We stayed in an extended stay for 5 days total! Absolutely peaceful, staff was friendly and helpful, enjoyed the full kitchen I didn't have to order out! An outside smoking area would be nice standing in front of the door was ideal lol.

Yes!!! The room was clean, the staff friendly & professional, the amenities were great. The kitchen made everything a lot easier to deal with late night dining after a day at the softball fields.

Everything was great except for the fact that their were stains on the sheets where I was about to lay in... hair like eye lashes everywhere on the bed and little black fuzzy lint balls across the bed, also the silverware wasn't clean.

I loved everything, the gym the pool, the staff the breakfast, just the whole environment up until the last day… there was a complete misunderstanding when I was trying to pay for one more day. Someone dropped the ball and I had spent over $2,400 in less than a month at this place. Other than that it was perfect The very last day…

the location is close to Dallas. the room offered all the amenities of a great extended stay. my room wasn't cleaned after the first night. I asked for it to be cleaned after the second night but it wasn't.

When I wanted a request room change for the room ac not working and making an excuse that it needed at least 30 min to cool down was not cool for me and my baby that's 4 months old. It took about 45 min and multiple complaints to make the room change happ

Connectivity with the streaming device presented some challenges. The water temperature could have been higher. Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff was courteous.
