Don’t recommend. Wouldn’t eat the bfast because I don’t trust anything had been cleaned. Not a great stay at all.

Nothing it was dirty It was dirty called to get new sheets nobody say anything back and just hanged up on and got the new sheets and there was a cigarette burn on it and stain also and I found a bug in the room

There was no ac in the room and the showers would randomly go cold then back to hot. Sheets were stained and dirty and the faucet in the bathroom wasn’t even connected so there was no place to wash your hands. We left after the first night.

Tuve una estadía de una semana y estuve cómodo en este hotel. Las habitaciones no son las mejores pero tienen todo lo necesario. La piscina y el jacuzzi están muy bien. El desayuno es el típico desayuno de hotel, así que no puedo decir mucho. Debe mejorar mucho el gimnasio, que está muy poco equipado y la mayor parte del equipo está en mal estado. El estacionamiento es amplío y la ubicación es excelente para alguien con acceso a un vehiculo.

The room was in poor condition, the check-in did not align with Hotels․com price guarantee, the pillowcases were dirty and i had personally walk them over to the front desk to ask for clean ones. The other room we had also had dirty sheets and the room was not presented as it was on the website.

The building just looks dirty and stained. The chairs in the room are also stained. The bedding sheets are dingy. Weird smells. The desk had some debris on it and was clearly not wiped off.

I loved our stay here, it was very convenient for our weekend plans in Dallas. The hotel was only 15 minutes away from our destination and it even had a hot tub and pool to enjoy :) I will definitely book again !
