Be prepared to have to pay $16 for parking yourself in their parking lot. Which is ridiculous since I already paid for a room I shouldn’t have to pay to park my car there while I am on property. Everything else was great but I do not agree with the parking fee!

Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed pool and fitness centers. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was having to pay for parking. Didn’t seem necessary as parking was plentiful.

The room that we got for our weekend getaway was very spacy. It was pretty clean but there were some dry food stains on the work chair. Beside that, the room was great. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the breakfast was AMAZING. Shout out to Alicia who continuously came around asking if everything was ok with our food and to Shelly who was very helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was excellent, so well maintained, excellent variety and food options, quality was good. So smart to have two waffle irons and coffee stations in multiple locations. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly, helpful, and timely. We definitely recommend this hotel and will consider staying there again during future trips to the Denver area. I am super happy I decided to stay at this hotel. It will be my go to hotel from now on before my flights out and back even the shuttle was amazing. I really wanted to give this hotel five stars because the breakfast every morning was perfect. The hot tub was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful, and we loved everything about the room. However, unfortunately, after staying for five nights, we realized that we both developed extreme itching from bites/rash of some kind all over our legs after sleeping in the bed so I believe they need to investigate what that might be and maybe make sure the bedding is being changed properly.

Excellent place to stay near the airport

After dropping off our rental car we spent the evening exploring the nearby areas on foot. I felt very safe walking around. There is a couple of small ponds with a walking path nearby. Several restaurants right outside the hotel. The room was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised that the room had a microwave. We had lunch at Casa Bonita across town and had a lot of leftovers, so we were able to enjoy it warm. The room also had a coffee maker on the counter in the bathroom which I thought was unsanitary. We didn’t end up using the coffee maker because of the free breakfast. The continental breakfast had a good selection. They had seasoned omelettes, sausage, biscuits, and gravy for their hot meal, as well as the usual selection for continentals. After breakfast we took the shuttle back to the airport. The shuttle was clean and the driver was helpful and very friendly and sociable.

Satisfying. Room was clean. I didn’t have or use house keeping. The bathroom , I’m not fond of the showers with the sloped shower floor. There is no grip on the slope at the curtain area. As a person with intermittent balance I find it slippery and dangerous. Especially as there is no way to mitigate the water all over the floor. I have to place towels to at least absorb the water before it is a problem. I did not used the shuttle. The parking fees were unexpected, and added to my cost of rental I had not expected. My refund from deposit was credited back to me quickly. I understood the purpose and it did make check out quick. So I won’t be surprised with it in the future.

I asked for a wake up call and it didn't happen. Connecting to the internet was not straight forward or easy, password provided did not work, backup method was not straight forward, needed help from the front desk.

During my stay, I asked for help with the laundry facilities and later with the computer/printer, and in both cases the front desk staff was not very helpful or service-oriented. The overall attitude felt indifferent rather than welcoming. I also had an issue with the airport shuttle. My understanding was that it was scheduled for 3:30, and I arrived around 3:32–3:33. When I asked for help, I was simply told that it had already left and that I should have arrived earlier. More than the situation itself, what stood out was the lack of empathy and professionalism in how it was handled. The hotel may be fine overall, but the front desk experience definitely needs improvement.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel shuttle: Fred, John and other drivers service was punctual and the driver was professional and helpful and they speak English and knowledge. The front desk staff: Fernando and Sally made the check-in process seamless and welcoming, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the entire property. The housekeeping team does an incredible job. The room itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities: swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym equipments, mini store behind the front office and compliment hot tea/coffee etc. I have already recommended Hampton Inn Gateway to my colleagues, and I will definitely be returning for my next trip to the area. First, calling the hotel to tell the shuttle I was waiting was easy peasy. It arrived in the time frame I was told. Second, everyone from the receptionist to the pantry ladies were super friendly. And finally the room, was clean. Sheets didnt smell like cloroz but fresh and the tub was not slimy at all. They had some toiletries and these days thats a big deal! Oh, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you so much. If I could suggest anything, itd be to have a bar. 😁

Young hispanic staff at night doesn’t know how to treat customers right, she doesn’t have any skill to be at the front desk.

When attempting to report the crime, the GM was little to no help. Treated me with a "well this is Denver and break-ins happen attitude.". I asked to review the security footage but was told that they needed to catch-up on payroll, etc.. I was still charged $50 for my parking and zero adjustment for my stay or troubles. I guess in the end, I was able to get some cardboard and a roll of tape out of the deal.

Convenient for a whistlestop coming in from the plane. Very standard but comfortable. Nice greeting from the desk and good access to the room. Quiet. Breakfast was pretty good but the room it is held in was not comfortable. Chairs and tables were a bit random and more like a bar. The sunlight was dazzling and few seats were out of it. The small store contained some frozen possibilities but not a lot for hungry late arrivals and there is no bar or food service in the evenings otherwise.

We are in Denver for a soccer tournament. We stayed at this hotel because it is close to the airport and the car rental drop-off. The location is great! The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast selection is delicious, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff were courteous. The facilities were dated, room cleanliness was average, and the bed mattress seemed like it should have been replaced by now. Providing room service every other day reminded me of COVID days. It would be nice to get daily room service. Television was cumbersome and lacked many channels. Most importantly, the shower's hot water was hit or miss. Very frustrating when one is trying to get to work! About what I would expect for the price.

Clean spacious room. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfect for us. The only problem I had was with the heater blower motor, which hardly put out any air. A hair dryer could produce more airflow and I told them when I checked out. Outside temperature got down to the middle 20's overnight.

I was greeted upon arrival with a very friendly, helpful receptionist and my room was extremely clean and well lighted. Amenities included a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and iron…all of which came in handy. I needed an airport shuttle very early in the morning which was right on time. Since I was too early for breakfast I was given a bagged one which was very considerate. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful , staff was nice. My issue was with the charges for parking and my room had 3 trash cans with no bags in them. There was a constant alarm sound coming from either a room next to me or above me and i was there 4 days. Came for work, but was unable to check my emails from the room as i was having nothing but issue with the wifi. The website wanted you to pay for different types of wifi.

$12 for parking is ridiculous and is not stated when booking room. When someone in another room takes a shower you hear it throughout the hotel. Sheer curtains only so you have street lights etc

We were so glad to be back at the Hampton’s Inn at Gateway park. The friendly staff makes traveling with children more enjoyable. Thanks for having high chairs available and to the ladies that do the breakfast for putting cartoons on for our early risers. Also I love that there’s always coffee, water and tea downstairs.

We were only there one night to be close to the airport, but I have to say that the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Will stay there again in the future if I need to be near the airport. Also need to mention that the price was very reasonable when compared to the other hotels in the area for that night.

Clean rooms, good size rooms, maybe get some firmer pillows. Hot tub didn’t really have a lot of power coming from jets. The worst experience was the elevator being down for 3 days. Still wasn’t working when we left. General manager did not seem to offer to bring bags down due to the fact that I’m partially disabled and we were 5 floors up. It would have been a nice offer.

It was nice that there were so many dining options around but the pool was so so cold. Our room was supposed to have a handheld shower head and ours didn't work. At all. And there were also stains on the carpet AND a stain on our comforter, which I didn't see until we woke up this morning. Gross.

The property is convenient to DEN airport and several chain restaurants. Also if you need to fill up rental car with gas before return Costco is just up the road 1/2mile or so. You get what you pay for... basic Hampton Inn room but clean and met the need. The $12 parking fee was a surprise though. Take that into account when shopping hotels in that area.

The late night shuttle took a while but got us where we needed to go. When we arrived our room was in disarray, broken ac unit, open appliances…but when we told the front desk, they quickly gave us a different room. Breakfast was hot and easy to access. A reasonably acceptable room but with an idiotic flaw that the curtains can't shut fully due to the track system used results in a permanent gap between the curtains. The rooms look tired with basic facilities, although have very large modern TVs if that is a consideration. Overall acceptable, but not great.

Facility and rooms in excellent condition. Staff were super friendly. Ted’s Montana Grill was a short walk for dinner. Airport shuttle available.

I just recommend maybe updating the carpet etc. but it’s a really nice hotel. Comfy beds. Good for a weekend trip. Also has airport shuttle!!!

Only complaint would be the noise of the AC/Heat unit.

This our favorite place to stay when we go to Children’s. It’s safe, easy to get to, close enough to several good restaurants that we can walk and their breakfast is always good. The rooms are clean and everyone who works there is super helpful.

We specifically picked this property for the shuttle to the airport and the hot tub. The hot tub was down. Someone cancelled our shuttle but didnt tell us. We found put at 3:30 am when we showed up. Lucas at the front desk was very apologetic and was able to get us on the 4:30 a.m. shuttle however it left us rushing to our gate.

Great hotel- clean and a great breakfast with options for everyone. The pool was clean and in good shape and the suite was spacious. Only hiccup was checkin- had to wait for our room to be ready, even though we arrived after 3. It didnt take too long though.

We picked the hotel because it was close to the airport. The room was large and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

the customer service was terrible

The property is well kept and convenient to the airport. There were two stands outs and they were both staff. Maria saved the day with her quick response to a potential problem and another gentleman who worked the night shift who made sure to have the answers to my many questions. This hotel is one that I will go back to again and I would recommend to my family and friends.

Philadelphia to San Diego. After a long day of delays and flight cancellations due to bad weather on the east coast, we missed our connecting flight in Denver to San Diego. This hotel was a welcome rest stop for the night. Free airport shuttle service was a necessity and much appreciated.

I wish all places were set up like this hotel. This is a beautiful hotel. Comfortable and the bests feel soooo good to sleep on. Great beds and good tvs. Everything was perfect!

We had a great one-night stay here as a family. We got in late but the shuttle service accommodated our family and all of our luggage/ski stuff. We had a nice breakfast (the food and staff were great) and then the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub while I picked up the rental car to the mountains. The shuttle service back to the airport to pickup the rental car was just as simple. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff and good amenities. We would definitely stay again

Sucks having to pay for parking but otherwise the staff are all wonderful and the hotel is nice and clean. There are a few details in the bathroom that need attention I’m sure it’s just due to the humidity from people showering.

Everything was great, the housekeeping team was excellent, every day they did a great work, remember always leave a tip it is a hard work.
