not have any interest in fulfilling her full duties, when I presented towels that I wanted to replace for clean ones, despite her having a full card full of clean ones and dry ones she had me go to the front desk.

Bath tub dosen't drain the water, toilet you have to take the cover in order to flush it, and the room had a really bad smell, had to go and buy airfresners.

The first room smelled like an ash tray and the bed would hi it the floor when you sat on it. The second room had dirty night stand. Had to clean it myself. This was after having to sign a no smoking and damage agreement when signing in. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in

Being able to travle with our furry friend is what we want. Red Roof Inn allows this with great pleasure. The room was large enough for our extended stay with plenty or space for lounging around when not working too.

Contrary to reviews I read the property and room were in good condition. The staff was nice and greeted me with a smile. I haven't been here in a while and was satisfied to see laminate floors and freshened walls. I was sorry not to be able to get into their pool because I arrived late. They could keep up the surrounding area better.

The room was no as clean as it should be. The bathroom was not sweep. There was hair in the back of the bathroom door that did not look as if had been swept. The wall seemed to have liquid thrown against it and was not cleaned.

You can hear people from the outside. Not worth it

It was a good hotel but the lights outside during night time are so bright at 10 pm I thought the sun was still out I had the worst night of sleep ended up leaving at 2 am

Was nice, will say there was no ice. They were working on the one in the lobby but floors 2/3 looked like they hadn't worked in a while. Also, multiple times tried to talk to front desk, and no one would be there. Very nice room though and comfortable.

I live states away and the airlines canceled my flight so i couldnt make my reservation. I contacted expedia for a refund and they were to contact the hotel for it in which they waited hours to do it so it passed my cancelation time in which expedia and the hotel refused to give me a refund they were so quick to take my money and give me a run around pointing the finger at each other about getting my money back

This was the most horrible stay we have ever experienced!!!! Our first room was dirty the beds hand black on the white sheets there was old food left in the room! Got our room switched, that room didn’t lock correctly due to the door being previously kicked in the shower not work and exploding everywhere!!! To the person next to us screaming all hours of the night with 2 dogs that wouldn’t stop barking the hole time!! The beds felt you were sleeping on a hard concrete floor, the fridge didn’t work, the pool was filthy!! All and all this was the most horrible hotel experience ever!!!!

The check in rep was great. But the night shift and person was rude. And in the morning there were three girls at the front desk talking and just staring us down bad. Overall terrible experience.

I knew i was checking in to a low rated motel and it was low cost but the fact they had no hot water and didn't know when they would get it back was off to me.

Checked in only to find out there was no hot water. Would have been nice to have been notified beforehand so I could have made other arrangements. After driving 10 hours you just want a hot shower!

If you’re a smoker this is perfect for you. But the hotel saying these rooms are “smoke free” not true. Bathroom did not look the cleanest honestly and the bed sheets were stained yellow can’t that image what that could be we place a cover over that so we weren’t in contact. I mean $90 for one stay i would have expected way better quality and not a hotel 6.

It was disgusting every time I entered the bathroom. I booked 2 rooms and honestly I had no option to cancel otherwise I would have cancelled my reservation there.

We requested no room cleaning for the first day; however the housekeeping never showed up any of the following days.

Zero, ZERO towels. Called the front desk and were told sorry we have none at this time. We had to use the bath mat towel for two adults to dry off after the shower.
