Grody is maybe too kind a word. Only highlight: the shower pressure is phenomenal. Which is good, because you’ll want to sandblast the experience off your skin. Would not stay again unless all other options involve sleeping in a hedge.

We have stayed at plenty of “motels” and this was by far the worst. Drug dealers and prostitution and pimps. We couldn’t even get out of our vehicle it was so bad.

Overall stay was not the best. We found roaches in our bathroom & mice droplet our last night there. The bed sheets, pillow cases etc (bedding furniture) was nearly a nude color with plenty stains all over the sheets, pillow cases, bed cover and even blanket. We had to tell front desk to bring new everything that were actually clean and white sheets. Dirty crumbs & Burn stays on the blanket as if someone was smoking in the bedroom with no care. Ac/heater doesn’t turn off so we had to unplug it if we didn't want to use it. Pool wasnt available during our stay but if it was I highly doubt I would have gotten in.

Parking doesn’t feel safe. I booked 3 room for non smoking! When I went into the room and inspected first before moving in my stuff, the room straight up smell like smoke and triggered my asthma. I went to the receptionist to request room change since we are unable to stay in smoking room due to our health history. The receptionist stated that they are fully booked and was unable to accommodate, but there were still people coming in to the hotel to check in.

Absolutely not! They're were vagrants hanging around the little cold asack where the lady put us, way in the back . We felt as we were being set up to be robbed by the people who were living there. We didn't feel safe at all, so we checked out 30 minutes after checking in, but when asked for a refund she said no cause we walked into the room already. Terrible I'll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND POSTING IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA TOO.

I do not like the fact that I'm paying almost $100 and y'all can't trust your clients let alone AKA customers with a microwave I should not have to go to the front of the office and risk my life coming out my room in the wee hours of the night to use a microwave it does not make no sense to be done almost paid $100 a night furthermore I'm not happy with my stay all that stomping above my head all night i requested the upstairs room if she didn't have one she should have brought that to my attention so I could have booked me another place to stay once I already paid her online that is she told me there is no refund I'm not happy as a loyal member I was here on a business trip and if this the type of service that y'all are referring us to then I'm really up the creek without a pedal because this is not good at all to be downtown away from all the drama low-key hotels to try to pick a five-star hotel that does not have a microwave and they keep stomping overyour head all night I will not be coming back to this hotel I would really appreciate it if they. Try their best to meet the accommodations of their customers that pay online that is and up front what I'm saying is you should inform me that you don't have an upstairs you just gave me the key looked at it you didn't even think to even look at my recommendation of me wanting to be upstairs it was for a reason I work and it look like they was up there partying all night I'm not happy with my stay and I will not be coming back

The hotel was decent but needs to be disinfected with deodorizers and bleach. It needs to be clean and wipe down with scented sprays to give it a fresh scent. Our room smelled dingy and some smoke lingered in the air.

Every time I stay it’s always exactly on point. A good sleep and safe stay when I’m out in downtown.

First room I got had roaches and lots of dust, spiderwebs, and hairs everywhere, it looked like it hadn’t been rented in a while, and the ac had mold in the grille. Instead of transferring me they let me borrow a broom to sweep the floors, if it wasn’t because I mentioned that I was going to request a refund they wouldn’t have moved me to a different room

The room smelled weird. The sheets were dirty. There was leftover food from the previous guest in the fridge. There were bugs in the bathroom and the fridge. The hair dryer was nasty and broken, and the front desk denied replacement. No shampoo or body wash was provided. Just overall terrible experience.

The room was good for the price, the restroom was a bit of a mess. The shower head was not secure in the wall so it would shake. The ventilation would blow into the shower causing water to go everywhere and would not remove the moisture after using the shower causing the “paint” to bubble up from the humidity and was already pealing in some areas.

Well I was told that I couldn't be able to rent another room due to the effect of me leaving a bad review.. But when you have rodents and other pest spotted on top of the horrible customer service the employee Khunshi provided... It would make it unenjoyable then you have to go all the way to the front just to warm up your food because I don't have any microwaves in there The studio 6 is not even built the way most studio sixes are... I've never known of one to not have a stove... And I'm putting multiple reviews into one This is all that I've experienced the time that I've been here.. and when I had asked the employee to pull up the camera after she confirmed it had audio she didn't want to do it until after I was no longer around and claim that they looked at the video so I was wrong.. She didn't say that she didn't say it She just said I was wrong...

Unfortunately my review will be negative - The bed sheets were stained, the pillow cases were dirty, my room smelled like weed all night long and my room floor was very dirty - If you dont mind these inconveniences the rate is great.

This was my 4th or 5th time to stay here but it will be my last. I spent 2 nights without sleep because if the noise above me and I reported it twice and it never stopped and they claimed to not have another room though the parking lot was half empty. The desk clerk said they’d try to give me a discounted stay but she never did anything. I was told the people above me had a 2 year old. Well a 2 year old has no business being up at 1:30 am stomping on the floor and they moved their furniture every night. My entire Thanksgiving trip was ruined with no sleep.

Stuff was falling apart . Lighting from a horror movie . Homeless man living out of his car in the back . 5+ signs saying lock your vehicle and hide all belongings . I checked out an hour after checking in and decided to drive 4 hours home after a 4 hour drive there . Spending all day in Texas, Going to a concert exhausted and did not want to even sleep in the place I paid for . Do not go here

We’ve stayed here three times because of price and location. This third time we were given a room w no door on the bathroom as we requested handicap room. The closet doors to the bathroom area however fell off right away we just shoved that door in the corner. On either side of our room was people w suspicious activity. One room played music extremely loud for about half an hour. There is no breakfast and the coffee was horrible. Also beware there’s like a back path area that looks like people are living in or at least using for something shady.

When I arrived at the front desk to check in the lady was rude and dismissive. I had to wait for my room to be ready, not a problem. My problem was my room was filthy. The tub was disgusting. It had hair in it from others. I walked from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were black. The mini fridge was broken and sitting on a piece of wood. When I went to check out the guy was ignoring me and was on his cell phone. It was terrible

The room was dirty with web and cigarette butts. The sheet looked unwashed with marks left from previous customers on the bed head. When we asked for a different room, the front desk just bluntly denied. Not until I pressed harder then I got a new set of sheet. But even then, he gave us a hard time and horrible attitude.

You get what you pay for, the staff was able to answer most of my questions at any time during the day. The place is in a really good spot and there is a dennys across the street. Parking is pretty secure and there are multiplying cameras with great lighting. Ac works really well.

This is the second time I've stayed here. I had booked another property that canceled my rooms for showing up after the check in. Not only did they accommodate me but theybalso gave me a discount since I stayed with them previously.

Hotel was old and dirty no microwave in room hookers roam property just unsatisfactory hotel door dash doesnt even come to the location.

Affordable and clean rooms but run down property. Equivalent deals next door and across the street. Ok for quick overnights but not to impress the wife.

I liked most everything but the fact the pool closed at 7pm. So we were unable to enjoy it as we got in at 6 then needed to eat before swimming.

Very safe place, accessible to be in the area. Good attention from the hotel staff. Everything was fine. The best of all is that I was able to be with my dog without any problem.

I had a great week long vacation stay. Room was clean and had plenty of space with a bed, sofa and desk to set my laptop up at. AC worked great. Staff came by at the same time every morning to make up the room or replace fresh towels. The building is on the older side, but what you'd expect for the area. Great budget, no frills stay.

Floor was so disgusting I asked for it to be cleaned twice then it wasn't so bad but requested they use just clean water and was told by the manager "water will ruin the floor".... See pic of what my feet looked like after 5 minutes of walking around in the room. And then he got upset with me when I showed him the dirty washcloth after I cleaned my feet and said he'd have to throw that away! My thought: clean floors=clean feet=no dirty washcloth, simple!

The people are generally nice here and I feel safe at this property and it's close to a couple of restaurants but the floors were just horrendous! I showed them how black my feet were and they did come in and clean again the next day but it was almost the same so I went down and they came in again the next day and cleaned and I asked for just clean water in a clean mop to be used but the manager told me they can't use water on the floor it will ruin it! So they spray some kind of cleaner and then just mop with that and so it leaves kind of a sticky residue which seems to attract but I think I will try the sweet but they have the next time which has carpeting.

Room smell bad, pillows smell and look like the have never change them for clean. I asked for a quiet room inside in front of pool and she gave me the one where people is just outside talking, smoking by the back stairs. Not sure what part of quiet did not understand.

Location and Budget are two things I think of for this motel 6. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Got there, first room bathroom door didn't close. Got a replacement and same thing, restroom door didnt close unless you force it. During my stay i encountered roaches, stained sheets, towels. I tried to disregard all the reviews online and give it a chance. This was the worst hotel i've stayed at. Never again.

Wish property photos had updated photos of all rooms. Walls were different. Was not what was pictured, bed sheets had some stains but the main sheets were decent and didn’t see any bugs so didn’t complain. restroom was cleaned. decent for the price. Had a roach the first night someone came and made the bed cleaned up our trash and gave us more towels when we were out for the day. Took care of the dead roach too. Definitely appreciated that. no security deposit. Ya get what ya paid for. Room was stuffy looked at our ac unit filter definitely needed a good clean filter was super dark and dirty. Had a smell to the room kinda assumed it was the area. The keys de magnetized on our the first day was a simple fix and the desk lady was helpful. Probably wouldn’t stay again in that specific room. Might need to spend a few bucks if ya want a better room.

My stay was very pleasant, accept for some of the other guests behavior, with that said, the staff was very professional and ready to answer, take care any problems that occur, as a military veteran I want to know if I can receive a military discount for my stay? I reserved my stay for 14 days, so I'm supposed to check out on June 5, instead I checked out a day earlier June 4, I'm I entitled to a one day refund? Overall I had a wonderful stay.

Door was busted at the bottom and was not flush with the frame. Linen still had stains. And baby spiders all over the place. We did not end up staying.

The service was nice and it didn't seem particularly dangerous but those were the only pros!! The room was very run down and dirty!! The bathroom door wouldn't close because the floor is warped and you couldn't walk barefoot in the room without your feet turning black!! I was glad it was a short stay!!

Terrible experience, dirty room, dirty bed sheets, dirty bed, I booked for 2 nights and had to leave the next day, in the closet there were dirty clothes that weren't ours, terrible

What we didn’t like was there was a weird odor when we first entered the room. The window was open like they were trying to air out the room. Yes it went away after turning the air on. The other thing was the tub drain it had hair in it not a little a lot.

Filthy rooms everything from toilet to tub to several pairs of used women's eyelashes under the beds. No amenities that I paid for. Smoking room on outside room. Inside hotel rooms have the promised and booked couch with coffee maker , working fridge, carpet non smoking. I was purposely by the manager given nasty rooms. But after he assigned my room made me pull it up to give them a 5 star review. That is the only reason this motel has one. Pay the extra money and book anywhere else . This part of Dallas only has scuzzy rooms with homeless and drugs everywhere. Seriously run as fast as you can. I was offered no compensation for the hell trip I endured here. I was out the money and had no choice but to stay. Pay the extra and stay in a different location with a nice property. This is the worst room I have ever seen. I'd rather go camping at least it's cleaner than this was.

I checked in early with the manager who I told I had never stayed there before. I was charged $20 for early check in and received a room that is worse than a campground. There was poop cakes up in the toilet that wouldn't flush, the tub was horrendous and I couldn't tell if they were clean sheets or dirty because the beds were made. The fridge did not work and I did not have any of the amenities I had paid for booked for. No coffee maker, ice maker, stained towels and sheets. Sheets were not only stained but dingy off white. Under the beds (was supposed to have king but was ok with 2) were several pairs of women's eyelashes along with a ton of grime. The bedframe was metal and loud when moving on the bed. Beds were ok for comfort. The amount of pillows did not suit the size of beds. 2 small pillows I was afraid to use. I had to go down and ask to borrow cleaner because the manager informed he could not move my room despite all the open availability that was posted online. I cleaned the tub and toilet before I used either of them as the manager said housekeeping could come the next day despite me paying for a clean room that day. Right off the bat when I called to ask about switching rooms I was told he would swap out the non working fridge for a working one. I was given one that just froze everything and not allowed to switch despite the uncleanliness of the room. 6 days later my new room had been cleaned with poop water or smelled that way.no compensation for anything.

We booked online and on the day of didn’t end up staying. The road looked safe but the motel was dirty and unsafe. The lady at check in was rude. When we booked we asked for a non smoking room. And when we arrived she said the only rooms left were smoking rooms. As soon as we walked in to our room, it smelled dirty. The bathroom was dirty and looked as if someone had previously used it. We walked out immediately and rebooked at a different hotel.

The young lady at the front desk was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Other than that, the stay was not good. The motel is run-down and shabby. The bathroom door would not shut because it was too big at the top. There were cigarette butts and other trash lying around. The sidewalks were in disrepair. The air conditioner was noisy.

We were there for 2 nights. Room looked fairly clean until you pull covers back. Sheets did not appear clean. Roaches were everywhere. Bathroom, bath tubs on the dressers and behind the head boards. When ask for clean towels you could not get until you gave them the used ones. It smelled liked pee all over.

It was a great stay I got this hotel cause it was the lowest in downtown without a extra deposit $100 I enjoy my stay here

Additionally, the room was supposed to be non-smoking, yet it was filled with a strong smell of smoke and marijuana that couldn’t be masked no matter how many air fresheners I tried. The gym was always closed, dirty, and only opens at 8 AM, which is an odd and inconvenient rule, especially for guests who leave early. Overall, the hotel is below average and simply not worth the experience.

Both of the rooms were EXTREMELY dirty. The sheets had yellow stains ALL OVER THEM and the pillows were stained black from dirt. The first room was horrible. After asking to be moved, twice. Each room was dirtier than the next. Hair all in the bed. Stains on the wall. I’m pretty sure one of the rooms had blood on the wall. We took pictures of EVERYTHING.

Overall, my family slept okay, but that was pretty miraculous after my son climbed into his bed and found an empty cigarette packet in our non-smoking room tucked between the sheets and some ketchup? blood? on the sheets. The beds were comfortable and the service was fine, but not a great cleanliness experience.
