    Location was great right in the middle of downtown and the rooms are ok. Hotel was great I was shocked that I stayed 3 night and you have to valet park and I was charged $91 a day for parking. I wasn’t told that so I was surprised. Also the hotel smelled of weed constantly

    We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Every need was met. And we enjoyed the location being so close to everything. Helpful, pleasant staff. Loved that there is a restaurant/bar in the hotel. Glass stand up shower was a plus!

    Underwhelming hotel to say the least. The rooftop pool was nice at night but that's the only good thing about my stay. Rooms were ugly, ac filters dirty, and everything was out of date. For a Hilton, this certainly does not meet the standard. Luxury does not exist here. Lobby smelled bad and front desk employees do not look professional at all. Definitely will not go back. If Hilton cares at all about the brand, it needs a desperate remodel and new front office staff. 0/10.

    No servide. No valet, no parking, no amenities, couldn't get the room cleaned. Some of the staff were helpful, most were not. This is a 2 star hotel with the Hilton name. Don't recommend it to anyone.

    The property was close to where my meetings were. Property is outdated and desperately in need of a facelift. I have come to expect better from Hilton. What I really hate, at this hotel and others I have stayed in, are the motion activated thermostats that cause the AC to go out in the middle of the night waking me up hot.

    The room was clean. The television selection was limited and they did not have streaming options like many other Hilton properties. The small refrigerator in the room froze everything, even we adjusted the temperature. The bed and pillows were not what we expect at a Hilton property. However, the pool was great!

    This hotel doesn’t look anything the part the pool picture suggests. We didn’t use the pool so we didn’t see what that looked like, but the room itself looked like a utilitarian dormitory in a North Korean work camp. The room was dark, the carpet was old dingy brown, the beds were hard with but two tiny pillows, the decor was drab and it was barely furnished. The bathroom had no amenities but a mirror on the wall and toilet paper dispenser. I guess there was nothing wrong with the room but it was what you’d expect at $50 per night 2 star highway motel in the middle of nowhere rather than a 4 star in the heart of Dallas. We should have gone to the Omni.

    I stayed at this hotel twice between February and May. In February, I had a King room which was clean, nice, and comfortable. Location was exceptional. When I returned in May, I was in a double queen which stunk like weed, had chipped paint and no hot water. The pool was out of service without notice. The restaurant staff took almost 30 minutes to greet us and take our drink order. Cancelled the rest of our reservation and went to a new hotel.

    Staff super friendly. Entrance and lobby nice. Room was standard, nothing special. AC in room sounded like popcorn popping when running. I noticed that the AC filter was very dirty and the last time it was changed was over a year ago according to the maintenance sheet. I was awaken very early one morning by hotel staff banging on neighbors door and yelling while performing a “wellness” check, this was followed by Dallas PD doing the same thing. You can hear everything, from people in the hallway to the cars/train 13 floors up outside.

    Cons: Hotel garage parking is valet-only (otherwise, you’ve got to find a public garage and hoof it). Signage is oddly minimal (there’s a single sign over one door into the lobby, and that’s it. Otherwise, you can’t even tell you’re in a Hilton Garden Inn until you’re in your room). Also, the WiFi costs money and there’s no complementary breakfast, so the kids were pissed. The cons more than outweigh the pros. I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

    I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great. Thanksgiving Square is across the street. DART is across the street the other way. There were plenty of restaurants, 7 elevens, and things to do and see within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly. I like that the elevator required a key card and that staff were outside of the property at all times. That really gave a sense of security. I would definitely stay there again.

    The area and how nice it was When we checked in it was some girl that clearly didn’t care about anything we parked in the parking garage that said public parking and we asked if that was the correct and she said you can. That is not what I asked then she gives us our room key and doesn’t tell us how to get to our room so we struggled for 10 minutes at 3:30 in the morning after an 8 hour drive the guy the next day was much more helpful at the front desk

    Clean room and property. I was able to check in early which was nice. Great location near DART public transit in a very walkable area. Staff was kind and responsive when I asked for more towels to be brought up to my room. Wish the room had a smart TV, but it was an easy solve with a Roku stick.

    The room itself was fine I did not feel safe traveling with my daughter around the area. I left my car with the valet while they were busy and instructed where it was and told them the flashers were on. The car was left in that same spot on the street all night and the battery was dead the next morning because no one had attended to it.

    Everything was amazing and at the heart of downtown with amazing food & things to do with everything pretty good if you decent to venture outside of dallas for a day! The pool being in the rooftop with a gym really helps the stay feel more relaxing. The biggest let down is this place has no parking for guest or people staying which should be an included thing or atlease COMP out parking for using the next door facility. Their was a few skepital people around the hotel outside as they loitered & even slept outside which is a bit unsettling but the stay overall is definitely alot better than we had hoped for Parking is beyond terrible, they only offer VALET PER DAY which is pricey. They dont COMP public parking or offer an self parking; pricey too (20$ an day parking) . It such a huge downside to such an nice hilton.

    Unfortunately the start to my trip was not the best. After finding parking I called the hotel front desk to check if I was able to check in early. Upon verifying my identity, I offered my first and last name and the only confirmation number I was provided in email. Rather than asking me to come inside the hotel with ID the staff at the front desk, Davi offered me a complete new room ignoring that I had already a reservation. I reiterated that I had a reservation and that I would find parking and come inside myself. Once I got inside, it was then Davi asked for my ID. Once getting checked in, it was time to pay at property. He asked me to pay then told me there was a deposit charge rather than before asking for payment. Staff member was very short and did not make for a great first experience in Dallas. The rooms were okay cleanliness as the bathtub did have a ring of dirt around it inside. As we also had a light out in our bathroom.

    Good experience overall. At shower time it was somewhat smelly (bad odor from the drainage maybe). Also, you cannot change settings on the AC to stop Auto Mode. Would prefer yo have the option of continuous operation.

    Price doesn’t match the stay. Too much for what it was. I paid 388$ felt like it was worth 280$ The restaurant in the hotel was lovely The pool was nice and the view was good In the middle of downtown Lots of homeless people (as one should expect of booking right in the middle of downtown of a big city) The valet however was inconvenient,, I own a C7 Corvette Z51 and they wouldn’t valet the car, to “luxurious” for them to risk damaging it -_- So if u own a higher end car that’s $55,000 or more don’t expect them to service you. Self Parking cost 20-35 every 24hrs (cheaper than valet ofc) and it’s still a good location,, right next to hotel. The A/C was weird,, wasn’t cooling during the night, it was staying at a solid 70 degrees I prefer 60 degrees Called maintence and they fixed it within 20 mins :) Stayed acting up tho, it’s like it would start to go down a single degree every hour because we would fall asleep around 11 with it at 70degrres and we would wake up in the middle of the night around 3 freezing with it being at 65 degrees and in the morning around 8am it would be at 60degrees. Overall a 8/10 stay I enjoyed my stay and my time in the city but I’ll be choosing a diffrent hotel next time for sure. This one is too pricy for what it offers. The staff however are amazing, 10/10 staff there for sure. Even the valet, they didn’t service me but they were polite and did help me find other parking options.

    The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all. The second room we got had a side table with a round marble top which was not secured. The marble top fell on my foot and gashed it open. They comped a fourth of my dining after much back and forth. The manager was so rude and would not answer the simplest questions. I always stay at Hilton and am a rewards member but after this experience I will not go back.

    The rooms are old, dirty carpet and there was a peanut on the floor under the table when I checked and and it was still there when I checked. The housekeeper never vacuumed or looked under the table. The hotel smelled like a back up toilet. Not sure if that is good for guest and employees lungs. Just need an over haul. I’m so surprised bc Hilton Gardens is usually nice and clean.

    Really enjoyed my stay ! The bed was so comfy , property was very clean and close to all major attractions. My only complaint is the $60 a day valet and all they have is valet parking . It’s understandable with it being downtown but still very pricey .

    During my stay, I was recovering from a foot injury, which made accessibility and service particularly important to me. Unfortunately, my arrival experience was stressful. The valet attendant approached me only to dismiss me without first confirming whether I was a guest. As a result, I had to limp inside the hotel on my own to find him again, only to see him on the phone. Overall, I believe that many of the staff members would benefit from additional customer service training. However, I want to recognize one employee who made a positive difference during my stay—Datae. He was exceptionally courteous and helpful, and his professionalism stood out. I truly believe he deserves recognition, possibly even a raise, and would be an excellent candidate to help train other staff members in customer service best practices.

    The valet parking rate is pretty ridiculous. 60 for the night. There is a public parking garage right next door to the hotel that only charged us $7 for 24 hour parking. Other than that. The hotel was great. The front desk employee was very nice (last name was hall i think he said) and upgraded us to a slightly larger room with a view without us even asking just for being a rewards member. Downtown life was close enough to walk. Overall would stay again

    Mold falling off of tub faucet and overflow drain. Used women’s “feminine product” in stairwell of parking garage. Constant weed smell throughout the hotel, not ideal with a 7 year old and a 15 month old. We opened our door up Sunday morning at 7:30 am to check out and go get breakfast and I don’t know how the fire department wasn’t called on the room next door because of the smoke. 3 pm check in time and they had to call room service when we arrived at 4:30 to see if room had been cleaned.

    Close to Farmers Market. Valets were helpful and patient. Front desk staff, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, large space. Quiet environment. The mass tran train stop is near by. However this is downtown and the homeless can be close around or on the trains. We didn’t have any encounters though. The towels were scarce and could only have one bath or face wash one time. Never felt threatened or afraid there.

    The hotel itself was very nice. Great location for drinks and dinner options. Pool was great and loved it was on a rooftop. Front desk staff could use some improvements. I called down and was asked to hold and waited 10 min before hanging up. Didn’t feel like calling again to be ignored. But if you don’t need staff for anything it’s great.

    The A/C wasn't working on a hot night in the room. The team should have offered a solution or amenity in return - a discount on the room, an alternative room, a voucher for the future...anything. Very unhappy with the sub-par accommodation and the lack of a solution from the team.

    I liked the convenience to our concert but was disappointed at the bar/restaurant staff. They could not be bothered. Check in staff was great. This spot is a little odd because part of building is permanet resident's so itkind of doesnt feel like a true hotel

    The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is in a great location with several restaurants within a block of the hotel including a sports bar across the street. The room was fine and staff were great but our only concerns were the lack of hot water almost every morning and the automatic door closers on every room closed the doors fairly hard to the point of shaking the walls which could be heard throughout the hallway. Otherwise a great visit.

    In this case my room was dirty, old and had a nasty smell to it. Walls were old, breaking pcs. and dirty. Upon comparison from other nearby hotels I was open to paying 100 dlls more so that we could have a nice view from the hotel and that was also very disappointing. I did not notify the front desk due to us being exhausted from the trip itself. However I did take photos of Dirty walls etc.

    Staff is well trained, courteous and responsive. A lot of money has been sunk into the foyer but the room appointments are strictly Motel 6. Rickety microwave, door cabinets do not shut properly and very low water pressure indicated cheap showerhead. Not a terrible experience but not the upscale experience I expected for the price. Parking is also out of line. $50/per day?

    The property seemed very aged. The bathroom sink faucet hardly had very much water pressure and i was hitting my hands against the side of the sink because the faucet was too small. The toilet could barely flush. The walls seemed thin so you could here neighbors in their rooms. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were super flat and appeared stained. Also rhe carpet appeared very old.

    There were stains on the walls and in the bathroom, along with some crackers left behind. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they were very friendly and assured me it would be taken care of, but it wasn’t. We’ve stayed at this hotel for the past three years during football season, but the lack of cleanliness in the room and surrounding areas will have us looking for a different place next year.

    This property does not have roll away beds and will tell you to book another room, even if the occupants are under 16; per state law. They will also accuse you of shoving plastic gloves down the drain when you’ve been there less than 30 mins and call for maintenance. There are only enough towels for two even when you boom for 4 and it took hours for towels to be delivered. Front desk staff were courteous when we checked in but less than helpful from then.

    Hotel is a little outdated. Can use a deep cleaning and update. Lobby and elevator floors were pretty dirty. Seen multiple roaches in the Lobby and a unknown bug climbing on the bed. Two free bottles of water a day was given. Snacks in lobby were over price $4 for a reeces
