The management who was on duty, ended up charging me another $100 dollars even though I booked online! Worst experience ever. It also took me about an hour and a half to check in because of the man in the front desk. The front desk man, I’ve slept here before and never had issues, but that man was terrible.

Crickets and Bugs in room, stayed 2 nights, no one sprayed the room or came to check. We moved out the room at 1:00am to another room with crickets as well. I took pictures and showed them. They promised a free night and 20,000 points. I never got the points.

The hotel was clean and as pictured online. Breakfast was til 10 and manageable for even the little kids. The pool was nice and clean easily accessed. Mrs. Linda and the staff were great and very accommodating. It was a great place to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday. No complaints

I finally understand the meaning of a continental breakfast. It was all good no real complaints at all. There was plenty of safe parking. Breakfast hot coffee a great shower. I love the mid sized refrigerator and freezer.

It was a good stay overall. We love Home2 suites because they’re very family friendly. This one has a indoor swimming pool which my kids really enjoyed.

The front desk person was not very friendly upon arrival, but every person after that was warm and friendly. The room could have been cleaner as there was a very obvious stain on the floor by the bed and hair in the shower, but otherwise it was fine.

I am always happy to stay at an home 2 hotel. The only complaint i had was that when it was my husband's and our bedtime the people upstairs above us was running as if they wete herding cattle.

Had difficulties with check end... Ended up booking through Expedia at the front counter to save money. Got put in a dirty room. Pool over busy and run with kids birthday party. Think screaming children x50. Hoping to have a good rest of the stay...

I would never recommend this hotel. It is old and in poor condition. You are greeted with peeling paint in the entryway before crossing the threshold. It smells in both the lobby and in the rooms. Sofa in room was stained and torn. Tub was rusty. Asked for another room and was told there were none. Generally unhelpful staff.

It was 7:50 there was no grits when we ask about the grits we were told breakfast was going to be ended soon, they had a hour left. No eggs and no meat they said that the truck wasn’t not going to come until Thursday, that’s one of the reasons I stay at hotel with breakfast, they could have went to the store to get some because some people pay for breakfast and I stayed two days and both days they didn’t have meat or eggs, the had oats meal the next day and you could stand a spoon in it very unsatisfied,

It’s always scary trying to pick a room in a city you really aren’t familiar with and based off the reviews this was the best choice and so glad we decided to go with home2 suites! Anything we needed was provided. Love the kitchen set with dishes, cook tops are provided on request!

Our stay was great here. The room was spacious with a refrigerator and freezer that was bigger than expected! That was much needed because we were there for Christmas and had some food items we weren’t sure we’d have room to store. The only downside of the hotel was the breakfast food was cold. Maybe putting a microwave in that area would solve the problem. And the water for making tea or hot chocolate was always cold as well.

It was nice. I've stayed here twice but i recommend if you can afford 2 rooms to get them. The walls are thin and there were around 10 teenage girls in the next room that kept us up

The floor in our room was filthy. Stained horribly and smelled. I have a lot of kids so I’m not a super picky person when it comes to floors but this was honestly just gross and unacceptable. The pullout mattress felt like springs covered with a sheet, so uncomfortable. The “hot tub” was cold, didn’t work, had a greasy oil all over the top, and dead crickets. I can’t say that I would choose to stay there again.

Tried to cancel my reservation within 30 minutes of reservation. The property was too far from where I needed to be. Hotels.com and the property refused to refund the reservation. Will not use hotels.com again

Ruby was amazing. She checked me in and checked me out. One of the worst days of my life she turned around and made amazing just by doing her job with the confidence and smile that was just naturally Ruby. Give her seven raises and all the awards. She was a healing presence that day.

Hotel staff was rude, called front desk and they kept hanging up. Wouldn’t help me carry a playpen for my baby when I told them I had a bad shoulder, wouldn’t bring up extra towels, toilet paper holder was broken in bathroom, dish soap in room was used. Blind was broken.

Photos displayed for this hotel was not what was published for this Hotel. In the room, the couch was torn. TV did not have but basic tv that swivel to barely able to view from the bed. Patio with burning fire area did not look like what was shown in the photos and was located in front of the building with no privacy and/or comfortable lawn sitting. The patio in the back had metal sitting and grill. I guess my complaint is that photos did not match what was supposed to be for my comfort during my weekend trip. Was a bit disappointing is all.

Stains on carpet, rust stains in shower, bed was very uncomfortable. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Had a lot of trouble checking in … they didn’t get our reservation from hotels.com then didn’t have the right room …I paid for a suite but got a regular room as that’s all they had left.

Service was awful. Didn’t have enough clean towels to the three nights we stay there. The one night that I did get towels two of the four towels had poop stains on them!!! I have used Hotels.com for years and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Check in wasn't so great with the hotel but I chatted with hotels. Com and they made everything right. The elevators were out of order so we had to take the stairs, the pool was closed, they tub fills up even when you have the shower on.

It was a quick overnight stay and the young lady that checked me in was the same young lady to check me out. She was efficient and very kind. I felt very comfortable just from how she greeted me. She was working Christmas Eve into Christmas Day with a smile and I hate I didn’t get her name.

The experience was not really good from checking in until leaving. At checking in, HH gold membership package would not have been given if I did not ask. When I got in my room, I found no lotion was provided and bowls/plates/cups/folks/spoons/knives were not in place. I called the front desk for lotions and I was told that someone would send it to my room in minutes. However, it did not happen and I had to go to the front desk to ask again for getting it. I tried to use the Business desk printer to print, but the printer did not work. I asked the front desk staff for help. The person came and tried something, but, the printer still did not work. The person told me that someone else should come to help. The someone never showed up. I could not print out at all. When I went to the front desk to get a pen and a piece of paper, no one was at the front desk to help and I could not find one around for more than 30 minutes. This was the worst experience with HH hotels. I really regretted for not having selected a Hampton Inn.

All of the staff were very helpful and and friendly. Jordan was magnificent! She went the extra mile, before we even checked into the room. She definitely made the visit less challenging. The rooms weren't dirty but could've been cleaner. I had to buy cleaning supplies and re clean the bathroom and request clean sheets for 1 of the beds, we found a t shirt in the bed and hair in the shower

It was not Hilton the way I remember Hilton. It wasn’t God awful but ok. My tub was stopped up as well as my kitchen sink. The staff didn’t know how to accept payments from hotels.com and charged me twice. The hotel manager was good about rectifying the situation but my money was already tied up. There was a sign that said the pool was out during spring break. Then we were told it’s not heated but works. It’s just so frustrating because good clean hotels are hard to find these days.

Luckily our room was at the opposite end of the hall, so it didn’t smell as bad. However, our bathroom did have a pretty strong smell of mold / mildew. Other than the smells, it was a nice hotel. Looked well kept. I liked that it wasn’t in the middle of the city with hundreds of other businesses around. I rarely write reviews, but I know this hotel could be so much better if they dealt with the smells, dirty towels and trash.

Our neighboring room had an extremely livid man yelling profanities on the phone (think he was going through a breakup). We requested a new room at the front desk and got a bit of an eye roll. The new room was quiet until we heard an equally loud party yelling from the lobby from about 11 PM - 1 AM. I'm shocked the front desk didn't shut it down. Never coming back.

When we arrived at the hotel, we could not get in. The host was not attentive. The first room she gave us was dirty. The second room she gave us was smoke filled. Finally, the 3rd room was a go. She charged my credit for the two nights when I had already paid. No apologies and everyone passed the buck…no one taking accountability and honoring their policy. Very disappointed!
