Also, my confirmation email stated I would receive an email with check-in details 24 hours in advance of check-in. I didn't receive that email, and I ended up having to do a live chat and speak with a representative. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I will likely stay again.

It was very private a little confusing at first with the elevators but after a time or two everything went smoothly

Nice clean and spacious apartment. Cool that it's on the 50th floor, great view. The building was very high-end, with fantastic facilities. The location was good as well, 15 min walk from JFK museum. Price. Was pretty expensive, but worth-it.

Great place to stay! The rooms are beautiful, the check in process is smooth, and the attention to our comfort was great. They have excellent restaurants and bars, and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend staying here the next time you are in Dallas!

We were a bit apprehensive after seeing the email advising js how to access parking and the room, however we really shouldn't have been. If you follow these instructions exactly you will have no issues whatsoever. Now to thre room..omg stunning. We had a king room with the most amazing views. Room was immaculate and had everything you need for a few nights in the city. Everything was withing walking distance - bars , restaurants and museums. Theres a great donut shop 10 minute walk down Elm Street, definitely pop in there. Within the hotel there's a lobby area where you can go and get any help you might need or ice. We were lucky enough to meet Al in there and had a great conversation about the world cup. Would definitely book here again if ever back in Dallas.

Difficult to access/ horrible parking/ couldn’t access entrance of hotel. Could get the elevator from parking to work.

The location was prime. It was right in the middle of downtown making it easy to access fun things around downtown. The check-in process was a little weird, but we definitely got it figured out and the front desk attendant was wonderful and very helpful but the process was still a little bit confusing
