    Bathtub was gross. There was a gap where you could see daylight between the wall and the AC. The top drawer of the dresser would not stay shut so you had to be extra careful you didn't walk in to it in the dark in the middle of the night. When you turn the hairdryer on it just got beat red and smelled like it was burning within seconds no air blew out of it though. The pool they advertised they had was closed due to major issues but did not tell us that upon arrival. Their so called complimentary breakfast was unappealing and the area was disgusting. We checked out and went to IHOP. With all of this said I did contact the manager who did give us a full refund. He was very understanding. Save yourself the headache though and stay elsewhere.

    The WiFi did not work at all! Even though they give you a password we could never connect because it said “no internet”. The rooms are not clean at all. There were other peoples hairs on the toilet and around the base of the floor…DISGUSTING. The soap dispensers were not filled; we had to call and they never came: they said to text with any issues and they never returned the texts. The breakfast is nothing to stay for. They need to update the hotel.

    PROPERTY LOCATION WAS VERY CONVIEN. Room was dirty, furniture dirty / thrift store look. Got locked out of room because pass card lock failed, moved to new room ( same condition as first room described above, but also missing coat hangers, tissues, hairdryer). Provided (powdered eggs (WORSE THAN MILITARY VERSION), some undercooked bacon, baby pancakes, was terrible.. on second day looked to see if it looked better found exactly same menu, but stale pastry was gone. and coffee (which was best thing of first day, was terrible). close to luke warm water in taste. Third day gave up on breakfast and wife couldn't even try it first day just from looking, did not bother to even go look after that. final gripe... stayed three nights nd no maid service at all (but did see people dressed as maids with cleaning carts in hallways several days, one was within 2 doors of my room when spotted, but none entered. Desk guy was apolagetic, but this was WORST STAY I've ever had.

    The hotel is not clean. They charged my credit card even though the room was prepaid for the full amount of the room. Breakfast does not look safe to eat and I believe violated food safety laws

    Staff on the phone during check in. Did not get off the phone. Pool closed. Ice machine broke. Reserved a king size room got 2 queens. Room was hot at time of arrival, fridge froze my bottles of water. Breakfast was not ready at 7:30 no coffee available. The hallway smelled musky. Trash cans in the hallway overflowing. Wall paper peeling in bathrooms, no hooks to hang used towels. No room service. Won't stay here again

    Old dingy tv didn’t work dark furniture was awful. I can’t believe the Wyndham chain would present a hotel like this!!!!!!!

    Entire place wreaked of raw sewage. Wall paper peeling of walls, carpeting in lobby was frayed and rippling. Pool closed for maintenance but was not noted on website at time of reservation. AC was not working properly. Hotel manager was VERY rude when I decided I couldn't stay another night and requested a refund.
