Very helpful staff

It was a nicer room. It was clean and tv worked properly. It was a great deal for the price point.

I had to check in through a side window. The first card did not work. The room was hot the whole stay. Small spiders were crawling on the AC.

They let us check in a hour early but refrigerator didn’t work & only gave one towel

Check in was horrible. Very unprofessional and arrogant.

Very close to our concert location. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were well kept and very clean.

Only encountered one employee and i could not understand his dialect. Kept asking him to repeat So called breakfast was a brown bag with a granola bar and a package of muffins and a bottle of water Could not get hot water in the tub and faucet leaked at shower head spraying water on the floor It WAS quiet.

good for a cheap hotel would stay again.

Parking was great, staff were accommodating, room was clean except for ants and tiniest of insects two of our three days, some repairs are needed, a/c worked very well. Only light breakfast in a bag offered when asked for or about, however, a Denny’s is directly across the parking lot with a most pleasant staff and well established choices for all meals.

It was near American Airlines center, small and compact, simple and easy to get into the room, and a Dennys near by! Nothing really!

It is an old property with some minor hiccups. But the rooms were clean and staff is friendly. Parking was fine and beds are good. Location is great for American Airlines Center less than a mile and a half. And Food and drink are close with a bonus, next door is Dennys.

Unfortunately I did not even complete my second night at this location. TV and refrigerator did not work, went to the ice machine to try and cool down some water I brought and that didn’t work either. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and couldn’t keep the curtain closed during a shower, there seemed to be remains off dead bugs smashed on the wall and I left immediately after a roach crawled on my phone charger as I reached for it.

He was in a scary part of town. There were only four cars in a dark parking lot so when I asked for ground floor near the office it was around a darker corner where I was fearful of theft. I have pictures grab bars by the toilet or for some reason there but we're loose and about to come. Free. Tiles were cracked in the bathroom. The chair had big rips of missing vinyl. There was paint sheared off the door. It was really alarming No bed bugs but I was worried

I asked for help over watching world cup games on the tv and the guy who did not speak english did not want to help me.

In the design district. Easy walk to multiple different dinning options. Large rooms, with a desk. Easy parking. Shower curtain rail completely bent, so the shower curtain didn’t function at all. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly.
