This is a very unique stay. We parked right on High Street with no issues. I was really pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was, given the location. The rooms are special, but old, and there were some maintenance issues. Still, I'd stay there again. The beds and comfortable and the shower worked great. You get lots of bathroom amenities if you need them.

Pretty cool building, not fancy at all. The neighborhood was terrible! So bad that you didn’t want to go outside the building for anything, had to park 2 blocks away, and worried about my truck all night.

Good value for money! The hotel is old fashioned and the neighborhood is iffy. So it's good for solo travellers but not families as such. Amenities were good with kitchen and bathroom. AC is decent enough

It was a unique experience, the property was very old but very well taken care of It was fun staying in a time period of that nature. It was located far from town and the homeless were all around. The streets were dirty and the whole neighborhood was worn out.

Old Victorian full of character! Easy check in.

This is an older boutique hotel that has a lot of personality and is well kept. The beds were comfortable. Although staff is ot on site, they stay in contact and were very responsive with communication.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The outside and inside looked like a storybook, and it was so clean. The staff were so friendly and truly helpful to me when I ran into issues caused by my own situation. Thank you to them for accommodating me, I hope to visit again!

I totally loved the vibe of this place! So much character and has great things around for food and places to grab a drink. Very walkable area.

I paid for three nights and could only sleep one night. I try tried contacting hotel.com several times and could never reach a person. The place was in a dangerous neighborhood. Homeless people sat outside the front door. Walking to get coffee I was extremely nervous. I had to book another hotel for Saturday and Sunday night just to get away from there.

Love the Victorian style interior We had to park two blocks away, there was hair in the drain of the shower, and the location is a little bit run down.

Fun and funky guest house. Self check in is very easy and convenient. I had a question about WiFi and the management responded very promptly. The location is convenient to many things. And the ambiance and decor is very fun. Hope to stay again soon.

Hair in the tub drain and a few urine spots on the toilet. Windows were mostly unworking or partially openable

The cleaning staff didn't knock and opened the door to our room while we were still inside. This happened in the middle of our stay at the hotel. The man with the cleaning lady was very apologetic and I'm not upset with him, just the lady who nearly barged into our room and never apologized to us.

We chose the Holiday Chalet for its location near a surgery center we needed to go to. The property is unattended but the check-in instructions worked well. It’s an old house with character. They could do some more cleaning but it’s okay. Parking is on the street. Good eating places nearby. Would stay there again.

It's really run down and needs better maintaining. Staff was helpful.

The rooms are so neat, the entire place has a Victorian vibe all throughout. And with it being on a major street, the owner supplied us with eye masks and ear plugs. All toiletries were also provided. I would definitely stay there again. I was on the third floor, there's no elevator. But it did me good to use the stairs. Parking is a challenge.

Pubes in the restroom, sheets had sand in them, TV did not work, gross stains on the seats
