Loved how clean the rooms were and how close to shops and restaurants it was! The shuttle driver was especially kind and helpful with my luggage when dropping me off at the airport!

This property does not provide breakfasts. You cannot get extra towels, it was a one for one exchange which is absolutely absurd. They didn’t even have hand towels to dry your hands off, you had to use up one of the two washcloths they gave you. When I asked about getting extra towels there was one guy that was very condescending in his tone when I asked him questions. The bed was very uncomfortable and was very squeaky when you would get on it and turn during the night. The bed slid around because it was on a hardwood floor and was not secured to the wall or a headboard. The location was good, the room was clean. They don’t put curtains up either, it’s just faux wood blinds so when the sun rose at 5am it was already light in the room, I was not okay with that at all. The walls are VERY thin. You literally hear EVERYTHING. People talking, people doing (adult things) on the bed. There just seemed to be very little privacy put into this rather newer hotel. The price for the room was reasonable, we stayed for 4 nights as we had flown in from Texas for a concert. Though the property was decent I would not stay at this hotel again.

As a result, I was forced to pay for two Uber rides, completely negating the benefit of booking a hotel with shuttle service in the first place. The situation was frustrating and stressful, especially after travel, and the lack of support from staff only worsened the experience. Clearer shuttle communication and more supportive customer service could have easily prevented this situation.

We missed a flight connection and had to book for the night. The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable and the airport shuttle runs every half hour and it's on time! Only problem was no free breakfast or even coffee. We paid for the "continental breakfast" but were denied when we tried to eat. Otherwise, nice place.

Love the hotel And very close to the airport and comfortable
-
Our blackout curtains didn't work
-
No table or light on one side of bed
-
I was not told at check in that there was an additional charge for parking and a ticket was left on my car

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was professional and friendly. Definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay at. I am dissatisfied with the requirement to pay for parking while being a guest at the hotel. This policy appears to be financially exploitative.
