Location The hotel charged a $15.00 parking fee. It should have been included in the price, and not a surprise when I arrived there.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Super convenient location! All in all, we had a great stay.

Like the fact it was super close to where I was going Woke up and the whole floor smelled like a dumpster once out in the hall. Also any small movement and the bed frame squeaked or occasionally moved.

The ONLY issue was check in!!! We got there at check in time and were on a very tight schedule to get changed and make it to our show. There was a very long line of customers checking in and only 1 staff member working the desk….AND she kept answering the phone and carrying on long conversations while we were all waiting! It took us about 35 min in line to get checked in and that put us behind schedule for the evening. One other thing was the price charged for snacks in the lobby! Ridiculous prices!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had good options to choose from. The room was clean and I liked having the couch because I need sleep better on a firm surface. The location is easy walking distance from the train station and to DPAC and several restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

location ideal for DPAC attending a Broadway musical. Great restaurant also at that location, easy walking distance from hotel, no worry with parking. Room was very comfortable, even the couch. Less pricey would be nice.

Close to where we needed to be The Hot Water container ... The water was cold -not hot and it had specks in it

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive to guests. I was traveling with my grandson who was on crutches---everyone was very helpful to us.
