The location was excellent. The internet service was down but the breakfast was great and the staff was very pleasant! Not 1 but all of them from the front desk to the eatery, and hotel housekeepers.

The staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was being asphalted when we arrived but there was ample parking in the neighboring parking lot. The ice machines need some tender loving care due to build up but all in all everything and everyone met our needs. The hotel is an hour away from Rehoboth Beach and just minutes away from retail shops, restaurants, and the Delaware State University campus.

It was a bit inconvenient that they were painting lines all day in the parking lot and we had to park at Home Depot across the highway and walk back and forth as we had several meetings that day.

Location Room are not cleaned - refrigerator was dirty and pull out had dirty sheets. Changed our room and still dirty. I was cleaning the room. The air conditioner was so loud and banging all night.

Breakfast was very good. Good value for the money. Very clean and outstanding staff. The parking lot was being paved with new lines. Problem was parking. My wife is handicapped and we had to park in the Home Depot parking lot across the street. This inconvenience should have been mentioned in an email or text.

This hotel had staff that was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was well maintained, quiet and comfortable, I wish the curtains were able to close to block out the morning sun, the breakfast was awesome! The pool and hot tub were great

Couple stayed in a king bed room. All good! Really enjoyed the blueberry muffins. Only complaint is the shower water pressure was low.
