    It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was nice. We ran out of towels, washcloths, tissue and cups for coffee and no one came to replace them. I booked a room for two days, no one came to replace anything nor clean the room or make the beds. The firepit was broken, not working, the heated pool was a regular pool because the heat wasn’t working and I went on day 2 to swim in the same pool and kids had threw towels, cups and plastic all in the pool. Also, it’s a regular parking lot, not a garage and they charge $14per day. The best perk is that the hotel is in walking distance to multiple restaurants and it’s conveniently maybe 15-20 minutes from the hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Close to the airport We had a really bad night with poor sleep because of the pillows in the bed. Terrible low quality, I mean really bad. I would throw away and get better pillows. The toilet very low. I think will not meet code.

    Room was awesome and staff was very friendly. The overall value was good. However it took over thirty minutes to get someone to answer the phone and get the shuttle sent to pick us up from the airport. This had us sitting outside waiting to be picked up for almost 45 minutes. The breakfast was a $17 upcharge when it was your standard "continental" style.

    We made a reservation around 8PM after discovering that we were stuck in Denver for 24 hours. i picked it because the listing said there was a free airport shuttle. Once we made the booking, I tried calling the front desk to get instructions on where to pick up the shuttle. After about 10 calls, letting it ring for 5-10 minutes per call. Nobody ever answered. Other people waiting for the shuttle had the same experience. Fortunately, the guy finally showed up, but the shuttle was a minivan, nowhere near big enough to handle the number of people waiting for shuttle pick up. We were able to get seats, but it was a brutal wait. When we got to the check in at the front desk, no phones were ringing. Clearly they had turned off the Ringer, probably because there was only 1 person checking everybody in. The manager needs to make sure somebody's available to answer the phone or else they will continue to leave people SOL at the airport.

    Very rude answers, no alternative solutions. When I finally arrived to the hotel after paying $50 for an Uber, I saw the shuttle was parked there and the driver seemed bored as if he was there the whole time. I also asked for blankets to be brought to my room but same rude front desk lady said they have no guest room service so I should go I pick them up myself. I picked this hotel because of the reasonable price but also because offers transportation from and to the airport, if transportation is not guaranteed, they should make customers aware upfront and not after landing from a 10hr long flight with hungry kids; this is completely unacceptable. For this type of hotel, they should first train better their staff to provide good customer service and second the facility most always be ready to resolve customer needs. Will never use this hotels again and don’t recommend at all.

    The front desk staff were nice and accommodating. Check-in was smooth. Although, the breakfast choices were limited, it was still good for the 2 days we were there. The room was clean and okay for our family of 3 however, it wasn’t as spacious as we’d like as we had plenty of luggage so it did feel a bit cramped. Also, we didn’t like that the bedroom door was a sliding door, it didn’t give us (the parents) much privacy. Overall, we still had a good experience and would stay at this hotel again.

    Booked the hotel because of the free airport shuttle service. Arrived to check in and was told the shuttle at the time I needed was full, so I booked a Lyft. When I went to catch the Lyft at 4 am, the shuttle driver was there and offered a lift. I then found out that three people had cancelled and I hadn't been notified that the shuttle was in fact available. On top of that, the room was extremely hot and the thermostat was broken. It was loud and there were doors slamming all night. Would not stay there again.

    Worst experience I've ever had at a Hotel. My truck got the window broke out and vandalized on the morning of 11/26/25 as did several other vehicles. No Police showed up. The TV was on the blink for hours and when I called the front desk the clerk said there wasn't any maintenance staff on duty at that time. After hours it finally started working. Elevator lights were out and elevator was very slow so I took the stairs. Tiles in the elevator floor were loose. I requested a do not disturb sign because there was none in the room and I requested no housekeeping, but housekeeping came anyway and moved my stuff around. I would not stay at this Hotel again and with the name and reputation of Hilton I would have expected more.

    The ease of getting to the hotel was wonderful. The food from the restaurant was good. The driver for the airport shuttle was moderately helpful but commented that we had alot of luggage and stood back for me to unload from the van. Unfortunately, the box spring on the bed appeared to be broken at the foot of the bed, and we were put in an ADA unit but did not need those amenities.

    The facility was fine, the front desk attendant the evening I arrives was rude. She seemed annoyed that I interrupted her phone time, and made rude comments when I questioned if I would be getting Hilton Honor points on this stay.     This shouldn't be a Hilton. The owners have a cash cow that they milk but do not feed. There is one 6-person van, and it only runs once per hour and thherefore fills up quickly - so while their advertisement of van service to/from the airport is technically true, it is effectively nonexistent. We were left at the airport after waiting over an hour because the van was full, so had to take an Uber to (and from) the "hotel," $35 each way, so an add $70 to whatever cost you are expecting. Once at the...let's call it a hostel...there was one person working the desk, so a long (long) line to check in - over 20 min wait, and there were people behind us who waited longer. The rooms were shoddy and just not what you think of as Hilton. Terrible service and terrible upkeep - lots of better options. If I could give this 0 stars, it still wouldn't reflect the experience.

    I chose this property as an overnight before a flight and for the 24 hour shuttle service. Upon arrival I discovered it was on the hour,not every half hour which several other hotels have listed on their webpage. It would be helpful to have this listed. We had an early morning flight and this shuttle schedule made it a half hour earlier.

    There were some downsides. We heard everything going on in the room with the adjoining door. And I mean everything. The door really needs to be better sealed and insulated. There wasn’t a proper blackout curtain, making it difficult for our child to fall asleep. The mattress was uncomfortable. Our conditioner bottle was empty. They did immediately provide us with a new bottle once requested.

    Maybe other people had a different experience, but I had a room across from the elevator, and you'd expect maybe less space under the door, but even then, the walls are extremely thin and I could hear the television and conversation of whoever was around me. The shower head did not push out much water at a time, the toilet continued to run, I had to turn it off at night. The bathroom door was too large and did not close. I'm lucky I barely slept so I was awake when housekeeping knocked and entered when I wasn't checking out. The outside grounds are covered in duck feces, which is not great when coming in at night.

    Advertised as having a restaurant but yet its not open until 4pm. The menu is not what you will see online. Its a mexican food menu that doesnt even have basic mexican dishes. The menu is very limited and we had ended up having to walk to a restaurant off the hotel. Its the only reason we choose this hotel since our airline flught had been delayed until the next day. No car for transportation so picking a hotel with a restaurant was our priority.

    To be honest, very disappointed with this Hilton location. Bathtub had many cracks on the bottom. Didn’t shower because i didn’t want to hurt my feet just in case. Bedding was missing the cover sheet. Also, outer layer was very itchy. I could not put my arms on it and had to tuck them inside. Bathroom was weirdly designed. Hand sink was very narrow and couldn’t put much stuff on it without them falling into the basin. Only good thing was the size of the room, which was odd because they could have at least put in a couch with all that space. It did not have one. Only huge empty space in the middle. And what really got me upset was the fact that when i booked it, it said breakfast was included, which i found out it wasn’t. It was available to purchase but i never got that option at purchase through Expedia. They wanted $15 a person for their breakfast. We’ve been on a 2 week road trip across America and I’ve stayed at 14 different hotels so far and this one really disappointed me, and at the higher price compared to the rest of my hotel stays. Very dissatisfied.

    Unimpressed. Customer service was absolutely non existent and no maid service along with waiting for 2 hours for TOWELS and when they were delivered, the woman was talking on the phone yelling as she threw the towels in at 10pm

    A little disappointing to be honest. The gym and pool were under repair, so no use of these, and no knowledge of this prior to visit. Strangely, there was no maid service. I was there two days and the second day when I get to my room, no one had been in there. Perhaps eco-friendly attempt? I am fine reusing towels and whatnot, but no trash pickup, refreshing of coffee supplies, etc. Walls are thin - guy next to me was in a not-loud conversation until late, which kept me up for a while.

    We have stayed here number of times, but the beds are always extremely uncomfortable. We decided we won’t stay here anymore as the beds are too uncomfortable and we don’t get good rest of the night before travel.

    We had a great stay. The room was clean and the front desk staff were helpful. It was a bummer that the pool and gym were closed, but had I read the details on hotels.com, I would have seen they had listed that it was out of service for maintenance and upgrades. I just wish hotels.com would stop sorting them into the group when a person filters it by locations with certain amenities. But that isn't the fault of the hotel, that is the fault of the website. All in all, it was a great stay.

    Arrived very late off a flight. No parking available. Rude front desk agents. Wasn’t in the room for longer than five minutes when I receive a call saying neighbor was complaining about me. Construction going on with no heads up from property. No hot water. Hair dryer wasn’t functional. I would never stay here again.

    I chose this property it had free airport shuttle. So I booked the room, then called to be picked up and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. But she told me I was welcome to take an Uber, which I did ($31). Then when I checked in, I asked to be placed on the shuttle list for the next morning. She said “oh that’s full” So I had to take another Uber the next morning ($45). This is a hotel that is supposed to serve the airport if they are going to advertise shuttle service to the airport they should have the capability to accommodate their guests.

    Booked based upon rating and free airport shuttle. Property is clean, safe, and staff friendly. My only hesitation is that while it is booked as a fully staffed hotel with restaurant, it's really just a glorified Days Inn style property. Definitely not worth $200/night but that seems to be the going rate in the area. No other complaints.
