NOPE. The one positive thing I can share is, the staff was very friendly. The property needs some serious attention. I stayed here based on the proximity to my conference venue. Never again. The property is nasty.

The air conditioning was poor, plumbing didn’t work properly. We had to go buy a fan and coffee!

Not bad for a budget place. Always nice to see kids in the pool.

I like the location because it’s convenient, Walmart is walking distance. The rooms are dirty, so much dog hair on the carpet and in the room corners. The shower floor was lifting when you stepped on it, our microwave did not work, the hairdryer did not work. It was just not what we expected. So many people that were loud at all times. I truly wish I would have booked at a different hotel.

It was horrible!! Too much mold, the tub didn't drain! At breakfasts no eggs, fairly warm sausage and coffee, the pool was not working! No ice!

No me gusto el trato de una empleada de nombre Perla fue muy agresiva,le pregunte si el desayuno no empezaba a las 6 am y se molesto y contesto super grosera,me insulto.Me he quedado en este hotel ya varias veces y nunca un wmpleado me habia tratado mal.Hay cameras en el hotel y pueden revisar lo grocery que fue y lo mal que me trato,ademas antes Saban más cosas en el desayuno como huevo y salchihas y ahorita ya casi no ponen nada y mi cuarto se ofrecia con refrigerator pequeño y no tenia y cuando pregunte me dijeron que se habia descompuesto pregunte si podian poner otro y dijeron que no y yo pague para tener ese servicio ya habia comprado cosas como leche y tes para tomar y ponerlas en el refri y pues no habia.Tampoco tienen máquina de hielo dicen que se les descompuso,ya no ponen jugo de naranja ni huevos ni salchichas ni pan dulce como antes. Amerita un descuento o un rembolso por los inconvenientes.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to our destination From the moment we arrived the staff was rude her English was very broken so it was extremely difficult to communicate. Booking through booking.com I have never had issues however this last booking to the quinta inn by Wyndham in El Paso tx was horrible. The pool was very cloudy and had not been clean as per our reservation it stated we would get a bottle of wine for each room which we booked 2 that was a lie we were told they were queen beds that was a lie they were small more between twin and full we had 1 room that supposedly had been renovated but it was not filthy but nothing like photos that are posted the second room is still old version with extremely filthy filthy carpets. The refrigerator in the 2nd room didn't work it was defrosting so water was all in it the entire quinta inn had no ice machine working in the summer staying at a hotel with no ice is not acceptable when I stated issues to front desk lady told me you booked through booking.com contact them so unprofessional not to mention we had the hardest time trying to change my reservation name over to my husband as he should up earlier then me that took forever after an hour of trying they stated it was done and I had arrived and it still was not changed over my husband was waiting over an hour for me no hospitality at all this has been the worst ever the carpets everywhere are disgusting...

Good value room. Was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. One problem was the bath sink had no aerator installed. When I turned it on, water came out with such force that I got quite wet in an area you don't want to get wet. Also, ice maker was out of order.

Comfortable bed and very private. Wonderfully nice staff. Great breakfast. The place looks like it needs to be remodeled and updated. The table looked busted on one side. The end tables hide the outlets and restrict how many devices you can use. Such as a cpap. Plus the room looks genuinely run down and dilapidated.

They cancelled our hotel reservation for the BTS concert. They said they sent an email but I could not find it.

Nothing about the hotel, old hotel smelled like old smoking hotel. Ceiling old an a yellowish color. Just not my type of quality hotel at all. Everything!

There was no coffee maker or drinking cups in my room. It happened our last stay as well. Breakfast is stated to be at 6:00. Two trips back, they did not begin to make coffee until 6:05. This trip it was 6:30. We will not be back. Seven rooms

Bird droppings on hand rails, on side walk into the lobby --has to be health hazard.. Light switch by door not connected to anything so room dark on entry. Closet had no rack or rod. Another had no hangers. No housekeeping in 3 days. Breakfast was not good, bread was moldy. Asked for lightbulb for a light but maintanene was gone. Never replaced in the 3 days we were there. Never again will I stay in a Wyndham hotel. Guess you cannot rely on a good name.

There was a bit of confusion with this one my reservation was canceled, and then reinstated. Regardless, they were really nice once it was. Everything was good and everything went softly. I was even allowed an early check-in. We were able to get some rest before our concert. It’s definitely a hotel I would return to. I wasn’t able to try the breakfast, but the staff was insanely nice. Every request was taken care of. I am thankful for this hotel reinstating my reservation.

I explained that I had not received any notification for cancelation, and she stated that she couldn't give me any more information, just that it was through a third party so me and my girls had no where to stay because all of the Hotel where booked for the BTS concert

Please the check in time in the hotel was too late we arrived almost 12, they did not give us a room, the clerk girl Fer was kind with an incident with my girl, congrats, the swimming pool dirty, breakfast at 8:30 awful (food disgusting)! You closed drink fountain after breakfast hours, I only wanted water.

There were lightbulbs missing from my room when I checked in so the lamps were unuseable. Building and rooms are old and gross looking, walks so thin you can hear everything outside

The overall conditions of the facilities are awful. No maintenance, rust everywhere, painting fading. Bathrooms with water leaks. Toilet not working, carpets with humidity and terrible smell. Lamps inside with bulbs missing, doors and walls dirty. We asked for some towels and they didn’t reply. The lobby is not welcoming. This is a property that is being abandoned, no one seems to care.

I stayed for 3 days and breakfast was complete only my last day ( breakfast is not complete w/out eggs). TV channels very limited.

Yes it very delicious. Hot in the area was very nice and clean and the receptionist kept the coffee containers, full and hot. Need more cleaning people to keep our rooms clean at all times and it would be nice if the swimming pool was clean so people can go in and swim if weather permitting

We book for a week and only stayed one night. The pool was flighty and the room as in rough shape. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower head leak, no hot water, plaster falling off the ceiling on to bed, and the door seal was missing making it cold and loud because we were near a highway. The peep hole on the door was covered up.

Bathroom facilities are very bad. Water spout from shower/tub fell of while trying to shower. Tub filled quickly with water preventing me to take a bath. I have bad knees and could not sit on tub to bathe .

We did not even stay we immediately checked back out. When we got into the room their was a huge stain on the floor, the mattress was stained and nasty, the bathtub had something black all over it and to top it off their was a black long hair on the pillows. I have blonde hair. We just felt gross after stepping in the room. Like I said we checked right back out and went to another hotel.

This hotel was horrible. We got a suite because we needed the sofa bed. The room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator didn’t work so it was difficult to take luggage up to the top floor. The room was big but very outdated, mysterious stains on the carpet. Hot water didn’t work to take a shower, no towels, no extra bedding for the sofa bed. I even asked the FD person why offer a sofa bed if you offer no additional bedding for it? No towels in the bathroom… also the street light shines in through the window I had to put a chair in front to block the light. Horrible horrible stay

I absolutely love the area in which it is located I have access to grocery stores as well as some retailing ones which we all know we love. Also a variety of restaurants something for everyone.

They did move us to another room that at least had a table and a working TV. No kleenex, though there were two kleenex dispensers. No hot water- only luke-warm. First morning went down for coffee at 6:30- nothing. Breakfast was sliced white bread a few muffins and a bowl of apples. One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. No ice machine. Went down to check out and waited 15 minutes for an employee. Night shift just left, day shift was 15 minutes late. Shameful! Ceilings had patching done by an 8th grader. Nasty carpet where there was carpet. DO NOT STAY HERE!

the bathroom developed a big leak in ceiling, not good. The bathroom became flooded and I had to move to another room. Someone attempted to come into my room at about 11:00 p.m. The latch prevented them from entering. So, this stay was not the best. But most of the staff are good people.

The check-in clerk tried to assure me that the building was safe and placed me in a room that was on the backside of the building lined with bushes. I told him, absolutely not, and put me upfront in the trash strewn parking lotwhere I can at least keep an eye on my vehicle. My objective move from comfort to safety. I was out of there at 6 o’clock next morning. There’s nothing redeeming or worthy about this particular hotel if I could, I’d give it no stars.

The room was so old and it was falling apart. The bed was so uncomfortable it was actually hurting my back. The bathroom was so outdated. And the front door did close sometimes. The breakfast we were not allowed to bring our food to our food which suck. Not many options either.

carpets stained, vents appeared to eother not be cleaned or possibly contained mold, I dont know if things have just changed or what but I had to scheduled to have the room service pick up dirty sheets and towls, Nobody came in to collect trash or change sheets. Nice room service girland guy did exactly as asked and brought me new towls and sheets for the sofa bed. Exterior needs help, pool while not in use had cigarette butts and trash in it, elevator probably locked down to staff as...i was told there was no elevator...and i have knee problems. Plus side: Tv had the ability for netflix. Cost of the suite was cheap and affordable. Main staff was friendly. Will not be staying again, but for a last minute booking, it did the job To the staff: You need to ensure better security of the building, doors left open through the night for airflow and external access readers not working are a security risk.

Nice room service girland guy did exactly as asked and brought me new towls and sheets for the sofa bed. Exterior needs help, pool while not in use had cigarette butts and trash in it, elevator probably locked down to staff as...i was told there was no elevator...and i have knee problems. Plus side: Tv had the ability for netflix. Cost of the suite was cheap and affordable. Main staff was friendly. Will not be staying again, but for a last minute booking, it did the job To the staff: You need to ensure better security of the building, doors left open through the night for airflow and external access readers not working are a security risk.

later, when we checked out she never said a word. we handed her our key cards , she glanced at them, printed out our receipt, handed it to us (again, nothing but a grumpy face) and went back into her room? bed? otherwise we were fairly happy with La Quinta. but because of our experience with the young lady and just an average experience with the rest of our stay (3 nights) i doubt if we will be staying at a La Quinta again. too bad.

The front desk clerk was less than welcoming. The floors were filthy in the lobby-eating area. The wall paper was torn. The carpet in the hall and room was stained. Breakfast was late and not good.

The room had no clenex, no shampoo or conditioner. I asked the housekeeper and was told they were out of stock. The morning free breakfast. They were out of orange juice and yogurt. I asked and was told that they were out and only had cereals, wafles and coffee. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

One tiny bar of soap in the bathroom sink, none in the shower, light bulbs removed but not replaced on the nightstand lights. Both double beds were loud & noisy. In the bathroom the tub water outflow spicket was literally held in place by some mickey mouse white caulking! Ready to bust off at any moment. Overall this is a dark dingy room. Knowing what i know now, i would never stay at this hotel again. Poor maintenance, poor attitude at the front desk, not worth my time. Overall, I recommend people to pass by this place! Dismal & dingy!!

Unfortunately I didn't notice when booking there is no elevator. I arrived at 9:30 after driving all day to find that, at 75 yrs old, I had to carry my stuff to the 3rd floor. Room was a little dated, but comfortable, and could have used a little cleaning on the tub tile grout and carpet stains. Not many plugs for electronics but it was only me so I made do. Breakfast was coffee, cereal, waffles, toast/bagles and apples. Not much but will get you going. Also, with all the highway construction the 'Google maps' designated exit from the west is closed so be aware and exit early.

The ice machine was so old and rusted, I did not touch it or get ice. Room was old, floors dirty, no kleenex in room...hated the stay and couldn't wait to leave.

Check-in was pleasant, and when I returned to get the key card changed, the desk person was very helpful.

The property looks like they dont keep it up well. The walkways felt slanted, the syairways were in inconvenient places and no elevators. Bird poop all over the walkways and railings. Inside the room was great, though i requested two double beds and they gave me a single king. Their computer system was down and had to do everything manually. The continental breakfast was only waffles and toast, which seemed extremely limited.

There is a smell, musty, humid. Coffe maker, hair dryer not working. Will not stay at this particular hotel again. We have stayed at other La Quinta hotels and never had a problem.

My staying was fine, the room was clean, everything in the room was working fine (AC, fridge, bathroom, etc). The breakfast had a defective waffle machine and it made it slow, the clerk resolved the issue and we made it.

The first room we were given had an awful smell of cigarette smoke and something else. We got in late so just tried to sleep through it. The property is an older property and isn’t renewed. Fortunately front office staff was amazing and got us into a new room. The room still had a smell but not of smoke. So we just dealt with it.

The carpet is stained and needs to be replaced. There is very little hot water. Not a good channel selection on tv.

Room was gross with other people's hair in the bathtub, the area was shady, the staff was not friendly, was a smoke free place yet people smoked in their rooms, pretty sure the guy next to us lived there with his dogs.

Rooms that have had repairs done need to be completely finished instead of renting out rooms that still have painting and finishes to be completed. Breakfast dining was not really a breakfast at all. Not sufficient. Internet never worked.

The furniture and decor are very outdated. The ceilings had a lot of water stains, one of them even had a huge crack over the bed area where the ceiling looked like it was ready to collapse.

The room gave out a musky smell as soon as I opened the door. All of the furniture and appliances looked old and dated. The shower tube had some kind of blue paint or stain and didn't look clean.

Definitely hotel needs to be updated it. Old carpets, bathtub seems like is going to sink when you step on it and very black at the bottom. Quality of towels not good, elevator wasn’t working because they didn’t pass inspection, not a good breakfast at all. etc. etc. too long to list. Personnel was nice

AC did not work shower did not work kept turning off and then turned on very hot or very cold. Could not shower sweating all night long in my sleep could not sleep.

The area is nice, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient.

Do NOT stay here. I repeat, do NOT stay here. What a terrible experience! We arrived on June 14 for a 3pm check in. They said our room wasn’t ready and come back in an hour. Ok. No worries. We left and came back 75 minutes later only for them to tell us they haven’t started cleaning it yet and come back in another 30 or 40 minutes. Once we finally got to room 135, it was one of the most sketchy rooms I’ve been inside. (See photos). The most disturbing sight was the stain on the middle of the cover on the bed. When I went back to the front desk to show them, they said they will get someone to go over and clean it. Someone came by and removed the cover, and then never replaced it with anything. Also, the shower was disgusting and the air conditioner made a rattling sound making it impossible to sleep. They couldn’t get us another room and I couldn’t move to another hotel because all hotels were booked up because of a concert. I couldn’t get out of this place fast enough. Do NOT stay here.

The room space was great. But the carpeting and all the upholstered furniture were badly stained with a substantial hole ripped into the top of the sofa. Bathroom was spacious but the tub had several burn marks on its edge.

Property: debris everywhere from construction and some repairs, none of the ice machines worked, breakfast area was dirty and unorganized, there was a puddle of liquid on the floor in front of juice station, no coffee, when front lobby person was told her response was "i am not the manager, if not that would be taken care of" Many people left upset at that time because service and breakfast was horrible. If repairs would not have been done at the moment at my home i would have checked out immediately. Especially because my autistic son was woth me and with all the rovk and debri everywhere i was terrified he would hurt himself.

The condition of the bathroom was poor. Don’t think there has been Kleenex in the bathroom for a long time. Fire alarms seemed to be no working. Room doors were in scary condition as it looked like had been pried open before. The outside walkways were really poor condition and definitely not good for any person with disabilities. And parking lot in terrible condition with some weird people around which weren’t guests. It felt unsafe. Cleaning ladies did the best they could and obviously owner didn’t keep the rooms in good condition. Disappointing that this is part of a good group la Quinta and Wyndham I chose this one for location and not price.

Literally the worst hotel I’ve been to. Door was busted and we got locked out going out to get food because the door just broke? Stains on the floors, hair in the tub, and weird red liquid stain under fridge. Had to get another room and window to room had a busted screen and door wouldn’t shut properly. I advise yall to not come here if you can, it’s seriously not worth it at all lol.

Never staying there again. The staff was great but once i got to my room it was filthy. The towels had some yellow green spots looked like mucus. The pillow cases had yellow stains & the couch was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. To top it off, the remote control didn't work. The breakfast was ok, atleast they had coffee, cereal & a waffle maker. I don't recommend it to anyone, pay a little more.

The hotel is extremely run down. On the plus side, the area is safe.

Big disappointment. I know it’s priced on the low side but no hot water😳 the shelf above the extremely long and loud toilet is about to fall into the toilet. But the no coffee cups 😳😳. On the upside I loved my Texas shaped waffle.

I felt like the pictures were deceptive. It was nothing like the pictures. The property was filthy. The area was filthy. And there were roaches in our room we left. I didn’t even stay either night that I was supposed to. I went and got a different hotel.

Unfortunately there seemed to be a level of penny pinching at this hotel that led to basic expectations not being fulfilled. When we arrived at check in time we tried to tak a shower. The water would only get to barely warm (turning the water heater down to save money?) The staff said there was nothing they could do. There was a general level of disrepair. While it’s not fair to expect a lot from free hotel breakfasts, the breakfast only had bread, bagels, cereal, and waffles (but no syrup). Usually there are yogurts, muffins, sausage, etc. I don’t consider myself picky, but these seem like fair things to expect.

Nothing ruins a night's sleep faster than uncomfortable pillows . Every pillow at this location should be replaced . Waking up with a stiff neck because of a pillow ruins everything good about stay at a hotel .

The room and bathroom were spacious, in very good condition and clean. However, the staff was not helpful and the breakfast was a meager attempt. Basically, nothing but carbs and coffee. To be more specific about staff, it took 5 minutes for desk clerk to understand that we were out of tissues. If i knew the word in Spanish it probably wouldn't have been a problem. Her English was terrible. Hotel also lost internet at 5pm and wasn't restored until the next morning. When I brought this problem to their attention, they said they knew it but could do nothing to resolve.

The pool wasn’t cleaned. I stayed for 4 days and the entire time we were there it was just really gross. The bed was clean but the walls and room were in bad condition. It was quite loud because walls were super thin. You can hear everything that’s outside, above you, next to you, everywhere. Breakfast was minimal. I don’t think I’d stay here again if I had the choice. If you’re looking for one quick night and a cheap bed, then this is the place, but if you’re staying multiple nights I’d recommend places across the street

PROS. Texas shape waffles great, linens great, bed great. CONS. Furnature had holes and satins, no elevator, carpet stains, dead bolt didnt work, hair dryer broken, slow flushing toilet and the fill tank keep running.

We didn't stay there after all...I had an emergency with last minute planning arrangements.
