Great location, helpful staff, delicious breakfast.

Ambushed by a $16 per day parking fee…..it’s uncovered . They had an issue with the sprinkler system which balked and caused an overpowering smell to permeate the entire hotel. They had a yellowish sludge leaking near parked cars and a side entrance. I had to call the GM to get them to get the contractor to power wash it

Excellent hotel. They have airport shuttle to and from hotel. Staff are all very friendly. Breakfast buffet has plenty of food options. The rooms are updated and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped which makes eating in quite convenient. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. My family really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was logical stay for us due to a flight cancellation. They had a nice shuttle to the property from the airport. The staff was exceptionally kind, room was comfortable. They have a dinner each evening which is one of the reasons we selected this hotel due to being tired and not having a car. We slept fine and were able to take the shuttle to the airport the next day on time! They served dinner, and normally this brand of hotel has decent food, this was really terrible, like “not sure what they were thinking” terrible- some kind of gloppy meat on a stale bun terrible. Even my husband, who will eat anything (!) would not eat the rest after a bite. I didn’t even bother getting a plate as it didnt look appealing to me and I didnt want to waste. The only other thing was a toxic smell that was super strong due to some kind of maintenance started that evening and was still present when we left.

The hotel is close to the airport and there are many food places around there. Large suites and very comfortable.

Property was extremely clean. There were extensive breakfast choices. The evening wine and cheese in the lobby was a nice plus. The bedroom had a ceiling fan which was appreciated for keeping the air moving. Would stay again if I needed to stay near the Denver airport again.

The location of this hotel for airport travelers is great. The breakfast buffet was better than expected= lots of choices and variety. Renee at the desk was so very helpful and efficient; we appreciated her at our late arrival! The hotel seems to have been renovated and was clean and comfy. However, I would not rate this a 9.2 hotel... it seems as though some hotels are either being rated by Ai or some other means. This was definitely in the 8 range and worth the price and location. It is just frustrating when something is advertised and doesn't live up to the expectation.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, plus point is the Airport Shuttle but also 15-20 minutes by walking you can can find the Train Station and ride the train to Union Station and walk through Downtown Denver.

We weren't expecting such a nice room for a cheap stay near the airport. It actually felt like it should have cost more..but I would return just because its so affordable, so nice, and close to airport. I wish I had stayed longer than just a very short night (flight at 5 am) to really appreciate everything. The room was so comfortable and the staff was really friendly!

We had a great stay! Staff was helpful, shuttle was efficient with friendly drivers, room was comfortable and quiet, we enjoyed the pool and workout room on our unexpected layover and breakfast was better than most. We enjoyed walking to dinner at Applebees, Costco, and 7 Brew. Would definitely stay there again.

Great facilities and room, location was good. But disappointed when they mucked up my airport shuttle booking however staff were quick to respond once we realised and luckily I had plenty of time to get to DIA.

The guest service representatives who checked me in was ruelde and extremely short in her responses to me. The dame representative was rude to my guest as well. The reason why I chose to stay is due to the hot tub which was working but lukewarm not hot. I had been to this location several times but this was my last.

Room was Spotless. Hotel was spotless but since giving review 5 days before @ the same hotel they started charging for parking. As of January 1st 2026, they started charging for parking. We will be looking for a new place to stay.

This was our first time in Denver and I chose this hotel because they had free transportation to and from the airport and it was close to Costco and Walmart. The staff was super helpful and kind. The breakfast has definitely good varieties. I would definitely recommend choosing this hotel.

Quiet, clean, spacious room It is advertised as being Denver international airport hotel but that is deceiving. It took almost 15 minutes to get to the airport. I needed a hotel much closer to the airport.

I love the location to the airport and the ability to hop right back up on the highway to head into downtown Denver. The rooms are clean and the suites are home away from home.

WiFi was very spotty in my room unfortunately, hopefully that can be fixed. I also had to leave the parking lot to get service in order to begin my GPS. Also don’t stay in room 131 if you’re a light sleeper. Folks started coming in and out the exit door adjacent to 131 early morning(understandable) and woke me up. The cleaning staff was very thorough and spaces were very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean, well appointed. Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I liked the location near several restaurants within easy walking distance. The exercise room air conditioning was not working and the management had a letter of apology on the door. There were boxes of bed frames in the hallway. I suppose they are renovating the rooms at the time of our stay. The hallway was hot on our floor.

Great food at Wednesday managers reception and breakfast. Pool is closed but we had no problem swimming at the Hampton next door. Very nice and comfortable suite. Wish we’d have had room cleaned however.

The room was almost perfect, deterred only by the old lettuce smell emanating from the disposal which hit you immediately when you opened the door and entered. The beds were lovely, very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The light on the nightstand between the two beds was flickering for some reason so couldn’t leave that turned on. The sitting room area was pretty lovely. But for some seriously unknown reason to me, the crowded hallways on our floor, which was every hallway on our floor, that were being used as storage space for identical massively sized boxes, we were not informed about prior to coming across them. The young woman at the front desk who checked us in was entirely rude to us and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by “making” her do her job checking us in. I don’t know what her deal was but I’ve never been treated as such in ANY Hilton I’ve been to all over this country. Rude and condescending is not ever a good look. We could barely get her to tell us where the elevator was at before she left to fill her water bottle, again, as if she had better things to do than assist us, paying customers. Overall: everything I saw inside our room was pretty darn great, the front desk employee on the other hand, very lacking.

Nice overall, but high waywas very noisy aparently all of denver thinks that road is a racing steip for there rice burners ans sport bikes, and some of the guests were very noisy at night. Which i guess cant be helped by the company. Other than that great place

We stayed for a week. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, there was free breakfast in the morning and the room had a kitchenette making it easy to cook in the evening. They also have an evening happy hour. The hotel is in a quiet area and has free onsite parking, with food options nearby.

No working heater in room. Water leak in building causing the hotel to shut off the water each day during a 3 day stay to attempt to fix it. Pool down hot tub down and guest laundry down. Absolute insanity to even think about charging 110 per night.

Many of the rooms only have a shower. This is unclear on Travelocity website and the hotel website. If you want a shower/tub combo I think you need to choose a "two" room suite, but I am not certain. Also, do not take room 126, it has an AC closet in the corner that transmits all the noise from the rooms above, but worse, the gutter drain runs down through this closet area and if it rains you will hear all the water draining/dripping from the roof, quite loudly.

We stayed the night before our early flight and paid to keep our vehicle there while we were gone and came back to find it broken into and that they’d attempted to steal it. We had to file a police report in order for management to release camera footage and during my call with the Denver PD dispatch I was informed there are many vandalized and stolen vehicles in Gateway Park, where this hotel is. She even stated it should be a requirement that information be widely known prior to leaving your vehicle, even overnight. Nice place, bad area to leave you car.

All clean, spacey, look new. The dishwasher did not work (room 208). The shuttle to the airport is OK, but you have to pay attention to details (where to stay, communicate to the hotel desk in advance) in order to be picked up. Shuttle takes people from a number of hotels, so be ready to secure your seats.

They let us check in early and were very friendly. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

Very comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. Room was spacious and free breakfast was really good and fresh. I usually skip the "free" breakfast at most places, but I literally wanted to ask for a to go box to take more with me. This will be a go-to hotel when needing to stay near the airport.

Stayed to attend a soccer event for our grandkids, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Free parking, our kids stayed right across the street and had to pay for parking. Definitely a good option compared to other hotels nearby

Other than the handicapped room at the end of the building which was very inconvenient to get to the Lobby and Breakfast, it was satisfactory. However food quality at breakfast was inferior.

Free parking and airport shuttle service complete the package. An excellent choice for an airport hotel.

Pool has been out of order for 3 months , reason we stayed with my kiddo. With they would post something about it where you book rooms. Best breakfast for sure. Big water leak in hallway when showed up. Clean and rooms are nice.

We stayed here for 1 night during a layover, and loved everything about our short stay. We arrived in the evening and the outside was well lit, the lobby was clean & very inviting. The staff was very friendly, and we were promptly able to get to our room. Our room was spacious, and had a full kitchen & couch, and had a big shower with complementary shampoo, cond. & body wash in the shower area. The bed and pillows were comfy, and extra blankets were in the closet if needed, but our room stayed warm enough where it wasn't needed even though there was a foot of snow outside. Hotel was very quiet, we didn't hear anyone, or any outside traffic. Breakfast was exceptional and impressive!! Real plates, cups & utensils were used, not paper & plastic. Nice variety of food & not your typical standard hotel breakfast. Donuts, croissants, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt with toppings, fresh cut fruit, boiled eggs, oatmeal with toppings, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, pork carnitas with toppings, flour & corn tortillas. I was stuffed!! Shuttle to & from airport was fantastic as well. We really enjoyed our stay & will stay again if in the Denver area.

The hotel is so quiet and the best is cozy and the rooms have a lot of space. It exceeded our expectations and we look forward to the opportunity to stay here again.

It was new, and very clean. Our suite was awesome, and the employee couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We weren’t there long, but we will go back.

Loved everything about it, except for the Jacuzzi which was closed, but they did offer the Hampton’s Jacuzzi walking distance away. My dishwasher wasn’t always reliable, had to call Maintenance 2 out of 4x to show me how to turn it on and it wasn’t the normal way but a hack way. Room 111 had a slow drain in the tub. Very Clean Facility and the Hot Breakfast Choices were amazing daily.

The property was nice. Loved my room but the next more on my way to the car, discovered someone had tried to break into my car and completely tore off my door handle.

There was an additional $50 charge (hold) put on my card for incidentals which was not disclosed at anytime. I am still awaiting the refund 3 days later now, so anticipate this. The service was awesome. The location is great! Awesome amenities. Clean room and comfy bed. The ac and heat in the room worked very well. I have peace and felt like home away from home. The front desk receptionists were very polite, courteous, and helpful. Also the shuttle service was prompt and helped me with my bags. I did tip. I will stay again. Oh and breakfast was complete with plenty of variety.

The hotel and room was really nice, exactly what we wanted. The front desk person was rude and didn't seem to care about me getting locked out of my room, twice. Up and down 4 fights of stairs to get my room keys reactivated. First time, she blamed them being deactivated on me, both keys? The ones she reactivated didn't work so back down 4 fights of stairs to get new keys again, found out she made the keys for the room next door... back down 4 fights of stairs and again, blamed it on me. I took the stairs because my husband was waiting outside the room with our young dog and hands were full after coming from my son's wedding. The room was nice and across the street from a variety of shops and restaurants I don't want to deter anyone from the hotel because of one rude clerk.

Hotel staff did not want to help, told me it was my property not theirs, They couldn't do anything about it. Was very noisy, bed pillows so flat could not sleep. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing, Stayed at many homewood suites before, and this one was the worst. The pool was not even in service and was not aware of it until after checking in. Will not stay here ever again.

Missed our flight connection to Denver. Called hotel and told they would approve cancelation but only after Expedia. Only had a cell phone and after five attempts to get to an Expedia site that would process cancellations I gave up. Impossible to find a phone number and talk to Expedia. It was midnight or so, so I can’t believe someone couldn’t have helped. Consequently I will have to eat my Denver hotel plus my layover hotel. Very unhappy about this situation.

The chair in the room was peeling and gross and the walls were dirty and scuffed in the bedroom, but the bed was clean and pillows were great. The towels were well stocked and the soap lathered well. The complementary water was really nice.

We picked this hotel specifically for the pool as we are a family of 5. The pool was closed. Went to their sister hotel to swim, and came back to our room to shower and there was absolutely no hot water in our room. To top it all off the whole place smelled strong of marijuana. Terrible experience and the manager was not helpful. Would never go back.
