I only gave it a 4 is because the bed was hard as hell and also it was so packed it was hard finding parking space

Check in was supposed to be at 3, but when I arrived at 3:40 the room wasn’t ready. They did end up finding me a room about ten minutes after but the sheets and pillows were really dirty and smelled bad. Couldn’t open the window blinds to the room.

The young lady who checked me in was superfantastic! I didn't Ike thw 18 wheeler parking across several parking spots. The pillows are thin.

Room was clean but spacious, the bathroom was clean but not spacious, breakfast 4/10, parking 7/10. The lobby area was really clean and nice. The halls walking to the room had a humid, musty smell not really fresh.

Clean & newer rooms Black out curtains did not reach the window sill so it was bright. Loud noises woke us up early. The trundle bed mattress was about 1/2” thick and nothing but springs. Even my light 6 year old was uncomfy

My room 226 had a few problems. Like debris outside my window obstructing the view.
