The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the room was nice. My only problem was my roku wouldnt connect but other then that i enjoyed my stay.

The maintenance on the property is done at the lowest cost to the family living there and running it - presumably themselves. It is what you’d expect, cheap lipstick on a pig. Also, had to wait in the lobby for ten minutes for someone to show up for check in, rang the door bells and called the property phone.

The room was very clean as were the beddings. The building and carpeting was a litte dated and some things need updating. Vending machine was not working. No ice machine that we could find. However the air conditioning in the room was great and we had a good night and the shower in the bathroom was clean and good. Overall we had a great stay and the staff was very personable and helpful..

The continental breakfast offerred bagels, bread, cereal, yogurt, bananas/oranges/ apples, pastries. Orange juice , milk, and coffee. The coffee and juice come out of a machine but the juice machine was not working and the coffee was just too light (watery) . But the other items were good . I liked that in the room there was a mini fridge and a microwave. Tv had good shows/ cable. There is a 7-11 right next to the hotel. The hotel staff were attentive. The bed was too firm and the pillows were not so comfortable.

Great place, everything is close by. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and lots of shopping stores close by

The area of the hotel was in a great location, close to stores and restaurants in walking distance. There's a casino not even 5 minutes away driving if that's the type of scenery you enjoy, or there's a shopping mall just past the casino. To start off, floor didn't look like it was swept or mopped. Found trash between the bed and nightstand. Bathroom sink had a crack in it, but no signs of leaking. Went to shower and there was water damage in the bathroom ceiling above the tub, and a piece of plaster from the ceiling was in the tub. It was already a late check in and was tired from a 6.5 hour drive, so didn't report it right away. Next morning notified house keeping after they offered cleaning services. They said front desk was aware of the issue in the bathroom. I requested for them to clean in the bathroom and sink area. It was like a few wipes and gone within 2 minutes, but before leaving out, used a dust mop to sweep the floor from the wall where the beds start to towards the bathroom and out the door. Then I return from my daughter's graduation around 9:30pm, just to hear kids running around and jumping all night long until 2 or 3am. I've have stayed here plenty of times before, but this has been by far the worst stay I've had here. Not to mention the remote batteries to the TV died the second night, we were leaving in the morning anyways, so didn't bother with it. So upon going to load things in vehicle, housekeeping asked if they could go clean already and I was just putting some of our things in the car, but check out wasn't til 11am, and it had just turned 9am. So come back in to go to my unit, and they were standing at the end of the hall just waiting like vultures, I kind of felt a little uncomfortable. I come from doing a resort maintenance background, and I can honestly say that this unit should've never been occupied until issues were fixed in the bathroom, it was very unbecoming.

it was close to the highway and stores. Some rms need to be updated but all in all it was good. I did see a roach and staff exchanged my rm and refunded me one night stay for the inconvenience. As I was leaving the rm they were spraying to combat the issue.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Quiet clean and friendly staff
