Reviews
The hotel staff and service were generally praised for being wonderful and friendly. However, the location in a rough neighborhood and the lack of free parking, with expensive valet and metered options, were frequently mentioned as significant drawbacks. The cleanliness of the rooms was inconsistent, with some guests praising it and others finding it lacking.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location for downtown attractions
- Expensive and limited parking options
- Inconsistent room cleanliness
- 3/5
While we were there someone smashed or windshield in. Since we used valet parking the motel did pay for a new windshield. However after getting or vehicle for us they didn't say anything about the busted windshield until i asked them what happened. We lost a whole day of fun. Due to having to have a new windshield put in.
- 5/5
The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We needed directions to several places and the assisted us with maps and helpful information. The room was nice and there were many selections for breakfast.
- 5/5
Downtown area was great.
- 4/5
Because our situation changed the day before due to Amtrak I will no longer reserve a room I cannot cancel a few days early. We were able to catch the ball game, but would have stayed at a more reasonably priced hotel with free parking even if it required taking the city rail. This place was nice enough but priced too high.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean. Would stay again. Joey for valet parking was amazing
- 2/5
Seating in the dining area was disgustingly dirty with stains. I did not even want to sit there
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast
- 3/5
The breakfast was good. The coffee was excellent. The location was excellent in relation to my son's apartment. The front desk staff could not really answer my question satisfactorily. I asked about parking, and they seemed to not be forth coming with answers. Also, when I asked why my card had been charged for $250.00, the staff said that they had not charged that. They said I had never given them a credit card to charge. I had given them the card 3 times. I then showed her on my online statement that there were 3 charges from Hampton Inns Denver. One was $150, then $50, and then a 3rd one for $50. She just kept saying that Hampton Inn did not charge me. I then asked who could I talk to so I could rectify this. She said it would have to be my bank since Hampton Inn did not charge me. (Even though I showed her the charges.) It just seemed like she looked at me like I was a stupid old man with no way to resolve the issue. I realize that the hotel will charge $50 per night for incidentals and that will be refunded if not used. But the staff person insisted they had not been given a credit card. Then she found where I had given them the Credit Card with no apology. Additionally, this is the 3rd year my wife and I have stayed here and the second elevator has not been repaired. Why? Very inconvenient especially when there are bus groups staying there.

Nice room. Near 16th str. Breakfast needs a touch of freshness. The AC noise was very loud Only one elevator operational Location can be a bit strange.

I appreciated having a microwave in the room. The breakfast was fine. Location is great for downtown activities.
- 4/5
Property has not been well maintained or cleaned. Our toilet seat was falling off.
- 5/5
I booked for the wrong weekend. They communicated with hotels.com, cancelled that reservation, and rebooked me within 30 minutes. Breakfast is good and has a great variety of options.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 3/5
To get good parking we had to do $45.00 Valet parking, which is way to expensive, there is private parking which was not good because we had to be out by 6:00am and move to another parking, just the worst thing ever, the guy at the front desk wouldn't hardly get off of his phone long enough to pay attention to me and wasn't nice when he did acknowledge me
- 4/5
Good sized room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient to 16th street mall. Everything was great.

- 4/5
The hotel was well located. Rooms clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly friendly, and we used the pool; the water was a little cold, but everything was very clean. We also had a pizza delivered with no issues. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Stayed here for 3 nights as part of the pre-tour. All is good. Central location, clean room, pleasant service. Breakfast is included in the already good room rate. All thumbs up:
- 5/5
Breakfast was plentiful and hot - unusual for hotels.

The whole key card thing made the stairs preferable even with my room being on the 6th floor.
- 5/5
Nice rooms, excellent breakfast and nice staff
- 4/5
The free breakfast buffet was delicious! Good selection of food and drinks available greatly appreciated! The parking was affordable in the lots only $15 compared to what other hotels charge. Clean and perfect size gym and pool! Very friendly valet worker JOEY he was very friendly and helpful with giving me information on choices to where I could park.

The listing on Expedia mentioned a hot tub, which was not available on site. There is a picture frame in room 415 with broken glass. 1 functional elevator for a 6 floor hotel with a basement is wildly inadequate. I feel terrible for housekeeping trying to get anything moved between floors during busy hours.
- 5/5
No free parking
- 5/5
Good price for the location.

This hotel was a great place to stay in but the only thing it was it needed to be a little more cleaner only that and there’s no other problem with it..!!
- 4/5
We were put in a handicap room without a choice! Initial hotel staff member was rude! Location was very convenient though. Overall was a nice stay.
- 5/5
The front desk worker was very helpful. My reservations through the travelling app didn't go through as planned and he really helped me out
- 4/5
Odd to find no vending machines, but the rest of the stay was great!
- 4.5/5
Staff very accommodating. Location great. Wonderful breakfast Not much except parking rather expensive
- 4/5
No No
- 3.5/5
It was decent but I hate being forced to pay for valet. Parking and the room we had was very strange living room type bottom floor and then a lot of stairs up to the bed and bathroom, good thing I wasn’t handicapped or staying there more than one night. Also and more importantly the bed was very uncomfortable for the price of this room!!
- 4.5/5
Staff very accommodating. Location great. Wonderful breakfast Not much except parking rather expensive
- 5/5
Hamptonn Inn is the best! Probably I will stay again.
- 2/5
I was very disappointed in this stay at Hampton Inn, the room was spacious as it accommodated 3 adults, however the room itself was outdated, some of the bathroom fixtures looked unclean and loose and in need of repair. The mattress under the bed covers you could tell the mattress was dated also. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and I would say this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Staff was somewhat helpful, I can’t blame them for the updates but I can say that the lady who checked me in did
- 5/5
Clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect fore everything you want to do in the area.
- 4/5
Breakfast could had have more variety with meats
- 4/5
Decent breakfast
- 5/5
Valet parking person was awesome
- 5/5
I didn't have breakfast but the room was great
- 5/5
Clean room with mini fridge , microwave and coffee machine . Good friendly staff. Overall good stay.
- 4/5
Lots of chlorine in pool son's has chemical burn on face and eyebrows other than that good place to stay food was a lil off
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good!! The only thing that I didn't like about the stay was parking had to be paid for.
- 2/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was little confusing - the front desk could not find my reservation with just my name. We finally found the confirmation number in Expedia and they were able to locate my reservation after that.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great... And the staff was wonderful
- 5/5
We enjoyed our time here! The room was clean and comfortable, and even though we had to park on the street, it was a great stay! The breakfast was also delicious!
- 3/5
I worked bro go back there. Except being in downtown the hotel was very basic
- 5/5
The staff was excellent. Went above and beyond to help when my flight was delayed. Hotel was well kept and the breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet room. Easy check in. Parking available in lot across street was convenient. Breakfast was adequate and staff was helpful.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, breakfast. Easy walking distance to the center
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great breakfast.
- 3/5
There was cracks in the door. You could clearly see into the hallway and hear everything.
- 5/5
Staff were super helpful and polite. Room was well taken care of.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room
- 5/5
clean rooms and bathrooms. the only parking they have is valet which is $45 not the best. breakfast was amazing. staff was understanding and kind!
- 4/5
One of the elevators was broken and the pool was cold but otherwise it was great.
- 5/5
Everything was good breakfast was great place is in a good part of Denver close to lots of fun
- 4/5
It was acceptable for the pricing. Close to Coors Field as well.
- 3/5
Room had stains on ceiling and tub was broken , beds were hard and squeaky, pool was cold and was pure chlorine no joke the chlorine in that pool was horrible. Also it’s downtown so no parking vallet and street only
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and rooms were clean!
- 5/5
Everything is fine
- 4/5
Everything
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great location.
- 4/5
People that stay there are slobs for breakfast.
- 4/5
Very nice place to stay in. Walkable to so many places downtown! Elevator was broken during our stay which was a little inconvenient.
- 5/5
The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly
- 3/5
Pool was cold. I picked the hotel for the pool.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great and the best part of this hotel! It was nice that my family of 5 could be in one room. Not the best neighborhood surrounding this hotel. Hotel had several areas that weren’t the cleanest or well maintained. For example, the pool bottom was cracked, shower was dirty, bathroom faucet broken, and the beds were not comfortable. Couldn’t get extra towels in the morning due to Housekeeping not arriving until 9:30am.
- 1/5
Room was not very clean, valet parking was easy, breakfast was ok
- 5/5
The room was large and clean which i really enjoyed. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were weird and lookedplastic. The waffles were the best part of breakfast.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was fair. Valet parking too expensive!
- 3/5
It’s ok.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Quick check-in and a clean room. The main drawback is parking. The hotel does not offer complimentary parking valet is $45/day. The only alternative is a nearby public lot (not managed by the hotel) with reasonable rates ($14/day, $5 on weekends), but it requires renewing at 6 a.m., which is inconvenient if you’re trying to sleep in.
- 4/5
Great location walking distance to convention center. Save time as the hotel provides a hot breakfast. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.
- 3/5
Had 2 rooms and one had an issue with the remote for TV. Needed new batteries. Was told when called front desk there is no maintenance available. Did not need maintenance, needed remote batteries. Was told by gentleman at front desk “I cannot help you.” Then said the room could be switched. This is 9:30pm. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Location great especially for shopping
- 3/5
Rudely
- 5/5
The staff was so sweet
- 4/5
The hot rib has been tiled-in and the pool was quite chilly. One of the elevators was out due to remodel and it was quite difficult to get to the pool or gym anytime of the day and to get the elevator at all during check out times.
- 3/5
I was disappointed by the standards at this hotel chain, which felt more comparable to a Motel 6 than I expected from a Hampton Inn. While this may have been just this location, my overall experience was below average due to a broken elevator, a broken door, and a generally rough crowd, which seemed to clear by the next morning. On a positive note, both the breakfast and dining area were good.
- 2/5
No hot tub, pool was ice cold. Gym was closed and elevators were broken. Breakfast was good though
- 5/5
Got a queen suite, was really nice and spacious. Hotel is very clean, would stay here again.
- 5/5
Location is decent . It’s a little bit of a jaunt to stuff that you want to do, but it is a short lift or car ride to really anywhere. I think the price reflects that. Decent fitness room and indoor pool small but nice no hot tub. Breakfast seemed standard not great . Overall good hotel
- 5/5
I will definitely stay here again. With everything to do around it and the fantastic staff, amenities, and large rooms this is a fantastic value stay. Don't forget a delicious breakfast every morning too. What more could you ask for?
- 5/5
Room was clean, and overall facility was clean. Nice price, being that it was close to ball arena. Breakfast selection was so good.
- 5/5
Great spot to stay
- 4/5
Clean room, great breakfast, pool was pretty cold though
- 3/5
Room was in good condition. Staff was helpful. Good breakfast. No hotel parking lot unless you pay $45 for valet, but there is a couple parking lots for $5 you can use on the weekends. Otherwise it’s $10 a day during the week. The swimming pool was breaking everybody out because way too much chlorine.
- 3/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean. It was a good location to downtown and 16th street.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!
- 4/5
Great room. Had the two story suite. My boys loved the stay. Pool was good. Sad that there wasn’t a hot tub anymore!!
- 4/5
they could do a little better with room cleanliness
- 2/5
Expedia was the problem! The staff at the hotel was good! The location and parking was confusing and we wasted money with the public parking! Expedia miss represented where the hotel was and what was there. I wouldn’t be using Expedia again!
- 1/5
Room was very Smokey. I had to leave immediately and book something else.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
My favorite hotel
- 2/5
Amenties were not there! You have to pay to park daily or use the valet at $45 a day. We booked the hotel for the pool that advertise but the front desk informed me its been down for awhile now.
- 5/5
Great king suite. Very comfortable and clean.
- 3/5
No on site free parking
- 5/5
The Hyatt next door to your hotel really is a dump FYI, especially for being in the buisness district of a city.
- 5/5
Room was clean and their breakfast was great. Friendly staff.
- 3/5
There was what appeared to be a bloody finger print on the upstairs bathroom doorframe. My security door lock kept latching when we would leave the room. There for we had to wait got maintenance to let us in.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff was nice. Free parking would be nice, but understandable. One reason we picked this place was because it had a pool. The pool was shut down during our visit. Would have been nice to know beforehand.
- 5/5
Staff was great and location close to everything, breakfast was great too!!
- 5/5
Generous size room Decent breakfast, courteous staff
- 5/5
Room and service were great. Convenient location and you can’t beat the price for a downtown hotel. This is my 3rd stay in the past 6 months and I’ve had a great experience every time.
- 1/5
Shower water was not cold two days in a row. housekeeping just walked in with out a knock,
- 5/5
Super helpful housekeeping very accommodating
- 5/5
Nice room in a convenient location.
- 3/5
Room was good, parking sucks , be prepared to pay for your parking and if you want to leave and come back, you’ll be paying again . Downtown Denver problems I guess . Besides that , hotel was good
- 4/5
Great breakfast, clean spaces
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Everything was great. Will stay again
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
The rooms cost and site location made it a good stay. I would look to them again for an economically priced trip.
- 5/5
It was a great experience
- 4/5
Stayed here 2x staff are very helpful
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and there were different options each day. The staff was super nice and they allowed us to have a late check out. Will be staying here again.
- 2/5
My number 1reason choosing this hotel was it had a pool that my grandchildren could use. I called 2 weeks prior to our stay confirming the pool works. Yes. I check in asking if the pool works. Yes. I take the grandkids to the pool and there is a sign outside the pool door stating No it is not working. Additionally our toilet tank did not fill unless I wiggled the pump. I did notify them when it first happened. We went out to dinner only to come back and realize it was not truly fixed. I notified the staff, who are very kind by the way, and they said they would have to contact Expedia to get me a discount of some sort.
- 5/5
Loved the room! So comfortable and large. Everything was perfect. Great location.
- 5/5
Staff was great, breakfast was great with a great vatiety.
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious. We were on 6th floor, and the second elevator was not working, that was the only down fall
- 4/5
rooms were Very clean probably one of the cleanest i have experienced. breakfast was good too
- 2/5
Room didn’t look well kept compared to other Hampton Inn properties
- 4/5
Great stay. Would stay again. Would give five stars if the second elevator would get fixed.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
The room was perfect! Will stay again!
- 3/5
I've stayed at this hotel several times over a the past two years--one of the elevators has been out of order the whole time. Would the owners/managers fix the elevator already. It's like a joke from The Big Bang Theory already.
- 4/5
The room was clean and staff did great parking is a little tricky if you dont want to pay for valet parking
- 3/5
The front desk man was so friendly. Hotel pretty clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pool was freezing.
- 5/5
The staff, the rooms, the location and tje breakfast 10+
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Clean very spacious rooms
- 4/5
Good location. Reception staff are great and are happy to make you comfortable. Breakfast is no longer the best. Needs improvement. I used to frequent this hotel and can tell the breakfast quality has significantly reduced. It gets cold by time you come downstairs to eat. Imagine eating cold scrambled eggs. No non-diary milk. These are constructive feedback. I had a great stay and the staff are excellent.
- 5/5
Staff was great, place was clean. Walking to everything!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
- 5/5
nice, clean, convenient
- 5/5
Parking was terrible, having to pay for parking to stay isn’t right
- 4/5
Wish there were more parking options other than $45 a night valet.
- 5/5
1. Clean, large room with comfortable bedding 2. Good water pressure 3. Friendly, helpful staff 4. WiFi worked well 5. Better than average hotel breakfast 6. Many good dining options within a mile radius and hotel discount on GrunHub orders Cons: 1. No overhead lighting in the room meant feeling around in the dark for various light switches on lamps that still didn’t offer enough light. 2. Substandard lobby coffee (but I admit to being a coffee snob).
- 4/5
Beautiful room good food
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast, great location...Staff made a wonderful suggestion for dinner...
- 5/5
ok
- 4/5
Very clean hotel, and spacious room! Excellent location. Very dour man at front desk, not mean, but in no way friendly. The parking is ridiculous. The paid lots end at midnight or 6am, street parking is very minimal, so you will have to pay $50 to valet. The breakfast might be the worst we have experienced to date.g is
- 5/5
Very pleasant staff The valet were GREAT!!
- 5/5
Staff great. Room great.
- 5/5
room was great, and the staff service was excellent.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Great customer service! Would definitely come back again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean and great location. However, the breakfast had a little less to be desired but what do you expect for free?
- 5/5
Friendly service…. Good location for seeing various things in Denver. Value priced for an affordable stay!
- 4/5
The room was clean and made up nicely! The crew at night was friendly and very helpful.
- 1/5
One elevator out of order. Toilet stopped up upon arrival and it took maintenance several hours to fix it after talking to front desk several times.
- 5/5
We were able to check in seemlessly. Friendly desk staff and helpful.
- 4/5
Everything was good. Only negative was they only had one elevator working. With mutiple events that weekend, it was frustrating sometimes waiting on it.
- 4/5
Shampoo was out so I had to ask for another one
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Comfortable hotel, welcoming service and conveniently located at an affordable price. One of the 2 elevators was broken that lead to a lot of waiting to get up and down from the room.
- 5/5
Great breakfast.
- 5/5
The staff were great, the area was safe and convenient and the room was clean and well climated.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 4/5
Rooms are clean and spacious. Not much to do around area and it’s a walk of about 3/4 mile to downtown.
- 4/5
Ac fine but loud
- 5/5
Great staff, great room.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Okay
- 5/5
Breakfast was good
- 4/5
Great location, great room, comfortable bed, breakfast is pretty good, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Just don't get in the pool it was funky. And the valley costs quite a bit but that's to be expected in the city.
- 5/5
Peaceful and quite vacation.
- 5/5
Nice size room and quiet. Very close to the bus and with parking next door.
- 5/5
Super easy early checking. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
- 5/5
Loved the size of the room. Parking across was nice. Easy access to downtown
- 3/5
We had to wait for valet service. The front desk would call them. The oool was very dirty.
- 4/5
Everything it was excellent it just the parking lot is stressing
- 5/5
Great customer service!!!
- 1/5
Pictures look nothing like hotel. Receptionist was not friendly, I asked about parking, said use any of the lots, used one only to waste my money, my husband went back and asked and he gave him more detail - wasted $15 to only have to pay $15 more. Boogers were all dried on the side table. Fingerprints all over the room, windows, bed frame, mirror in the bathroom.
- 3/5
Parking is an issue .. there is a lot next door
- 5/5
This hotel is comfortable and close to different places
- 3/5
The only issue was with the swimming pool. There was to much chlorine in the swimming pool. My daughter's hair changed color. I had just paid $200 to get her hair done and dyed. The pool water completely removed the color in her hai. Next the Jewelry that we wear on a daily basis was seriously effected by the pool water. I'm hoping my jewler can get our jewelery looking like it did before entering the pool. I reserved and paid for the room through Expedia and the hotel tried to charge me a second time. If my card wasn't locked. I would have been double charged for the room.
- 3/5
We enjoyed a good night’s sleep in this clean, quiet room which was huge. The bed was wonderful. The bathroom was basic with new updates on the floor and tile. It is not an upscale.
- 4/5
Hotel was convenient to Union Station and eateries. Some staff friendly and they had cookies. We had king suite and it large and comfortable. Bed was extremely hard. We put extra blankets on mattress to add some comfort. One elevator was down the entire time. Long waits at times. We bought a coke zero from cantina and they charged our card 4x for it. 16.00 for coke zero- we are still working to get that taken off. Ok if just using hotel for a night or 2..if longer, look elsewhere.
- 1/5
Horrible stay always breakfast is empty 30 mins before the breakfast time and for my two days stay only one elevator was working out of two and several occasions taking stairs as there was 15-30 mins wait and I was in fifth floor. Nobody in reception cared about it. Price was very high and service below standard
- 3/5
The property was okay. It’s definitely older and on the edge of downtown. Dining options are limited. The huge issue was the elevator was broken the entirety of our stay - 5 days. The pool was hidden with zero signage in the basement through the parking garage. The door was always locked and we’d have to get the front desk staff to open it. The room was comfortable enough.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
While the location of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Denver was ideal (just a few blocks from the State Capitol and within walking distance of shops and restaurants), there were definitely some issues that need to be addressed. For starters, the ice machine on the third floor where my son and I were staying was out of order and so it was necessary to go down to the first floor every time we wanted ice. But the biggest issue was the lack of responsiveness. On our third day at the hotel, the toilet was clogged and backed up. We reported it at 5:30 p.m., but upon returning at 9:30 p.m., the problem hadn't been resolved. My son went down to the front desk and waited for 20 minutes while the only individual on duty hunted for a plunger so we could fix the problem ourselves. That should simply never happen. The one day of housekeeping provided was below par. Housekeeping did not leave any extra bath tissue and didn't bother to clean the soap dish, leaving a much used bar of soap rather than providing a new bar of soap. They also left an obviously used cup in the bathroom and failed to clean the bathroom floor. Finally, only one of the two elevators was not working and there were frequently long waits for the elevator. If the Hampton Inn wants to attract more guests, it needs to be more responsive to the needs and comfort of the individuals who stay there.
- 5/5
Great place to stay downtown Denver. Rooms are clean and nice and quiet. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Its walking distance for major concert venues. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional. They even let us store our luggage after checking out while we waited for our flight.
- 3/5
The hotel does not have its own parking, and charges $45 to have valet park your car. The lot next to the hotel wouldn't allow you to purchase the parking spot for the entire night, so I had to get up and pay for parking again at midnight because I was told they would ticket me for $90. The staff weren't super helpful regarding this. Breakfast was a gut bomb.
- 5/5
The only minor issue was a bit of confusion when booking, since there are two Hampton Inns located close to each other—one right downtown and another about a mile outside of downtown (where we stayed). At first, I was hesitant because the surrounding area seemed a little sketchy, but once inside the hotel, my concerns quickly disappeared. The property itself felt safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this location.
- 3/5
Parking is either valet, metered or in parking lot. Parking lot ends at 559am so if your not awake to renew its a citation. Valet is 45$ a night but with the meters being the best choice they are usually full right away.
- 4/5
I was disappointed that linens/ bathroom was not cleaned for our second day stay. When I commented on that I was told we needed to ask. Did not know that!
- 4/5
We got there at night and when I pulled back the sheets, there were long hairs on them. I called the front desk and they were very accommodating and changed the linens immediately. Overall the hotel was pretty average - breakfast was your standard free hotel breakfast - nothing spectacular. Hotel seems a little bit dated.

During my stay the elevator was out of order, which meant using the back stairs. Not very good when you have luggage to carry. I was offered no help by any member of staff.
- 5/5
Great location, staff are excellent, better breakfast than most places, nice pool and again, great location.
- 4/5
Hotel and rooms were well kept and clean. Elevators did not work for our whole stay so glad we were only on 3rd floor and not 5th but that was bad enough. They did comp the valet parking which would have been $45 a day so we appreciated that. Pool area is tiny with no hot tub. Gym has 6 cardio machines but only space for 1 person at a time to do weights. Beds were comfy but the pillows sucked. There are 2 hotels with the same name within 10 blocks (one is convention center) so make sure you are at the right one before you pay for parking.

While we liked our room and the lobby area we were very disappointed that the elevators were not all working so I often grew impatient and walked two flights up to our room.
- 4/5
Some clothing from a previous staywas left behind the window.
- 2/5
Elevator was broken so had to change rooms to 1st floor, no parking unless you want to pay extra. breakfast area not kept clean.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Only comments I would have was only one elevator working and the bathroom door would not stay open without putting something in front of it to keep it open.

Nice stay

It was amazing. Staff super friendly. Hotel was clean.
- 5/5
Loved the free breakfast

I was pleased with everything until I planned to take a shower and there wasn't any towels. The staff however corrected that as soon as I notified them. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.
- 3/5
A good stay for the price tag. They were helpful and provided an extra set of sheets when they were needed, but there was a horrible smell coming from the drain in the sink, among other various stains and scents.

Great stay

AC in building poor—none in fitness center. Ran out of breakfast items. Only one working ele

Several parking options available, valet, street, or public parking across the street and next door. We felt safe and comfortable. We were able to walk a sort ways to a fun restaurant with great food called the Campfire which made our stay even better. The room was modern and had the amenities we were looking for.
- 5/5
It's convenient to travel in the city.

Lobby was packed, a little kid playing with himself in the lobby with other unsupervised kids, guy walking around in the parking lot looking into cars, and no carts to carry our stuff in because people kept them all in their rooms. I’ve traveled the world and this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I would NEVER go there again.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay. Our room was rather dark, which made reading a book in bed a challenge. This could be easily fixed with some different lighting or stronger lightbulbs. We also found that the top sheet and the duvet were a bit small for the king bed. As a result, we had a tug-of-war with the covers each night. Again, this is something that should be fixable.

Found bugs in the rest room. Changed the room.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Convenient location.
- 3/5
Room furniture old. No smart TV. Elevators broken.
- 2/5
Staff was great. Elevator was out of service for the 4 days we were there. Had to walk up the star to the 5th floor with our luggage.
- 5/5
The staff is very polite. Only negative is only having one functioning elevator during my stay.
- 5/5
Love the Hampton. It was very clean and really nice. I would stay again. The only inconvenience was the elevators they were out of order and we were on the fourth floor.
- 1/5
First no a/c in room. Did not have accommodations to move room. Elevators both broken. Was on the 6th floor. Ice machines on floors 6 and 5 broken. I will say they did comp my stay. But area is full of homeless people. Sorr

They need to clean up around the building. We pulled into a paid parking lot next to the building after dark and saw a bunch of rats next to the building.

We booked here to be close to Coors Field and were able to walk to the game. Lovely hotel, immaculately clean. Wonderful staff and outstanding breakfast. By far, our favorite stay on this vacation.
- 5/5
hotel room was very nice and had all the right amenities. I appreciate having a hot breakfast every morning. The staff gave us to-go breakfast bags one morning which was really helpful with the kids. They were also really helpful with little things like getting extra towels, getting us plastic ware one night.

Great place. Very clean. Good location. A lot of room. Terrific breakfast!
- 4/5
Room was spacious. Parking is not included and expensive.

Great stay!!
- 3/5
Good commuter hotel. Room service and turn down weren’t done.
- 5/5
Everything was great!!!
- 2/5
The room had stuff splattered on the roof. The sheets had stains. The bathroom tub was warped The towel holder was not secure to the wall, and another guest in the hotel pulled the Fire Alarm at 2:30am in the morning. Was not given a discount for that alarm. Well, not return back to this hotel, or recommend people

Clerk at check in was unfriendly, and there were extra daily charges that showed up unexpectedly. Breakfast was cheap carbs full of sugar, unappealing fruit, and powdered eggs. One elevator was out of service, resulting in long lines waiting for available elevator. There was not a quality feeling that can be received at other locations worldwide. The final act was the fire alarm at 2:30AM, with no staff, just all residents pouring down stairwells in pajamas in the middle of the night. Just a horrible, unprofessional, disappointing experience.

Everything was great

The elevators were down and we were on the 22 nd floor. And the kids were hungry so we had to walk down to breakfast and they were not prepared. No where to sit and hardly any food. And there was no free parking we paid $75 to park for one day! Was a horrible stay!!

A nice place to stay in downtown Denver. The full breakfast was a treat! The valet attendant was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
It was very nice and clean. Everyone was so professional

Do not stay here
- 4/5
Overall clean and convienient location close to downtown.
- 5/5
offered valet parking for $45, but we ended up parking at a lot right next to the hotel and paid a lot less. The breakfast was a pretty basic hotel breakfast. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect for that. Front desk person wasn’t the friendliest, but that didn’t affect our stay. I would recommend this place for families especially, because they have pack and play for kids.
- 3/5
The stay wasn’t the best experience I’ve had. The pool was over chlorinated and barely filtered, our door into our room, made massive noise every time it opened and closed, and the breakfast was horrible and cold. Not at all the experience I’ve had at other Hampton Inns. For the price they charged highly disappointing.

Always nice
- 5/5
It was nice and friendly
- 5/5
No hotel parking
- 5/5
Easy. Clean. Safe. Parking expensive.
- 1/5
Front counter staff was rude and acting like you were bothering them. No on-site parking no handicap parking unless you pay for it so if you have belongings in your car, your car is not parked at the hotel. It’s across the street or down the street where the homeless are walking around
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
The hotel is well situated, with the state capitol building visible from the front entrance and other major landmarks within a 10-15 minute walk. We were able to check in early and had a very spacious and clean room. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Pool area was fine but would have loved a hottub or sauna. Overall a good place to spend a night or two.
- 5/5
One downside one of only two elevators broken again.
- 5/5
Cool hotel downtown
- 4/5
No free parking on site. Valet is $45 for overnight, paid parking lots around, or metered street parking if you can give it. Nice hotel if you like paying to park
- 5/5
Great hotel, walking distance to good restaurants

Gwen (at the front desk) was really helpful with telling directions in Denver!

Great stay

One of the elevators isn’t working. It takes forever and nobody is working on the problem. The breakfast area was so unsanitary and disgusting that I completely lost my appetite. At 9:00 am they had these fake cold watery eggs, no bread or bagels, and there was waffle batter all over the place. Trash was overflowing in every trash can. The floor was gross and sticky. Everyone’s hands are touching the plastic utensils because they’re stuffed in these containers. The cereal dispenser looked like children were just dumping cereal with no bowls underneath. Every table was dirty. I will be notifying the health department because this place needs to be held accountable for its lack of concern for its guests. I literally had to tell the guy who checked us in at the front desk that when a guest arrives he needs to greet them or maybe find a different job. This place needs a lot of help.

Great experience, great location, room was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful

Miss gweny was a huge help! Lovely staff, clean rooms
- 4/5
The parking was nice however on the website it says parking but doesn’t mention you pay $45 per day for valet parking. Also, the pool made my girls eyes burn after swimming for just 5 minutes. There is another hotel with the same name just a few blocks away. We mistakenly went to the wrong one. They should consider changing the name since the front desk person said it happens all the time! It was clean. Overall a good stay.
- 4/5
Good clean rooms, parking not included in rooms but breakfast is. One of the elevators was out of service making for long waits and crowded elevators. Staff was friendly rooms were very nice. Overall pleased with our stay.

Front desk also great.
