The staff were nice and welcoming The room had a bad smell the sink area wasn't well cleaned and the bathroom also seemed like it was not cleaned properly the toilet did not flush completely it would take long also I wanted to get in the pool I was told the pool was closed so I will be looking for a different hotel next time I visit Dallas

This Fairfield Inn delivered! - Clean room, great breakfast, and really helpful staff. Because it has merged facilities with Courtyard by Marriott next door, you can enjoy so much more at this hotel for the price. Smart Marriott!

Breakfast was delicious with very friendly staff. The room was clean. There weee computer problems at check in which took an extended period of time. We were part of a wedding party and there were items that were supposed to be in our rooms on arrival. They were not and we had to go looking for them. The brides family was very disappointed. Everything was in good working order in the room.

The overall feel was that it needed a good clean. Things were okay for an overnight stay but the lobby floors were sticky, carpet is old. The room we stayed in had a torn curtain, stains on bottom of curtain and bathroom had mold around the caulking.

Breakfast area is very small, therefore it was hard to properly eat when a lot of people where there. Plan your breakfast run accordingly! 100% recommend and would stay there again.

We enjoyed the late breakfast on Sunday morning. Even though we were right behind the front desk we never heard any noise. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The only nice thing is the Marriott Courtyard shared with the hotel. The omelette was delicious.

Rooms were clean the breakfast was good. They had someone parked in the parking lot blaring their music from 8 pm to 10pm. Other than that it was quiet.

The hotel staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, despite being placed in the bonvoy “quiet zone”, we had a dog in the room next to us who barked constantly all morning and late afternoon while we were in our room. Dogs should be placed as far away from other guests as possible to not bother anyone. Otherwise, again, the staff was great.

Breakfast was good. Parking lot is short and tight. There are roaches in the room, also in the refrigerator. I was done when I saw that. I will never stay there again. I really was skeptical to eat the breakfast after seeing roaches.

Didnt get the room I reserved . Check in was simple , did request the room I reserved and was advised (respectfully) I could canceled and look for another hotel if I wanted as they were over booked. Other than that the stay was decent ..

I cannot say enough good stuff about this hotel. It was clean. It was relatively easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. There was a high school band there at breakfast time this morning and the staff kept up very well and kept the food well stocked and were always kind. A special shout out to Paul, the man who checked us in. He could not have been more helpful. Anything we needed or any questions we had he was able to take care of and always had a smile and a kind word. The Fairfield needs to make sure they keep him!

Breakfast staff was so rude! Over spilled syrup and chocolate pieces put into waffle maker. Along with no signs indicating topping were not allowed . Slamming dishes because she was mad. Not our fault she chose that job! After that I called front desk for towels and one towel had a literal poop streak. Have the photo to prove it. Paul who worked the front desk carried that whole hotel! Friendly from the beginning! He was the only one who made us feel welcomed and comfortable! I traveled here from Corpus Christi so I highly recommend you don’t book there you aren’t missing out on anything!! Oh and the hotel keys don’t work for all doors so was forced to walk straight through the main entrance.

The hotel is very nice - appears recently updated and was clean and fresh. The staff were helpful; the front desk clerk that checked us in was super! This is a nice hotel at a good price -- BUT there is a restaurant/bar super close by and on Saturday night they had a band outside that was LOUD. During the evening until 10 pm we could barely hear our TV. The music stopped shortly after 10 pm, thank goodness.

Breakfast selection was great, parking was was also easy.

The hotel is situated in a very busy area of Dallas and off of the hwy So, there was considerable street noise.

The passageway had litter in it and that was unsightly. I think the staff are doing an amazing job with a worn down property. At least the bed was comfortable and had no dust or bed bugs but my expectations were really low.

Super convenient and close to our training facility. The front desk clerk, Barbara, was amazing in making sure we got everything we needed. A hot breakfast was exactly what we needed before heading to the training facility every day. We will stay there every time we are in Dallas.

Cleaning room service is not regular

The room was very clean and comfortable and the property was safe and quiet. The breakfast was varied and quite delicious. But the best part of our stay was the wonderful staff - especially Barbara at the front desk. Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We will definitely return.

Room was nice, we had to change rooms because the door lock wouldn't work. But Eric was super nice, and moved us to the room next door. Who h I appreciated because I had a 2 yr old and her mom who is handicapped. Plus we were also close to the door on the first floor. That was amazingly wonderful for me, since I was in charge of luggage.

This is my 2nd time staying at this location. Staff is always friendly, check in was quick and easy, it's not in a super sketchy part of town, and rooms are always clean. It's obviously not the Ritz-Carlton, but for the price, this is a great hotel. I really appreciate the complimentary breakfast, talk about a lifesaver (and timesaver). Not sure what the issue was, but it seemed like it was difficult for Uber/Lyft drivers to find, but that could have just been issues with those apps. Overall, I really like this spot, there are, of course a couple things I could complain about, but again, for the price, it would just be trivial little nitpicks. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Left the hotel with bug bites all over my body. House keeping only came 1 out of the three days we were there. My mom literally found a eyelash cluster stuck to her foot from the floor.(we don’t wear eyelash clusters).

Second time we stayed at this hotel due to location. The room was clean and comfy but they did miss a dirty hand towel that blended with the shower curtain. Also, the shower curtain needs to be longer so that water doesn't get on the floor. Breakfast was great but go early because the staff puts juice away early.

The renovated rooms were nice and comfortable but the rest really was not so great The elevator had a strong smell of mildew and the place was pretty run down. Breakfast was less than great with barely a couple ingredients…

The location was perfect for my purpose. The staff were super nice and friendly. It’s not a complaint but the housekeeping staff confused my room more than a couple of times and that caused a little bit disturbance. But otherwise everything was perfect!

Great location!! Sent a special request for an earlier check in-more than 2 weeks before my actual stay, never received a reply. Smelled like cigarette smoke when I walked and Front desk was very awkward and not welcoming at all. Could not find rules on pool hours. Breakfast lady was griping out loud and showing attitude when someone used the waffle maker that was “down” - which had no markers or sign stated not to use it because I almost used it myself.

The staff was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the hallways had nice carpet on the third floor. I had the waffles so breakfast was delicious but they did have quality sausage. They had run out of coffee, I asked someone if they could make more and coffee was ready in about 5 minutes. The bed and pillows were comfy. Parking was $11 but that’s a small price to pay for security! A new window and whatever is missing out of your vehicle would be much more expensive. I felt safe in the hotel and parking lot. I would stay here any time I visit Dallas! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and you can not beat the price!! Would highly recommend

The chair cushions are nonexistent, and the upholstery is torn and worn out, creating a poor presentation and uncomfortable experience. The building with the fitness room needs attention. I was going to go check it out but when I opened the door to the building it had a bad smell so I didn’t want to go in further. I was going to check it out later to see if it was better but didn’t get a chance. Breakfast was okay. No microwave or safe in the room but it has a nice sized refrigerator. Plenty of towels and bed was very comfortable. I was able to walk to my event at the Dallas Market Center easily. Also walked to the Rodeo Goat restaurant—good food!

Furniture was very dated, the tub faucet dripped nonstop, and the tap water had a strange metallic taste. Walls were paper-thin, so noise carried easily. The location was good, the AC was cold, and the bed was comfortable, but that’s about all it had going for it.

Friendly staff! things went well. The hotel is an older hotel that is in good condition. Could use and updating of wallpaper and carpeting. The pillows were wait too soft. not much support at all. But the room overall was very nice.

The Fairfield Inn served its purpose, it was close to the hospital and my friend’s house. It was clean, the staff was friendly and I felt safe. My only complaint was they charged $10 for parking. I did not see that in the property description.

They were amazing. While I was at the hospital with my husband my oldest daughter had a medical emergency. They were wonderful helping my middle child. They were with her and my son until I got there. They also told us they could arrange another night if we needed it. I can’t say enough

Very pleased with the location of the hotel. Close to interstate and within walking distance to many places to eat. Very quiet , clean area. Also the breakfast was surprisingly good. I don’t care for continental breakfast even when included with room price but this one was tasty.

My restroom door didn’t lock but i was by myself so i was fine with it. Overall I had a good stay, I was there for a concert and I would recommend it, it felt pretty safe in my experience. It is also next to a Denny's so that is good. I wish there was a trash bin in the restroom though along with trash bags in the bin, as a girl it was important to me so I just used the ice bin bag.

3 bus loads of high school kids running up and down the halls. No USB ports for electronics. Kids were prank calling my phone late at night, early in the morning. Getting breakfast was a major ordeal with the kids cutting in front of you in line.

This was our second stay here and the staff were great again - helpful and friendly. It’s not particularly updated, but it is clean and safe which are huge pluses in my book. I would recommend this hotel.

Convenient to some places I wanted to go to. Too many hotels couldn’t figured which one I rented from. There is 3 or 4 different in all in the same parking lot

Unlike most short stay accommodations, I was very pleased with the fact that my mold/dust allergies were not sent into overdrive - the room was clean, smelled fresh, no sign of mold, mildew, or musty odors. Above all else, that made my stay very comfortable!

The hotel its self is a little bit older and outdated, but we found it to be clean and it was good enough for a 2 night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful as well. Good value for what you got.

The guy at the counter was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful when I checked in. The room was clean and everything worked well. Usually if I try, I can find something to nitpick about, like loose outlets, no back on the remote, or something, but this room was very well kept and well put together. The beds were nowhere near as hard as a lot of hotels I've been to, they were actually quite comfortable. Solid breakfast served in the morning, including hot food, like eggs, sausage, etc. Even a later than usual checkout, at noon instead of 11:00 am. Great experience all around. I hope to be staying here my next time in Dallas!

This place is a bit dated but for the price & location close to hospitals, etc, it’s very good. Our toilet had a very loud flush but everything worked…was clean, & breakfast was good. I always want protein for breakfast and they had eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal…and the usual carbs like waffles, bagels, etc.

Came for WESA and definitely wasn't disappointed with the accommodations.

It was a good set up. Attended a rave athe market place, which was only a 10min walk. Good little bbq spot around the corner too.

Clean fairly quiet easy to get to hotel. Staff was fine breakfast was decent (had all the basics).

That said, the hotel is old, and the rooms are not well-maintained or cleaned properly. My original room had hair in the bathroom and a hanger on a picture in the main room. Also the heater was not tested - when I tried to switch from Cool to Heat, the system started to burn and triggered the fire alarm. Luckily they moved me to another room but it was chaotic. The housekeeping and maintenance staff do need to do better. All in all you do get what you pay for, but the front desk and breakfast staff are wonderful.

We had a problem with the front desk when inquiring about our room being cleaned .Tge gentleman was not at all friendly or very approachable when asked about having the room cleaned .We had called him from our room and he advised he would call back once he spoke to housekeeping we never received a call back .We spoke with a room maid who was doing a room a few doors down and she said she would do our room within the next 10 minutes .We waited for her but when we left the room she was no where to be found.We told like to be given the run around and told lies .We had no option but to speak with a manager by the name of Nick who was extremely pleasant and professional and really took our complaint seriously .We were not looking for any kind of discount we just wanted to be treated with courtesy and respect as one should be when staying in one’s hotel .Nick on his own accord offered us a nights compensation which was extremely nice of him .the night before we left after staying 4 nights we asked the lady that was on the front desk (16th nov ) if we could possibly receive a later check out perhaps for an hour or so but she responded not in a very pleasant way that she could let us stay until 12.30 pm which was not exactly giving us a late check our ( 30 minutes ) Not the most accomadating we have to say and with a real attitude that you can tell there was no way could request that extra 30 minutes until 1pm as checkout time was at 12 pm .Front desk requires help in customer servic

Older hotel. Not as modern/nice as I like but extremely clean. Cleaner than many "niicer" hotels I've stayed in. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered same options every day but was good with scrambled eggs, sausage links, and potatoes as well as hot & cold cereal, waffle maker, and breads. The hall color scheme makes it look worse than it is but the rooms are cute with comfy beds and pillows. No microwave in room but has a small fridge. There is a TEENY, TINY microwave you can use near the front desk. Shower curtain is made for a stand up shower, not the length of a tub. Noisy area but it's Dallas. It's just noisy. All in all a nice stay for the price. Again, VERY CLEAN.

Lovely hotel to stay in rooms we're roomy and clean, breakfast was good just perfect to get you going for the day, the location was in a quiet safe area but nothing much around the area you need taxis to get around it's about a 45 minute stroll into downtown Dallas

Teon (im assuming was the night time manager) was the absolute best! My sister and i didnt arrive to our room until almost 10 pm. She realized she didnt have a charging block for her phone. I asked him if they had any for sale (because they had frozen dinners, drinks, and even medicine for sale in the lobby) and he let me use his personal block for the night. So super nice! The hotel was clean and comfy. The staff was so friendly. Would stay there again.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and everything was prepped accordingly. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable and the air conditioner works like it should.

Staff on duty for breakfast was excellent. She kept everthing stocked and fresh.

This hotel was great to stay in. It was in walking distance of the conference we went to at the Hilton Anatole. It was very clean and high quality. The breakfast was outstanding with more than you usually get at a hotel. The outside pool area was well maintained. The only thing that would've made it even better is if there was a hot tub. :D We had a wonderful stay!

This place was in a convenient location, close to downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum and right near the highway so the location with having a rental was perfect. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean, staff was very welcoming and accommodating and the bfast was great. Overall great stay, would recc and stay again.

Staff was EXELLENT. rooms were clean. Proximity to where and what I needed was good. Breakfast not so great. All amenities are shared with the property next door. That kinda sucked. Have to go next door for pool, gym, bar. Kinda inconvenient.

Upon my check in the lady was very helpful…..most hotels i been at had the smell of smoke but this hotel did not smell any smoke at all and thats a A for me will be booking here for now on

Overall it was a nice clean hotel. The staff were amazing! If I had to change anything, it would be that they only have one elevator.
