The front desk staff member who checked me in was exceptional. She handled my check-in flawlessly while juggling multiple distractions and assisting other guests, yet she made it all look effortless. She ensured my parking pass was taken care of and even arranged a taxi for me the following morning, which made my stay much smoother. The hotel itself is in a convenient location, and I found both the parking lot and surrounding area easy to navigate. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The room was lovely, with attractive décor and a thoughtful layout. I also appreciated the food options available within the hotel, as well as the quality of the toiletries and other amenities provided. Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great attention to detail. I would happily stay here again.

Just love this place—the staff, the breakfast, everything about it. But most of all, the people here. As a solo traveler visiting El Paso for the first time, I felt incredibly safe and welcomed, almost like I was at home. Every interaction was warm and genuine. Whenever I come back to El Paso, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Love, love, love this place! ❤️

I feel the Restroom and especially the shower needed extra cleaning. There was no shower door so a lot of the water would spill out. Also no carpet which I feel is a danger and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

From the pick up at the airport to the drop off at the airport 3 days later this property had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, the staff was kind, the property provided everything we needed. Easy to get to area restaurants. Easy drive to shopping and entertainment. Zero noise from the freeway close by. I highly recommend this location. And please follow the staffs recommendations for local restaurants, they were phenominal!

Shower door only had one door. So there was water going everywhere after you shower. Thermostat didn't work. Cold night. Housekeeping came and started knocking on everyone's door at 8am. Check out is at noon.

Windows in room allow in ALL the noise from the street so it was super hard to sleep. We paid extra for breakfast to be included was still charged to eat. No one came out to serve alcohol

Honestly not one negative comment! Everything was absolutely amazing from the check in to the check out! Staff was amazing, bartender absolutely amazing, Bistro breakfast was absolutely amazing. Just over all so amazing and I am excited to return once my daughter returns from her deployment

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, although a playpen was listed in the amenities, it was not provided during our stay. We requested one at check-in and followed up four additional times, but unfortunately, it was never delivered. Additionally, please note that there is a separate charge for parking.

They also charged me for parking even though I didn’t have a car. No continental breakfast or even free coffee. We booked for 2 adults and 3 kids with free breakfast, and they just gave us 2 coupons for the breakfast. Receptionist said, thats what their policy say, only adults will have a free breakfast? How about the kids? Are they just gonna watch us while we are eating? Worst customer service ever

Not able to have a restaurant or food services available or delivery. We arrived late and were hungry, did not know the area and were not able to order something to eat. The rooms did not have some of the amenities shown in your advertisement.

The only thing i liked is they offer 3 mile radius shuttle. Dineing is overpriced for a microwaved chicken sandwich. Its next to busy road where its noisy. Super slow elevator.

I was expected to have a shutter transportation to the airport, I booked based on the amenities that are specified at the Marriott Bonvoy web page but when I checked in, I asked about the transportation and the staff told me that is no longer available, web page should be updated, also in the room, I just to have bottles of water and I did not have any this time. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. I enjoyed how polite and welcoming the staff were. They were very accommodating and tentative when I acquired information about the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone out of state or town visitors.

We usually love staying here & have stayed her before but it was really hot on tge 3rd floor, my brother’s room was hot as well he stayed on the same floor. Even the hallways were unbearably hot. We usually love our stay but this time the a/c weren’t working as they should.

Needed a place to stay last minute, in the early hours of the morning. Staff is very friendly and was a convenient location off the freeway. Beds were standard. No complaints

The receptionists was dressed kind of unprofessional, the bistro closed early, close to the freeway so you could hear the loud cars, had to pay extra for parking, shower was outdated, closet was broke, no microwave, uncomfortable beds.

I did not ask for housekeeping. I was there for 2 days and rarely in the room. I should have asked for the trash to be emptied. Otherwise, it was fine.

Check in they gave us a 2 Queen room instead of the king room with sofa. Did not tell us until we saw the room and went back to desk. Said they were fully booked, and a king room had flooded, no others we’re available. Had a nice pool/ hot tub area. Other than that was clean/ hard beds.

On the positive side, it's quiet, clean, and everyone we came into contact with was friendly and courteous. This was true both times. However, on the return trip, we were given a room that was missing the refrigerator. It was after a 14-hour drive; we were tired and we were already half-way unpacked for the night. We decided to just keep our stuff in our cooler in the car and buy more ice later. We had a lot of items and wanted to use the fridge to keep things cold overnight until we bought more ice in the morning. Not a big deal, really, but something to point out. Since the place was very clean, I have to assume that someone on staff must have noticed that the room had no fridge. If I were to stay more than one night, I'd probably have called the desk and had a chat, but instead we just crashed for the night and continued our drive the next day. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel. I'd feel comfortable returning to it if I ever had to go that route again. However, I'll probably make the effort to check that everything works and is there before I unpack. LOL

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is only 5 minutes from the airport. Free on site parking, close to a bunch of restaurants and main roads.

well location and excellent property. but NO water due to the pipelines were frozen, and no water for restroom & shower. The manger promises to call Expedia for give us a full refunds of the room cost, nothing had happened.

This place is nice and clean. Arthur was super friendly and helpful. Only complaint is WI-FI is spotty.

We had a bad experience. Arriving from a long drive, we just wanted to rest for a bit and watch some football. The television in our room was not working. Maintenance came up to fix it, apparently it was not a quick fix, so we left for a bite to eat. Two hours later, we come back to our room and they are still working on it. We are moved to another room. The following day we wake up to no running water and are told it would be 3 hours!! It was a very frustrating stay, but I will tell you that the manager was very understanding and accommodating.

Staff was especially helpful when we needed a very early ride to the airport!
