Honestly the housekeeping is very disrespectful the rooms have roaches everywhere because they don’t make any of the people with pets actually clean their rooms. The second floor by the elevator smells like a dead body. They DO NOT use policy. The female that works days is only nice sometimes we both had a crush on each other but I have never witnessed someone so money hungry. The Men who work the front desk are professional and understand that without the people you don’t have business. I lost everything and the woman allows for housekeeping and the maintenance man to take your belongings. I honestly wish I made a better choice for my temporary residence. If you’re looking for an overnight stay cool. But extend stay go elsewhere. They don’t even have breakfast. Non smoking rooms get smoking room bed linens. So the room smells like smoke if they don’t wash them properly.

My only complaint was not having access to the laundry room. There was a small fire that started from a dryer and a week later the laundry room was still not available. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay!

Staff are good people. However I have been extending my stay and I was told I would get my refund back and have yet to get it. Bank said transaction details don’t exist from what was reported. Moral of the story pay attention. I’m rightfully due my refund.

Room felt neglected. Microwave handle was broken and dirty inside. Bed very uncomfortable. Soap provided but no shampoo, found a little critter on the wall upon awakening.

I had to use a towel to catch the dripping. Also, the coffee maker doesn’t work and they’re extremely strict on late check out and will charge $20 if you’re not out immunity at 11am. This is a motel and not a cheap one at that. It was $85 for a terrible terrible stay. If it weren’t for age restrictions on other hotels, I would’ve left IMMEDIATELY!

My A/C broke the first night and when my room was moved someone was cleaning the new one and didn’t tell her I was moving. The cleaner was a very sweet lady but didn’t speak English so she wasn’t sure what wasn’t going on, I felt bad that she was put in an awkward position. The guy fixing the A/C in the old room didn’t seem to want to wait for me to get my stuff out and had the door propped open while I had my cat with me, so not great, it was very tough to carry her and everything else at the same time, not sure why it couldn’t have waited two minutes. Also a lot of highway noise, the room smelled strange and there were some very shady people hanging around. It’s fine for a cheap stay if you’re in a pinch but otherwise I would look for something nicer, there are a LOT of options in the immediate area.

We booked a non smoking room and they didnt have it and put us in a smiking room which smelled so bad since we are not smokers but the lobby itself smelled bad itself. The sheets had burn holes in them and the air conditioning wasnt the greatest.

They tell me I will get the deposit back when I check-out, but my guess is they took my money immediately and it will take days to get back into my account, if after I leave they determine I didn’t damage anything.

Better than most Studio 6's out there. The pillows suck and they need to provide more or better ones. Very noisy

Moreover thr room is full of cockroachs, that's very bad. The motel surroundings are not comfortable and is far from everything, even from the bus station.

Equipment microwave did not work! Fridge froze the food. Dirty and loud! Unsavory clientele. Not safe.

The room smelled awful. I told the front desk but they didn't offer me a different room. The bathroom was not ADA compliant. The a/c did not keep the room cool, also mentioned to the front desk. They tried to get my credit card even though I had already paid online for the room and a cash deposit. There seems to be quite a bit of illegal activity happening on the premises and no security presence at all.

Convenient location going to medical city hospital for surgery. Room had all you need with fully equipped kitchen which we barely used. Room was spacious updated and clean. Only complaint I have is the pillows were very poor offered no support. Either new pillows needed or more. Elevator was long walk for disabled person. But at least it had one. Would stay again!

This place is so noisy that I could not sleep. The pillows were so non-pillowy that My painful neck kept me awake all night. The ceiling lights would not work so early morning the room was dark. There was no way to ask for a room in the back of the property away from the highway during my attempt to secure a room. The room is extremely sparse but could be sufficient for a person just overnighting before a hospital visit BUT even at that the conditions with the extreme road noise flat uncomfortable pillows and no room lights for the 5:00 AM departure for the hospital was unacceptable.

It was a very comfortable room and the check in/out process was very quick.

Very convenient and great price. We were visiting Texas, but needed something fairly close to the airport, but not too expensive, along with being able to cook as well.

The room was nicely cooled and had a clean smell when i walked in. It was quite and peaceful.

First room they gave us the AC was not working. The 2nd room they moved us to the air worked great but room had a horrible horrible smell most of the night making it difficult to sleep.. Unsure what it was but chalked it up to coming through the air vent from ac since we were next to the laundry facility and office area… smell resolved around midnight - 1 am.. otherwise pleasant stay.

Horrible!!! Beds were bad, bathroom wasn’t clean, pillows were terrible, bad service they were very rude. Bugs were everywhere. Floors were nasty and hadn’t been cleaned.

No complaints I will definitely stay again for the price!

Very clean and parking right outside the door. It was quiet. I never heard anything from neighbors or outside. Nice big bathroom. We didn't need it, but there was a nice dinette with stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. My only complaint was trying to get the room cool enough during the night.

Upon checking in, the clerk was rude. One of the rudest I've ever dealt with. Then told me i booked a smoking room. ARGUED with me. I showed her my reservation and she said it would be 35.00 to get a job smoking room... even after i showed her the reservation. I finally gave up room the smoking room. Walked in, it smelled of cigarettes and weed. Went back to the office and she finally admitted she was wrong but "is hard to change". Awful service. Room was ok. Not worth the cost.

The room had a potent smell of smoke that wouldn’t go away even with a fan and the AC on. We asked to change rooms, and all of them were in the same situation. There were people outside that were noisy all night, and the area was very bad. We did not ended up staying there.

Their was roaches everywhere and the pillow case had slotches of red. I can only assume it was blood. Disgusting.

We were approached by a security guard multiple times as we were trying to bring our bags in. We were told we can’t be in the parking lot and even asked why we kept coming to our vehicle even though it was clear we were carrying luggage!!! There was other groups of people standing around outside doing nothing and the security guard didn’t approach them. Our bathroom door was broke and wouldn’t stay shut. We also saw several roaches on the floor the next day as we were leaving!!! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!

The room was clean but the smell was terrible. the worse is that I asked the receptionist and she told me that all rooms were like that. After an hour I decided to leave and another receptionist told me that they do have non-smoking rooms. I don’t know why the first receptionist lied to me.

The room wasn’t clean at all. There was dirt/mud inside, it stunk like smoke! Really bad, the guest staying next door played music until 3am. I tried calling the front desk but the phone didn’t work.

Room exceptionally clean service was amazing. it was kind of hard to sleep with the loud music outside and the people gathering all hours of the night I saw security but I don’t think they were really doing anything I was impressed with the hotel, and I probably stay there again

The cleaning lady came into the room an took a blanket off of the bed that did not belong to the motel and it does not seem that we will get it back.

Location was fine, close to Baylor Medical about 10-12 minute drive depending on traffic. No breakfast. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, roaches crawling on the floor, room was clean enough but very out dated. I was suppose to stay for 2 nights I checked out the next morning.
